Super happy with my new green Christmas skirt!
I ordered my skirt on 14 Dec and it arrived today (21 Dec). I live in the UK. I love it! Good material, beautiful fit. I am a UK size 12 on the hips but I don't have a skinny waist, more brick shape than pear. I'm a 14 upper body. I ordered size L. It fits snugly around my waist, no more mine pies or it won't fit for Xmas. I'm super happy with it. It's classy! Would use Chicwish again.

My first time purchasing from Chicwish, the website...
My first time purchasing from Chicwish, the website is very easy to navigate. Items listed in groups so able to quickly find what I was looking for. A large selection of clothing and sizes compared to other sites. Offering 10% discount on orders over $150 which was a pleasant surprise. Clear and easy payment options at checkout, very happy I came across this website. Looking forward to my order arriving and trying on all the clothes.

Frustrating
Frustrating. First I chose my order, then found I had to start over to add an account. Then I tried to find the item and found nowhere to type in a search. Found the skirt after some time and added to my account basket. When I added shipping insurance it to my basket it was added 2x: Once to Can Post shipping and again as another separate shipping item. So cancelled insurance. Is this a glitch in your system?

Beautiful Products
The maxi skirts that I bought are beautiful. Shipping time was a little long but that was definitely stated when purchasing. I ordered 3 of the skirts, received 2 initially and waited about a week for the 3rd to arrive, rechecked my account to see if there was another shipment, my account said there was only the one shipment and the third was included. I contacted customer service and ChicWish got back to me right away with a tracking # for the 3rd. The small inconvenience and not being notified of the 2nd shipment originally is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars.

Terrible experience. Jacket looked like a costume. Do not recommend.
I wanted to like this, but the jacket looked cheap, was badly sewn, and the lining wouldn't stay in, cheap material, fake fur looked like a costume. On top of that, customer service continued to tell me things that weren't true, that I would get my full money returned and I didn't. I was told that my money would be credited at the same time I provided a tracking number for my return and it was not. Eventually I got some money back but not all of it. I would not recommend this company. Now I can't log into my account on their site to review the jacket. Their business is in China and ChicWish made (sewed) what I ordered after I ordered it and paid for it.

I just have to see how your clothing fits first! This was a gift for a very special friend for her birthday and she is going through treatments next week for cancer. She this pink sweater/coat in PINK will be special in more ways than one. I hope to come back for more. Love your advertising and pieces that I've looked at. LOVE. There's a lot to consider with all the sizing in different countries and wanting it to fit another person I am buying for. The reviews didn't have enough information in them to tell anything about sizing to be sure. I know you are targeting a younger age group but don't forget us older ladies like to look just as good!

Your summer doesn't begin until you have this skirt...
Recently purchased the Minty Sweet Leaves Chiffon Maxi Skirt and I LOVE it! It is the perfect vibe for summer. It's beautiful soft blue is an eye catcher! With a light breeze it will flow in the wind. I got so many compliments from my husband's family when I wore it to their memorial day party. I can't say how much this dress is perfect and is a must have for summer 2020. And let's face, every summer after that as well.

Unique finds
The selection and variety of clothing choices available is great - so different from what I would find on Amazon, the mall, etc. The fit is true to expectations and the quality is as good as or better than the pictures. I did have to return one item due to it's length and the return process was more complicated that most (e.g. Target, Amazon, etc.) but I did get it returned without a hassle.

Misleading Pricing - Proceed at your own risk.
There are currency conversion fees that are not disclosed during the checkout and purchasing process. My home currency (AUD) was selected prior to adding items to my cart and checking-out. I ordered 9 items that came to a total of $303.46 (shipping included and a discount code applied). When I looked at my bank statement and I was charged $406.76! Turns out prices are in USD. That should never happen without notice of foreign transaction / currency conversion fees.
There were multiple back and forward emails with *******@chicwish.com during which I respectfully provided multiple records of evidence and raised my concerns, but I only received brief generic replies.
Only after following through on my warning that I would report the unethical ‘Price Dripping' practice to the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) and Scamwatch did a get a genuine reply where Dan Zhu from Chicwish admitted it was a 'system showing problem'. So, ChicWish know it's an issue and they overcharge people anyway. I can only assume their strategy is that you'll get fed-up and they'll get to keep your money. Dishonest and disappointing.
Now let's wait and see what kind of quality product arrives…

