I ordered quite a few dresses off of the website and I returned 5 items. I followed the procedures in their return policy, by sending them the tracking number within the week I bought the items. Once ChicMe received the items, I did not get a refund. I contacted them multiple times and they told me I needed a receipt to verify the purchase when the website says tracking number or receipt. Its been almost 2 months since I have returned the items and chic me refused to refund me my money even though I received confirmation they received the return items! What sucks is once I received confirmation I theee the receipt away. They never said I needed both a confirmation and receipt they said they wanted one or the other and now they refuse to refund me my money. If I could give them 0 stars instead of one I would! DO NOT buy from Chic me! Their customer service sucks and the quality of most of the apparel is not what you see and what you would expect, hence that is why I returned quite a few items. Not to mention I received multiple packages with no receipt of what items were sent. I had to figure it out!

I have just recelved my rather expensive ChicMe order (I had ordered a fair amount) but to be overcharged £61 is outrageous. It was clear from receiving the parcel (deliverd by CNE Express Ltd - founded in Shanghai) that it was going to be an unpleasant experience.

I had not received a confirmation email after paying for my products, and from reading reviews, the 10 days it took to deliver was a bit of a surprise.

Some of the products were the wrong size or small, others were missing, others were disintegrating as I was taking them out of packaging, and all were completely different from their counterpart photos displayed on the chicme.com website.

I then looked online to find any customer service details, to which I found, but it says that their HQ is in the UK, of which I am a resident. This kind of fraudulent behaviour I would not expect from either the UK or USA, which is where originally the information guided me to believe the company is based.

Disappointed is an understatement.

I ordered a skirt set. Finally called and someone picked up and said HELLO. First off isn't this a business!? She then told me she see my order and it's shipped out. THAT WAS A LIE ITS BEEN OVER 15 days and now the line is constantly busy! This company are thieves ChicMe take ur money and no item! Im thinking of LAWSUIT! Its not the money its the Principle of the matter! Give me my damn money back or send my order! Don't trust this place! Oh they say there in China but the number is in Los Angels... wait just read a customer review. He said he was enrolled in a membership! They bet not take anymore money from me! I CANT PULL UP MY ORDER ON THERE WEBSITE! So i can't see if they have me enrolled! THIS IS FREAKIN CRAZY! I AM SO UPSET! And someone is sitting on this site from chicme putting up good reviews FAKE!

Chic me's shopping experience is an adventure. There is a technique to getting the best out of the Chic Me experience. Always read and look at the reviews to get the best idea of how your item will look and fit. This site is for the humble shopper who loves to look good but will never spend retail price on an item. I love the quality of the clothes and how close Chic Me gets to the picture. BUT ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS so you're not unsatisfied. Chic Me has the best prices for the best looks, if you do your Homework. But overall I love coming to Chic Me just for the experience because it makes me feel like I am really looking into what I am investing into my look.

I ordered on ChicMe on April 17th. I got an order confirmation email same day nothing since. So yesterday on April 29th called support that I got the number off site and a regular guy answered. I knew it seemed weird but this guy said I needed to be at home on my desk too to fill out a form I said I was he told me to enter a website in the computer and when I did he remotely took over my whole computer. He went on an a attempt to purchase gift cards on several of my accounts I did ask him about while he was on the phone he was trying to do everything really fast while on the phone my boyfriend turned off the computer the guy got really upset n proceeded to cussing me out. I then Reported him. I'm telling others because this is a scam and I don't want you taken advantage of like I was n I lost 100.00 bucks and ChicMe better then losing my life and identity.

This maybe the worst site I've ordered from. A lot of their clothes don't look like the pictures. It takes almost two months to get a order even if you pay extra to get it faster. Their return policy is horrible ChicMe start your return policy from when you order your stuff. Then only give you 15 days to return or exchange. How can you exchange something you don't have. So when you do get your order the return policy is voided. Meaning if you order on October 1. You have to the October 16 to return whatever, but you won't get your stuff until December. Their customer service is horrible sometimes no one will respond. I'm so frustrated with this site I deleted the app. I do not recommend at all.

I ordered two dresses in a small size. I received dresses that looked completely different from what the model was wearing. The both looked enormous but one of them was definitely marked wrong because it looked like an extra- extra large. The dresses looked unfinished and there was so much extra fabric in the front and its super wide on top. It looked fitted and small on the model. ChicMe are selling lies and when I reached out to get a refund they said I needed to pay for shipping back to China which would have been more than the dresses. I lost my money and the dresses are going in the garbage. They are very defective and have a weird not proportional shape, it would not fit anyone. That was not what they advertised so I should have not been asked to pay for shipping since I didn't order wrong. I ordered 'correctly' and received different sizes and defective dresses. Do not waste your time. You will be very disappointed.

