Don't pay for expedited shipping
Paid for expedited shipping. It'll be ten days. Can't talk to know one as the operate sole of line n never answer question I pd shipping n was to 2 ya 3 business days guaranteed. Well I tracked my order that itself was a pain n the butt. But finally found it. CellPhoneCases use DHL the bring it part way the to post office. Then post office brings order to the house. So tell me how can expedited shipping work with two shipping company's. Don't pay for extra shipping it's a ploy to get hard workin people's money. I'll never order from em again. It was by accident anyways thought I was buying from another Co as there's company popped up n I didn't realize it. They won't be in business long doing that to customers. Rip cellphone cases. Com your days coming.

Deceptive business practices
I ordered two cell phone cases for the Moto E4 plus phones, one for each of my kids. After placing the order, it never gave me an order number but immediately charged my bank. I emailed them, CellPhoneCases located my order supposedly, sent me a tracking number for dhl that showed invalid when checked. I emailed back and eventually got a new tracking number. Several days later, the US postal service delivered my cases... For the Moto G4... Not what I ordered. I emailed them again and they said I could return them if I had an order number which they still never provided me and there wasn't even a shipping sheet in the package, so I don't have my order number because it was never provided to me but even if I did, I would still have to pay the shipping to return the incorrect cases PLUS 20% for restocking the items they incorrectly sent!

Do not buy these products, worst service I've ever received. The item I purchased was a Samsung note 10+ screen protector, cost me $15AUD. It took almost a month to arrive and no tracking advice whatsoever was given so it was a guessing game when it would arrive.

The product was not what was displayed on the net, was alot smaller than the actual screen size of the phone and the top left hand side didn't even stick down because of the ill fitting! CellPhoneCases told me that's how their covers are and bad luck basically.

Never an apology or any type of genuine customer service. In the end I got a copy n pasted note on how to return the product for a refund to California USA with several disclaimers why they don't have to refund me if they see fit. Also, I live in Melbourne Australia, to return this and get a refund I'll be waiting another month plus. Seriously, don't bother buying from here.

I ordered for the above item, however, noted the discrepancy of the listed item and then the customer service mailed me to refund my money. Instead, CellPhoneCases sent me the item, which I found tit faulty. The NFC feature cannot be turned off and S-pen does not work properly while putting the Samsung note 5 into the above case. They will not give you the return postal label in case you want to return the item. It is the worst company haunting for people money by selling faulty product. Be aware of this company. Worst, Worst and worst...

False advertising & Won't honor full return for defective item
Cellphonecases.com advertised a case that I bought as a hybrid case. However, the tuff company that makes the case does not list it as a hybrid case. Nor did it say hybrid on the packaging when I received the case. The packaging was also very sparse... not like I'd expect from a new Tuff case, so I think perhaps Cellphonecases sent me one someone returned without packaging that was supposed to be inside the box shell. Also, the case does not work properly on my phone. The buttons won't work with the case on even though it is listed as the proper case for my phone. I call that defective! However, Cellphonecases won't honor a return for a defective item. (Check Better Business Bureau, you'll see many situations like mine.) CellPhoneCases want me to pay the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Together, that's almost as much as the case cost. When I try to question them about it, they won't respond to me. Their last response was to ask my phone model #. I told them my model number on Sept. 15. But the company won't respond. It is now November and no response ever since I told them my phone model # which they asked for but did not respond to.

