Purchased two dresses the same just in different sizes after asking if I can return, neither were good so I returned both, next thing I know they have come back in a tiny bag screwed up with a note stating I returned them in poor quality, I returned with all tags intact and back in the original packaging, no customer service with this company at all, no response to emails, no phone number to contact, reported to Watchdog and trading standard

I bought two dresses from Club L London for my daughters prom. She tried them both on briefly but didn't like the colour so we ordered her a other from Club L which she liked. We returned the first two - my wife works in retail so made sure they were in good order and packaged them as best she could. When the dresses arrived they came in small bags within a bigger bag so were somewhat crumpled and creased.
A few days later I received a refund for one dress. I was worried that perhaps the company had not realised there were two returned, but I had filled out the paperwork correctly so waited a while longer. Still no refund.
I emailed the company and eventually received a response stating that one of the dresses was in "poor condition".
I was shocked by this so enquired as to what this "poor condition" was - but received no response.
I have since chased the company umpteen times and had no reply.
I took to social media to find that there were a number of other customers complaining about various aspects of this company and their refunds.
I believe that this company has poor practices, acts deceitfully and rips off customers.
I would strongly advise not to buy from them.

I would give zero stars if I could !! Customer service is ridiculous !! The only reason I ordered from them a second time is because I actually liked my jumpsuit for my gender reveal !! However I’ve been reaching out to them for two weeks about my last dress I ordered that was way too small ! No one has responded even though I been PAID $20 To return my item back ! They also claimed they owe me $70 when I started the refund process online by myself but I paid $104. Nobody has yet to respond to me about that either . At this point I just want my money back . This is for my baby shower && I was hoping I could shop with them but never again ! If you are unsure of what size to order please don’t cause it’s a hassle and you’re responsible for returning item !Unless you have time and money to waste! It’s the customer service for me at least let me know what’s going on ! Have you received my item ?? Send me a email or something !!

Ordered a couple of tops and quality was awful so I returned and got a store credit instead of a refund when I asked for a refund. Ordered a dress, it came with marks all over it so returned again asking for a refund as hadn’t tried the dress on… got store credit for half of the amount I was due and still waiting for a response as to why. Customer service is awful and so is the quality of clothing. Do not recommend!

I order from this site multiple times a month and never had a issue but this time I ordered 3 dresses and only 1 arrived and it took 3 days for me to get a response and when I replied to the email I got no reply. I tried Twitter and insta and was told missing items have to be dealt with via email. Really unhappy that I’m left in limbo with regards to my items or refunds or even answers. After spending so much money in the last few months with this site I feel extremely let down by the customer service this time

The company is awful. You might as well send money to a charity at least it will be sent to good people rather than these sharks!
I spent over £300 with them all items were poor quality so I tried to return them the same day I received them.
There was no one to speak to from customer service as the online portal for returns was broken, I then realise they don’t have one in customer services!!! Getting a refund is impossible. I have binned the clothes as they were unwearable and have learn a big lesson!
Beware of this company. It is awful to deal with, I don’t think they have any staff. Checkout the reviews from staff that have worked there before. Sounds like a disaster.

Appalling service to be honest. I ordered 2 dresses for a wedding, paid for NEXT DAY delivery, items turned up 2 days later. When they came they didn’t fit right so I returned them which was fine, I then looked to see if they had a smaller size and it wasn’t in stock so I just left it at that. I looked again a day later and it was available to order in a smaller size so I placed the order along with ordering another style of dress and AGAIN paid for NEXT DAY delivery. The dresses AGAIN did not turn up the next day even though I ordered them before the cut off time, so this left me with no dress to wear for the wedding. I spent a while on the phone to Royal Mail who advised that the postage had only been paid the day previous ( the day I was supposed to receive the dresses ) which is why they hadn’t turned up on time. So in total I spent £10 on NDD for that not to be fulfilled. And when the package did turn up, only one of my dresses was in there. Which says to me that the item I ordered which was now showing in stock in the smaller size, wasn’t actually in stock. I have requested someone to contact me via email ASAP to discuss my complaint however nobody has bothered to do so. It’s a shame because the clothing is very nice however it seems that you are mislead by false information regarding their delivery and stock. I will not be buying from this website again.

I ordered a black one off the shoulder dress from this shop. Never ordered before and I was a bit skeptical as whenever I order online the clothes never fit me as I’m quite tall.
Got the dress really quick, I think like 3 days? Which I wasn’t expecting at all which is good.
Tried the dress on, the material is lovely, it’s one that I don’t think will cease easy which is nice. It fits lovely as well which again rarely happens with dresses with me. I’m 5,10 and a size 12 but with a 34b chest for reference. The dress was really comfy and I look forward to wearing it for my event.
The only improvement I would suggest is that because it’s a one of the shoulder I need a hanging string inside the dress so I can hang it properly but other than that it was perfect and just what I was looking for.
I don’t have any pictures of me with the dress on as I forgot to take them but do have a reference photo for the one I ordered.

The delivery was great, I was kept up to date throughout the full process. The pricing was amazing because the quality of both the dresses I purchased are a very high standard. Not see through atall. Stretchy enough as the description has said & the colour matches the description exactly. It was easy to purchase the dresses and overall I am very happy with both the dresses and will be back to shop for more.

I got the Phantasy Dress in a size 18, colour - red and it is the most amazing quality, stretchy, true to size, you won't be able to see your nipples, if you don't feel like wearing a bra, nor pantie line, because of the extra layer of fabric underneath. The material is soft and comfortable, the colour is gorgeous, one of the straps is adjustable and the next day delivery is fantastic - I live in Manchester, ordered it in the evening and it came the next morning. Nothing bad to say about Club L at all. If I could give 6/5 stars, I would.

