I could not get the website to work for two days, and the shipping and handling price is absolutely absurd considering it's still takes a month to come in. You guys clearly do 2.99 canvases just to make people buy them but in reality you're still making all of your money on your shipping and handling, which means there's no deal actually happening. I bought from you guys before, but next time I'm just going to go to my local Walgreens and pay the same amount but get it the same day

I've used your company quite a few times and each time the prints were awesome. With this order of you could be sure that it's not going to blurry or a good picture would you please let me know cuz it's my brother who just got married in Lake Placid, NY. The views are phonemonal. I would appreciate very much of you would let me know if this pic isn't up to the quality I expect from your company. Thank you.

It is first of all difficult to edit pictures. I wanted to be able to use the image wrap but was unable to as the heads would be cut off. I tried several different times to edit. I changed the picture to be a more zoomed out picture and nothing worked.

Also, the shipping prices are absurd. $75 for 4 canvases is absolutely ridiculous! And $18 for one is also ridiculous. Don't bother doing promotions for discounting the canvas if you're just going to make it up on the shipping.

Love that its made in the states where, which means I can trust and be excited about every item purchased. I just wish shipping wasn't so expensive. Even when promotions are happing the shipping is over 20$ PER item, and if CanvasPeople have a special on shipping products are high priced. So really either way you paying just about the same. My original order shipping alone was 334$ so I had to take some items off. I stilled paid 131$ in shipping. Other than this shipping,

First time with CanvasPeople. I was giving a free 16/20 with paid shipping. So we will see if it was worth the $30 for shipping when the canvas gets here in 7 days. I have been using another canvas store online. I have 6 grandchildren and one on the way so I'm always ordering canvases. Especially from my regular CanvasPeople always giving away free canvases with paid shipping. I'll give everyone a fair chance. Can't wait to see my canvas it's my 1st granddaughter and it's her dance photo. Thanks

February 2020 of this year one of my daughters in this picture passed away. Christmas was the last picture I got of her with the family. I am choosing this company to create a canvas picture I can hang over our fireplace as a memorial to my daughter. The quality of other canvas pictures we bought were excellent so I decided to have the Canvaspeople print the family picture of my family. I'm looking forward to receiving the picture.

I've been waiting a month for my canvas, CanvasPeople sent me an email stating my canvas had been delivered however, after reviewing my 360 security cameras around my home and after a half hour of looking for it, it was never delivered. I've tried contacting them and was even told they are going to send another to replace the one I never got. I still have yet to get anything, if I ever get anything I'll most likely up date or change my review. Until then I am never going to recomend or buy again.

I really appreciate the incredible sales that are going. It kinda sucks that it's not clear that it's $20 for shipping per piece purchased, cause then I get my heart set on recieving certain pictures but I've shopped way beyond my budget. I also would like a little feed back or information on what's going on with my orders. My first order was placed May 2nd, and I sent in a message asking about it 2 days ago. I would hope that if I spend over $700 I'd appreciate either a more specific receipt that clarifies quantity and whichever other bonus details I'd paid for, so I was clear that I'd spent my money on the right thing. I'd say I have spent over $1000 in the month of May. I've given a 5 star rating because I don't want to affect your ratings etc., but I am disappointed in the service I received so far. So much as a "we haven't forgot about you" or a "we acknowledge it's taken a while" would go along way to assuring me that everything is going well with my order. I understand that shipping delays will happen due to Corona, but what I've experienced with other companies with delay was them reaching out to keep me up to date.

Promo code clearly said +$4.99 S&H per canvas, charged me almost $50 S&H on my order of 2 canvases. Went back to find in the promo email fine print, that everything is and exception other than the small basic canvas with no frame. This amount of shipping and handling seems excessive for a business that absolutely has a shipping contract. If you intent is to make profit off the shipping cost then apply the amount to the items being purchased and charge appropriate S&H. While I appreciate the work you do, as your canvases are well made, I'd feel better paying for the item opposed to $25 for the shipping.

I'm very pleased with the work you do on canvas. It was my oldest daughter who first started this by presenting my husband and I with a canvas picture of our wedding day. Our children are scattered and since our first daughter has now gone with the Lord, I have been ordering these canvas pictures of each one. CanvasPeople are all lined up on my wall next to our TV so I can see their smiling faces. I'm 90 yrs old and my Frank is 91 so it doesn't matter how people see our wall, we love it because we see our children every day. My next order will be for a young man whom we adopted at the age of 12, he is our 6th child and he's a fine man that retired from the navy and now has his own family.

