Not what I was promised
Don't expect your image to come out looking like the preview image provided if you're ordering a custom printed phone case. We intended to order a bulk of these cases with our custom designed wallpaper centered on the rear. The online proof provided looked wonderful, but after waiting 10 days for delivery of this printed item, the colors were too dark and the image wasn't centered (even though it was in the proof.) when I called and spoke with Elizabeth in customer service, she asked around and informed me that Collage can't guarantee that each case would be centered (ever) or that two cases would look the same. She also agreed that the colors were off and offered zero suggestions as to correcting this. She inevitably informed me that Collage.com wasn't going to be a good choice for our company to print with and she would be refunding my purchase cost. That's all fine and dandy besides the fact that you false advertised a proof, wasted my time waiting on that proof, and then didn't even attempt to resolve your internal printing issues. I highly recommend NOT Using Collage.com. As a professional Graphic Designer, I have never dealt with a print shop this unwilling to work with a customer. This is a BAD BUSINESS and this review will remain until the collage.com marketing team attempts to fix their internal issues and informs us of the changes. Sincerely, one irritated business professional.

Ugh!
I ordered a photo blanket for my mom's birthday. The overall quality is so bad I can't even give it to her. There are very noticeable white spots all over the photo printed on the blanket. There must have been dust on the photo I used, but it didn't show up when I was designing and reviewing my order. Considering how obvious the spots are in real life, I feel like I could have been easily notified about this before the blanket was printed and shipped. Also the print itself is WAAAAAY off center! The design program forced me to do a white border around the picture, which was fine, but it is sooo crooked and uneven. There's about 6" at the top border, 3" on the right side, and a couple inches at the bottom. The left side isn't even a straight line, it sort of bevels in the middle so that it's almost coming off the blanket edge, and then gets slightly wider towards the top and bottom. The quality of the material is also poor. It is soft, but very thin and not plush at all. It might as well be a cozy beach towel. I was so excited, but now I am just upset and frustrated with what I actually received. If you order a blanket for a gift from collage.com, have a back-up plan!

I never post reviews, but received some really excellent customer service from Collage.com and felt it necessary to spread the word!

I ordered a blanket for Valentine's Day on February 2, at the advice of one of the agents who were always extremely helpful and available on their chat platform. I was told that by selecting 2-day shipping, I would safely receive the blanket on time.

It randomly occurred to me on February 9 that I had not received any email confirmation of the order so I thought it would be best to double check. I found that not only had I not received an email confirmation, but when I attempted to sign in, the site had no record of my order! I suspect that this was my fault because I was multitasking as I created the order and thought I finalized shipping and payment options.

After chatting with one of the customer service agents, who were extremely sympathetic, Collage found a record of an email communication I had, confirming that if I had placed the order on February 2, the blanket would arrive by Valentine's Day. They gave me a coupon code for overnight shipping and even took steps to ensure that printing would begin on my order the same day. The blanket is set to arrive today, three days early! I am so thrilled that they were able to make this happen for me.

USED to be good, now sneaky
I've used them in the past and were very happy with the overall results (although the blanket quality was a little less than I was expecting but overall it was great). I got an email that if I wanted to receive my items (I was holding in my cart) before Christmas I needed to order by end of the day, so I ordered that afternoon. I received one of the two items promptly (albeit a little grainy on the picture but it was fine). I kept checking the status of the other item (pillow) and kept seeing it set at "printing" so I emailed to find out the status. Thank god I did because Collage said it wasn't going to be ready until after the new year! When I wanted to know why I was told one thing (order by end of day to get in time for Christmas but now it's delayed) but they're unable to fulfill they said I was advised of the delay in the order summary email. Granted, I didn't read the email line-by-line because I was confident that they would abide by their original statements and if there was a delay they would have put it on the website BEFORE I completed my order like most other sites do to let the customer know. Nope, they did a sneaky switch-a-roo and when I told them I expected my item before Christmas as originally promised and that I checked Shutterfly (and several other providers who do the same thing) are saying they can still delivery before Christmas why can't they and if they can't then cancel and refund ASAP so I can go elsewhere. Instead of even trying to handle the matter they opted to just cancel and refund. What a craptastic way of doing business (or rather, the lack thereof). Very sneaky! I used to recommend these people after my first order was such a hit and even wrote a positive review for them before but after these underhanded practices I will NEVER come back to this company and will make sure I spread just as much word of mouth negative feedback as I had given in positive reviews before.

