I got scammed for a trailready bumper
They had a sale going on labor day weekend so called and talked to the sales guy and he talked me In to just paying for it in stead of putting it on a credit card money was tight but it would save me money in the end so I payed in full. Well let's say they won't return my call and I got scammed out of a 3000 bumper.
Thanks Bumper superstore. Hope it was worth it

Absolutely awful every step of the way.
I made it very clear my situation was complicated due to constant travel for work, that I could pay for the bumper, but wouldn't know where to ship it until it was actually ready. CJ with customer service or sales assured me numerous times that that would be no issue, that bodyguard (bumper i bought) checked with her after completion of bumper for shipping information. I went ahead and payed for the bumber, 30 inch lightbar, and 2 sets of fogs. I repeatedly asked CJ (bumper superstore) that nothing could be shipped to the address I had given her (gave address to where I was that day just because Bumper Superstore needed one to process the order) because I had already left. She once again assured me there was nothing to worry about and she would check back when it was ready to be shipped and get updated information. Thats where everything on their end stopped. After 2 days I get a call saying my 1400 dollars in lights had arrived at the old address, an rv park 6 hours away. I had to drive 12 hours to get my lights that were never supposed to be shipped to that address. I emailed cj and she just said..."yes they've shipped"... I told her I was not there any longer and thought I had made it clear to not send anything until an updated address was given. No apologies, nothing. 2 more weeks go by and the rv park once again says they have a bumler now trying to be delivered to me! I asked CJ and she said she had tried to contact me, (which was a LIE!) And she even admitted she gave bodyguard the go ahead to ship my 1700 bumper somewhere she knew I was no longer at! I finally get them to re route it to where I am now, the bumper shows up with the wrong cut out for the lightbars, with only 1 instead of 2 because CJ with bumper superstore changed my order(probably didn't notice, but still) when I originally made my order and wanted to change the type of lifhtbar I originally bought. She made up a new order but didn't correctly but the same information as the original. Complete joke, all very straight forward issues, but it boils down to bumper super does not care the second after they get your money.
I wish I had just ordered from bodyguard directly, because all bumper superstore did was mess up my order and inconvenience me immensely. Over 3000 dollars spent and almost a month of waiting and I have not a single good thing to say about my experience with them.

I had to reduce the ratings
I had to reduce the ratings. Really don't feel it's a direct reflection on you. As I looked around after the bumper have been installed, I found the exact same package for over $100 less. My other disappointment was when I called the 800 number on the installation instructions I did not get satisfactory answers. To me it seems, people at Smittybilt have never installed this bumper on an FJ Cruiser. I have found a much neater and Visually pleasing method to finish out the inside Tire wheel-well liners. Also, the light kit that is supplied is drastically different from the lights that are pictured in the installation instructions. I was also advised by your Tech reps that the lights cannot be adjusted after the bumper is installed. I see that as a direct result of bad design. Can you imagine, having to remove your bumper in order to adjust the aim of the lights. Again, it is obvious to me that the lights that were supplied are not the lights that were used to design the mountings. I was seriously considering buying the Smittybilt rear bumper for my FJ Cruiser. Based on the $100 that I lost by purchasing from you, I will either purchase from another vendor or Not buy one at all.

Would like more photos of the product I am purchasing that are specific to the vehicle it is mounted on. Also details about how to resolve problems that may arise in mounting the product. I placed my order on 12/10/16, a Saturday and the bumper was not delivered until 12/19/16 10 days later. I was not pleased that the company did not respond to my email inquiry on 12/14 to find out if my order had been shipped. I followed up the next day-12/15 with a call to customer support. Bumper Superstore phone was picked up but no one would respond to me. My wife then called on her cell phone (with a different area code & number) and they answered immediately. Then proceeded to put her on hold for several minutes until responding with the status of my shipment. The bumper was at freight warehouse within 50 miles of me on 12/15/16-Thursday but they would not deliver it until 12/19/16-Monday. l Buyers should be aware that the items are not shipped from the company and may take more than a week to be delivered depending on your location to the supplier!

