I had an AWESOME experience walking into Sahara ganj carat lane. Honest to god truth I was perplexed thinking of buying gold as I am used to buying gold and platinum just looks very different but the warm welcome that I received from the staff (Abhishek singh) and the way I was guided and education about the each and every ornament that I struck my eyes on helped me finalize my purchase. I would definitely recommend carat lane to all.

Don't ever buy from caratlane CaratLane are making fool people. While buying they'll charge one price by saying we will be deducted 10%of the price while selling the same but they never do that more than half the price they deduct by saying gay making charges which they never clarify while buying after asking again and again also. Behavior of sales person horribly bad. Horrible experience. I wish I could give less than zero rating.

Never buy any product from Catalane online as CaratLane do not return or exchange products once it is paid/dispatched. I did not like quality of material sent to me. They have not mentioned clearly for the product that it will not be exchanged or returned and refused me saying "we can not give any option for exchange or return. If you have any further concerns, contact our management." As if Caratlane management are my neighbours so that I can go and tell my concerns to them. Very bad experience. Lost my money for bad quality product. Regretting.

My first time buying diamond jewellery online without seeing the products. Carat lane crew is so helpful and helped on WhatsApp or online chat, videos to show what I was buying. Kudos to the whole team. I would definitely recommend buying from carat lane online for overseas customer. I purchased a gold/diamond ring worth 30 K approx. It broke down in two pieces though I hardly wore it. I asked caratlane to get the item repaired/replaced. CaratLane were not able to do any of that rather asked me to buy something from their site after deducting 10% cost. This is cheating. I am being forced to buy a product from a company I have lost trust in. It is highly unusual for a gold ring to break down in two pieces. Now I dont know what to do. The carat lane executives I are not at all helpful.

I have made several purchases through caratlane, not that their product matched to what was shown on website, but because I liked the design which was unique from all the other gold stores. However, the customer service of caratlane sucks big time. CaratLane never respond, leave you hanging forever. You keep messaging them, hoping one of them will have the courtesy replying back. But it's useless! It's shameful for Tanishq that Caratlane is associated with them. This business will go downhill very soon if they don't take customers seriously. I am from United States and there is no way I can contact them except for messaging them on whatsapp. I do not recommend this site for anyone from United States. I regret buying anything from them at all.

I was confused on the amount I should spare for my engagement ring. After visiting all the branded showrooms I decided to yry CaratLane. I am happy i made the right decision. Siddharth from the team helped me understand the different qualities of a good ring and how to evaluate the worth of it. I think i got saved from shelling out money on not so good product. His product knowledge and presentation is brilliant. Thanks to him.

These so called corporates are so poorly managed. CaratLane give you a date and time slot, then make excuses, for a 9.30 am scheduled meeting at home for a diamond pendant, they call at 10 and say I don't have the product yet in my hand, I will come at 11. Then promise they will be there by 1. I wasted my whole day waiting and left at 3pm. Had to overtime my driver for them delaying my entire schedule. Guess what? At 4pm I get a call, we can be there tomorrow. Seriously? Who do you think you are? Never do any business with them. I am finished.

I must say that this ring set is absolutely stunning, much beautiful in person.
This was an international order and due to confusion in the ring size i had received the wrong ring. Had to return and reorder but I must say that this entire process was handled very well by their international teams manager Mr. Shailendra. I really appreciate that he made this a hassle free one point contact experience for me.

I had placed an order on Caratlane and the order got canceled due to a glitch. Two of the items were no longer available. Saqib reached out, got me feedback on when the items would be available again, got me a special coupon as I had missed a 10 percent off opportunity due to the glitch and made sure my second order went through. I really like his above and beyond persistent follow through. Companies need people like him to succeed. It is not merely quality products but people who build companies.

12 Nov: sorry give us 1- 2 days or we will cancel and give you money after 7 days

Call center team doesn't give you a name, number to be held responsible, no escalation mechanism, no way to find out real status of delivery!

If u are running an online store, find a process to be available and be transparent... if u have screwed up an experience, u should know how to reimburse and make good fast.

I had asked to look at some bracelets on trial at home. Mr. Vijayanand brought a few pieces that were similar to the two that I had requested.
From start to finish, the entire process of carefully choosing a bracelet for my niece's birthday, to having it personalised, was entirely looked after by Mr. Vijayanand. I appreciate that he ensured that delivery timelines were met, and that he went out of his way to make sure that the bracelet personalisation was exactly what I had wanted. On the day of delivery, though it was torrential rain, he made sure that he delivered the bracelet to me. I truly appreciated this.
CaratLane, as an online medium, and with the service of allowing one to try something at home (especially in these Covid times) before making a decision to buy or not, is truly what makes a shopping experience wonderful. I was trying to order something from one country and getting it shipped to another, due to which I was having trouble in the payment step. But the customer support of Caratlane is amazing and I was helped by Saqib who made sure that the issue is fixed instantly. The whole process of placing the order went smoothly with Saqib's help. I highly recommend caratlane as CaratLane have beautiful jewelry designs and great customer service.

I wish there was a 0 rating here. I ordered 1 bangle and black needs bracelet from this site. After I received the product I was really shocked to see the product. Cheapest quality. I wonder if CaratLane really use diamond or gold.no details about diamond quality or anything. Please do not go by display pics.in pics looks very big and shiny but in real they are so dull, small and cheap. This is a lesson that never buy online without looking at reviews. Would never buy from this site again and I do not recommend anybody buying from this site.

I ordered a pendant on the 4th July 2017, it was a fast delivery gift to be delivered in Gurgaon on the 7th (as the website stated). It got delayed, I followed up and got 3 different dates on 3 different follow up calls from there customer care 11th, 13th, & 14th, post delay on each of these dates. Today is the 14th July and my gift has not been delivered. It is so embarrassing and disappointing to see such a terrible customer service. I am never going to recommend or shop or gift from here again and neither should you. CaratLane have not had the courtesy to respond to Facebook messages, emails and ensure call backs when they promised that they would do so. Terrible customer service, no respect for the time and money of the customer. Sad to see such popular name in online jewelry headed downhill.

I contacted Caratlane to buy 2 loose diamonds. Prices looked good and CaratLane said they were GIA certified. THe stones I chose were designated "hearts and arrows", however GIA dont certify H&A. I was told online that the GIA certificate would show excellent. All sounded reasonable. The total cost of the stones was around AUD 3650 (I asked for and got a 5% discount). When I tried to check out and buy, tax of nearly AUD 1600 was added and AUD 148 for shipping. No mention of tax or shipping during the buying process. There is no way that the Indian Govt would add that much tax to an export, so it terminated the purchase. Even if "tax" had been waived I still would not have gone ahead with the purchase. It was very slippery dealing with them and I didnt trust them anymore.

Very rude behaviour and staff is least interested in attending to customers. Had to request multiple times if CaratLane have the design i was looking for. Finally when i could one of them to help me, All he was interested in was to make me pay advance amount. Staff here is least interested in explaining the price break up and the clarity of diamonds. Least i expect is a pleasent shopping experience when i am about to spend over a lakh. Finally placed order in Bluestone outlet nearby.

I was looking out for some rings on trial at home. Mr. Vijayanand bought few choices which i have asked for and was really perfect. I was very amused by the way everything was handled. He showed me the collections and also waited patiently while i was trying the rings. He also showed me few more collections of rings which i was looking for. I was really impressed by the way everything was handled by Vijayanand. Thank you for your wonderful service. Definitely would shop again.
