Pathetic service
Website states no delays on services.
I booked on Monday for a Wednesday pickup - no communication that this wasn't occurring. Client waited at property all day until I called to understand why pickup had not occurred. Supervisor supposed to call me back - hours later still no contact. Pickup has 1 week delay - utterly disappointed and dis satisfied customer. Would not recommend and will not use this organisation again.

Customer service rep constantly spoke over me and tried ending the call. I wanted to speak to the supervisor- hours later still no contact by the team member.

Your web booking site needs serious attention
Your web booking site needs serious attention. It took four goes at completing the form over two days. It kept rejecting my credit card payment details because I left a space between my first and second name. Which is how it is printed on my credit card. A space is not a n alpha numerical error. How about one of the management team sits and tries to book a car on the site. Lots of stupid logic errors in your data fields, not just the one I mentioned.

The call centre is rubbish
The call centre is rubbish. I spoke to several people, and all of them had no idea about the services that are offered. For example in one of my many phone calls I got into an arguement with one person who said i can't have the factory *** and tool kit in the boot because no tools are allowed to be transported, then when I dropped off the car, the people on site said I CAN have the factory *** as it's part of the car and up to 60kg of stuff in the boot without extra charge. (even though i didn't). The staff on site at both depots were all very friendly, helpful and very professional. The call centre was painful

Was happy with my recent experience
Was happy with my recent experience. Yet to wash my car but all appears well upon pick-up yesterday from your Minto Depot. Online tracking was surprisingly pretty good. Not a fan of your overseas call centre and prefer to deal direct with people locally at the depot level. Would have liked to know more about your internal procedures when transporting cars b/w depot to rail, rail to road etc to provide myself with a little more comfort on how my car was being handled. Was very anxious to ensure my car was not damaged in any way, and requested it not be washed (it wasn't). Being an older air-cooled car, even the warm-up procedure before driving the car is important to ensure longevity of the motor etc. I got the premium service, and enquired about the race car service but was told it was not an option as my car is not lower than 110mm. Would be good to have a more personal service with a direct contact but understand you probably work off volume and turnover. Like I said, so far it appears my car arrived without any noticeable damage, and it arrived on time, so I'm happy.

During the past 12 months I have used Ceva to transport my vehicle from one end of the country to the other multiple times with and without luggage. Their service is always paramount to that of any other transport company I have used; CEVA Logistics always ensure their customers are looked after and the vehicles are taken care of. I would highly recommend using their services to anyone wanting to transport their vehicles. Thank you Ceva!

Delay in car transporting to interstate
We have put our car on 9/6/2020 (NSW) and still waiting for 1/7/2020 (WA). Should be in a week, when we call customer service, CEVA Logistics said, they waiting for the rail company to give space, all bull, that is not customer problem, call one week later the same answer and the car is still in Adelaide rail station.
Very disappointed and there no system to complain, we send enquiry to the email but same answer.

Only disappointment was the passenger side mirror was broken on arrival. It appears someone had maybe moved it to fit in a tight spot and not put it back. You will see in your photo taken at drop point that the mirror was in the correct spot. We did not notice it at pick up until we were about to drive off, and rain was looming so we did not have time to take care of it. The lady *** who drove the car out for us saw that we had a problem with the mirror after we had said all looked good to go. Once we arrived at home we realized the mirror was broken off inside. we have had to have it repaired. ***

Terrible service and no customer service skills
We left our car on the 14 sept to be driven interstate by the 30th. When I went to get at the other end CEVA Logistics advised it was still sitting in the other state. No phone call to tell us of delay. Ended up costing us a lot of extra money in hire cars and despite daily phone calls to speak with someone senior management ignored all my requests and calls. Final email response (no phone call) basically said so sad too bad we really don't care. Also a scratch I queried on the car, was told I would hear from warranty team within two days of final car pick up. Guess what a week and a half later have heard nothing. It is now the 13th October. Do not use

All good on the eastern front
Ceva is my go-to car carrier. Its a company which knows what its doing and follow up is excellent. I booked my car for collection on a day the business was closed over Xmas. An extremely polite Ceva person called and informed me of this Collection was re-scheduled no issue no problem Courteous, professional, and problem fixed. Yes, more expensive but the old adage of "getting what you pay for" applies. Will always move my cars with Ceva

Don't call them - Use their online booking service instead
Before booking online I rang CEVA to get some more information and book a vehicle transport from Melbourne to Tasmania. The people I spoke to were very difficult to understand (strong Indian accent) and CEVA Logistics had no idea about the geography of Australia. I told them I lived on the north coast of Tasmania and they told me they deliver to a place called "How... Bart"
They quoted me over $1400 but I was able to work it out myself and book the transport for around $900 door to door.
CEVA need to give their foreign workers a map of Australia and a geography lesson when they are inducted. Your telephone enquiry service personnel just sounded like an outsourced foreign call centre following a script. Dreadful

Not good!
For a company that advertises a smooth free experience, often posting positive reviews to back this up, is not quite the case for me. CEVA Logistics have had my car parked up in Adelaide since 05 Nov 21 with absolutely no updates of when it is likely to depart. I have called numerous times only to speak to people that have no idea when my car will be moved. No texts, no emails not returned calls, nothing. What can guarantee though is they will take your money as quick as a flash! I am hoping this is an isolated case, but if you are thinking of transporting your pride and joy and communication is important to you then perhaps avoid CEVA.