Big Mistake
I ordered a case on July 23,2019. After requesting it, I was sent an email with a tracking number which said my order was in Raleigh, NC on the 26th. I have been unable to get an update since and today is August 6th. I have sent a few emails and CellPhoneCases asked me to verify my full shipping address which I did. No response so I emailed again and said I would like an update. They said they requested my address so they could verify as 95% inadvertently type in the wrong address or some such thing. I was told to notify them today after the mail run if it still had not arrived. It has not in either my home box or P. O. box. So as they said it was my choice to have them re- ship or refund my money, I just requested my money and for them to let me know when I could expect my money back in my account. My mistake for not checking their reviews before ordering. I won't repeat that and I won't be ordering from them again. It supposedly made it to Raleigh in 3 days from the time I ordered it and hasn't made it through the distance from Raleigh to Asheville and can not be tracked by me either. Hmmm!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY - SCAMMERS!
Very shady company - Take a look at Better Business Bureau's website and do a search -- even BBB doesn't get a response from them! I received the wrong cellcase so returned it and requested the correct case, and paid for return shipping, including a letter with the exchange item details. 3 weeks went by, nothing, so sent them a status inquiry. CellPhoneCases responded that they shipped it. I stated I didn't receive it and asked for tracking #. They replied they don't do tracking but said they would send out another, and even went further to say they would provide tracking info with the next supposed shipment. 2 weeks went by, nothing again! So I sent another inquiry, they replied by saying they do not have tracking info. And basically pushed me under the rug... I got taken! **SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE - TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE**

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I made a mistake ordering an iPhone 6 S plus case for my 6 S phone. Sent a message within 10 minutes of my order but CellPhoneCases sent the wrong case anyway. After contacting them to do an exchange I returned the case along with a paper copy of our exchange related emails and a note to request an exchange. They simply refunded my original cost less the 20% restocking fee and never sent the exchange. So I'm out $7 for return shipping AND $6 restocking fee with no case. I've since tried contacting them but they never even sent a reply. Very unhappy.

No delivery, no response,
I ordered a phone case, cover and other bits from them. Paid and never heard a word despite many emails. Not received my order for over a week, tracking is useless, no contact number and CellPhoneCases don't respond to emails. Seems like a scam company to me as it seems they just don't care once they have your money, so my advice is don't be taken in by the price and purchase from someone that has a contact number in the UK. May cost more but you should get it, I certainly will NEVER use these guys again. I feel as if I have just been conned! Very disappointed

"Expedited Priority Mail" Scam
I ordered a cover for my cell phone online from CellPhoneCases.com, and paid $3 extra for their "expedited priority mail." It took a week though for delivery to Texas. Their website indicates that CellPhoneCases use DHL Global Mail. I mistakenly expected the 2-3 day USPS normal delivery time for priority mail. I asked CellPhoneCases.com for a refund of the priority mail postage, but they refused. I see that many other customers are also having bad experiences with this business. My guess is that most customer service issues are probably never resolved.

Extremely dissatisfied by the customer service.
I placed an order late at night believing it was the galaxys21 plus, it was not. Immediately I hit the "contact us" button and said please exchange my S21 case for the S21 plus case. Same price. The next morning per the website info I called during business hours and left a voice mail. I left a text message on the same number provided. I emailed as per the website info. No one answered the phone. No one text back. No one emailed. Instead at 3:45 that afternoon CellPhoneCases emailed me and said your order has been sent. First message ever. I immediately emailed back saying did you not get my gazilion messages on all 3 avenues provided? The response as if it was a robot, said sorry your order was already sent. They did the same response 3 times. Well it was not sent in the late hours of the evening before when I sent a message immediately following my order. It was not sent in the morning when I called, text and emailed. The company does not answer the phone, text back or email any of your issues.

Are they for real
Ordered a case for my iphon6se 2020 model It finally arrived after a month and a half but CellPhoneCases sent me an older 6e case that is too small and not the same. After sending pics of a case I bought which is black and a pic of what they sent they keep replying I got the right case as you will see in my photo the orange case has no hole in the back and is smaller. Very poor customer service and I don't get it why they keep saying they are the same cases I would not recommend buying from these people to anyone. Next time I'll buy Canadian where you can actually talk to live answer and avoid these clowns they have working By the way the invoice they sent me has a picture of exactly what I ordered I bought the black case elsewhere due to the long dragged out process with these guys

Slow Delivery, Sub-Par Product
I ordered an inexpensive FitBit Flex strap. It took nearly a month to arrive! Finally got it today. The knock-off fake strap (which I didn't realize was going to be fake) is a harder plastic than the nicer FitBit brand plastic. This knock-off is much harder and rigid. Also rather oily/greasy, which is strange. I could have bought a real fitbit branded strap for only a couple dollars more locally, so I assumed this one would be real. This one will likely end up in the trash and I will go shell out a little bit more and buy a real strap. Too bad. Will never order from these guys again.

