I bought a present for someone called Koby L - she is not the customer nor the buyer... I sent no less than 4 emails concerning this mix-up. I used paypal so it should be obvious even if your website mixed us up, I would probably use your web-site again for my other daughter in law - but... mmm

I have just purchased this beautiful ring and it is the first quality pearl that I have ever bought.
It looks stunning and I love wearing it as people have commented how lovely it is.

Recently I contacted Broome Staircase Designs requesting 3 very special bracelets to be made. A dear friend passed away and we wanted a gift to remember her.
The staff and their customer service were exceptional. Broome Staircase Designs helped me to design the bracelets and met our budget. We had to get them shipped overseas and even when there was an issue with delivery, the staff went above and beyond to help me. The bracelets are exquisite and I am so very grateful.

Was delighted to find first bracelet reduced from 149 to 49 $. I thought I had a reasonable bargain on a quality piece. I then decided to buy one for my sister. Today I notice you have them for around $25. You must still make a profit so what is the true value and are Broome Staircase Designs made in China. Next week will they be $9.95 with free postage. I think $149 was a fake price. Not fair. Mine is already scratched. Hope you understand the way I feel.

I bought the ocean ring which arrived after only a few days. It's a beautiful ring and I loved it except it was too small. Broome Staircase Designs suggested that it should be 2 sizes bigger than the size u normally have for that particular finger coz it's so wide. But 2 sizes was not big enough, so I text them and asked for an exchange. I sent my ring bak just like I was asked to and was told that the bigger one would be on its way. My ring arrived to them in a few days but I still don't have the replacement and it's a week now!
Haven't even heard from anyone!
This is very disappointing!

The ordering was simple and straightforward, the goods arrived before time and were all well packaged, the product exactly as described and pictured. I have a pink pearl bracelet as well as a black one and a pair of earrings Love them all. Great gifts, buy in advance while Broome Staircase Designs are on sale. You also receive a card offering 20% off your next purchase and a how to look after your pearls card.
The good thing about pearls is that they always look stunning, wear them with anything!

I have required after sale assistance on a couple of occasions. Each time, the service is very friendly, very helpful and very swift.

I purchased some pearls a while ago, I didn't get them out of the package until recently due to moving houses and misplacing the package. When I opened it, the pearls were of very poor quality, not shiny at all, plastic looking. The lady who replied wasn't very helpful. But if you are the same lady reading this email, I know I might be wasting my time by writing this. I will leave a comment on facebook and on google as soon as I can.

I purchased a couple of rings and Broome Staircase Designs were in my home within 5 days, very impressed with efficiency of shipping, my only annoyance is the discounts offered to some customers if they choose to search the internet or twitter etc, surely if discounts are offered they should be to all customers, It is something that makes me think twice about before ordering again if all customers are not treated equally, I appreciate that loyalty should be rewarded but this is not loyalty when you can search for a discount code, I will be hesitant ordering again because of this.

I received my ordered items very quickly which I am veery grateful. But, on checking my order I realised that the incorrect bracelet was sent in silver instead of gold. I contacted the chat line service and Broome Staircase Designs advised that I needed to contact a supervisor, which I did and the problem was rectified immediately (although there were no promises! That it would arrive in time for the gift to be given to the chosen person). Fortunately, I was able to RTS the wrong item, and the correct piece arrived in time for my function. I was thankful, that the item arrived in time, but it was stressful waiting for it. A simple error that really should not have happened in the first place.

Recently bought a pendant on line, communications was first rate from the moment the transaction was completed and the piece was delivered very quickly, was very happy with the follow up and service and of course the product was excellent. I then recommended them to my daughters and Broome Staircase Designs also purchased a pendant for a 50th present and also had the same good service and experience.

The pearls do not have the look nor sheen of what I would expect from Broome. The dark pears because of their size appear like lost cousins. I was soooooooo looking forward to my bracelet, And was disappointed with the Christmas present, I purchased for myself. I teach beading at a U3A to a class of 35, therefore I may look at something, beyond the surface. Also one of the leather straps seems to be looser then the rest. I am sorry to say it looks like a factory second. Nothing like the picture perfect on Facebook. Several (15)of my friends who were going to order, after Broome Staircase Designs had seen mine. DECLINE. THANK YOU.

I ordered 2 necklaces, the silicon type, one with the silver ‘pop on, pull off' fitting and one with the yellow gold plated finding on it. These were to accessorise the pendants that I had previously bought. Broome Staircase Designs work beautifully, so I am very pleased with them. I also added a little white Pearl ring as an extra - it's very sweet.
It did take quite a while for my delivery to arrive & when it was delivered, it was a surprise as I did not get notification at all.
I have worn these items a number of times since I got them & I love them & all my previous Pearl purchases.

I ordered 2 pair of earrings for myself as a present for Christmas. I have to say Broome Staircase Designs arrived promptly (thanks Aus post). Well Christmas morning arrived and I opened my gift from hubby (surprise) and the pearls are divine, the colours are beautiful. Lets just say I have found my new favourite earrings and I doubt they will be coming out of my ears anytime soon. Thank you Broome Parls, I will be purchasing again (for gifts)

Quality products, well presented. Efficient service with personal email giving a good vibe. One suggestion with the chocker. A word about how the clasp operates would help. My husband and I were a bit challenged as we didn't immediately discover the spring action. Second purchase from Broome Staircase Designs. First was in person a couple of years ago and each experience felt positive and personal. Well done Julia.

When I ordered the ring I apparently pressed the wrong key on the computer and the size came up as J, way too small. I called the company to request a replacement for the correct size and Broome Staircase Designs responded immediately, going above and beyond to deliver the correct ring to me in time for Easter. Natalie was amazing. Efficient and approachable. I couldn't have asked for better customer care. I am thrilled with my ring and will probably buy more product from Broome Staircase Designs now that I am aware of their company and products. Thank you so much.

Very easy process shopping on line and quick delivery. I love my black n white pear bracelet though a little disappointed with difference in size between the black (quite small) and the white pearls. Just a shame there wasn't one or two similar size black to the white ones. Overall it is a lovely bracelet. I understand it was well reduced in price so perhaps this is why...
