Now there wasn't anything special these guys did, this is how all technology should work, simple, effortless, UNCOMPLICATED, my mate recommended this site and I will recommend this site, why, cos' its simply works

I saved a fair bit on my GamePass Ultimate 12 month key with a VPN activated key. I was rather sceptical, but thought I would give it a go. I am pleased to say that it works as it should with only a few extra steps needed to register the key. Just follow the tutorial provided as it is practically fool-proof.
The key was out of stock when I purchased, but I received an email a couple of hours later letting me know it was ready to collect. A couple of security measures to make sure I was the right person picking up the codes and it was all sorted.

After following CJS instructions I tried to redeem the key I purchased on Microsoft's website. Upon doing this I received an error that the key had been returned and to contact the person who gave it to me. I have contacted CJS customer support, however after 24hours I have not had any reply. Had they replied to my support request within a few hours like their website claims, I wouldn't be as annoyed. Having to wait for over 24 hours to get a response from their customer support is not good enough, especially when they have taken my money. I made this purchase through Paypal and will pursue a refund through them if CJS do not respond to my support request.

The key which I purchased didn't work and they are trying to not refund me. I purchased the key immediately from another seller and it worked without any issue.
They just keep telling me to remove win 10 and make fresh installation which is not needed. I have 200 programs installed, so how can I remove and install them again? When you upgrade windows, you don't need to uninstall or fresh installation. Just insert a new key and the system will be upgraded if the key is not fake. Anyway, I purchased from another seller and upgraded to win 10 pro without any installation.

I bought a key for psycho bundle Fortnite skin for 102 Gbp.
after endless loops and 2 hours wait, I finally got an email saying my key is ready.
I didn't want it since I bought it from somewhere else and wanted a refund. when I clicked refund, I got a message saying it's not possible since the key is in stock.
so I decided to get my key anyway and when I tried too I got an error message in autokey saying they have a technical issue and I should wait 2 hours and try again!!!!
unacceptable, I don't want the key anymore so I sent an email to their support, and still no answer.
very very bad experience in Comparision to other sites that sell keys.

Bought a "key" for Project Zomboid for a friend. On the page, in the order confirmation, and receipt it reads "Project Zomboid CD Key For Steam". However, to my and my friend's surprise it was not a CD key, but a Steam Gift that was sent through a bot account receivable only after accepting the bot's friend request. This matters to me because it's false advertising and you aren't getting exactly what you're paying for.
I'd feel better and more at ease, and this review would receive more stars, if there were no deceptive advertising. It's an uneasy thought to keep with a purchase, knowing that if the owner of the account wanted to they could revoke that gift and screw the customer out of their money. So far, my friend has had no issues with the game and is still playing it, so for that I'm giving 2 stars; at least the game works and is playable for now.

Bought a key on the 24 of April. This key originally worked for the first month or so then randomly one day the computer tell me the key is invalid because it is in use on another PC. I contacted them thinking this would be an easy fix.... boy was I WAY off. They started, reasonably, asking for verification pictures. I accidentally sent a video (.MP4, my mistake) after taking a screenshot of the information they wanted from the video (and verifying its clear) and sending it to them I get a response back saying its not clear enough. I then ZOOMED IN and took another screenshot (readable by my 86 year old grandmother WITHOUT HER GLASSES!). STILL ITS NOT CLEAR ENOUGH!!!! I have send everything I can think of (copy of registry have from windows, screenshot of Magic Jelly Bean Keyfinder with the key they sold me listed MORE THAN CLEARLY and even more screenshots of the computer getting to the screen where the validity of your key is expressed). I cannot think of what more I can do to appease these people. I have opened a PayPal ticket an hopefully I get my 7.99GBP back.
So... Buyer beware!!! This company is a joke. They sell software keys and have no idea how to verify information when someone has a bad key. I tried at this point to offer them suggestions (like TeamViewer or Anydesk, sending my .reg file and even giving instructions on how to open it) I give up. They will have to deal with PayPal now and all my bad reviews.

Purchased a Microsoft Office 365 license that worked just fine for about 6 months. After that, the account that I bought no longer had the Office 365 assigned, so I asked for the free replacement that they guarantee. They gave me the SAME account as a replacement, with the SAME problem. Could not use the Office 365. So I opened a ticket again and they just stalled to give me an answer or a solution. They asked for proof over and over again and thanked my for my patience, month after month. After another month has passed, I asked again for a solution and their answer was: "Hi There, We are sorry we do not support orders older than 1 year." All that stalling had a purpose: to cut me from their "Superior Customer Service". I would NOT recommend them. They will just waste your time and money. No refund, no free replacement key.

It works as long as you don't have problems, if you do, kiss your money and your code goodbye. Bought 2 VPN activated codes, connected to the VPN country Argentina as per instructions for activation. Input code and immediately code says it's region locked. I know it's not my VPN as I've been with the same provider for years. So I File a dispute and I get one response requesting I upload a screenshot of the error which I did, the screenshot also shows I'm connected to the right VPN country. It's now been a few days and it seems they've ghosted me. I've sent a few follow-up emails that have also gone unreplied. It'll be the last time use these guys for a game key. I'd probably give it more than 1 star if there was actually customer service...

waited months to get a refund on my purchase because the seller revoked the steam key i bought from him...
ended up waiting too long and now i cant get a refund through paypal and the support doesnt help me get my money back, this is the only key i bought from them and probably the only key ill ever buy from them.
had the key for 4-5 months thinking everything was ok but then i got a message on steam saying the key i bought was removed and i couldnt get a refund ever since.

