I would give this company NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could. Worst customer service whatsoever. I was shopping around to print a canvas for my customer and canvas champ quotes a delivery by 4/23 when I was shopping around (order was placed on 4/13) Knowing my customer will need the canvas by 4/24, I went with canvas champ. On 4/19, I noticed the canvas was still in production, therefore I opened a chat session with their CS to assure they're planning to ship the item that day. The agent reassured me the item will be shipped out. 4/20 still in production, I emailed the CS and this time another agent reassured me it will be shipped out that day and also told me they're understaffed. (Umm not my problem obviously!) on 4/21, I knew it wasn't going to make it here on time, I made a phone call and talked to their CS staff directly. Quote on quote, he said "this item will be shipped with expedite shipping at the cost of canvas champ. Please be patient, it will arrive on time otherwise we will issue a full refund" I was not convinced and knowing this will also be my business reputation that they're jeopardizing, I searched for a local same day pick up option for doubled the price knowing I will be losing money on this order that I designed for my customer.
Fast forward to 4/23, I received a shipping confirmation that morning and the package did not even arrive FedEx until 4/24! Of course at that point; I'm emailing canvas champ for a refund as promised by their CS agent. After 3 emails, I received one response with a 20% refund! I certainly will not accept that as an answer! The item finally arrived on 4/27 with signature required, I rejected the package and asked FedEx to return to sender. I have been emailing the company ever since and now they're ignoring me. They've already caused me so much trouble to find a local same days printing service, double the price to place an expedited order and now CanvasChamp do not want to refund my order as promised by their representative! I've advised them a week prior that if the product has not been produced, I will gladly cancel and order elsewhere to save both of us the trouble. But they decided to reassure me the item will arrive on time and caused me trouble! Do NOT order from them! This is a poorly ran business, I can't speak of the quality because I never received nor opened the package and returned it. All I've gotten was one lie after another!

I've never left any negative comments for anything! But this is how frustrated I am with them!

I only occasionally write reviews and I think CanvasChamp are pretty reasonable but this is such a bad company to use for making a photo collage, I had to let people know... I bought a Groupon for Canvaschamp for the purpose of assembling a canvas photo collage. It offered up to 20 pictures in the size template that I selected. I uploaded several photos, placed them where I wanted them but when I came back to the project and they were gone. I did this three times thinking I just didn't properly save it. Guess What? After spending quite a bit of time with the online chat person I discovered you cannot save them. In other words if you have 20 pictures, you better have exactly the ones (no swapping out)you want! This time I was prepared with all the photos. I placed one in the template but then decided to switch the placement. Guess what again? Once you place a photo in the template you can not click and drag it to another spot or swap it with another picture! I called again. This time I asked if the resolution of the photos looked acceptable. They told me how to check the dots per inch and said that since I had cropped and edited them before uploading them it compromised the DPI. They said normally you just send your filled in template with the photos unedited and they will crop them? I asked how would they know if I wanted to have a person cropped out of a picture? They told me that I could email them about each of the 20 photos and explain how I wanted them cropped. Are you kidding me? I asked to speak to the manager. I was calling India. The manager didn't come in until noon the next day. Maybe these people put out an okay product if there is just one photo but I will never know. I got my money back from Groupon and went with Collage.com. colllage.com is fantastic The site is user friendly, works the way it should have they have great, great customer service. Enough said. After I get my canvas collage I will be submitting a great review for their website.

I ordered a split acrylic on July 23rd and paid for express shipping and the product was delayed, I contacted support and was told the product was finished but the site said it was sitting in production for over a week, after being constantly told it would ship in 24-48 hours (multiple times in one week) with no updates my order finally shipped (on the day it was oiringally supposed to arive) and was shipping from India, not USA as the site says and as the support worker on the website told me it was from USA. I contacted Mike who resolved all issues, his response is what helped my review of this company. The product quality itself was beyond my expectations, other reviews had me worried it would arrive damaged but it came in good condition and the quality was better than expected. It was a gift and the recipient absolutely loves it.

Can't say I will order from them again after the one support staff (Stanley) lied to me about where it was shipping from but the quality of the product itself surpasses my expectations.

If you don't mind waiting to receive your product and don't mind that it's coming from India CanvasChamp are fairly good company and Mike was very helpful in resolving any and all issues. A big thanks goes out to him for this.

I ordered 9 photo coffee mugs from these folks last week and didn't read the reviews here until afterwards. Became nervous that I would have issues.
CanvasChamp arrived today - two days earlier than promised after getting hung up in Customs in India and again in Cincinnati. The mugs all turned out as good or better than any I've received from other US based places in the past. Completely happy with my order.
They also included a free 8X8 canvas print which was flawless. Very surprised that it arrived mounted as that was not expected.

