They are abusing customers to except return without any reason!I return item back less then 4 days through Dhl company with tag unworn new and clean I did not wear them because they are very small!They got item hold this about one month and decide to return me miu miu short back!They said that shorts has a stain !When I got this item back it was without any problem no stain at all!Unprofessional and harassment company!Scam!!
bought miu miu shorts which very nice but I returned them right away because they runs very small after one month they send me this shorts back the price is over $500 !Later they send me email with pictures of a little blue stain which I did not see when I got !Probably return department is dirty and not professional at all!They are abusing on purpose to buy or except the item back !Will never buy anything again from them !Scam and very unpleasant situation I had with them !Be careful dear customers!If you decide to return item back check or make some pictures!It was a good a lesson for me for $500!
I was worried when I saw these reviews but no problems. Ordered trainers on 31 May, and they arrived two days later: 2 June. I wasn't expecting them to get here so quickly, but I paid £20 for delivery, so that's probably why. Delivery note says they came from Italy (to the UK). No complaints other than high delivery charge. No option for cheaper/slower delivery at checkout but I wanted the trainers so was prepared to pay.
Exact same experience. BEWARE if you need to return or exchange. They "lost" the $1800 dress for over a month then returned it saying it was worn. Refused to communicate. I did report them to my credit card but Cettire returned the item to me and threatened me with added charges if I refused the return. I tried to fight this and reported the scam but visa said they could not do anything as I had the item. Horrible and traumatic experience.
DO NOT USE CETTIRE! I ordered 6 items through Cettire. 4 of the items were processed and shipped within a couple of days. However i had 2 items that were not processed. I waited for over a week and emailed asking for an update. Received a generic reply stating once items are processed, it will be shipped ASAP. Waited an another 2 weeks, still nothing, so emailed again. Similar reply. 11 weeks later, and about 6 emails, same generic reply that items won't be sent out unless processed. Wasn't given a time frame or any proper updates, however i was offered a refund. I obviously said yes to the refund. They said they will process it. It's been close to 4 weeks. I have emailed them 3 times, each and everytime they have said the same thing; once processed, your refund will arrive. Asked for a time frame, they haven't given one...unbelievable
I ordered a Saint Laurent wool Cardigan. It arrived quickly via DHL. I absolutely loved it except for the fact that the website said it was black, the invoice said it was black, when indeed it was blue. I reached out to Customer Service for over 2 months after sending the item back. I track the package. It was deemed delivered to Cettire. 4 months later, countless emails (they do not have a way to contact them by phone) and no refund. Either hope you receive exactly what you order, it’s perfect (description, size, style) and you love it or DO NOT order from this website…EVER. No matter how enticing the discounts or sale may seem.
My purchase was evaluated by CETTIRE as a fraud.

The behavior is completely outrageous. Payment by card was made, the money on the account was blocked and then everything was canceled unilaterally. Without giving any reason other than the above-mentioned CETTIRE communication. Apparently they are not able to meet the obligation and send the goods with transport included in the price or they do not have it at all. Anyway, I'm very disappointed. Shoes for 400EUR are not TOP, but not everyone buys them either. And the Czech Republic is not a banana republic so that it is not possible to trade here.

Same bad experience as a lot of people, returned item within 4 days upon receiving it as the phone case was wrong, ordered an iPhone 12 case, but decided to get the iPhone 13 instead, so followed the return procedure, only to be told 10 weeks later, ( (yes 10 weeks ) it was damaged, this phone case was unused and sent back exactly as I recieved it, THEY DAMAGED IT … AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!
I ordered a Stella McCartney bag and my credit card was charged accordingly. After 3 weeks I emailed to ask where my bag was. They replied that my credit card hadn’t passed their validation process so they wouldn’t be sending me the bag. I asked for my account to be credited and they said that although my bank records showed that the money had been charged to my credit card, it hadn’t really and the money was sitting with the bank. I checked with the bank and they confirmed the money had left my account and was with cattire. Despite repeated emails they continued to claim the money was still with the bank. The money was finally returned to my account after I threatened to make a complaint to Fair Trading. Avoid. Terrible customer service.
Company will not give refund it's been over 5 months do not use this company I ordered $100 sweatshirt they sent me a $20 wallet I returned the crappy $20 wallet and I still never gotten any kind of refund plus it was $25 for shipping so they pretty much stole $125 from me do not use this company I wish I had read the reviews before I was stupid enough to pay for it pops up on Facebook and everywhere else and I was dumb enough to use it don't make the same mistake I did