I love these great deals if CanvasPeople were not outrageous deals then I wouldn't be able to afford the ridiculously high prices, the quality is pretty good I would probably not be as satisfied if I paid the price that is on your website especially for all the extras and editing you can do that yourself and amounts that you charge for the individual editing prices is kind of ridiculous. But the opportunity to have giant canvas prints of a beautiful picture at a great deal is fantastic and why I keep coming back.

You can get better service and 1-2 day production at your local Walgreen. When they cancelled my canvas, a colleague mentioned Wallgreens photography does the same canvas prints.
I went to local Wallgreens, had my print within 24 hrs... incredible quality, framed for 50% less than Canvas People. Canvas people upcharge for everything they do. Wallgreens will give you the best quality for one price. Don't get fooled with all their advertising.

First time I clicked on CHECKOUT to finalize the purchase, I did not receive a response from the system. No confirmation that the transaction processed was received. I waited some time to see if I received a confirmation email, but I did not. I ended up sending through the transaction a 2nd time. The 2nd time seemed to work correctly. There must have been a glitch in your system during the 1st process. However, how do I know that it wasn't processed on your end twice?

My brother lost his battle against cancer. It has devastated us... especially my elderly parents. Sadly, my brother's wife refuses to share any photo albums my mom compiled of him as a baby or us as a family. Since then, I've been printing out any photos that bring them joy. The free canvas offered by CanvasPeople has helped put some joy back in their house - on their walls for everybody to see. I hope I can continue to receive offers like this so I can fill their walls with precious memories.

As a professional photographer, I have pretty high standards when it comes to my work being displayed anywhere! I ordered a very nice sized 18 x 24 thick canvas for one of my favorite customers and let me just say that Canvas People did NOT disappoint! The shipping was fast and accurate even though it was in December! The colors were brilliant and the quality of the canvas itself was all around beautiful! I did pay a little extra to get the thick canvas and it was worth it! It wasn't very much either. I will definitely be ordering more of my work through Canvas People to display at trade shows! Thank you, Canvas People! YOU ROCK!

Last year, I started a canvas collection, using another provider: EasyCanvasPrints. I received a promo from Canvas People and gave it a try. I like both. The price between the two can be equally compared. I think EasyCanvas may be a little better quality, as their product is more durable (thicker wood frame and wrapped a little neater). I will continue to use CanvasPeople in the future, given the super promos provided.

I ordered two 10x10 canvases of my beloved pup, Bam, who recently passed away. I gave one to my mother, and she absolutely loves the beautiful picture of her grand-dog! I have mine hanging in my office and have received numerous compliments on it... and it's so nice to have my girl smiling at me while I work:-) The quality is wonderful, the delivery was quicker than I anticipated, and the two for the price of one sale is always appreciated. Thank you so much for the excellent work that you do!

Not enough editing options when uploading your own photos for mask. It would also be nice to see what the finish product could look like prior to making payment. There are also no pictures of the inside of the mask nor any close-ups of the adjustable string. I would be nice if the masks were CDC approved but since CanvasPeople are not, they should sell filters or suggest that a filter be added. The prices are great for the face masks though because I would be paying bootleggers $20 or more just to make a mask. It would also be nice to add personal text to the mask instead of just uploading a picture to it.

Your site was very very slow. Took my hours to finalize my order. Frustrating that I can only load and edit one picture at a time. Also I am so sad to see that shipping is almost $30 per every single item. It's not one shipping fee? Guessing your going to ship them together so not sure why it would be hundreds of dollars for shipping. I would have bought a lot more if that wasn't the case. But maybe that makes up for the deal you gave.

You guys are such "SPECIAL" people! I Love the fact that your God Loving and are not afraid to tell all about our Lord Jesus Christ. This World is in a scary situation with a lot of our youth not attending Churches anymore, it's so sad. Many of Our Churches have either closed down completely or membership has fallen in major ways since this "Covid-19" came into our World. I totally believe this is of the Devil.
Now you have made so many awesome wonderful presents for me to give to so many family members who just Love what you have created!