Customer service has no idea what's going on!
I recently purchased two puzzle pictures from this website and from the moment I purchased them, everything went downhill. It was around the holidays and Collage told me my shipment would be here by the 24th. As of the 19th nothing had been shipped so I decided to call the company. Someone let me know that my items were up next in the queue and they should be heading my way very soon and there was no reason why I shouldn't get it by the 24th and that I shouldn't worry. Fast forward to the 22nd and I still haven't received a shipping notification so I contact the company again. I was told by chat that unfortunately my items were delayed and I would now not get them until the 26th but that hopefully they would ship within the next 24 to 48 hours. I called them a couple hours later and all of a sudden they told me that my items had already shipped before I even chatted with the first person but the other person had no idea that they had already been shipped. Fast forward to 4 days later I received one package that contained only one of the two items I bought. I try and call the company again but was on hold for 40 minutes. 1 day after I receive a shipping notification that my second item has finally shipped. I called the company and got through and they tell me that their items always ship separately and that there's no way to determine if they will be printed at the same time. There is absolutely no reason that one item should come a week after the second item and both of them being delayed. Collage.com said there was nothing they could do. I advised them that they should post all of these clarifications to their website. I regret ordering from this website and will definitely not be using them for future purchases or gifts.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I never fill out customer surveys or reviews but this company's customer service far exceeded my expectations and Collage deserve the utmost praise. My Nana has been sick for the past year with lung cancer; but a few weeks ago right after christmas time she took a turn for the worst. She was ALWAYS cold, as she was up north in Connecticut visiting us for the holidays from Florida. So, I decided to make her a fleece blanket to keep her warm with family pictures on it. After a quick google search I came to the collage.com website and found it very easy to navigate and I ordered the blanket that same day. To my dismay It was going to take over a week to arrive, and I knew my Nana did not have that time. I emailed customer service explaining my situation and pleaded to them an earlier delivery date. Derek Jacques from customer service responded to my email within minutes and told me he would do everything he could but that he couldn't make any promises. I was discouraged but had accepted the fact that if my Nana wasn't able to see the blanket, I knew my Papa would love it and accept it for her. Not even 2 days later and a package arrives at my front door from the other side of the country! It was the blanket and it was more beautiful than I could even have imagined. The picture quality is amazing, and the fleece is warm and soooo soft. The customer service at this company is the best I have ever come across and there are no words to thank you guys enough. The look on my family members faces was priceless and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Honestly, thank you guys so much.
I know my Nana absolutely loved it.

INCREDIBLE FROM START TO FINISH!
I placed my order with collage.com for a surprise 20x30 piece for my husband. The picture wasn't the best quality for this type of project but I had no idea until I received it. He was disappointed but was still happy that I had it done. I got several emails from collage.com telling me that Collage were committed to 100% customer satisfaction. I deleted several of these (thinking it nothing could be done) and ultimately decided "OK, you know what, I'll just let them know and maybe I'll get a response". Well, not only did I get a response, I was assigned Nichole who worked very closely with me (and my photographer) to get the picture right. When he couldn't find the original, higher resolution shot, they offered to make me an entire new picture, using a new shot, just so I would have something that I would be satisfied with. Nichole was then leaving on vacation and Shell was assigned to my case. Same incredible customer service and dedication to making sure I was happy. The newer shot came out incredible and didn't cost me another cent. In the meantime, my photographer found the original and sent that in. They honored my original Living Social voucher and made that one for me at that same price.

I apologize for the lengthy review but I just cannot say enough good things about collage.com and their commitment to what they do. They are responsive, friendly and absolutely dedicated to the customers they serve. I would not hesitate, not for a second, to recommend them to anyone looking for this type of product (or any others they make). I guarantee I will be back.