Exactly what I wanted
Buying online can be dubious at times but I've been really happy with this purchase. The material of my coat was of good quality and thick, the size was good and the shipment was quick. To be transparent, I have been offered points to spend in store if I post a review, but I'm quite happy to do this as I was so happy with my purchase I want to buy more stuff lol I've had lots of compliments on the coat and would recommend it (to the point I'm tempted to buy it in another colour lol)

I had a Master Card gift card and wanted to use it...
I had a Master Card gift card and wanted to use it for my purchase. It was rejected and I had to make other arrangements. I'm not at all sure why this was a problem in making a legal purchase with a legal and customary form of payment. My gift card was a Christmas gift that I freely expected to use with any legitimate retailer. I'm looking forward to my purchase, but I found this to be an infringement of my privacy and I think your customers would be better served if you addressed this in your software.

Everything I purchase from Chicwish is exactly as it appears in the picture, except the colors may be a tone different for some of the clothing. But that is to expected considering I tires off the internet. Customer service is great! Such a rare find, that I have ordered from this store for a put the last five years. I have never have been disappointed

Better than I expected!
I ordered the cloud like blush and black skirt and then thought how great the black knit top with big bow looked on line so ordered that also. I was sure ChicWish would be nice but I am shocked how over the top wonderful they are! They styling is heaven! The fit is wonderful. The attention to details that cannot be seen on line makes these new favorite pieces! Thank you! I am a new fan. I did order a little bit larger than normal just to be on the safe side and found that worked out great for me.

Why you should avoid THIS COMPANY
I will never have anything to do with this company. I ordered a blouse that came months after the dress. It was in deplorable condition. The neckline wasn't even finished. The material was so inferior that you could see through it. Needless to say it was totally wrinkled. When I went to retrieve the Return Form on their website, the response was that it didn't recognize the order number which I copied from the receipt included in the the package. Unfortunately, only then did I go on line where I found terrible reviews of CHICWISH. In fact, in one review the person wrote that when she returned her defective garment to get her money back. Instead ChicWish charged her account again for the same item. I am using the blouse as a dust rag. It isn't even a good rag.

There wasn't any customer service. The company should be shut down. Giselle Bundchen should be ashamed to have her name associated with this shady company.

ChicWish: A definite wish come true.
I took my chances with the company, as I have been disappointed with other online sites. The delivery time was more than I anticipated, but worth the wait. The quality of clothing is excellent. I referred my daughters to the site. Sizing: runs slightly small, or maybe I need to shed a few holiday pounds. Very pleasantly surprised and will continue to use them as shopping site.

Shopping was easy
Shopping was easy. My complaint is that many items I wanted were S-M only available. I would like a sort feature where you can input size as one of the sorting searches. I looked at many items that had those sizes which took a lot of extra time. Never shopped with you before so I am anxious to see quality and sizing of items. Hopefully no return will be necessary but I do like that you indicate free returns. I can't give stars to products as I have not rec'd any yet.

Great material with excellent fit
HI Bought this dress to wear for my daughter's first birthday party. It fit perfectly and the material was very good. I literally received so many compliments from the guests. It has a bit. Of a slim fit assocaited with it. With midi dresses, I usually size up to give me a slim look. It worked perfect. This was my first time shopping at chicwish. Since then i have bought 3 more different dresses from here as i love how the fit looks on me.

Overall shopping experience
Helpful customer service, quick responses, moreover a telephone contact or live chat would be extra helpful. Quick deliveries, nice quality products and prices, although some products does not fit as expected. But you have the option to return with refund or exchange size. Free returns are not available though and it would be nice to be considered. I need an order of many items to arrive complete and not in different parcels and in different time deliveries, mostly because you have to wait to receive the complete order before you make any returns. Thank you for your time and care!

I contacted customer service to inforrm me and help me regarding some returns I needed to do. Quick and kind responces and helpful personel regarding my needs. Although free returns is a need and would be much appreciated, as it is difficult for me to reach a local courier in my town and also to cover the costs.

Amazing dress
I discovered this website last year and I fell in love with its products, but while reading the reviews on the internet, I wasn't very sure how it would turn out. I eventually decided to order one dress and set myself up for no expectations. I ordered before the holidays and during the vacation time I didn't check the order status at all. The order arrived at my door in about a month (I live in Finland) and I had to pay customs for it, so please take that into account when ordering. But I must say, I was very impressed with the dress, the quality and the fit. It became very fast my favorite dress and I will definitely be ordering more from chicwish :)

Rip off
I ordered an item from this company and I was advised I woudl be billed $35.91, I received an email of this invoice. However ChicWish took $48.82 from my bank account. I have tried to contact them and no response, do not trust this company with your details.