Bought 2 bikinis from ChicMe over 2 months ago. $50 was taken out of my account straight away. But I never received any kind of order confirmation from the website.
I have tried to login to my account to see my orders - however there are no orders to be seen. So I thought maybe I used a different email address when I purchased the item. Every time I ask for a 'forgot my password ' email- it says email sent. But I never receive one!

I have sent several emails asking what the problem is and when I am to receive my items. But have never had a reply.
I'm going on holiday in April and that is what I bought the bikinis for! So the fact that I ordered them in Jan and ChicMe still haven't arrived is extremely frustrating!

I saw this site on instagram. Was hesitant but what the hell. The clothes looked amazing so I ordered $500 worth of clothes for upcoming Holidays & special occasions, but to good to be true, right? I got flagged for card fraud Nd returned my money, no questions asked! Here I go again talked to Support through email Nd convinced me once again Nd gave me 15% of my next order to find out ChicMe offer it anyways with 3 or more items purchased SMH! I ordered but more this time to have the same thing happen again so I sent them a nice email how horrible they disrespect clients who spend money in big amounts! I'm still waiting for my 2nd order Nd it's been 3 weeks now Nd still no shipment or anything! Plus I still haven't received my first refund, I should've listened to my gut Nd Scrolled up on my instagram! This is not the end of ChicMe! I can't get to the number or their responses are a big hassle. Ugh what did I do!

I ordered a dress with 3 weeks to go until I needed it. I paid extra for my delivery to make sure it came on time as I appreciate that Chic me is a company abroad from where I am. After 8 days when it still said "processing" I sent them a message. Not only did it take them 2 days to reply to me but ChicMe were also the most unhelpful people I have ever spoken to. They offered me a discount code and said it would be shipped within 3-7 working days, considering I had 5 days until I needed the dress I voiced my concerns and was told the item I wanted was now out of stock as it is "popular". I was told I could pick a new dress but surely if I wanted a different dress I would have ordered a different one in the first place! I explained this and they said "can you wait for somedays?" Uhhh no; I need it by the end of the week. I have cancelled my order but wouldn't be surprised if they are difficult about refunding me. Absolutely unimpressed and will definitely not be going back.

I ordered a dress from this company and It was delivered and the quality was ok however, it was very short and I had to return it. ChicMe sent me an address to return the product and stated if it's over x amount of weight it will not get through customs and they will not except it. When I got to the post office and the dress was weighed, it was over the weight. So I returned it to an Australian warehouse of theirs.
Every time I email a different person answers me causing so much confusion as I have to start from the beginning telling them what went wrong. Long story short I haven't received my refund and they are making it almost impossible to. Plus you pay for the return of the product. I am pretty certain that this company rips a lot of people off.

I have place a order for this company 4th times, I paid for it, after ChicMe collect my money from my credit card they cancel my orders, without a reason, them to return my money I have to wait 4 or 5 weeks.
On the July 25 was the fourth time they collect over a 1000 dollars from my credit card and the send me a email saying they need to confirm my identity, ask me to send then a copy of my credit card, witch I did. I got a massage from a girl name Catherine saying the my order gonna be ship, the everything was fine. I when into the web side today to see the status of my order and the order is cancel again, they have my money already on they account, this really ridicules, I don't know what kind of business they running.

Clothes are extremely cheap. Everything looks like a cheap Halloween costume material and looks nothing like it does in the photos once you receive it. I can't believe that Yahoo would let a company like this advertise on their page. PLEASE REMOVE THIS BULL$#*!!
ChicMe also post fake reviews on the site. And I believe The good reviews if they have posted here are probably fake as well. I'm glad that I only bought a few things just to see how the items were going to look first because I was a little sketchy about it.
BEWARE AND CALL Everything in to your credit card immediately. What a shame! They have the nerve to make this garbage and expect u to be happy with it. Seriously scam. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO BBB AND YAHOO TO HAVE THEM REMOVED.

This place is a scam you buy multiple outfits and it is dirt cheap crap material.
Takes 2 weeks to come in and is not fast shipping at all.
Return policy is a bunch of bs ChicMe charge you the same price you buy all of your clothes with and they never give you the money back.
Don't waste your time and energy most importantly don't give this cheap crap place your card information because it will be used 2-3 weeks laters for purchases you never made.

