Your service was great! Not so Australia Post was poor. Parcel went from Mayfield to Sydney, back to Mayfield, back to Sydney and then back to Mayfield before it was eventually delivered!!
Sorry but this delivery DID go to Sydney twice!! Your review people said it was delivered next day. That was the first order not the 2nd order.

Product as ordered, regrettably item was damaged upon arrival. Security vision confirms the courier throwing article from the base of my porch to the front door. The sound of the article landing was heard by my wife, upon opening the bottle was completely smashed, rendering the contents unusable.

There are many great health food and vitamin choices. I especially liked the mushroom and tea blends that they have. The people working there were kind, friendly and genuinely interested in being helpful with finding health products in other stores when they didn't have it.

Great service from City Health Foods. My order arrived quickly but one of the jars had popped it’s lid, even though it was well wrapped. I let them know so that they could perhaps put more padding in next time. They quickly sent me a new one at no cost. Best customer service ever.

I bought Adrenal decaf coffee mocca I was presently surprised at how quickly it arrived after I ordered. First time I have bought this product It’s absolutely delicious. I get 2 cups out of each sachet. I find it delicious treat.

Absolutely crazy about your dark choc roasted almonds. I have another delivery arriving next week. So nice to be able to eat something that doesn't upset my ibs. And so nice not to have to hunt through busy supermarkets for things i can eat and have them brought to my door.thank you.!!!!

Great prompt service. Your used by dates needs to be monitored more closely as I received 2 out of date bottles of Fusion Lung Tonic from your company however I do understand these thing get missed but it still made me annoyed as its money I cant afford to waste. But my last order was great as its valid until 2023.

Correct product, took 11 days to come from NSW to Vic.Covid taken in to consideration Qld d o es not have these waiting times.