Love my new skirt!
I found the "Greatest Embrace Check Wool-Blend Midi Skirt in Pink" on Chicwish in 2019 and when I went on the website to buy it, it was sold out. Two years later, it was back in stock, and now I am a proud owner!
I am 5'1" and 130 lbs, so I bought the small size and it fits me perfectly. The hem goes just below my knees, I was worried it was going to be too long, but it's just right! The material is sturdy, comfortable (not scratchy!), and warm. The colors match the description.
I can't wait for the weather to become warmer for me to wear my new skirt! Thank you Chicwish!

Absolutely nothing disappoints!
I was really hesitant to order this skirt as had recently been embroiled in a battle with an overseas company that sent shoddy products and then had awful customer service whereby the returns and refund policy were not honoured.
I took a leap of faith as it had been liked on Facebook by a trusted friend.
Sooo thrilled that I did.
Great communication.
Gorgeous well made product
Clear instructions and return label sent.
Certainly won't need that.
The skirt is floaty, true to size possibly on the generous size a little.
Well packaged so after hanging the creases dropped out.
Want to order another colour!

I love the clothes!
I love the clothes! Soft and feminine; however, out of all of the orders that I've placed I have only received 3 items. I place 3 orders over the Christmas holiday and I only received 1 skirt (I ordered 3), and It was too small; I ordered 5 blouses and have to date only received 2. Is there a reason? If the order is not able to be filled; I have not received a reimbursement.

Its a fake scam website
Its a fake scam website. I placed an order and decided to research a little about it. I found a lot of negative reviews about it, so I decided to cancel my order immediately, but on their website ChicWish do not have any option to cancel an order at all!

I tried to call their US phone number, it is not available.
I have also emailed them, and I am yet to receive a reply.

I'll update this review when I see any progress.

Good Quality
I discovered Chichwish a few years back. The first thing I ordered was a top. I was pleasantly surprised when the top arrived. The quality, stitches and the look was great.

Over the time, I ordered various stuff such as skirts, dresses etc and never regretted buying anything. My friends love the outfits I have.

The customer service is excellent. When/If you have an issue, ChicWish will get on top of it and solve it quickly.
The only issue I have is, shipping takes a long time.

New customer
New customer. Not sure if sizes are true to the size I usually wear. I will check that out and will be in a better position to give a review on receipt of goods. Also, will be looking at quality of fabric, etc. I am in the fashion industry, so will have to see if it all is as good as your previous reviews.
I don't know if your customers are paid to review in a positive light or if these are real people that have received the products and their reviews are legit. I am saying this because of previous orders from company's I am not familiar with.

Some surprises
Website very fast loading. Easy to browse sale items, easy to find categories. Loved to see what's selling. And Love free shipping. I was surprised that the products are made by chicwish. The "about" page has words like "buyers" and "hand-selected" which make them sound curated. But ChicWish are manufactured by Chicwish. One product I got was surprisingly dark for "khaki" and compared to the online image. The washing instructions are different on the tag than on the website. The skirt wrongly falls a little longer in the front than the back. I was surprised that the fabric on the skirt was stretchy. It looks like a not stretchy style. It is a full skirt. There's no reason for stretch. It also wrinkles very easily. Just a terrible combination. I just don't know where else to find a skirt like this so I'm keeping it.
One pair of pants had a different leg shape than the picture. I returned them. Return was easy.

Beautiful clothes
I'd seen chicwish online for ages but was worried about ordering. I decided to take the plunge and I'm so glad I did. I bought a top, dress and skirt. All 3 are good quality, beautiful items and I can't wait to wear them. Only downside is the amount of time for delivery but just make sure you order in plenty of time before and event and you'll be fine. I'll definitely be ordering some more soon.

I love the variety
I love the variety. My favorite color and styles are pink, pastels, and floral designs, and you have no idea how hard it is to find them in stores. This site has exceeded my expectations and I was so thrilled when I saw that ChicWish had my styles. I cannot wait until I receive my order in the mail. If I love them (which I most likely will) then I will certainly come back here :)) )