I was so excited to order from them. Unfortunately the color/fit didn't work out so I returned it. Just FYI, if you're in the states and returning, it's a $20 fee to return. It may take around a month to get a response saying your refund has been processed (as it did with mine). I finally got a response from them today after contacting my bank and they said they'd refund me less shipping on my original order. So I'm out around $40 and have no dress or anything to show for it. It's too bad that it took so long to give me the money I was owed. It was in transit and they could see that as well, but I had to go to my bank to get a real response. Unreal. It sucks. Go elsewhere. There are too many places that have similar dresses.

Clothes are ok, but if you have a question or issue or just need some customer service there is nothing.
The telephone number listed is wrong and there is no email address to communicate, the online chat function isn’t answered. So just beware of this! And hope your order fits!

I am extremely happy with my order. Club L London, communication is fantastic with updates on the dispatching of the order. The dresses were individually packed well and in a strong sturdy box.
The dresses exactly looked as in the picture. Size is perfect! Ensure to order your usual size & you can be sure it will fit it shapely . The quality of the fabric of the dresses are excellent. The fabric is rich & seamless stitching giving the dress a very classic & classy look! I will order again!!

Ordered two tops from Club L London, the feathery top, and the organza sleeve bodysuit. The feathery top was cute, but the zipper would NOT stay up - no it's not because I was trying to cram any voluptuous curves into the wrong size, it was actually slightly too big, but the zip was trash with no locking mechanism at the top. The top arrived too late for me to find a back up option so I had to keep it, and pray to all of the gods that the poor little safety pin I used would maintain my dignity throughout the night. The organza sleeve body suit was an actual joke. The mesh fabric was dingy and looked creamy off-white, and came up barely past my nips it was so short in size. To clarify, again, no I'm not a glamazonian 6 foot goddess, I'm very much an average sized gal with bee stings for ta-tas. If you're anything above a B-cup this bodysuit is not for you.... unless that's your vibe 😉. Would I order from them again? Absolutely not, would I recommend you order from them? Girl what you do with your money is your choice.

Absolutely awful experience - scam!
Absolutely awful customer service. Returned a dress over a month ago and have still been waiting for a full refund. I contacted Club L London to ask about where my refund was and they sent me a reply to say my item had been flagged blaming me of it smelling of perfume and that I had washed the item which was not the case at all. I wish I would have read the reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering as this seems to have happened to others before. Just a way to try and make money out of people, very stressful and upsetting. Unprofessional service from start to finish.

Absolutely awful service - returned 3 jumpsuits in the exact condition I had them. All we’re tried on and worn for approximately 20 seconds and I could never have left the house in them as they were all completely see-through!!!
2 were refunded, 1 was not. When enquiring why, and after waiting 2 weeks for a response, I’ve been blamed for marks on the jumpsuit and told my £70 will not be refunded. All 3 were tried on in the exact same environment, and none of them were damaged!
I’m now out of pocket £70, not ideal 2 months before your wedding and with all the expense. All because of Club L London’s awful customer service and failure to check items before they were sent. There is no way I caused these marks - awful service form start to finish.

ordered 2 dresses, which i subsequently returned. They refunded me for 1, saying I returned only 1 of the dresses (i returned both in the same parcel).They then refused to refund me when i raised the mistake, claiming that they need to see the postal receipt, check the weight, and check it matches what the weight of the two dresses should be. Eventually, after fighting customer service for weeks they issued a refund for the second dress out of "good-will", with no apology. Worst customer service i have ever in my lifetime of online shopping experienced.

Do not order from this website. They are frauds! I sent back a dress that was too short, tags attached in perfect condition. They won’t refund me as they said I returned damaged and worn. Absolute lies. Won’t provide evidence, I just get excuse after excuse with their awful customer service team. Do yourselves a favour and save your money. This company needs shutting down, I have reported them to trading standards.

Absolutely appalled by the quality of these dresses. Spent £280 on 3 dresses and all the threads were hanging out and material was flimsy.One dress cost me £150, I tried it on and asked my mum to guess how much I paid for it… she said no more then £40!
Delivery was fast but dresses were shocking.
My first and last time I order from Club L.
The pictures may not look that bad but when you’ve spent £280 I except the dresses to be immaculate.

Appalled by policy and service.
I bought two dresses for an event. 1 I kept and 1 I returned. The one I returned was simply too small and I preferred the other.
It was returned after 1 try on with all tags, packaging etc attached.
I realised after over a month of waiting that I still hadn't received any confirmation of the return. I checked the tracking and it showed to have been delivered 1 month prior.
I contacted customer services to find out what had happened and they came back saying they had received it (but didn't tell me), and that it was returned in "poor condition" so I wouldn't receive the refund ( I thought it was pretty bad that I wasn't made aware of this until asking).
Anyway to cut a long story short, I asked for what the damage was because I thought this was impossible from only trying on the item once, and they said it was "covered in dust". They sent a picture which seemed to be a small patch of what looked like dry skin, not dust (it was white for starters).
A lot of points could be argued here, like how can they prove the "dust" came from me and not in transit/in their warehouse etc etc.
But what I find ridiculous is that it is quite clearly dry skin which has likely got on the dress through trying it on. Which for starters could simply be brushed off but also is a very likely possibility of someone trying on an item.
I have eczema and it is easy for my skin to become dry. I have tried on and returned hundreds of items and have never come across anything so ridiculous as a small patch of dry skin being perceived as "damage".
They should make it clear on their policy if you have any skin condition/even just a day of dry skin to not try on items as you won't be able to return them.
Poor customer service with very little understanding or apology from their side. I have raised this with my bank and consumer rights.
Will not be purchasing from here again.