Best customer service I have ever had!
I have never ordered from Collage.com until this week. I was worried since I did not know what the product would be like. I ordered the plush fleece, but when I received the blanket I felt like I had made a mistake because the pictures, because of the plusher fleece, were not as clear as I wanted. I called Collage and talked to Elizabeth. She immediately told me that she would replace the plush fleece blanket with the sherpa blanket for only the difference in price. She also worked with me on several other issues that were my mistake (I had never ordered here so didn't know what to expect) AND then she helped me with my mother's blanket as well. When I ordered my mother's blanket, I realized I had left out a picture after I had ordered. She let me change the blanket and got the order in right away because she knew I was on a deadline. This was all in one day! In this day and age, it is hard to even talk to a real person when ordering a product, much less talk to someone who is willing to take the time to maker sure your gift is special. I don't write many reviews, but when I talk to someone that is so willing to help make my project beautiful, I have to say something. ELIZABETH... you are one in a million girl! Thanks so much for your patience and help!

A new fan is born!
I checked out collage.com after purchasing a Groupon voucher. I have already made 2 more quilts and purchased 3 gift coupons for loved ones and this was prior to receiving my 2nd quilt, where I had made a blunder and never caught it.
Anyway, my first quilt is a visual buffet of memories and I love walking into my bedroom seeing the quilt on the bed. The photos are amazingly sharp considering that Collage are printed on fleece. My 2nd quilt arrived yesterday. I guess I must have checked out the "title" bar and not paid attention to the fact that I had typed an A at the top. Long story short, I did a live chat explaining my error and inquiring what the cost would be to delete my boo- boo and redo the quilt. Jennifer, my live chat human, got back to me quickly, and told me that I should take care of how I wanted the quilt and put it in my cart and then let her know. I did what I was told, correct my mistake and added it to my shopping cart. Collage.com is going to take care of it. Did you catch that? MY mistake, and yet Collage is forgiving me and covering the expense. No kidding!
Okay, now for some other positives, as if that isn't enough:
The website is easy to maneuver, the photos load in a snap, and obviously the end result is great, otherwise I wouldn't have purchased more to give as gifts. Then to top off the kudos, the live chat was quick and easy and my problem was definitely solved. Above and beyond. Thank you Collage!

Always give a second chance!
I found Collage through Groupon and created a 70 page book with over 250 pictures. Collage have many features to use that were great. Moving pictures from page to page is awesome. A lot of sites only have the ability to remove the picture from the page then add it to another. Not Collage, you click and drag! You can move pages throughout the book as well. I spent a lot of time on the book and was extremely pleased with how easy it was to create. There were a few times the save page would freeze and knock me back to the project page. I looked passed all that because everything else out weighed it. I was ready to checkout, but discovered that shipping was going to be more time than I first thought. There are many days added to printing the book before it can be shipped out. There are no options to expedite the printing. I used the live chat to see if anything could be done to get the book quicker. I had an exchange with a person named Mike. He was condescending and really no help. I gave up and tried to recreate the book on other sites. I decided to call customer service at Collage as a last ditch effort. I am so happy I did! Elizabeth was so pleasant and HELPFUL! I ordered the book that day and it arrived quicker than expected. Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me. This book was for my oldest niece's collage graduation present. After the entire family looked through the book, everyone loved it. Thank you so much for the help and a wonderful, beautiful product!

Best family gifts ever delivered by the best quality products and customer support.
First thank you for the wonderful customer support. I have never received a bad rep. And Collage are diligent in finding answers and helping with projects. Started as a customer in 2016 I've worked with many companies none compare to the TLC I receive here.

Below I'm listing pros and cons for the products I've made. (Blankets and pillows) so far have other gifts in progress

The products are amazing
First I like the 50x60 woven blanket
Pros
Heavier material so it looks good as a throw blanket on the couch and as a decorative rug in front of the couch or other areas. I make one every year. For my parents no more hanging pictures look at the floors couch and beds it tells the yearly family stories. (Christmas present)
Cons
Pictures aren't as clear on a woven blanket due to the nature of the material. Go with a fleece if you're going for clear photos. Fleece doesn't fit as well for a decorative rug personal opinion. Recommendation use original photos Facebook stalking lowers the resolution compared to original and keep them smaller 8x10 and 4x6 in size so they don't look stretched. This is hard to judge on a computer. If you call customer support they can pull up your design and tell you if items are of good resolution and color. They can help make changes all you need to do is refresh your browser to see the changes to work with them.