First of all, this is an advice to anyone purchasing from Cettire.
If a company doesn't have a contact number for sales representatives to talk to you, this is already a red flag sign. It simply means they do not want to acknowledge problems and can't be bothered taking you seriously.
Almost every big company now have a customer service number that you can call and a person you can speak with if you have problems with the product you purchased.
The fact that they don't have one is a real worry. If you have an issue, it's a very stressful email tennis match frustration, back and forth ignoring you. They will not take you seriously and will not respectfully acknowledge you. It took them 2 days to reply back. The survey asks how quick did the company reply to you? There is No option for days! Only hours or a week! They are happy to take your money, but if you have problems, hope for the best as they will not care!!
I bought a Versace denim jacket for $800. It is $1,160 on the Versace store and I decided to purchase it from Cettire. Upon opening the package, I was really shocked to see, there was a huge tear on the stitching inside at the middle back of the jacket. I wish I can post a photo here. Honestly I was really surprised that this tear was so visible.
This is a Versace item, how on earth is the stitching out?? The stitching is out, very visible and is about 2 inches, you cannot miss it at all opening the jacket!! I'm doubting the authenticity of the jacket as I find it very very hard that a Versace clothing will have a slight stitch out of place. It is impossible.
Most importantly, how in the world did the person packing this, did NOT see the tear and still dispatch it. When I informed them back and forth, obviously what can they say but return it. They also got back to me saying they contacted the supplier and was told the item was not faulty when dispatched. So that means I made it up? Absolutely horrible.
This is my first purchase from Cettire. I was very reluctant to buy anything as the reviews are quite alarming. A whole lot of many really terrible reviews.
They tell you to return it, God knows how long that will take being Covid, or lost and might take months again. And the process of refund is shocking. They offered me a %5 discount, Yes 5% discount. And I paid $65 to repair a NEW VERSACE item! What nonsense it is to buy a new item and pay more to have it fixed!
This company being new is a total huge disappointment. No accountability or responsibility acknowledged. This is not a $100 denim item, this is a $1,000 denim item. Absolutely terrible!!
Scammers at best, no refunds , for 3 weeks, nightmare returning .
Just the fact that they dont have customer service phone number makes me think that this company was set for money laundring or the like.

Dont buy just because its £ 20 cheaper. trust me you will have a drag claiming your money back if the item is faulty or the wrong size.

Avoid, appalling service and unbelievably incompetent. Ordered £900 Fendi bag on 9th Jan. Never arrived. Chased for 3 months. Kept saying with logistics dept delivery tracking would be provided soon. It never was had to chase weekly or no one contacted me. 3 months later they say its no longer available and I'm being issued a refund. No apology or explanation. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY
A store such as this should not exist. Bought a 3000 dollar bag from this store. After a week they claimed that our purchase was a fraud. Then after they corrected their mistake they claimed they do not have the product and will refund. 3 weeks later we followed up on our refund and they said they were not able to refund us due to issue with our bank and was happy to issue store credit. Only after disputing this with our bank they had fully refunded our money back. Overall this store's scheme is most likely pressuring customers to get refunded with store credit for products they don't even have. Would avoid this store if you don't want any dramas.
This is just about the most horrid experience I had with online shopping, which is plenty say.
Just make sure you don't engage in returns with them.
I ordered shoes, they sent the wrong size.. When I returned it, it took them 2 weeks to get back to me after repeated reminders, only to say that they indeed sent the Right Size!!! And that they are sending the shoes back. I informed them that I will not accept the shoes, to which they replied that they will charge my card with a 150 euros levi!!! I didn't accept the returned shoes and informed them that I have communicated with my card company to alert against an a unauthorised charge, then they said OK we sent the issue to management for review. And the management is still reviewing for the past 2 months!!!
The worse ever
I ordered a Canada goose gilet which had a huge deal on it and within 5 days I received it. When I purchased I saw so many bad reviews online which made me panic whether it be that the products are counterfeit, they don’t send anything or the returns are a nightmare. From my experience the delivery time was fast considering it was shipped from Italy. Only thing I will say is it wasn’t shipped in the original box but it is without a doubt 100% authentic. I think the bad reviews are probably generated from a bot from a rival company because my experience was great. Thanks Cettire, will definitely be ordering again!
DISHONEST RIP OFF SITE OWNERS- do not get scammed by them!
This site is an absolute rip off. I wish I had seen these reviews before I spent my hard earned cash with them.
I bought a pair of Lanvin trainers from them which were way too big when they arrived. Within 4 days of receiving the shoes, I contacted their 'customer service' to ask how to return the trainers only to be receive a vague response about following directions on their website. Well there were no proper instructions at all on their website re returns - so I contacted them again by email.
They told me that I was now too late to return the trainers even though 10 days had not yet expired!
When I pointed this out, they asked that I send images of the shoes and packaging to show that they were still in as new condition- which I did.
After no response whatsoever to the numerous images I had sent, I had to contact them again and they said that oh they 'don't work on the weekends' and would contact me during normal working hours- needless to say they have still not replied.
I cannot tell you how angry I am because I have written numerous emails to them and they have made every dishonest excuse they could think of for not taking back the trainers.
They are dishonest crooks with absolutely no integrity whatsoever.
I will be pursuing this to make sure their site is removed from the web and will use my influence in the fashion world to make sure their name is black-marked for scamming their customers.
If I could leave zero stars I would. We purchased a pair of shoes from this outfit and returned them only to receive an email telling me that I had sent them back in a destroyed box and so they were not accepting my return. What a crock! We did not send them on a damaged box. It was perfectly fine when I mailed it. What a scam these people are running. I’m contesting this with my credit card company. I hope they are soon put out of business because they are dishonest east as hell.
For someone who has spent over $15,000 and never once returned a purchase. I am so disappointed with this company. I returned a recent purchase that did not fit and requested to have a store credit to use it for another purchase. It’s been a month and still nothing. Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They don’t respond to emails and when do they do 10days later, the email doesn’t even address your concerns. There’s no care for their customers. I will advise you spend your money else where. Farfetch, SSENSE for example have amazing customer service. Don’t waste your money with a company that doesn’t value your business. I would give a 0 star if I could.
After ordering 2 items on Cettire last Saturday, I consulted the reviews and starting worrying like crazy when I read all these negative comments. Well I would like to let you know that as far as my order is concerned, everything went perfectly fine. Got the DHL reference on Monday and received my order today, all as requested. I am not a fake person sent by Cettire, just a happy customer!!
