The trees would have been great but due to Fedx attempting 2x to deliver caused a 9 day delay... because of the wrapping in plastic and travel time allowed the trees to get too hot! One of the trees was completely dried up and was dead on arrival could snap the branches... but the others we gave lots of nutrients and are now doing good! This had nothing to do with BrighterBlooms just the shipping portion- And from now on I will order delivery faster! Thank you for the trees!

Good looking trees
Trees arrived in good shape, the smaller pots were a little crushed so I had to transplant those immediately. The trees and plants I have purchased from BrighterBlooms always arrive in good shape and thrive once BrighterBlooms.com acclimate to the proper environment.
Suggestion: Although every shipping comes with generic instructions to let the tree/plant acclimate and how to plant it would be nice to get care instructions, suggested fertilizer, etc. specific to the plant or tree you purchased.

Wanted the promotion featured on home page of website...
Wanted the promotion featured on home page of website for orders over $199, yet there was no mention of the promo at checkout. Also, my business is tax-exempt, no option visible to me for selecting tax-exempt status. Budget has no room to pay extra sales tax. Attempts to call the business led me to message after business hours. My day job does not allow me to make calls during the day, so there is no option for me to call back to explore answers to the promo and tax-exempt questions. Tracey Rose *******867

Plants were a little crushed in shipping, but survived
I ordered several hostas and a couple red twig dogwood. Many of the plants were crushed, either the leaves or the containers/roots by arrival. Lost half a dogwood. Customer service insisted the plants would come through, and BrighterBlooms.com did revive a bit after a couple of weeks. Not immediately beautiful, but I have faith they'll be good by the next growing season.

Plants could have been cheaper, given the shipping condition, but this was not a bad experience.

I called when I received my plants fairly crushed in their shipping containers, and was immediately directed to the website to submit an inquiry form. A representative replied to my online form submission with inhuman speed and told me to give it a couple of weeks. I might have still liked to return the plants and just buy cheaper ones locally, tbh. But I wanted to repot them and now that work is done, so there's no going back. Plants are ok, just wish the customer service would acknowledge that the plants were actually crushed in shipping.

Cold hardy avocado tree
Excellent. Tree arrived 1 day late ( fed x) not BB. Was a little worried because of the cold weather in Wisconsin. Opened the box and the tree was beautiful 5 + feet tall. After a week it turned yellow and started loosing its leave. Talked with Diana about the tree she made a case note and will follow up in 30 days. Told me it was in shock from transfer and it will be fine

I would have liked to have the plants arrive directly...
I would have liked to have the plants arrive directly to my daughter, but that would have been putting off the order until later in the month. It is a birthday present. I could not find a way to delay shipping, until early December and didn't want to lose out on the free shipping, good price, and the possibility of the plants being sold out. I am sure you have a way, but it was not clear online... so I will have to keep the plants at my house until I can deliver them to her closer to her birthday, in December. Hopefully, BrighterBlooms.com will survive well at my house.

Replanting after the freeze
The freeze Texas got this past winter is the worst I've seen in fifty years. I lost several trees and many smaller plants. I plan to slowly replant a few of these and add a couple additional varieties. I ran across Brighter Blooms on the internet and placed a small order. So far everything I've gotten arrived quickly, was in great shape and was ready for planting. Very, very healthy plants. I'm very pleased.

It went great. I was so pleased as to how I was treated I ordered additional plants and plan to order more in the fall.

A pretty positive experience
This was the first time I had ordered a tree (or plant) online. The only issue I had was that the box was put on its side on my porch, and the dirt had spilled out of the pot and into the bag. Fortunately, I was home, so I noticed it almost right away, and was able to get the tree planted ASAP. I feel like the box could be marked "THIS END UP" or something noted in the delivery instructions that would protect it better. Anyway, the tree was as advertised, and is doing great so far.

They look okay….
BrighterBlooms.com arrived kind of beat up from shipping and with some dead buds on them. So far I'm not super happy with how they look since planting but I'm trying to bring them back to life. They don't look great; they had on the website they could be planted at this time and would be good in my area, but I'm in florida and these plants are not doing great in the heat despite plant food, following instructions and watering. Hopefully I don't need to utilize the warrentee but it's looking that way cause they are dying.

I called for some advice and Cassidy answered - one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. I've been doing a lot of research on growing Meyer Lemons and was a bit overwhelmed, but Cassidy asked really thoughtful questions and made me feel so comfortable! She gave me helpful tips on pot sizing/when to re-pot, and what to expect during the bloom and harvest stages. I placed my order online right after we got off the phone. Thanks Cassidy, you earned BB a lifelong customer :)

I just received my order and the trees I paid over...
I just received my order and the trees I paid over $100 for are so small compared to the same type of tree that I purchased for $55 each from Lowe's. I am extremely disappointed that the willows I purchased are looking so small compared to the Lowe's trees. I was expecting to see the exact opposite. Unfortunately I feel like I just wasted my money. I could have bought a dozen trees for the amount I spent on six. Very disappointed and mad at myself for making this mistake.