Fleece blankets
Have a better quality print. I'm not a fleece blanket guy pictures look better but I like a heavier blanket.
Same rules as above for picture sizes and checking with customer service before printing to ensure they help catch mistakes.

Fleece Pillows
I use as An awesome follow up gift throughout the year after Christmas blankets (mother's day, valentines, Father's Day, Birthday)
My favorite size 16x16

Pros
Quality print easy to organize. I aim for around 9 photos for each side of the pillow.
Cons
I haven't had any yet. Other than it's becoming expected as a gift.

Pros
These are my most asked for gifts I've ever started making.
Customer support is amazing to help quality check before printing. They will also help after you've received products if needed. But don't be a $#*! and take advantage of their kindness if it was not their mistake.
You don't have to help hang pictures after Christmas throw on the couch #EasyInstall
Cons
The family is getting larger and it's taking much more time to prepare for holidays.
I have to try new projects so I'm not too predictable (pillow cases are next)

Everyone loves these and it's the only presents I actually see that get used. They are always out at everyone's house! Unlike that ugly sweater and clothes you'll only wear when you know your visiting that person.

Wish I could share photos for verification but they're all gifted. I really wish someone would make some for my. Give a gift you'd like to receive.

Updated: Lost Package During Holidays

Per my 1st review below:
-Collage.com kindly sent me a new photo blanket w/ no additional cost. However, that was received a week after Christmas.

Miracle:
-Collage.com claimed that FedEx lost my package while FedEx claimed that Collage didn't receive the package until 12/19/18. Who to believe? I don't know but no longer care. By miracle, FedEx transfer the package to USPS and USPS delivered the "lost" package the night of 12/23/18. And YES! We got our package on time even after all the headaches.

Tip:
-Collage.com seems to get REALLY BUSY during the holidays. They are either HIT or MISS w/ orders so beware. It appears that they get VERY VERY overwhelmed on holidays and assigned few people on Customer Support. Their is probably just one person taking all the bad reviews and angry customers.

I ordered a customized blanket on December 5th to get ahead of time before Christmas. FedEx lost my package, just finding out on the 17th. I called them and they kindly willing to replace my order but they won't expedite it and won't come after the 28th...

What is this? Blasphemy! I ordered it ahead of time to get and they won't even make an effort to prioritize lost shipments... now they ruin my mother's Christmas and I will be called adopted. Seriously though, the dont have any back up plan if your package is lost, you are just a lost cause and they wont do any effort to expedite work and shipping for cases like mine. You just get thrown under a rug and just like i said, you are just like a meh... won't do business again.

I won't go anywhere else!
EVERY TIME, and I mean every time, I have needed to CHAT with someone at Collage.com, Collage arrive on-line almost immediately. Not only that, they've helped me with every problem I have had. There are a few kinks with the website that need to be worked out, I will admit, and some might quit and not deal with it. But, I've hung in there each and every time BECAUSE of their amazing customer service. The few things, I believe need to be worked out, they tell me are being worked on! The albums are easy to make too. Today I had "photo rage", but Jay calmed me down and I was happy again:-) I've been on chats with Jay, Alaina, Frank, Noelle, Jennifer, Heather, Derek... and more... they have ALL been superior! I purchased a Groupon a year ago (dare, I say over a year ago?) to make an album but I was just having the hardest time getting to it. I have lost out on so many Groupon's due to my procrastination problem (and, the time restraints with using them). I thought I lost this one too. Not so! They extended it twice for me! I will never use any other photo site but Collage.com! I appreciate their amazing customer service more than I can say. Other photo sites, that I will not name, wont extend any longer than an month. And, the reason why I needed the extension (from one particular site) was because I cant figure out how to make an album! With 100,000 photos on-line, I plan to make a lot more albums. Ive only made one (with Collage) and I love it... they are beautiful. Actually, when I received my finished product, I had a few issues with some texting being too small or too big. They let me redo it FOR FREE and I get to keep the first one (who does that!?). I am really impressed, as you can tell. Haha... and, am so happy to give my review about a company that deserves high kudos! Thank you once more for the AMAZING customer service at Collage.com! I won't go anywhere else... oh wait... I already said that!

