Initially I thought this could be a rort, as my appointment calls were being blocked (private number) as spam and I thought I would lose $150 through no fault of my own. When I did get to talk to someone from canwell, those misgivings were allayed and canwell has been as helpful as possible, thank you.

I would like to chat on the ph with a Canwell representative when someone is available just have a few things id like to bring up. II originally heard about Canwell on the FAB podcast recently and that spurred me to look into joining Canwell. I was very excited to chat with the Dr about products available through Elevated Extracts that I'd seen on several forums and support a Aussie business but the Dr Didn't seem to want to talk about the elevated extract products. I look forward to chat on the ph.

I was very dissatisfied with my experience with you . I called to express why. My order was wrong , I was told that it would be followed up and I would get a call back , I'm still waiting . If this is not sorted by tomorrow I will take my business elsewhere and expect a full refund.

Website is very easy to navigate. My initial consultation was absolutely seamless and my doctor was understanding and helped achieve a good outcome. The new system also works really well and it's easy to order the prescribed MC. Everything is done via the website and works very well.

Great consultation, very understanding dr of chronic pain conditions. Although I forgot to ask if oils were an option as opposed to the flower, only the flower was offered although the oil would be a lot easier and more discreet for me to use- I know for the next consultation

Consultation was very professional, the DR listened to my illnesses and then made the decision based on my issues - Walked me through CBD usage and flowers. Just be Honest and Canwell will look afyer you if the medication can help you health issues. Recommended.

I had an appointment with Dr. Khan and it was a simple and easy experience. I was able to list my condition (insomnia) and the doctor recommended a couple of strains that should be able to help me. :)

Very hard to contact after I’ve paid the 150 for the initial consultation witch the doctor did not connect too and I’ve contacted them to be told I would receive a call shortly but it’s now been 3 hours . Hopefully my issue is resolved asap 🤞

The entire consultation was a very professional and informative experience.

Had a consultation with Dr Kevin Cheng . Wow, such an amazing experience. Dr Cheng listened carefully to what I had to say and had given me the best prescription designed to my needs. The process was very simple and straight forward. I would like to thank Canwell and Dr Kevin Cheng for the experience it couldn’t have got any better.

A quick and easy process. Doctor. Wet understanding and knowledgeable about pain management. He gave me different options of treatment and also further things that can help at home while undergoing recommended treatment.

I am absolutely deflated. I have been anticipating finally, the time that Australia joins the world in realising the benefits for so many years, and what a meaningless and disappointing consult. Fuethermore, the girl prior to consult was very misleading. I suffer from terrible Tourette’s syndrome, and factually, THC is the only thing that’s ever helped me. I focussed on the Tourette’s (as this was actually a tick box option) but associated with the Tourette’s comes chronic pain, anxiety, battle to sleep etc which are all other categories. It’s all one problem. The physician was very unhelpful and inflexible.
Furthermore, I would like my money back please.

My doctor was understanding and compassionate from the get-go. Listened to my needs and tailored a plan to suit them very quickly. Very polite and excellent service. Absolutely perfect. Could not ask for more!

My doctor didn't show up for the appointment. I waited 30 minutes and gave up. I did receive a phone call from the doctor an hour after the appointment time though, and once we were able to speak it went very well.

My first appointment with canwell was good. My doctor missed my scheduled appt time, but followed up with a direct phone consult later in the day.
The doctor I spoke to was very understanding of my concerns, and assisted me with further understanding the medicinal cannabis process.
I am looking forward to my next point of contact, and to transition my current treatment plan to Canwell!

Not sure what I was expecting. Brief chat with Dr who was very pleasant. Video conference didn’t eventuate as Dr still in another appointment. Called on mobile 30 minutes after scheduled appointment- still better than local GP by 30 minutes. Thought there would be a more in depth investigation into cause of complaint but I guess it doesn’t change the diagnosis or outcome.

Absolutely awesome service prior to the appointment and very caring and understanding doctors.
I’m not tech savvy and couldn’t use the website, the staff talked me through every problem I encountered.
Equally, I expected a grand inquisition from the doctor but he was very understanding and empathetic. After a decade of being made to feel like a drug seeker when asking for help, the issue was sorted in 30 minutes (well….hopefully)
I Highly recommend that if you are apprehensive about speaking to a doctor for plant based medicine, go through Canwell.