Sturdiness?
Going by numerous recommendations, I purchased this case. The one and only time I dropped my phone with this case on it from about 3 feet onto pavement, half the screen was damaged. It didn't crack, but there were vertical lines running through it which made the touch screen inoperable. I was looking for a durable case that wasn't too bulky (i. E. Otter Box), but it seems that you can't have both. Maybe this was an exception to what others have experienced, but I can't take that chance again and will look for something else.

So far not impressed
Ordered cases over a week ago, still no cases yet. A week is a long time these days considering other companies can deliver things in 24 hrs. The shipping tracker does not update or notify me of updates. No activity for over 3 days. I would never have ordered from them had I known they'd be like this. And CellPhoneCases blame DHL. "It's not our fault, it left our warehouse in 24 hrs". Well I don't care, I did no business with DHL, I did business with you, you are responsible for ensuring fast delivery and good customer service etc. DHL has no obligation to me.
Horrible way to do business.

Terrible return policy
When I selected my phone model from the menu, I didn't notice that cases for another model also populated. I selected a number of cases and a screen protector. At no time was there a warning that the case I selected might not be compatible with my phone. When I received them CellPhoneCases were actually for the model similar to mine but they were too big. When I contacted cellphonecases.com, I was informed that it was my error so a 20% re-stocking fee would be assessed for a return. If I preferred an exchange I needed to go back to the website, find cases equal to the value I had paid and send the link(s) to a customer service rep or write them on a paper and enclose them with my returned items. The refund would take 7 business days. There were several warnings about conditions when NO Refund would be given. This is no way to retain customers. Don't buy if here if there's a chance you might to need to return something.

Pitful business practices and a huge rip-off

Theod Simon shipped to me the wrong size cellphone case and a charger with human blood on it inside the packaging. Of course, he will not admit any wrongdoing or take responsibility for his actions or lack thereof. I've waited for over a month for a refund and still haven't received one? He said I never received your returned items and then several weeks later admitted in an email that the items were in fact received, but still no refund. Online business like Cellphonecases.com want your money but do not have customer service or even know what that means. In the United States of America, this kind of business practice should not be allowed to continue, there shall be punishment for wrongdoing. If we allow this sort of bad business to continue it will just worsen. Theod Simon, do the right thing and refund my money. Don't bring bad Karma down upon yourself.

Don't buy anything from this company!
I ordered new screen protectors for 2 brand new LG G8X Thinq cellphones. I didn't pay attention and forgot to include the "X" in the search bar. So I ordered the wrong size screen protectors. I emailed costumer service that I've received the envelope but didn't opened it because I would like to send the screen protectors back for a refund. After a couple days I've received an email back, stating I would have to pay for return shipping and CellPhoneCases would charge me 20% restocking fee! I give you a good advice, spend your money elsewhere.

Horrible customer service
After waiting over a week, the first temper glass came to me broken. CellPhoneCases said they would send a replacement right away, but waited over another week just for that. After I sent them an email of keeping me updated, they shipped the temper glass that day(what a coincidence). When the replacement came, I thought the temper glass would be for my galaxy s10. Again, was sent incorrectly for a galaxy s10 plus. Temper glass is so much bigger than my phone. I am very disappointed, as I waited over 2 weeks to recieve a cracked temper glass to a replacement that was again sent incorrectly. I would not waste my time on this website. I am in the process of getting a refund now.

Excellent service
Great slim case that's appealing to the eyes. I purchased the navy blue case. I purchased this case after my ottorbox case finally took a crap on me, and WOW it's nice to have a slim case again. My iPhone is white, which is only visible in the case where the camera is. The back of the case is like a dark film cover, which is a nice contrast to my white phone. The back of the case is ne to scratch marks, but basically unnoticeable unless you're really trying to look. I've dropped my phone once, but not from a significant distance; however, no damage to the phone or case. I would definitely purchase this case again!