This is the second purchase of a valid MS Office Pro 2021 Plus license from CJS CDS Keys. There was a problem with the second key provided after the purchase, but following a very simple system to report the key as invalid, then within a few hours the service team had provided another key which worked without issues and I now have another fully activated online MS license. Great support and even a chase up to verify that the key had been collected and installed correctly. Highly recommended.

avoid this company, I bought a xbox ultimate 1 month pass that doesn't work unless you create a new account which it wasn't mentioned when i purchased. trying to get a refund is just ridiculous they want unusual things such as your xbox subscription and purchase history which is highly inappropriate. Avoid there are many more reputable companies out there unlike this one. I have reported them to trading standards.

Nice. :D I bought the key in matter of minutes. So happy. And it works. I can definitely recommend this seller. NB: I am not sure, but it seems they only sell Win 10 OEM keys. which may "not be important" since the whole world is upgrading to Win 11. I decided to go with Win 10 for my own reasons. Buuuuuuut, the Win 10 key that I bought WORKS, even if it is a OEM version. :) Thanks SJD Keys, for a smooth transaction (via PayPal). I am happy as can be. :D Price was ok. 9 GBP. Price OK.:)

Bought 3 keys for Xbox game pass ultimate, unable to use them.
Tried to get support, no answer.
Opened a case with PayPal, CJS answered directly. But that was to explain it was my fault and telling me to call Microsoft. Of course, Microsoft rejected the problem on CJS, fair enough !
Then CJS admitted 2 of the 3 keys were already used, which means sold to someone else. For the third key, it can only be used when my xbox subscription ends.
I asked for a refund but they refused.
So just don't trust this seller, don't buy anything from them, worst one I've ever seen.

Bought 4 keys to random steam games and 3 of them were redeemed already by someone else. Instead of re issuing new keys they are claiming I need to prove I didn't use them. I sent them steams response that clearly states "another account" has already redeemed them. CJS keeps telling me to have steam show a date they were redeemed and Steam support says that they will not provide that since it wasn't my account. These dip shitss are con artists and refuse to use logic. At this point it's about principle. I could care less about the 5 to 10 bucks they stole.

All worked in the end.
I the instructions were slightly lacking.
But I went fir cheapest option. Got VPN and bought from Brazil as directed but somehow went to Turkey. VPN kept defaulting to brasil then. Took a while to work out was then worried my PayPal account on different email. But all sorted I the end. Took over an hour I the end which means if I would have been better working that hour and paying full price if that majes sense.. But I will use again. Especially since now I have VPN and knowledge... Instructions need to be reviewed CJS

I Rate it with 4 stars As there is always room to improve. I found there was a little lack of communication and the timing between PayPal, CJS keys and myself. Other than that I don't really have anything to complain about. I did find that I could not activate my copy of office 2010, in the manner in which they told me. I found that after I had the number or the keycode I had to delete office 2010 and reinstall it and entering the number or key when prompted to on the install. I have bought 2 licenses from CJS keys now and will most likely be buying one more in the near future I gain for office 2010. I hope this actually go somewhere and people see that there is problems with the communication in more than a timely manner. Thank you for listening

Key took 4 days to come in, was in contact with customer service multiple times and got my keys today and they all worked great. I used the Hola free VPN and set it to Turkey and it went through without trouble. I was not able to get the Hola extension for Chrome so I had to do it through Microsoft Edge, but still worked. There is a large demand for these VPN activated keys and this company is working hard to keep up with the demand. The 2-12 hours not always accurate, but they pulled through! Will definitely buy here again next year.

I have had very good experience with this company and one of the games purchased could only be found on a few other sites , but was much cheaper than their prices.
I messed up as I didn't press the 'send' button for my bank's security service, so ended up with problems, but CJS CD KEYS responded very quickly to help me.
NB :Twice I tried to use the BT code service for phone validation, but both codes were stated as invalid. However, the second code was accepted, after re-entering this, so I advise anyone having the same problem to re-enter.

Only had two transactions with this company and both times it was a huge headache. The first time I was blocked from the site for no apparent reason and after a full days wait I will suddenly unblocked and able to buy a game.
The second time I purchased a game and they told me I had to mail in all this personal information in order to get my game code even though the purchase was made through PayPal which is supposed to be safe for both parties. (Super unprofessional!) Now today I went to buy another game and realized that I'm blocked from the site again for no apparent reason at all.
It's almost like you're only allowed to buy one game a month or something crazy like that,..either that or this is the most paranoid company I've ever met in my life and their security is uncalled for. I buy a lot of games just last week I bought five games from steam on different days and steam never had an issue with it. I mean who would they're trying to make money right?
It's almost like this company doesn't want to make money, well that's fine with me but it's a loss for them because I spend a lot of money on games.
Either way there are way too many options out there to be dealing with these headaches I'm surprised this company is even still in business with the way they treat their customers.
I guess I'll stick with steam!
