When working at Imperial Oil or any other site as this you need to have cotton bandanas. We have to wear fire $#*!ant materials so cotton for masks or bandanas is crucial. Thanks for allowing my comment.
I have contacted customer assistance and Clothmyths do not give me a solution, they tell me to ask of my order at the nearest post office, but Mexico is a big city and around my house there are more than 9 different companies that are dedicated to package, and customer service only tell me I´m sorry to hear that and its all.
If you want customers thi come back, because this pandemic is going to be around a while. I would have referred quite a few friends to order from here as well.
So, this will be a one time purchase for me. I don't care for companies that do greedy business. It's just not right.
Only say 4 masks like I have for £28 actually ends up as about £40. So Clothmyths havent arrived yet but I'm hopeful they'll work out OK in use.
Well made but sharp edges on earpieces that were created in the injection process were not smoothed out and honestly cut the top of my ear - not good quality control at all
I sent 3 emails over 8 days requesting status before getting a response. there was no phone number to call.
Clothmyths have absolutely nothing to do with the photo (you will say, non-contractual photo even if we are talking about clothes) but even the description is wrong.
I receive my 1st item after a month, a pair of jeans-colored casual pants. I won't even wear it as a disguise and my grandmother wouldn't want it.
I'm still waiting for the 2nd article, supposedly a slightly stylish coat anyway. I'll use it as a mop. It is polyester on the outside. In short, filthy.
I therefore request the cancellation and refund of the last 2 items. I understood the lesson. My request is made on Saturday.
And strangely, the following Monday I received an email sending my 3rd article at 8:30 am. And at 10:30 am I am told that I cannot get a refund because my item has been sent.
So it's been 10 days that I have been fighting with them to be reimbursed for the entire article.
Because obviously, the return is at our expense in China and reimbursement up to 15%.

Took way longer than expected which was surprising considering the high shipping fee.
One of the two boxes in the parcel was a bit mangled by a sharp object and one of the 4 masks was deeply scratched by a double stroke but otherwise wearable. They're quite substantial with tough wrap-arounds for each ear. They certainly don't allow ones glasses to steam up but I'm not sure how well they deflect any virus in the air as they don't fit that tightly.