My 3D moon came 2 days late, didn't work, and the layers were pulling apart. There were gaps all through the picture then when I called and asked for a refund CanvasChamp kept saying "ok. I'll send a replacement" and ignoring that I wanted my money back. After 10 min of that he finally said ok send pic to this email (that didn't even work) so I wound up responding to the confirmation email and 2 days later they said 24-72 hours and I'll have my refund. Here we are 84 hours later and still don't have my refund. This company is a joke! Don't use them!

I will NEVER buy another thing from this company. Very unprofessional absolutely horrible I will be throwing my prints in the trash. CanvasChamp were supposed to be Christmas presents but they aren't fit to do anything with. One of the prints even had a staple embedded in one of the faces. The top of one of them has the ear of one person and the eyes of the other person. Thank goodness I ordered them early because of course I needed to reorder them from a PROFESSIONAL! Thanks for NOTHING! DO NOT trust this company with your loved ones prints.

I ordered 2 prints on the 3rd of November, 2018. I hadn't received any order information, shipping information information. So I emailed them! I got a quick response explaining my order would arrive on or before the 16th. By the 18th I had not received the package so I emailed them once again. This time, it was explained to me that order was messed up and never even started yet. I immediately ask them to cancel my order and requested a full refund! That's when communications stopped! I never received any other communication until today explaining that it will arrive on or before the 26th from India. These guys have an address from Georgia but items are produced in India? These guys are unprofessional an will never use them again. To top everything off, CanvasChamp promised a 50% refund on my shipping to which I never received! Run while you can!

My 1 star is based totally on the initial quality of the metal prints i received. The image I posted is the way all three look. It's just not in one spot but in a lot of locations on all
3. There are fine scratches on them also. Not that being printed overseas is bad but it sure makes getting in touch a royal pain and now I'm waiting to see what CanvasChamp are going to do to correct my problem. If it gets corrected I'll update my opinion of the company but that doesn't change a thing about the initial quality I received.

Ok so after reading all these reviews and after being a customer of canvas champ over a period of different orders I might be able to bring some light on why the reviews are so mixed.
I have had some really good products from Canvas Champ and some really poor ones too. It occurred to me that the turn around time would be quicker if my order was shipped from India and longer if from the uk which is odd at the best of times as I live in the uk. Also the construction / finish and quality would also differ.
From the UK it would be made of a light wood frame, small hanging hooks, canvas has a Matt finish and is dry (rough) to touch.
From India it would be a heavier wood frame with hardboard backing behind the canvas, hanging hooks that engage onto a screw and a much more glossy finish (Smooth to the touch).
My last and final order came from India and had creases in all three of my canvases almost as if the endor beginning of a roll was used. Naturally I complained and while doing so started to ask questions.
I am told there have a UK and India warehouse which makes sense. So I asked for my order to be done in the UK as the previous orders were much better. Unfortunately this was not possible, I did not find out why, as the language barrier was bad enough in customer service that after about my fourth time of asking and still not getting an answer I gave up. I assume the uk company was shut down / sold or even an external contractor.
Anyway after trying to get my order completed in the UK and failing, I was told that I could have my order completed in India without the creases in the canvas and although the construction could not be as the previous orders I could have the canvas is a Matt finish, to which I agreed reluctantly. The canvases arrived a week later no creases but exactly the same as last time.
I also looked on LinkedIn etc at Canvas Champ and I cam to believe that it may only be a small Indian company as CanvasChamp seem to have very few staff and are all from the country and town.
So in conclusion I believe it was very hit and miss when ordering from Canvas Champ depending on where you order was completed. Now however I believe the quality is now going to be consistent although poor. I for one will not be risking it any longer.
No matter where the branches of a business is located the end product should be the same, especially if they are supply the same customers.
If only they could of kept the quality up as the prices and deals are very tempting.

You'll see a lot of reviews here that talk about production delays. I literally opened a support chat before ordering and asked about the negative reviews, CanvasChamp said "oh there was a delay in december, but January is fine", the site said "Delivered by Jan 31". On Jan 30th, I still hadn't received tracking info, so I logged on to the site, and it said "in production". I opened another chat, asked what the deal was, "oh production delays". They are cheap because they lie about delivery dates. Who knows if I'll ever receive my print. I'd recommend you go elsewhere.

It took 5 weeks to get my canvas pictures.

I live in Dunwoody, Georgia. This company is in Lawrenceville, Georgia... literally about 20 miles away.
Where were my pictures shipped from? INDIA.
This is just shameful. So many Americans out of work, so many businesses closed and this company is sourcing work outside of USA.
Not only that but I ordered some pictures from another company at the same time I got my pictures different sizes within 2 weeks.
I will not order from this company again.

I have now received 3 large 30 x 40 canvas prints of my art, ordered from Canvas Champ, CanvasChamp are really great!