I'd give a -2 if I could.
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this company if you are trying to order a gift for a specific date. I strongly suggest going with a more reputable company such as Shutterfly since Collage clearly can not handle the amount of business they've received for the holidays. I ordered from this company on 12/4 specifically because it stated that the expected delivery date was going to be the 15th whereas Shutterfly was honest in saything that Collage wouldn't be able to deliver it in time for Christmas. When the 15th rolled around not only had it not be delivered, it was still "printing". No one from the company had bothered to reach out to me, instead I've had to send multiple emails asking what happened and only then I found out that they had an issue with their pillow printer but that I should still receive my order by Christmas. Well, then there was an issue with delivery because although it was "shipped" on the 18th, it's been hanging out in North Carolina since (I live in New York). This was my main present for my boyfriend, so they effectively ruined our Christmas. I understand printing issues, I understand shipping issues (they had shipping issues with my other order as well. The package showed as delivered whereas it wasn't delivered for 2 more days.) what I'm most upset about is their lack of even trying to communicate with their customers. Order from them at your own risk.

Terrible customer Service. Such a terrible time for us.
Let me start off by saying my grandfather passed away yesterday at 2:40 PM. My mother purchased a blanket with a photo collage with all his photos with his family. She purchased this blanket for his funeral that's taking place on Sunday June 23rd. She receive the blanket but everything she wrote on the blanket was misspelled. We called Collage.com and asked for a supervisor or manager and the woman that picked up the phone said she was the supervisor which was very odd for a supervisor to be answering their customer service phone line right away. So I doubt that she was a supervisor or manager and probably did not want to get me a supervisor or manager. She was very snobby when I explained the situation and told her that this was for a funeral for my grandfather on Sunday. She said all she can offer me was to make a new blanket but I would not get it in time for the funeral. I told her the blank was going in his casket and that this was very important. She went on and on telling me how it's not their problem and not their fault and that she has offered me everything that she could and that if she sent me out a new blanket I will not get it in time. She also told me that she can order me one and we can keep it as a keepsake but that's not why we ordered the blanket in the first place. We ordered it to put it in his casket when the funeral was over. This is a very heartbreaking time for my family and for this to happen because this company does not look into the items that are purchased because Collage just do not care is really terrible. She never offered me a refund at all. I highly do not recommend this company to buy any sentimental items. BEWARE!

Perfect perfect perfect
OMG, I don't even know where to start. I took advantage of the first time, 60% off deal. We have 5 adult children with families of their own and could not think of anything to send them for Christmas. Saw Collage.com run down through my newsfeed on Facebook and gave it a click to see what it was. Best click i ever clicked on. It took me 8 hours at the computer to put together the 5 blankets. Not because it was difficult, it took me long because i had to decide what photos i wanted. It walks you right through each step. At the end of my project i put in the coupon code and what read almost $650 dropped down to $295 including the shipping. I was elated. Never even had to leave the house to shop. These blankets are going to be a lifetime treasure for my kids. We all look for that unique gift that nobody else can give and boy did i find it. Thank you so much Collage.com for making this an easy, affordable and rememberable Christmas ever.