Shopping experience
Everything easy to find & description well. One of my trees was broken when received so just in case it didn't make it I sent picture in to Brighter Blooms As I was checking emails later in evening I had an email from Brighter Blooms. BrighterBlooms.com were already in process of shipping another tree. I was not expecting this. Received another tree a few days later. I also purchased some black diamond crepe myrtle from BB & they look great! Already have blooms since Aug 20 when I planted. Yes service is great & quality of plants are great! BB is where I will get all of my plants in the future

Disapponted
My order arrived later than expected and although the box said "Lay Flat" it was delivered standing on end. One of the plants had been suspended upside and most of the potting compost and moisture had fallen out of the pot. The shrub was very dried and sad looking. I immediately watered it and pruned back the dead heads before planting it as instructed. We are hoping it will come back - it wasn't cheap - but right now that's looking doubtful.

I filled out the form as BrighterBlooms.com suggested and uploaded three photos of the roses on arrival but haven’t heard back from them.

Order came 2 days
Order came 2 days late and plants were very dry, packaged poorly with bags of potting soil mixed inside the boxes that shifted causing damage to the trees and shrubs.
The sizes of product delivered was much smaller than we ordered. The product did not support the price that we paid. It was a very expensive order that deserved more attention and better product.
As BrighterBlooms.com are no longer taking phone calls, we have to communicate via email that requires a 2-4 day response.
We will not recommend this company.

Great customer service
The customer service person that helped me resolve my tree problems was very helpful at not only getting me a replacement tree but also with answering some questions for me so this wouldn't happen again. It was very informative and educational on something I am new to.

Fantastic!!! BrighterBlooms.com were very helpful how getting me my replacement avocado tree as well as answering and educating me on some growing questions I had so that I could prevent what happened with my first tree. Which was I fertilized to soon and transplanted into a bigger pot than needed.

Smokebush tree or bush
My first purchase from Brighterblooms.com was a Royal Purple Smokebush Tree. It arrived on time and well boxed. I planted it immediately using the Root enhancer and soil treatment sent with the tree. After planting, the plant stands about 18-24 inches tall. I am trying to decide if I want a small tree or a wide bush. So far, the little guy is doing very well. It arrived in very good shape. Leaves were healthy and colorful. I will buy from them again.

My second BrighterBlooms purchase was for 4 Knockout Rose plants. 1 arrived with issues. I contacted Customer Service to let them know about my concern. BrighterBlooms.com sent a replacement plant with no questions asked. I will continue to be a BrighterBlooms customer as I expand my home landscapping!!! Customer service responded within hours of my initial contact -- on a Sunday!!!

I ordered a yellow Rose bush as a sympathy gift
I ordered a yellow Rose bush as a sympathy gift. It was 11 days in transit. I contacted the company multiple times and was told all we could do was wait and see what happens. The shipment left on Aug 3 and finally arrived on Aug 14. I was hoping for something to lift their spirits as BrighterBlooms.com mourn the loss of their mother. Instead they have received a beat up looking plant that we are hoping might survive. Not at all what I was expecting. One star, because yes, it was delivered. I really had way higher expectations.

Beautiful tree and awesome service!
My tree came in almost perfect condition, only one branch was broke at the bottom due to shipping. Otherwise, it was perfect and very healthy. My order came in just a couple of days which was impressive! I received a coupon for a discount for 1st purchase after signing up to website which I didn't see till after placing my order. Called customer service to see about getting the discount applied and BrighterBlooms.com refunded me the difference right away, no problems.

Ordered a tree before signing up to your website. After my 1st purchase was completed checked my email for a confirmation of my order. I found a discount code for 1st purchases which I wanted to try to get applied to the order I just placed moments prior to even seeing the discount email.

Repeat...
This purchase was to replace an old order since each of the the plants died.

Instead of the company sending me a replacement to previous purchase, BrighterBlooms.com had to refund the purchase then I had to reorder.

This second order arrived better but the plants still looked stressed. Some dirt spilled all over the box and the avocado top also broke. I'm not sure if this will affect the growth of the avocado. I'll wait and see.

There was no follow up during my initial call. I had to constantly reach out until closure.

Great product
I bought a lemon tree from this site and it produced lemon's right away. I then ordered hydrangeas and BrighterBlooms.com seemed a bit battered but with a good watering the perked up right away. My only issue is that I tried to order a tangerine tree and after the purchase received an email saying my order was canceled because it could not be sent to CA. I just found it weird as most of the countries tangerines are grown in CA. They should have a question of state before you place your order.