I used to buy from canvas discount, best canvas (same company) in the past, they are the worst for customer service, poor quality workmanship, sloppy packaging and handling... was happy to find Canvas Champ for basically the same price and heads and shoulders above the other company in color, quality, material of canvas (OTHER company uses some sort of polyester type material, not canvas), construction of product is superb, hangs beautifully very well done. So far I am impressed with them, have not had to contact customer service thus far, so also happy about that!

At this early stage of doing biz with them, I highly recommend them over best canvas or canvas discount... there is no comparison... Canvas Champ is the CHAMP!

Made an order on 9th April and paid for expedited service to arrive by 16th April. It is a gift for a loved one on their birthday which is on the 16th. Website says printing is completed within 24-48hours and is shipped. Today is the 14th and no shipment yet and when I make inquiries I get blanket responses. I got a fedex notification that the product should arrive on the 19th once CanvasChamp receive it, which they haven't.

The company is shipping from India. Wow. Had I known this I wouldn't have placed the order in the first place. So far very bad experience.

None of the pictures were cleaned well and CanvasChamp all were taped together creating a very discouraging and unpleasant experience unwrapping them. The tape literally melted to the backs of each and every one of them. There are small scratches on all of them. I do not understand why they were not individually wrapped and protected. I will have to spend hours cleaning and preparing them to go on the wall. I am extremely unsatisfied with the delivery of this product. After so much anticipation, this truly was a letdown in every way, after spending nearly $300.00 for this product.

I was lured in by a coupon (FROM THERE WEBSITE) that was supposed to take 60% off of my order. That would have made buying from them the cheapest option by far! So I made the mistake of going with them. Never before in my life has a website ever not honored a coupon, especially not one that CanvasChamp offered directly form their website. Ultimately I was charged the full amount minus $. 01 for the coupon. Customer service refused to accept that there was any error in their system even though 60% of $100+ is certainly not anywhere near $. 01.

I was called a liar by their phone customer service team. Ignored by their email customer service team. And now here I am, 2 weeks later. The package was supposed to arrive last Friday and yet it has not even shipped. I am getting nowhere with any of their customer service.

THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

I strongly encourage everyone considering Canvas Champ to reconsider for better options available online. I personally had a traumatic experience of ordering a 3D framed print, and I've had to request for 3 replacements back to back because CanvasChamp clearly don't know their business- framed on top of the print as it is with tape without any masking, dust cover back or front glass protection whatsoever. Trust me, these guys don't even understand after repeated emails with pictures and videos clearly demonstrating the issues. Don't waste your time and money on this unprofessional service.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! I ordered a 30x40 canvas print and it came at 33x43. I told them I want a print that is 30x40 like I ordered. CanvasChamp apologized and sent me another print at 33x43.
Once again, I was very patient and told them I need a 30x40 print. Someone from customer service apologized and said they were sending another print that I would get within 6 business days. A few days later, I get another email saying I had been refunded 20% of my order. I asked them if my print was still coming and they said no! They have issued me a 20% refund instead.
So here I am. I paid close to $50 for absolutely nothing!

Recently bought a canvas from canvaschamp. While ordering there was no warning your photo might be blurry, as you would find in reputable sites like Walmart or Walgreens, and when I received my order, it was very blurry. Shipping box was poorly packaged and very beat up. The corners of the canvas were very beat up and the back of the canvas has a crack in it. Contacted customer service. CanvasChamp only responded to the blurry issue. They haven't responded about the damage. They are cheap but I wouldn't ever recommend them as the customer service and the guaranteed satisfaction is incredibly awful.

I had an image printed large, 30x36, and framed. At first I was impressed. It came in a wood box instead of a cardboard box and at glance it looked great but when I went to actually hang it I noticed issues.

(1) The print out had folded or crumpled before CanvasChamp mounted it and instead of printing a new one they just went ahead and used the crumpled one. Maybe on a photo that would be unnoticable but it's pretty clear on this mostly white poster

(2) They put 2 mounting hooks on the back but they are not aligned. The one on the left is 13cm from the top. The one on the right is 12.4cm from the top

(3) I also had them print 8 other images at 8x10 but not framed. They threw them in the back of this frame loosely which meant some of them fell in transit and their corners were crumpled. I'd have thought they'd put them in some envelope with a card or something to keep that from happening.

I loved their website but I won't be ordering from them again after this experience.

I ordered a Mothers Day gift after the site said it would ship in 48 hours. This was plenty of time to have it back and wrapped. 10 days later I still had not received it but I checked their site and it said: "IN PRODUCTION". I called and CanvasChamp said it was wrapped and ready to go but due to COVID, the mail was delayed. What a terrible lie. I have been getting packages for months on time. They are in Atlanta, not India and it's MAY of 2021! Pass on this place. I am still on hold while I write this for 31 minutes while they "recheck with the shipping department". Don't give them your hard earned $$$