I was very happy with the product
I was very happy with the product. I was very disappointed with the delivery service. In my opinion SAIA is running a scam in Albuquerque to make customers complete the last leg of the delivery themselves. No call no email, nothing. It sat parked in a trailer at the warehouse for two days. I had to call them to see if it had arrived. I was coerced into picking it myself or waiting another three days for it to make the final 20 miles of the delivery. Bumper Superstore had my email address and phone number there was no excuse for that. When I got to the warehouse they wanted to copy my driver's license for the file. They didn't use any of the personal info I already gave them to deliver, I was insulted that they would ask me to provide additional of my personal info... FOR What? n Looking at SAIA's reviews on line this is not an isolated case. I think they actually recognize that there is a cumulative profit to be had by making everybody finish the delivery for them.

Upon receiving my bumper, I realized that the packaging was not adequate for the weight and size of the bumper. Could not see any damage when bumper was in delivery truck so I accepted it and took pictures of the packaging before removing bumper from scraps of packaging. Upon further inspection of bumper, found that bumper was severely scratched and texture was gone in spots from being drug around. Took pictures and contacted Bumpersuperstore and filed a claim. Unfortunately Bumper Superstore only wanted to give me a 125 dollar credit, even though a body shop had quoted the damage out at around 300. They were pretty quick to send me a new bumper. The second bumper I received was in much better shape. I still think the packaging was inadequate, however this packaging was intact and still protecting the bumper.

HORRIBLE SHIPPING/Customer service
Ordered on a monday was promised it would be here on thursday or Friday. I called the number provided in the email and Bumper Superstore told me the "tried" to contact me to "verify" my address when I already provided them with my email, phone number, and address so since I didn't "answer" they didn't ship it. Now I was promised it would be here the following monday (WHICH IS A HOLIDAY). They basically told me sorry were can't do anything about it. Now all I'm doing is waiting, I'm hoping it won't be damaged or the wrong one. I will update when I get my bumper... HOPEFULLY. The lady named CJ is rude and basically brushed me off when I FIRST called inquiring about a bumper, talked to Jeff supposedly the MNGR and Cody. They supposedly know the mngr of the shipping company "personally" and was gonna see what they can do. Very stressful and horrible service... NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Horrible company!
I placed an order two different times online. Both times, the item never showed up. I would wait until well after the estimated delivery date and then call to check on the order. Both times Bumper Superstore apologized, said there was a little delay, but assured me that my item had shipped. Then they would email me a fake tracking number that had never been registered. Each consecutive time I would call, they would continue to lie to me telling me the item was on the way. Finally, about 6 weeks after initially placing my order, they would tell me my order had never shipped and they did not know when they would be able to get it out. It's terrible for them to treat a customer like this once, but twice?!? Unbelievable! I hate this store! Please save yourself the trouble and steer clear!

Website should state when items are not in stock
I ordered a bumper for my Honda Pioneer. The website did not say that the bumper was out of stock. Two days after ordering I received a phone call stating that Bumper Superstore were 3 weeks out from shipping. Three weeks went past and no bumper so I emailed them and they said it would ship out that week. The end of the week I emailed again for an update with no reply. After calling numerous times I finally was able to talk to a person and was told they would email an update on my order. Later that day I received an email stating that they were 7-10 days from shipping. Now I am 5 weeks out from ordering and the bumper has yet to ship. Will update when the bumper ships.
UPDATE:
Finally received my bumper. It took 6 weeks instead of the original 3 weeks but it's here.

The worst experience ordering anything by far
I ordered a front bumper from here. The bumper came damaged and when I contacted them Bumper Superstore offered me a $200 credit for $450 worth of damage. According to them I could use rust-oleum to "fix" the damage. When I decided to return the bumper because I'm not paying almost $2,000 for a damaged bumper. Returning it is proving to be an even bigger hassle. This is now the 4th time the truck has not come to pick up the bumper. I obviously have to be here in order to sign for it. I am now missing work to try to return this thing and somehow nobody knows when the truck can be here to get it. I just want this thing gone and to never to have to deal with this company again. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Still waiting on order
Fenders I ordered on August 7th said in stock ready to ship i didnt get any shipment info after 3 or 4 days i sent a email and was replied with out of stock should ship September 15th so I confirmed I would wait for them to ship Sept 17th i still havnt received any shipping info so I send a 2nd email asking for a update was told in the reply email that it would be 2nd week October well 2nd week of October still no info sent a 3rd email requesting another update was told end of October here it is November the 3rd and I have sent another email requesting them to cancel my order and have not received any reply as of yet will update when I hear back from this company

I'm not real happy with the bumper
I'm not real happy with the bumper. I have it on, but the factory wire harness is really tight across the sensors. My trailer hitch receiver cover won't fit on unless I remove the angle piece with the go rhino emblem on it. I don't understand why Bumper Superstore say you cannt put your spare tire lock on, with a rotary file I was able to transfer the original to the new bumper. The sensor holes, should have been made the right size for the sensors and not have used plates, because the harness is tight, it makes centering the sensors up straight difficult or impossible. I already had one sensor become unstuck and that's after I cleaned with alcohol.

