Brakes To Go

Technician arrived on time and was really courteous. Talked about what needed to be done and did a great job putting the front brake pads on my Honda Pilot. Definitely a lot more convenient then driving to a shop and sitting there for a few hours. A lot cheaper as well then a dealership as well. Great business model.

Easy to schedule. Technician arrived as scheduled. Quick inspection and estimate for repair was reasonable. Technician (Jose) kept me informed of his progress throughout the repair.

Jose was awesome. Showed up early, quickly diagnosed my issue, and worked efficiently to complete the job.

Couldn't be more impressed. It's hard to find a business in this day and age you can just get a simple deal done through email or text. It's the 21st century, I'm not calling on the telephone. It was refreshing to be able to send in a request for a quote through their website and get an email and text back with the information. I replied that I wanted to proceed and they told me what dates and times were available.
My technician was Justin and the young man deserves a raise. He texted me before he was on his way (on time for the appointment) and I was able to track his trip through a link in his text message. I'm sure he's not a fan of being tracked, but it was really helpful. I was able to put my dog outside so that they didn't rush the door.
When Justin arrived, he let me know he'd do an inspection first (free of charge) and when I mentioned my loud barking dog, in case he needed to talk to me, he just said "No problem, I'll send you texts instead to keep her calm." After the inspections, he told me my options and the prices associated with that, and everything matched the quote originally given to me, minus a more premium brake pad option that I could go with if I wanted.
I REALLY appreciated that as my dog will back at the slightest sound. Justin was done within an hour, but it honestly was probably less time than that and I wasn't paying attention.
Super impressed with this company and Justin. Enough so that I wish they did more than just brakes!

Best repair experience I have ever had. They gave ne a quote based on my car model. Then they come out and inspect your brakes, pads , rotors checking for worn parts and give a complete bid. You authorize and an hour later you are good to go for another 35 to 40 thousand miles. My cost was 30% of the dealer quote with OEM parts!.

The mechanic was very nice and prompt. Went above and beyond to ensure the correct brakes were being repaired. The finance option came in handy due to the cost being a bit costly.

First time using Brakes to Go. Initial coordinator quick response with details of service and expected work to be performed. Quote was lower than actual. Technician arrived before expected time slot. Courteous and knowledgeable. Inspection, work review, to completed job within 1 hour. Little pricey but also paying for convenience. Will use again.

Great communication, great value. Tim came on-site for a pre check and validated what was needed. Came back the next morning with parts and completed the brake job with no issues. Cleanup was if he was never here. These guys rock!
