Best Glasses to date!
I had a new and stronger prescription, so I knew it would take a bit before my Progressives felt good. It took three weeks, but from the start I could tell these glasses were made perfectly, as my vision wasn't blurred. This time Cleary really restored my confidence in their glasses, as I love wearing these! I can see even small text writing!
It was worth paying more for thinner lenses and the anti-smudge coating as well. Thank you!

Hi, I received my eyeglasses four to five weeks ago. I was thrilled to have them! It just took me a few days to get used to this new prescription. It is great! However, there is something that is new to me: these eyeglasses are slipping down my nose. Could you please tell what I could do to avoid it? Because of the pandemic, I am not allowed to go to an eyeglasses store to have them fixed. I would really appreciate your help and I do thank you all for such great service. God bless you.

OK for the website, great over the telephone
I have a small face and strong prescription, so finding frames that fit are a challenge. The ones I selected from the website were not suitable so I contacted the call centre. The customer service rep reviewed my choices and based on my measurements suggested a few others that did not appear in my search. The frames she recommended fit me well, which is why I am keeping them. I am sorry I did not write down the agent's name, as she was very helpful, patient and friendly. I had a positive experience. Thank you.

Why would you ever buy from retail?
I went to a retail outlet and Clearly quoted me 400-600 for a pair of glasses. Sounded high to me, and I knew I could do it online. I paid for the prescription and dodged their sales team.

I took this prescription to Clearly, and got the chance to pick a new set of frames I would have never bought before. I'm getting complimented about this new look and feel good about it.

I took advantage of a deal, and my total came up to around $120 with Clearly.

So, again, why would you ever buy from retail?

Very late but good customer service
Contacts were extremely back ordered, like five months nearly, which is the suppliers fault. Clearly resolved the issue, and their staff was excellent.

My suggestion is to rework your stock tracking system or whatever CEM system you're using to not allow clients to order back ordered contacts. It's fine for a t-shirt, but I had to wear the same lenses for five months, which I don't think was advisable. It didn't need to happen, and was entirely preventable by live stock tracking.

Love my new glasses!
Very happy with my new glasses. I have a very high prescription (-11) and had put off getting a replacement pair of glasses for many years, even though my old glasses had scratched lenses. The cost my optometrist quoted me was just too high... $660 and that was with his most inexpensive frames. My clearly glasses cost a fraction of that and are perfect! I am very happy to finally have new glasses. Clearly got the prescription perfect as well. Will definitely order from Clearly again.

Worth checking out
The contacts arrived very quickly, fit my prescription. No complaints about the contacts themselves. The emails can be a but annoying. I don't wear contacts every day(prefer my glasses for work) so I only ordered 10 pairs for special occasions etc. Getting "refill reminder" emails every few days is annoying and I haven't been able to find where I can control how many or what type of emails I receive from Clearly.

Took extra money from my credit card
I ordered my glasses and got them within 7 days. No complaints there, however the day I received my glasses, clearly took more money from my credit card. The exact same amount as I had paid a week prior. And customer service tells me it's a bank problem not their problem? I called looking for a simple refund and it's been made difficult. There was absolutely no reason to take additional funds when i had already received the glasses.

Fast, reliable delivery!
Clearly has made my life so much easier. I often move to different locations as a seasonal worker, and over the past year I've lived in 2 small, remote locations in Canada... YET, my contacts are always delivered quickly and easily, so I don't have to go without being able to see (... and I often wait til I'm on my last pair of monthlys before I put an order in). It's even faster than ordering directly from my eye doctor ever was back when I was living in a city.

Acuvue Contacts
I always have a pleasant experience with clearly, I don't shop anywhere else for contacts. Clearly always ship very quickly. When I noticed they didn't ship out the day they were supposed to, I contacted and they said they were just waiting to receive some more in the warehouse and they would ship them right away and they did, I received them within days. The customer service is always awesome. Highly recommend!