Fab Fours disappoints
I purchased a Fab Four's winch bumper for the front of my 08 Tundra thinking that it would be the best choice despite the high price tag. When I received the bumper I found that the way it mounted to the truck frame seemed much weaker than what I was expecting. When we tried to install the mounting brackets to the frame Bumper Superstore didn't fit properly so we had to make some fish plates to take up the 1/4" gap. Then we noticed that the two outer edges of the bumper were not even with each other so it left one tip angled slightly up and the other tip angled slightly down. All in all it was disappointing especially for that kind of money.

Slow refund,...
Called on a Friday and was told Bumper Superstore had two of the bumpers I was looking for, I ordered and paid on same day and was told I'd have tracking by Monday, Tuesday latest. Wednesday I email asking for shipping update... Thursday I get an email saying they were mistaken and they are not in stock and would I like to wait 6 weeks... umm no thank you. So order is canceled... and still waiting on a refund, I've already missed a good deal on the bumper I need and they're dragging their feet. Bottom line is they're 'friendly' enough but they can't be trusted with their in stock position or getting YOUR money back in YOUR hands if need be.

Does not fit properly
Ordered a ARB for my 2005 nissan frontier. Item arrived just fine, my bumper came off just fine, brackets lined up and mounted perfectly to frame. The problem came when I tried to place the new bumper... nothing lined up. Now according to instructions and all I have to remove is my bumper, I should not have to modify my car at all. Guess what in order for things to mount up I have to cut my front upper bumper cover nearly in half to make this bumper work. Its like the brackets are mounted 2 inches to high. This has seriously been such a pain in the ass, and not worth it. Extremely disappointed.

I was unaware that the bumper was being delivered on a tractor trailer. When I received a phone call, saying I had to make an appointment, I tried calling them for 2 days. After I finally got in touch with them I had to commit to a delivery window from 9-6. Bumper Superstore finally delivered it at 6 and that's when he showed up on a big rig.

The bumper was on a new small pallet, on top of a broken pallet, that had 8' 1x4's with nails sticking out. This is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid for this.

Plus I didn't receive the Shackle brackets I ordered. (Will contact them about that.)

I was looking for a ARB bumper to fit my 4Runner and I checked out bumper super store and Bumper Superstore had a great selection, so I decided to buy one from them. I was worried it might take forever to come Due to covid 19 but I called back a couple of days later to get a ETA on it and Jeff answers and was the best person that you can get to work for you! I would definitely hire him he took care of me like so well I will tell everyone I know buy from his company it's customer service like that, That makes customers return for life thankyou Jeff. Amanuel!

First of all, the employees are first rate! The interactions with them were always positive and Bumper Superstore were super helpful. I have a different shipping address from my billing address and they actually ensured I was who I said I was because to them, it looked like a possible case of fraud. Anyways, they shipped to my house and the shipping was fast, like really fast, a day early fast lol. I have read horror stories about hoods arriving damaged and I'm pleased to say FedEx took very good care of the hood and mine was not damaged at all.

Liked quality of bumper and tire carrier
Liked quality of bumper and tire carrier. Did not like quality of hardware. Spent $70 on stainless hardware. Another issue is that the directions are terrible, luckily found install video through extrem e terrain. 2 minor issues I can see with design. Water / debris can accumulate in lower channel on tire carrier. Will need to add a weep hole or slot. Also the plastic cap over bearings allows water to enter. Had on 1 day washed Jeep, opened cap and lots of water laying on top of bearing. Dried out and put silicone around cap.

You had the wrong phone number and emailed at 11am...
You had the wrong phone number and emailed at 11am during a work day, then Cancelled my order 2 hours later! Who looks at their email at work? Give 24 hrs. Then I reordered and was told delivery Friday or Monday, called your delivery people in SLC and no it would be Wednesday! I had to drive an hour and 20 mins each way to pick up my bumper.
Spoke to your 'Customer Service' she was the one who cancelled my original order and thus was defensive. No sorry, no concession for my 2.5 hours of time and gas to go pick them up.

