Clock Shop

First time buying from The Clock Shop. I just want to thank you for the speedy delivery of the synthetic lubricant in the pen style with the needle dispenser. It arrived today(within three days! from Qld to Vic). Also for the personal service of phoning me to check at the start that I have the right product.
This is the Clock “Made in West Germany” I inherited recently. 3x 320 weights.

This was my first time shopping with Clock Shop. I couldn't have wished for a better service. One of the items I required was not available and I believe it was Daniel rang me to ask what I would like in place. I said I'd leave it to him but make it suitable for a 74 year old. The order came and was perfect. So service cannot be faulted. Thank you

Webb site easy to search through and I found the clock I was looking for. Thankyou for the great service will visit again as I will be looking to get electronic movements for an old Cuckoo clock that was dropped years ago and hasn't worked since. tried new batteries and then checked electronics. electronics busted. Our experience at the ClockShop at Mountville was excellent. Great customer service, Daniel was very patient as we couldn't make up our minds from the fantastic range of cuckoo clocks. We finally decided and Daniel had the clock posted home to New South Wales. We now have the cuckoo clock hanging on our wall and have great enjoyment from it every day.

I fell in love with so many of those clocks but unfortunately they’re too big and fragile for me to take home!

Unfortunately the two nuts you supplied against order CS00099753 for "Small Hand Nut for Hermle Mechanical Clock” did not fit my Hermle 451-053H because the description on your website did not indicate that they would be unsuitable.
In response to my telephone enquiry, I have just now received the subsequent order and am pleased to advise that new the nuts appear to fit perfectly.
I understand that you are a small, family owned business and am grateful that you spend your time helping people like myself, however as I have had to pay twice and the original order was only because of your insufficient description, I would have thought you would mention some way of compensating me.

Friendly staff and great customer service. Due to logistical shipping issues my order had been delayed. I received a thorough email explaining what was happening, approximate delay times etc. It couldn't be helped and nobody was to blame but an email communicating to me exactly what was happening was fantastic. And without me having to make any calls to ask for an explanation. Great communication and great initiative!

It was easy to search through the Clock Shop's categories and find the item I was in need of. The specs, which were offered, helped me to decide which clock mechanism was probably the one I needed (i am a complete novice in this department, looking for a new mechanism to replace an old broken one on a favourite clock). The price and the P&H seemed acceptable to me too. In the past, I have bought beautiful replacement clock hands from Clock Shop, which were successful for another of my wall clocks. So i was happy to trust this site again.

I really like the clock. The only thing I was disappointed about, was the face of the clock.
I brought a Hermle clock about 20 years ago. It's practically the same clock I just brought. The original clock had a porcelain face. Very classy. In the photos of the new clock you can't see what the face is made of.

Just made about our 4th. visit in person to the Clock Shop. Never would have thought we would each own 2 watches and a cuckoo clock, not to mention my wife’s music box and some other stuff I have forgotten. Just an enjoyable place to shop, very nice staff and so much stuff to check out. Helps having family in Brisbane, gives us an excuse to keep coming back. Plus, Montville is a pretty good day out, too. All the best to you at Clock Shop.

The Clock Shop's website is excellent! I purchased parts to repair a couple of clocks and the descriptions of all the items enabled an easy and informed decision. The detail included with measurements and pictures made it very clear which parts were required and that they would fit when they arrived.
Processing of our order was very prompt with an email notification the same day that it had been despatched.
All parts are now fitted and 2 clocks are working again.

overall I am very happy with the experience. I wasnt home at the time of the delivery so star treck took it back to their depot. which was great but I have to pick it up in person between 10 am & 4.30 pm so I have to take some time off work to pick it up. I havent picked it up so I cant answer in your servey if it was damaged. many thanks to your team

I’m so impressed with the speedy delivery. This clock will be a gift for our sons 21st birthday in June. He has had a fascination for cuckoo clocks since a very young age and I thought allowing several weeks for delivery was reasonable but you delivered within just a few days. I’ll let you know what he thinks after June 19th but my Husband and I love the clock and I’m sure our son will be thrilled too. Many thanks!

I visited the shop when I was in Montville a couple weeks ago but couldn’t decide on a cuckoo clock as there was way too many to make a decision. When I got home to Perth I spent a long time look at the website and eventually chose the clock that suited our home and family. I have family in Germany and have spent time in Bavaria which is why I chose the clock based on a Bavarian classic home scene. I love the authenticity of the clocks , and the ease of using the Clock Shop website.

I had ordered clock hands that were not part of the "kit" mechanism. They did not fit the mechanism I had ordered. I was rung up and we sorted out an order that would fit together and yet meet my needs of the clock hands length. I was impressed with the patience and time taken to work through the process. Really quick delivery, and the item I ordered was exactly as described - I was replacing an old, very noisy clock mechanism, with the 'Sweep Quartz Clock Movement' mechanism - and after some easy installation (thanks to the great online 'how to' guide), my clock is now blissfully silent!

I needed new hands for my beloved cuckoo clock so visited Clock Shop online to check out their products. Although the online photos for checking the appropriate size are very concise, the ability to use online chat to confirm my choice was very convenient, was answered promptly and linked me to the item I was advised to order. The package arrived today as promised and Australia Post alerted me that it had been delivered. It was packed safely for transport and the enclosed postcards were a nice touch.
