Horrible customer service. Don't buy here
I need to exchange my 4 Small items that fit too large, for an XS. My order was placed a month ago/pre xmas, and was a gift from my fiance. The total amount of the purchase was also a large $ amount. When I asked for a gift card as compensation for the items that were too large, so I could buy them in XS, I was told Boutiquefeel could only do a 10% partial refund. My money isnt going somewhere else, so theres no reason for such laziness.

I need to exchange some items I recently bought on your site, for a smaller size, but was told by
"Christina" that I can only get a 10% partial refund. I want a gift card in the amount totaled from the items that were too big, so I can buy them in a smaller size on your site.

Huge disappointment
This item was a total disappointment. I ordered larger than I typically wear, bc these boutique sites always run small. It arrived, and looks like about a child's size 6x. I contacted customer service, which instructed me to return it. I already paid $8 in shipping for a $19 item. I'm not wasting another DIME on this place. I'm not interested in spending another $8 to send it back. Unless you want to refund me, like I've asked, I'm not interested in any further communication with you.

I’ve already stated my issues.

This website is so glitchy
This website is so glitchy. Every time I clicked on "socks," for instance, it would not load the page and deleted everything from my shopping cart. Your company lost money because of this as I replaced some things in the cart but was not able to find everything that had originally been in there. I also had issues using a credit card to pay and was forced to use pay pal. Overall it was a huge hassle. That said, I love the style of clothing so I am really hoping it fits, especially since you do not cover returns. We shall see.

Customer service complaint
Shopping online to this store is easy but trying to speak to somebody or take items to send back is very difficult as the company seems to purposely make it inconvenient and a burden to the buyer. The clothing is adorable but somebody in the department has a hard time distinguishing certain patterns that look the same but slightly different to the other so the order is never right. If you can't speak to somebody on the phone and sending back stuff is near to impossible than how can this company be reliable and trustworthy for a buyer to buy again?

the part that was annoying was trying to talk to one of the gals and during the conversation her end would cut off often and when i used a different phone it did the same then i used a computer and it did the same which makes it so annoying.

To long
I ordered my stuff which I was really looking forward to having as we where going away. But still no sign after 2 weeks of ordering. When I emailed Boutiquefeel opolized and said it would be with me in the next few days. So I thought great just in time for us going away. No still no sign. So I emailed and asked for a refund which was no trouble and I received my refund within 3 days straight back into my bank account. The clothes are lovely but with the very long waiting of weeks for my order to arrive it has put me off ordering again.

Inundated with unwanted emails.
After purchasing, before product has even been shipped, I started receiving anywhere from 2 to 4 emails per day. I contacted support and Boutiquefeel indicated that they would remove me from the mailing list. That did not happen after multiple requests. Their unsubscribe button is hidden under the 'Report Abuse' in their emails.

Instead, I created an email rule that any time i got an unwanted email from boutiquefeel.com it was forwarded to their support address. (*******@boutiquefeel.com).

Still not removed from their mailing list, however they have blocked my email from sending THEM so many unwanted emails and they are being returned as 'blocked'.

No idea about the products, but customer service and spam is TERRIBLE!

Decent quality, not so decent price
The shipping and delivery was very efficient and the site was adamant about making sure that I had received my item. The quality of the item just didn't match the price for me considering the fabric was a bit flimsy and faded kind of like the image of an old curtain. Otherwise, it was wearable. If you're looking for something high quality that will last a long time, I don't recommend this site, but if you're looking for fast fashion that'll satisfy your needs for current trends, then it's the site for you.

Oder and receiving
I placed an order on April. Today is June 24 and The company is not offering any information. The company provide a tracking number that seems fake or incorrect. No info about the other. I have followed up more than 10 times via ticket since Boutiquefeel do not have any other way to contact them. After multiple follow ups, still the company is not providing an answer. Please be aware of my scenario that you avoid the same to you. If you buy from them, the same thing may happen. It is your call.

Nice outfits but needs better customer service
Order shipped quickly, and overall good products. However, one dress was too small and it took forever to get responses with customer service and Boutiquefeel claimed shipping fees were too high to send back. So they offered a coupon. But that expired within a week. So, I am left with a dress that doesn't fit, and out $30. Definitely needs better descriptions of products in catalog. Like, is the material stretchy?

Terrible. As noted already, it took forever and the results were very unsatisfactory.

Returning everything & disappointed
The photos *do not* represent the products that were shipped. All materials were so thin, you can see through them. Even the sweatshirt I purchased was of poor quality. I will never order from you again. I did experience very nice and prompt chat log with the person on facebook. I also believe that photographing the receipt of returned items is sketchy and untrustworthy. I have never heard of photocopying a receipt from any other seller on Amazon or any other manufacturer. I spent over $300 with your company, only to find it was a huge mistake. I'll purchase off of other sites, instead of yours.

