I bought a top from this company and when it finally arrived, it was nothing like the advertise picture. It was super thin, cheap material and the style was not as depicted in the advertisement. It is horrible. Does not fit anywhere near the size ordered (XL). Caramelitta will not allow me to return the top even after I provided pictures (what difference does that make? The product sucks and I don't have to prove that through pictures); only store credit. Why would anyone want a store credit for products that are very low quality and not what they are advertised. What you see is not what you will get. I am so sad that I wasted $54 on a top that's not even fit to be a cleaning rag. This company is a scam. Another cheap Chinese company with no business ethics.

Ordered a dress described as "elegant". It wasn't even close. The material was cheap. The contrasting material didn't look anything like the picture. FORGET returns. Caramelitta want a picture and as long as it looks like what they sent, they say no. But they give you a site credit on a future purchase. I'm not happy with this item. Why would I purchase another? The sizing is WAY off too. Typically I wear a Large, but ordered an XL and I couldn't get it over my shoulders. The picture with the model is the catalog picture the other is what I received. Their answer to my request to return was I received what I ordered.

Whatever you do, do not order from this company, you will be horribly disappointed
and Caramelitta will try to cheat you out of giving you your money back. Take my advice, order from another company. I am getting my money back but it took a lot of work and was extremely aggravating. I gave it a one star rating because I had to in order to post my review. Otherwise, I would have given them a minus 5 star rating.

Do not buy from this company. Placed order on April 20th. Inquired to customer support three times trying to get them to find my order or provide a refund.

Ordered 2 jumpers in November 2020 (reside in Melbourne/Australia)... Caramelitta do not answer my questions on emails, rather continually tell me "another order has been shipped"... provide me with tracking numbers which are useless as they don't answer my question as to "what carrier they are using" or do not respond at all.
Disgusting humans and dishonest and l will continue to query, write the reviews they deserve and advertise their total disregard to providing products that were paid for, reimbursing, apologising and keeping this nightmare ongoing... May Karma reach them eventually, l work so hard for my $'s.

Read the BBB reviews on this company before you order. It's a scam company posing as a legitimate company.
You will never get your money back, either.

Don't waste your money it's all polyester when Caramelitta said cotton.
Very poor quality. And takes too long.

I finally disputed the charge after 5 weeks. When I asked Caramelitta told me my shirt would be coming from California. Lie. The clothes are in CHINA! You can email them 100x and they will keep saying it is on it's way. Run, dont walk away from this company.

Crap goods and store credit only. Don't waste your money. Based on pricing, I thought the quality would be okay. Wrong. Complete loss. A store credit is useless if you never intend to order again.

Still haven't received all the items I ordered back in October & what I have received is JUNK!
Can't get them to respond to my emails and Caramelitta have no phone number to call to get a refund, unbelievable!