I went on the Chi me site and loved the clothing, so I placed a large order thinking I was going to be receiving really pretty clothing. When I finally received my order I was disgusted. The clothing looked NOTHING like what I ordered! It was very thin, very cheap looking, the stitching looked like a child did it. It was absolutely horrible. ChicMe weren't even close to the shirts I ordered! I reached out to them and they said I could not return the items because it was o we 30 days, (which it wasn't when I wrote them) and everything had to be in the exact same bags it came in...? Who does business like this!? This company is a scam! A complete rip off! Do not give them your money! You will be very disappointed! They don't even deserve 1 star.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had ever. I placed my order on 12/3 and I have yet to receive. I will never purchase anything with this company. ChicMe are the worst at communication. And for some reason I do not even think that I will be happy with my order. If you are thinking about buying anything from them, take my advice and RUNNNN! There is no way that they are getting any good reviews.*******************************UPDATE********************* So I received the shoes on 1/6/2019 after over a month waiting. I could do nothing but laugh! These shoes were made in someones kitchen. I will be throwing them in the trash because I know that they are not going to give me my money back and I will not insult anyone buy giving them away! They even smell like a hot glue gun. And get this, They didn't even come in a shoe box, They came in bubble wrap! Chic me y'all got me this time but never again and I certainly will never order anything from anyone outside of the United States. Yall are a JOKE!@

BEWARE OF THIS SITE; Be very careful if you order From here. ChicMe advertise real cute clothes for a low price which is eye catching. When or IF you receive your merchandise be careful that its just a piece of thin material THATS STAINED UP. When u email there supportchicme.com they never get back to u regarding the return policy. I ordered there crew neck ruffle sleeve blouse (Pink) when I received it there was red ink stain in the middle of the shirt and IT was poorly made with cheap ass material. Never looked like the photo. And I never received my other blouse! THEY SUCK AND ARE FRAUD AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY:;; and it takes a billion years to receive from CHINA they straight ripping us off

I have made two purchases - which have both superseded my expectations, and of course, the prices are extremely reasonable. Based on those purchases, I would not hesitate to order from them in the future (currently I am experiencing financial difficulties). Much of the merchandise ChicMe offer for purchase would be difficult to locate or afford financially otherwise and hence is another reason for my loyalty and gratitude. I give the company an overall 5 star rating on quality, range, and cost of merchandise as well as customer service, nominal insurance fee (guaranteeing a full refund or re-shipment), speedy delivery (averaging on 2 weeks from time of purchase for in-stock items), and reasonable shipping charges as well as many discount offers and coupons.

I read reviews before purchasing from here. I saw good and bad, a lot of bad. I won't lie. I was worried about it after I purchased about how the material would be, how would things fit, I was especially worried about the shipping seeing as so many people posted about issues ChicMe had...
I 100% had a great first experience! It came earlier than expected, I downloaded the app and was able to follow where it was at the entire step of the way! I got 10 items for less than $100 and every piece was in good condition. The material was great for some pieces and good for others. I also ordered some sandals. Bottoms were a bit snug, but I am going to order up a size next time to try to adjust that. I only ordered shirts, and dresses in medium and the size was perfect!
I will be purchasing again!

I'm going to keep this simple. READ IF YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOURSELF

1. This site does not send the pictured items. See #4
2. ChicMe are not located in the USA so don't bother contacting the BBB, they can not help you. Chicme.com is located in China.
3. Because they are located in china, do not expect your clothes to arrive in 2 weeks. Think 3-5 weeks. The clothes are made to order (in a few minutes time). I repeat, you will get something (not all you order), that is so easy to make, that will resemble a cheap Halloween cape. You have been warned. You will not receive items that are too difficult to copy for the price. Try it if you think otherwise. Order something with a zipper or with any kind of weight to the item and you will get nothing more than a tracking number with an item that never shows up as customs confiscated it.
4. They use stolen images on their site. You might see one real image of a Chinese employee as the last picture in the series, if you actually click to "see more pictures".
5. They will not send a confirmation email.
6. If you try to complain they will send the same repeating reply. They speak no English. It is all copy pasted script.
7. The 50% off sales are always running... Don't be fooled to think you found them on a "special event" day... go to waybackmachine.com and you will find that this company ran daily sales at 30/40% to start to gain legitimacy.
8. This site has only been scamming people for one year but they pronably have sister sites which is common for scam sites like this. Usually advertising in other scripted languages. So be wary of other sites with the same design... cough

Now, you are probably wondering why this site has not been shut down yet. Easy, because this site has no headquarters so no government body can stop or identify them. See #2

Fact: the internet is dangerous and china does not investigate fraud from clothing companies, if they did every factory would be shut down for child labor practices. Chicme is protected by anonyminity but you can warn other people not to order from chicme.com.

This site simply exists because there is, sadly, no internet police against anonymous entities in China.

AND yes I too was victimized for a substantial amount and I will continue warning people out of vengeance and to get some justice one day. Que the fake chicme.com representative response. In 3... 2... 1...

These people are scammers. I ordered 3 pairs of sandals at the end of april. It is about to be June and have not received anything. ChicMe will not answer and had to escalate it to. Paypal. They answered PayPal and now there is an ongoing case. I have tried to contact them but nothinggggggg. I am livid and they are not refunding me. The lowest scum of the earth... I have no sandals for summer due to these POS AND THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT PAYPAL IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PHONE CALLS DUE TO COVID. I am going to go above and beyond to make sure these people scam noone else... do not not waste your money on these low quality items and don't give your money to scam artists.