Just wanted to do an update... one of my daughter's had her blanket stolen off her front porch. I know this is the time of year that evil people are out there following UPS trucks so my advice to anyone reading this, send it early if its a Christmas gift next year and tell your recipient to tuck it away until Christmas. I am heartbroken because i don't have the money to replace it. Bummer!:(

One more update to my experience with Collage.com. I spoke with Leah the day after Christmas about the one blanket that never got to my daughter's home and let me just say that she's an angel. I cannot think of one other company that i have ever dealt with that has the customer service that Collage has. You guys are awesome. I have already spoke with other family members of mine and Collage have never heard of this company but they are sure going to check it out now. The quality of their products are awesome. Thanks again Collage. I love you guys

CORRECTED ISSUES FAST!
I wanted to buy my sister a custom sequence pillow with a picture of our bunny on it. I purchased the 16X16 sequence pillow with the picture on the front, a custom back, and an insert. When my order arrived, it was MUCH different than the picture online showed it would be. There were white spots all over, and loose strings/sequences. The back was supposed to be dark grey, however was more green than anything. I contacted support that night and has a response in a little over a day. I started speaking to an agent name Will B over email. He was courteous, helpful, patient, and understanding. I sent him pictures of the problem product and he apologized for how it came out. After listening to my concerns, he offered me a voucher to buy a replacement product and even recommended what pillow he thought I should get. I opted for the 20X20 poplin with insert, based on his recommendation. I even created a collage of pictures on it. When it arrived, it looked EXACTLY as how I created it online. The pictures were crisp and beautiful! My sister loves her new pillow! I am very impressed with Collage's customer service and how quickly and efficiently Collage fixed my order. Will B had amazing customer service skills and I am very thankful for my new pillow. I will definitely order from Collage again.

Expected better quality for the money
I received my 1040 piece puzzle today. I had no issues working on the layout and actually found it to be fun. Production and shipping were fast. I called customer service to clarify something on shipping and Collage were very helpful. I'm satisfied with the cardboard box and I like the shiny puzzle pieces. The first negative came as soon as I opened the package and saw the picture of the puzzle on the outside of the box. It is very crooked. The back side of the edge of each puzzle piece is bumpy. Some of the pictures look a bit blurry even though none had "blur warnings". I won't be able to tell 100% until the puzzle is put together if they are acceptable. One of the pieces I took a picture of is nice and clear with bright colors, however, I didn't realize the edges of the puzzle look messy until I uploaded my picture. I'm hoping it isn't noticeable when the puzzle is put together. I think it's a cool and unique idea and my mother will love it for her 80th birthday. I just think there needs to be better quality control. Photos are attached. The one with the cover has a white block covering my photos for privacy. The picture is to show the crooked label.

First off I bought a voucher through living social. I thought wow what a great deal 35 dollars for a 100 dollar blanket! I was so very wrong. It was a total waste of money. I designed my blanket and the website showed that for only 8 dollars more I could purchase the velveteen blanket! I decided to follow through with the purchase thinking ok 8 dollars more for the velveteen and then three dollars for shipping as it says on the voucher so it should come out to around 12 dollars. NO when I went to check out it said 24. I contacted them via the chat and let them know that when I checked out it wasn't giving me the appropriate price and Collage said oh ya thats wrong. Its not 8 dollars its 20. I also emailed them and they did NOTHING. Isn't that FALSE advertisement?! HORRIBLE costumer service. I decided to continue with my purchase disappointed and didn't get the velveteen. WORST blanket ever. I wouldn't even call it a blanket it is not smooth like fleece what so ever it is so thin and a 100% polyester I wouldn't even allow my dog to use it. I am embarrassed to give this as a gift and don't see how this can retail at 100 dollars. I don't even think it was worth the 35.

Best Customer Service Online!
I would like to take the time to THANK Mike Caifano for his Wonderful Customer Service in helping me get 2 Projects Submitted and 2 others saved. I suffer from Traumatic Brain Injury. So I need people to slow down their speech and explain things in a slower manner then other Customers. Mike understood immediately what I was trying to do. It took some time for him to help me BUT HE DID IT! He did not make me feel stupid or was taking up to much of his time. He just kept working to get the projects the way I wanted them. I was a Training Manager for a Fortune 200 Company for over33 years before head injury. He would be a person I would have hired right away. Your Company should be VERY PROUD to have him as an Associate. I am very Grateful that I got him on your Customer Service Line. O also spoke to a young man named Tyler who also was a big help to me earlier in the day. Mike even gave me his private number to call him directly if I have any future challenges, what more could I ask for. Thank You for a Wonderful Products to buy for my friends and family!
