Alin Budisan is well-spoken and presented the course material very methodically. He had a lot of insightful scenarios that he added at various times throughout the training. He is knowledgeable in the subject area and can quickly answer questions with a variety of complexity.

Rehab EINagar spoke and enunciated words well and in a flowing manner. She was easy to listen to even though this was a very difficult topic to learn about. She always paused and answered questions. She was superb. At the end of each topic, she would ensure understanding by asking questions. If there was a problem with the labs, she immediately got it fixed for the students to continue learning. She is a really great, professional, well-spoken, thorough instructor and presenter. She performed admirably as a fantastic subject matter expert on the topics for SD-WAN.

Gabriel is an outstanding trainer. I appreciated the way he delivered the training with examples in the lab environment, instead of simply going through the training content. Training contents and LAB environment were excellent.

He presented the entire course with such a passion. This made the course easy to understand and gave us great tips as well along the path. He kept track of the course structure but also tried to give us tips and tricks about that topic from his personal experience.

Alin had a deep knowledge of the product and the purpose it serves. He was able to help us see opportunities in using the features as well as current limitations and manage around them. When we had difficult questions he could answer pretty definitively.

Marcin is a great instructor. I often felt bad during the course of his presentations, as there weren't a ton of questions, which could often leave the room with a sort of awkward silence. That being said, the only reason that ever occurred was due to the fact that Marcin was as thorough as he was in the topics he covered. I would very much enjoy having him as an instructor again in the future.

Alin was a very informative instructor. He conveyed the concepts in a way that was easy to understand and was able to answer questions that came up. I appreciated when he would highlight areas where there may be gaps or differences between class materials and the 'real world' usage of XSOAR.

He had the basic marks of a good instructor, he showed deep knowledge and was prompt to respond to any questions. Above that it was great to hear and see someone so passionate about the teaching and was able to make comparisons to other solutions. You could sense he has long experience in the field, not just with Palo Alto but with other solutions too. Amazing instructor.

- Very clear on the course schedule. Chapter are split in a nice way so you are basically using everything you learned bit by bit
- DRAWINGS! It makes things way much easier to understand and he's making it way better
- Any question that was asked, it was answered clearly. And it was re-explained in case it was not

Dom is certainly knowledgeable about the Palo Alto configuration in general. He showed quite a lot of experience during the training and shared some valuable real life experiences with us. It's good to see a trainer that also does real implementations at the same time. Also, the training was well paced and Dom made sure that there was enought time for questions.

Felt like he had a good grasp on subject matter, kept things light with a good sense of humor, did a good job distinguishing what is recommended and best practices as well as practical experience. Was very thorough with going through the slides as well as showing how to execute steps on the lab devices.