I couldn't get a response on my email address. But, I received excellent customer service on facebook. Boutiquefeel were kind and prompt. Answered all my questions.

So So
I bought 5 of 6 tops for my wife. She's usually easy to buy for, she loved all the outfits looking at them before she tried them on. Sever did not fit right. And when it came to returning them it was like Boutiquefeel have never heard of the idea of returning an item. Just didn't have a return system set up like you would think. Amazon makes returning stuff a lot easier.

as noted before, there's no return system in place. When I spoke to someone about returning, it was like they've never done a return before .

Poor Quality, poor fit, poor material, poor delivery time, might as well buy something from Spencers
Bought in early december and didnt receive until AFTER christmas. When we did receive it, the materials of the items were not comfortable or something you would want to wear more than 5 minutes for sexy time. Also, my wife looks like the thin models shown wearing them, but even so, the sweater is way to baggy with baggy shoulders and arms. The models most likely are using a clip in the back that you can't see to make the sweater form fitting and you couldnt wear it out at all because it's more like a long sweater than a sweater mini skirt. Just overall dissappointed

CUTE stuff... just took a while!
I saw a few items online in an advertisement and showed the Mrs. Well... she LOVED the little outfit I showed her & we jumped on the website. She picked out quite a few items and from those I picked several for a Christmas present. I'm sure a lot of things affected this, but the deliver was well into January. No matter, she still loved the items but a couple of them don't fit right even after following the measurement guide on the website. Making things a little worse, there is/was no return information or labeling in the packaging. Not sure what to do now.:-(

Horrible horrible quality
I have never in my life purchased such a cheap quality clothing as I have with Boutique Feel. The quality is so horrible, you end up wasting a lot of money. The pictures are NOT what is shipped to you. Be smart about this. I'm not sure why it has so many decent reviews. Nothing was good. I made a mistake to purchase 4 outfits, all are so cheaply made and definitely did not look like the picture, I don't want anyone else to end up like me. Customer service was good, but quality of the items TERRIBLE.

My Review
The shopping was overall okay, but the delivery time was over a month. Boutiquefeel give you a tracking number that isn't accurate so you're just stuck waiting aimlessly for your package to finally come in. And the customer service agents are no help. The shirt I got looks and feels cheaply made and fits weird. Will not be buying from here again.

They gave me the same tracking number that did not show anything yet told me my package was on the way the whole time. I don't feel like they actually knew what they were talking about.

Buyer Beware
The clothes on your website are absolutely stunning, of course you use models that are very tiny, however I'm not a big woman and still know that in order to get a better fit I buy a size up or sometimes two sizes up, these garments are made in China and Chinese people are very small so Boutiquefeel have this perception that everyone is really small. In order to get a proper size one must order up in size, as I said I'm not a big woman and usually wear a medium so sizing is a real issue when buying online, one of the garments that was sent to me was horrible, it looks nothing like the one in the pictures. It's huge, it's cut out is all wrong and the necklace collar is complete crap! The return policy is nonexistent, and that's the first time this has happened to me, usually I can return or refund my money. An overall bad experience.

These reviews are 100% faked.
I spent over $100, paid $15 just for expedited shipping and got my packages WEEKS later. It was like one of those "what I ordered vs what I got" memes. One dress looked like a garbage bag with mesh pieces sewn all over it and the other one was okay but completely see-through and it was broken so I couldn't even wear it. Boutiquefeel said I couldn't return it because their address isn't the right one and then no one would respond to me. GET THIS "BUSINESS" SHUT DOWN! Do NOT waste your money here. I cannot believe I fell for this.

Almost everything is good
Almost everything is good. The variety of colors and styles are very appealing and the prices are reasonable. The only thing you could improve is to make the website more simple to navigate. When you click on a product image and then go back to the category you were searching through, it takes you all the way back up to the top of the list. So I must scroll through all the same merchandise all over again and wait for each little section to load in order to resume shopping. I could get through much more content and purchase more product if it were set up a little more smoothly. Put the products on separate pages. Example: 1.2.3.4... so I can get right back to the exact place where I left off shopping without any unnecessary struggle.

Worst quality clothing
Worst quality of clothing ever! Don't shop at the site. I received all items within the time frame; however, one item looks like a pillow case; another item said it was green and it actually looks like diarrhea. I wore one dress and it ripped. The company refused to accept a return. You can only speak through a chat and it takes 24 hours or so for someone to get back to you, so unless you're on the chat the whole time you won't know if someone responded. I do not recommend purchasing anything from the site. It is not worth the money, quality or the customer service.