A Scammer Company - Very Dishonest
This company will lie and scam you. Bumper Superstore will claim an item is in stock and will ship the day of order. Several days later no order confirmation or shipping. Called to cancel was told it was canceled and would be a week to refund. No refund and they shipped the item a week after cancelation when item was ordered elsewhere. Will not refund payment despite 2 confirmations that order was canceled. They are also extremely hard to reach. This is not a reputable or honest company. Sales guy wasnt even in the same State.

On the rear bumper, the parking sensor holes were too...
On the rear bumper, the parking sensor holes were too small to use factory grommets and the ones sent with the bumper will not hold the sensors in place. The fix is to drill out the holes and use the factory grommets. The trailer plug required work as well. The clips will not grab the interior of the bumper to hold the plug assembly in place. The front bumper required me to buy some new bolts. The ones sent were too small. And who in their right mind would use a 3/8 bolt in a 1/2 bolt hole on a front bumper.

This is my fifth time trying to order this product
This is my fifth time trying to order this product. Your site is screwy with pay pal and only after I found a promo coupon for$50 dollars off did I consider using my credit card. I made four phone calls trying to get to the bottom of the website issue with PayPal and no resolution(It was not pay pal). You almost lost a sale, but for your promo. Your help was helpless! Your selection is great and your prices are good! My experience was less than easy, You might be losing sales due to glitches in your website.

Customer Service Is Lacking!
I purchased an Iron Cross Bumper and tire carrier for a customers jeep, The parts arrived quickly, we scheduled the jeep in an when we attempted to install the bumper the wrong bracket were sent with the bumper, we ordered it for a JK and the brackets were for a JL. I called customer service and talked to Cody no call back or any follow up email, now my customer is mad at me so I guess we will fabricate brackets and move on. Its stinks we do a lot of this work and thought I found a new supplier, but no way!

Sent WRONG item
Ordered a bumper that stated that it was for a 2017 when it was really for a 2016 truck. Bumper Superstore didn't want to sell me a 2017 because they were out of stock and I would have had to wait 6 week (that was okay with me) but the salesman said they would just take the other bumper back and refund my money. I paid someone to install it so they had to take the stock bumper off then put it back on (cost me $80) Thanks for wasting my time and money. Definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Great shopping experience
Great shopping experience. Only recommendation is to breakout the grille guard regarding operation for front camera and adaptive cruise control. State 'allows for operation of front camera and/or adaptive cruise control (ACC).' Page just listed front camera/adaptive cruise control in a line entry. You can have the ACC use when you don't have a front camera. I had to send a question in to ask about their operation. I notice the thunderstuck was updated at the top for ACC use. Great shipping free!

Finding the bumper was a little frustrating
Finding the bumper was a little frustrating. On the site under shop bumpers by vehicle, this bumper is not on the list for f150 2015-2017. I left a request for my desired bumper as an email at customer service, that was answered with a question of what I was looking for, I answered but did not hear back.
It did pop up on Bing on the little side window, the third time, on the third day, I entered a search for f150 brush guard with 2 inch receiver. Armed now with a part number the order went well.

Website was a little difficult to navigate but I Believe I found exactly what I needed for a good price. Product illustration and application list for the go rhino winch-mount grill guards didn't make me feel too confident so I called to confirm that the part number would fit my vehicle. I spoke to a gentleman who apparently pulled up the webpage and read to me what I had already read for myself..... I really hope I don't have to go through the hassle of trying to install then having to return.

After a phone call to verify if item was in stock and estimated shipping time I was assured the item was in stock at supplier and would ship next day after order placed. Person I spoke to assured me the order would come by his desk and he would make sure it was placed. No problem... right. Short version is I leave in 3 days for 5 months without the item needed for this trip. Appears Bumper Superstore is good at taking orders and money but short on placing the orders with there supplier.

UPDATE: The winch I selected from the drop down box with the bumper will not fit. This was discovered after booking an appointment at a respectable 4x4 shop for the install. There is not enough room for the winch. Even with some fabrication work I would not be able to plug in the controller. I'm very irritated to say the least. I will update this review after I see how Bumper Superstore resolves the problem.
