I like the fast, easy ordering. And the website is very responsive. I do wish PayPal was a payment option. Ordering online here is a blessing during these COVID times. Vet services are difficult to get, and appointments are months in future. I am so grateful for the site. I would not be able to properly care for my 19 cats without it.

I love your sight it makes getting the medicines my pup needs easy. This site is so easy to navigate getting through understanding I got to tell you my wife is sight impaired and she does most of this for us because she's home and I work today is just my day off. Thank you for making things so much simpler for us and our canine.

I love getting the rewards. This is so helpful and I feel happy when I place a order. I'm not feeling down for how much this stuff cost. It truly is a blessing then another promotion discount on top of it. I have told 3 friends about using Canada Pet Care and CanadaPetCare are so grateful.

All of your website screens are intuitive and very clear directions. Fabulous affirmation for the user about the information you need and confirmations for the user are provided along the way and at the end. The "printed invoice" makes it nice to keep on file for future orders. Free shipping is an attractive bonus... PLUS your reward program invites customers back to use their rewards. I´m using canadapetcare to order Valueheart and Comfortis for my dogs. Shipping takes a little longer but since I know about this I order in advance before I run out of the medicine. Some people are worried about the quality of the medicine since it ships from Singapore or the UK, but I can honestly say that my dogs are flea free and we had a REAL flea problem before I put them on Comfortis.
One time I had a problem with my order, I hit the purchase button, but the webpage said "bank has declined payment, please place your order again" so I looked up my bank account and found that my credit card has been accepted and the payment was pending.
If I had placed my order again I´d probably been billed again, so I wrote an eMail to the customer service. The next day a very friendly agent called me and told me that their bank declined my payment (for whatever reason) and my credit card will not be debited for this purchase. He offered me a 10% discount if I placed my order again and he apologized for the inconvenience. I had no trouble understanding him, his english was very well (someone wrote CanadaPetCare couldn´t understand the call center agents due to a heavy Indian accent) and he was even able to detect my German accent, lol.
Another day later my bank status showed that the money was not taken out of my account and my new bill was even less than before.
I was somewhat surprised that this issue has been solved in such a timely and good manner and can only say "Thank you" canadapetcare!
I hope my review helps those who are in doubt or uncomfortable with this company.
(and NO, I´m not an employee nor related to them in any way, just trying to save some bucks)

UPDATE 9/7/2015:
They took Comfortis out of their program so I had to switch to another vendor. Sorry, canadapetcare. I was a very happy customer.

I used to have to purchase my meds from the vet, and it would cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Canada Pet Care allows me to purchase without having to make an appt, and is way more affordable! I've never had a problem with shipping, and CanadaPetCare come relatively fast with standard shipping. I'll absolutely continue to use for the regular meds I give my boys.

Denied multiple times using my Discover card. Knowing my card was not the problem, I finally called and was told you don't accept Discover. If you mentioned on the site the cards you accept it would have saved me lots of time and frustration. Now it won't take AE and my Visa seems to be accepted but site freezes at the "confirm mailing address".

I've had nothing but amazing experiences with CPC. The coupons and discounts are always better than anywhere else I check, the customer service is prompt and friendly, and the overall price is what initially interested me since I had 1 dog and 4 cats when I originally found the website. Now we have 2 dogs and 3 cats and are still enjoying the savings.

Ive used this site several times to order Heartworm and Flea and Tick products. Their prices are much better than buying locally, and their delivery is quick. This company is very good about order and shipping updates. I will continue to patronize this business, and I recommend them to all who are reading this review.

Even when I had to explain to my credit card holder when CanadaPetCare put a hold on my card due to having purchased outside of the United States. The chat on line was extremely slow. I can find anything faster than that person can find it and type it. I kept putting in my discover card and reading all the things that i would be turned down for and nowhere did your website say Discover card not used. I had to call and find out why my info was not ok. Why can't you add it to your website?

I have been a regular customer for a while. I order Bravecto for my 4 dogs and 13 cats. Sometime the order gets delayed and other time it is sent prior to being approved. It is hard to reach customer service due to the different time zone. The auto reorder do not add the discount codes. I always have to call and advise. When I am finally able to reach customer service CanadaPetCare are always very nice.

I entered a different billing address from my shipping address, then went to the next page, and the thing that says something like "billing address is same as shipping address" was automatically checked. I unchecked it, but then I wasn't sure if CanadaPetCare wanted me to re-enter the shipping address or the billing address because it wasn't clearly labeled, so I just checked the box again. Then it asked me to confirm my correct shipping address, so I guess it's fine, but this should be fixed.

I like in the United States and I have saved so much money switching to this website instead of buying my cat and dog's medicine throught their vet. Pets are so expensive and I appreciate being able to save some money through this site. That money adds up plus I am always redeemning points and receiving promo codes. I saved about $10 every order. Highly recommend it anyone.

I love to order from CanadaPetCare.com. You have great prices and discounts. I appreciate getting a quality product without having to get a veterinarian RX. So easy to place an order.
I do have to say that my area experiences great problems with FedEx, which I believe you use for shipping. Hopefully, this order does not take 6 months to get here! All of the FedEx orders I've had in the last year have arrived late, were lost or arrived damaged. Fingers crossed.

Felt like your ad was a little misleading about the shipping. The ad said FREE shipping which means you are responsible to get it to me... but ended up having to pay $4.99 shipping with tracking. To me tracking is just part of shipping. But none the less I was pleased with the 15% discount.

Tried to reorder from my last invoice, finally found the reorder button, and it brought me to a item not found page. I ended up finding the products through the search bar and entering a new order. Kind of annoying, but the rest of the ordering experience was pretty easy.

The site is very easy to use & navigate. Love the coupons that I receive for the company & products. Love the points that can be used to discount even more with greater savings.
I am a very satisfied customer. I will be back to order, again. I tell my friends that this is the best store to get our fur baby medication to prevent heartworms & fleas/ticks.

I love CanadaPetCare.com. I live in the USA and the prices here are so much better. Even my vet was shocked, and said CanadaPetCare couldn't get meds this cheap. They always have discounts, when combined with points I saved an additional $42 on top of great prices.