Good
Order came in within the expedited shipping day range. Condition was new, nthing was missing from my order and Clearly also threw in some free candy which was cute. Regarding the quality of the contacts, the vision quality was precise, but the comfort for this order was a bit poor. I've purchased this brand before so I literally had to check the expiration date on them to make sure they hadn't gone bad as they were very drying. Hopefully my next order will live up to the usual standard

Bought 2 pairs during Covid-19 and very satisfied
I placed an order and then another one because it was super simple. I had my prescription before and never found something I liked in store. Searching by size was the way to go. The "Try and On" feature wasn't working accurately with my PD but then I was able to measure the new glasses against my own and that worked better to determine fit. I wish Clearly had more plastic crystal/clear or see through with a tinge of blue/turquoise in some models. Would be nice if website would recommend (or email customers) similar models in size after ordering so customers could see if they want another pair.

Not sure on title... New glasses.
First I ordered glasses that were not the right size for me. I struggled with wearing them for awhile then reached out to customer service who sent me a return authorization and instructed me on how to order the size that was right for me. My new glasses have been good. I would recommend this site to someone else. I also recommend making sure you know how to pick the right size of frames for you... talk to customer service to make sure - Clearly are really nice.

Best place for value and selection
I only go to Clearly now. Glasses are a fraction of what Clearly cost elsewhere and there are many stylish options. I found that the app is pretty decent for giving you an idea of how you would look in a particular pair of frames, but it is highly unflattering. I don't know what it does, but it seems to enhance all my skin tone and face shape flaws. With that being said, if the glasses look good in the try on app, they probably will look AWESOME in real life. I usually find the frames I like best online and then visit in person to get a better idea. Always happy, never disappointed with my glasses from Clearly.

Customer service came through, very happy with Clearly!
After some initial problems with warranty, Clearly quickly rectified the problem and came through with the same excellent customer service that I have experienced from them throughout the years. I will remain a loyal customer and recommend to friends and family based on the customer service alone. The supervisor that contacted me was eager to help, and I could tell she genuinely wants the customers to be satisfied.

Wonderful service
Clearly was amazing from beginning to end, Clearly let me know my contacts would need only a few extra days to ship, so I asked them if I could pay for express shipping and they upgraded it for free and I got it in three days from BC to Newfoundland. Wonderful customer service. This was my first time using them and will definitely be using them for the remaining future. Great prices too, easy to use website.

Delivered on time, great quality glasses and lenses
Accurate delivery date, quality frames and lenses. Although it took 2 weeks to get, Clearly were delivered on the date that they said when purchased.
Glasses and lens are great quality. Frames are comfortable and light. They feel slightly on the cheap side, but only time will tell on durability. For the price and lens quality, it's awesome. It's my first pair of blue light glasses, and I hardly notice a difference in everyday use, but my eyes do feel more relaxed while on a device.

CLEARLY IS THE BEST
Hello, I started buying glasses and contact lens on-line to Clearly Contacts (as it was named before) years ago in Canada. I am 100% satisfied with the quality, price, delivery time, return experience, and overall costumer service. I never used any other local optic, or online service because Clearly is the best for me and my family. My last order was on Nov 2019 and I am very happy with the two glasses purchased. Unfortunately people with positive experiences does not take time for sharing good reviews.

Good glasses but long delay
I appreciated clearly following up with me for the first part of my order through email + call because of some clarification for my prescription, however, after the fact I wasn't told I would have a shipping delay. I had to call & follow up to find out. I would've appreciated a heads up beforehand as it was well past the 14 day shipping timeline. I do really love my glasses though! Good quality & looked exactly as Clearly did online.

Great ordering experience.
I'm a first time buyer of online contacts. I will never go back to an optometrist for contacts ever again. If you have a pair of contacts and need more ordered don't hesitate to get them through clearly.ca. Fast delivery. My contacts arrived 2 days after purchase! Accurate order. Same products you'll find in the shops. My employer health insurance company instantly approved clearly.ca and covered my cost in full. My wife, kids and I will be using clearly.ca going forward.
