Speaking to Carl from Clear Business was a breathe of fresh air. They clearly train their staff well on products and services so they can answer and solve any problems or questions. I felt like the process was being made simpler and with a cheaper plan. Perfect.

Spoke to Joe today and signed up. I already have one supply with CB and wouldn't have gone for a second if I didn't rate them but combined with that Joe was clear on the contract he was offering and very helpful.

Joe was a great help on the phone. He tried his best to see which is the best deal for me with electricity and if there was any other services I needed for my business. Would definitely recommend a friend or family to speak to him to get help with their services.

First of all I was sent a bill without a meter or phone consultation. Two men came out seperate to view my premises and I was still billed. Thankfully Chloe at Clear Blie looked after me and sorted my water rates.

This is not a review of Clear Business as I have only just signed up and have not yet begun the service. I hope my experience with this company is as good as the service I have so far received from Damion, who is to be my business manager. I was actually warned to avoid this company by the previous tenant of my premises who must have had a bad experience but on the strength of Damion's helpful, clearly explained, friendly and personal service, and the fair rates he offered me, I decided on my own instincts to put my faith in Clear Business.

I contacted Clear Business to discuss issues with CustomerZone and invoicing. Damion was very helpful in resolving all issues quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to inform us of all other available services and the most cost effective tariffs for our company's needs.
