I am a newbie to your fine establishment and just for the simple fact you guys were the only store that had Drontal Feline in stock out of the 10 companies I checked. Honestly thst had me worried. "Why do BudgetPetCare have them and no one else?" "Are they fake?" I read the reviews. Budget Pet has glowing reviews. Companies pay to have people stay on top of reviews. I wondered "Can I trust the reviews? " I never over analyze anything but 1. This is my cat's health and 2. Sadly this is the sad state of our world, so I said " screw it, Luna ( my cat) let's roll the dice." She meowed and I hit place order button.

I've actually put off ordering Revolution parasiticide for my very deserving cat, because the stuff is fiendishly expensive. But what a break! At budgetpetcare.com it's actually affordable. Thank you! Also, your site is easy to navigate.

Good. Love what you offer, making caring our pets affordable... but this was supposed to be an auto-order and it seems that I always have problems with that. It may have to do with the different addresses. This order (Heartguard Plus for dogs) is a semi-annual GIFT for my brother who has a dog foster group. I wish there was a way to include a 'gift' message as such.

We so appreciate being able to do business with Budget Pet Care! We started with our previous doggy, who crossed the bridge a couple of Easters ago. When we needed to pause her subscription, the CSA was so gentle, and handled it quickly. We reopened the subscription for our new senior doggy, and the service remains impeccable, and always so polite!

When I tried to find the item I ordered, I put it in the search box but it didn't come up with the item. After I scrolled down (way down) the page I found it! Then there was so much advertising popups on the page it made i difficult to get through the ordering. Also, when I tried to check out I used my info from last year for the email, customer number & password it would not take it, etc, etc, etc!

I have purchased from many online stores, but no one has been close to this online pet store! Initially, I used to face the issue of late deliveries, but since the last few weeks, even that has improved. The treatments are exactly the ones that are available in the store, the best part is that these are available at really affordable rates plus there's free shipping! Pet shopping couldn't get easier! Kudos to the team.

Sketchy company, packaging, product from China.

I ordered 12 Nexgard tablets and received one box of 3 tablets (from China, a month after ordering). The box was sealed with yellow stickers that said "12 Quality Doses". So, someone opened the box that is designed to contain 3 tablets and shoved 9 more tablets in, and sealed the box with sketchy yellow stickers. I wouldn't give this to my dog in a million years. I've asked for a refund and will gladly ship this back, but I'm not optimistic that I'll get a response.

You devils were supposed to have shipped this exact order to me way back in November. I am VERY disappointed that my wife's pets have had to live with the fleas while you didn't process that order. It had better not happen again or you will have so many negative ratings floating on the internet that it will cost your company dearly. Thank you.

Very impressed with this online store

As we are all dealing with this pandemic, I wasn't sure whether I'd even receive my order or not. So, I decided to contact their customer care team. I decided to shoot an email as it was mentioned that BudgetPetCare were facing too many calls so email seemed like a better choice. The team got back to me within just one day and assured me that my order was on the way. And true to their words, I did receive my order after a few days. Gotta say, I am very impressed with their services and received the order in perfect condition.

My bank's fraud control blocked the purchase and locked my debit card. Fraud control left a robo-message, and I didn't understand the country name. I verified the attempted purchase. The lock was released, but the bank blocked the purchase. In order to remove the block, I had to provide the country name. I didn't find it under About Us or Contact Us. This has not happened before in ordering from BudgetPetCare.com

In the times that we are living in, it has become relatively harder for us to go out and shop and wait in long queues. I am glad I found this reliable pet supplies store that sells a wide range of supplies for my dogs and cats. Very good price for the product ordered! This is especially true as it seems this company is within the US and I have previously used a company in the UK for my Comfortis due to their unbeatable price. After seeing BudgetPetCare are currently not available for whatever reason I went looking for a comparable deal and so far Budget Pet Care lives up to their name with their price which is only slightly higher than what I was paying for it previously AND it looks like its coming from within the US! After months of trouble, I have finally decided to make the switch to online pet care shopping because of you guys. I only wish you had a disabled senior discount for service dogs and their owners. To make it more affordable. It's hard times as it is with Covid and all the prices have gone up and I can barely put food in the table. My cbd oil company does that. BudgetPetCare ask you to fill out a form if you are disabled or in poverty and give us a nice discount. Just a nice gesture (suggestion)

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered tick/flea and heartworm meds for my 2 gsd's. BudgetPetCare need to be given every month. To be sure that they would be received on time, ordered them with 2 month buffer. 2 months came and went, and no communication. Upon calling, "Oh, so sorry, they are back ordered". Given that these items are time sensitive, any company with any semblance of customer service would have given a heads up. Particularly given today's ease of communication, email, text, etc. Nope. Nada. Why the hell go to the trouble of getting customer contact info? Just lost a customer.