Didn't deliver and didn't call
Delivery scheduled with window of time given as 8am-2pm. That meant taking a precious family leave day. By 2:30 I tried to find a number to call and inquire but there was nothing on their email or on the tracking website no way to contact customer service. I called the merchandise company and CEVA Logistics agreed "they are hard to track down". She was able to find out they plan to deliver the next day rather than on the scheduled day. No one called to tell me. And I had to take another family leave day. What a waste of my time and money - they are out nothing and they don't care.

Used the online chat and was given a quote ID which I put into the system. Nothing happened so I had to go through the process all over again. I called to speak to someone and it was very difficult to understand what CEVA Logistics were saying. I think they told me the car could sit at the depot for up to 14 days before it was moved. I asked if there was a way I could keep the car until there was a definite day and the answer was no. Really?

In the beginning, It was difficult to get through to...
In the beginning, It was difficult to get through to the right person to answer my questions ( my calls were going offshore to the Phillipines) but once I got throught to CEVA Brisbane everything was fine, I told her my situation, the operator on the phone was pleasant to deal with. Communication was very good after that, the driver communicated with us when our vehicle would be delivered.

If they damage your car good-luck with their warranty team.
AVOID - Do not use these guys AT ALL. The 5% chance your car is damage you are left out in the water. Go with an independent or other company that appreciates honesty.

I had my car transported by CEVA. There was clear damage to the front bar (contact markings, scratches, paint swaps, denting). CEVA warranty blatantly lied and said it was pre-existing - despite the photos CEVA Logistics provided not showing any evidence of it and I had seen the vehicle so I know it was not pre-existing. They did not mark the "pre-existing damage" when I had ask for more clarity. I had 3rd party opinions, even the lady at the depot had said yes that is damaged but they had to determine where the damage had occured (eg, pick up, drop off by driver, or parking by staff).
After getting back to warranty claim a second time around asking for evidence it is "pre-exisiting" Warranty staff replied by saying "no" and that "misalignments of panels that occur during transport are not covered". Again, damage a crumpled front bar, not about mis-alignment.

However, the car sat in the depot for 6 days, prior to final delivery. The car was left in an unenclosed area where staff havd access to vehicle to sit in and eat their lunch. McDonalds and Subway papers, wrappers and napkins left in the car and stuffed in bumper bar. Wasn't really impressed.
Otherwise all good.

Very Unreliable
I DO NOT RECOMMEND CEVA,
CEVA Logistics have been unreliable with delivering my vehicle, was told on Friday 1st vehicle had been picked up from Motor vehicle auction & taken to their depot at Minto for the weekend.
Called on Tuesday to ask an approximate date for delivery. I was then informed, in fact the vehicle was still at the auction, not even picked up.

Nothing but a big stuff up, bad communication.

Will NEVER use CEVA again.

The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the difficulty...
The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the difficulty presented when booking, due to service staff with very strong accents, this makes booking unpleasant, constantly repetitious with failure to take down correct details making it necessary to utilize 3 staff just to give basic booking information that should not have taken longer than 12 mins to acomplish

Avoid at all costs. Do not use this company. Booked car to be transported on 29/9/21 it's not 10/10/21 and still no delivery (simple transfer across Brisbane). Offshore call centre is useless. No one can give and honest timeframe or even confirm where my car is.
So many promises to by this company to provide an update and nothing. No one returns calls or emails.
Grays online car auctions recommended these idiots. Never again will I use either company again. Save your money. I could have pushed my car in the time it has taken to get a reply and still I don't have my car.
Worst customer service. Writing this review and many more so other people are spared the hassle and anxiety dealing with these morons has caused me.
DO NOT USE CEVA Logistics or CEVA Car carrying.

Disgraceful
My Vehicle was bought over from Melbourne to Perth, and i had items taken from my van, (cost of the missing items is around $1000 and counting), I was told I would be called, But have never received a call from any member or staff, to think my keys were intrusted to thieves, whether direct or indirect employees of CEVA is disgraceful, service during the transit was never given promises made about people contacting never happened,
