One month later and still no lenses
I have no idea what goes on at this company or if it's fraudulent, but I have been waiting for a month and no lenses. Contact Lens King said the lenses shipped but the tracking says ''pending package acceptance' which means they just created a shipping label but never brought anything to the post office. That's fraud. I hope I can get my money back and now, back to AC Lens...

I love ordering my contacts from ContactLensKing.com. I've been ordering from there website for many years now. Contact Lens King have the best prices and excellent customer service! My whole family uses their products because they have a wide selection of contact lense brands.

I was initially extremely annoyed by the bait and switch "lowest" google shopping price and the addition of the "processing" fee. HOWEVER the honesty in the information blob changed my mine. Especially after visiting several other sites and seeing first hand that this BS has become common place.

I don't like the service charge after the search results said something about "no hidden fees". You were right in that your prices are still the best. I just wish there were some other way to be more accurate upfront and not lose potential customers.

I belive that you would have a booming customer base...
I belive that you would have a booming customer base if you offer free shipping. You just charged me 7.99 for 1 pack of lenses that are less than one oz. It seems to me and others in the chat group that you make 1/4 of your money on overpricing shipping. One guy even has studied it with graphs profit/loss and what not. I'm just saying. Think about your priorities. I probably will not be using you any more because there is a new start up company that, when Contact Lens King get going, will offer free shipping to the lower 48.

Placing and received my order with no issues
Placing and received my order with no issues. Needed to get credit on some other contacts and have not liked the experience so far.

Had to return previous order contacts because the are no longer the correct prescription. Boxes never opened and not damaged in anyway. Was told reluctantly I would receive information for credit and never heard or received any information. Had to email them questioning why I didn’t yet get the information. Still waiting!

I have looked at many companies offering contact lenses on the internet and found Contact Lens King to have the best prices. Your service is very good, and you keep a record of my prescription which I find to be very helpful. Thanks again for being my supplier.-Fred Hamon

I like how honest and straight forward this company is. I appreciate their honesty regarding the extra fee at checkout that I noticed many other websites doing but didn't understand. I checked many websites and found that Contact Lens King was the cheapest for my dailies.

ContactLensKing.com is quite possibly the best vendor we've used over the years. Easy, prompt, competitive prices, professional, what more do you want from a company? Contact Lens King make purchases very easy and for half the cost of what our eye doctor wants for the same exact lenses!

So far so good. I was going to order 2 boxes, but that quantity added a $20 service charge. I read the explanation and I understand, and I have seen that at other contact lens sites. Like I said, I do understand, you have to stay in business, but it sure does bug me.

I understand the note about the processing fee, but I still find this practice misleading and frustrating. My total order is double the cost of the advertised price. Actually, it's much more than that... because you list the 6-pack (which is what I wanted) for $10 but when I click on it, it tells me the only options are a 12 or 24 pack. This is misleading and dishonest. This is how the world became so corrupt... people doing dishonest things in the name of "everyone else is doing it..." Still, I gave you my business because yes, the price is less than other sites. I just really value honesty and forthrightness and this sort of thing does not reflect well...

I needed a password reset and received an email response quickly, and have easily been able to regain access, reset my password and place my order. I also appreciate you calling doctor to verify prescription on each order. This particular brand/type of contacts work very well for me.

Online ordering was easy, but I called to clarify my order with a customer service for my two kids (one of the prescription is slightly different). Customer Service (M.) said that she couldn't make a recommendation and didn't ask if she help in any other way. After that phone call, I have ordered contacts for on of my kids due to lower price, but had to go through our local shop for my other kid.

When I hit Reorder you tried to charge me more than last time by a large amount at check out. When I chose the product off the main website page to double-check the price, it went down to what it used to be. This was shady and I was disappointed in you. Will consider looking at other retailers if this happens again.

Appreciate the end savings. The trickery to get a new client with huge add on fee is not right. However, I see the internet deception you choose to embrace. Your bottom line price is still better than others bottom line. I hope you can just publish no game policy pricing and get the customers appreciation.

Processing Fee is stupid, but you were lower than a couple other sites I checked. Would like to see auto-parsing of prescription to auto-input values for lenses. I like that the initial interface on contacts gave immediate input for astigmatism.
Would like to have you deal with my insurance company somehow at least on the initial submit.

I despise the trickery in pricing by using a "processing fee". Why stoop to your competitors' deception? Don't you think the average consumer is wise to such nonsense? Your total price of $25 per box is still the best around. If you don't change, I will refuse to purchase again from you, even if it costs me more from another merchant.

I'm pretty disappointed in the bait and switch method of getting my email and cell number. I was given a code to use for 10% as promised and placed an order right away. I was told the code doesn't apply or only applies to certain products. This is not a good way of doing business. I understand if you can't give 10% off on ALL products, but your teaser pop-up that is designed to capture customer email/cell info should indicate the brands or products that the 10% CANNOT be used for. Feeling cheated.

Good experience ordering online; however, I had a problem with the order because I needed to have two prescriptions on file and when I added the second one it over-rode the first one. I received an email stating my prescription for one box of contacts wasn't on file, so had to call Customer Service who then advised me I should send the missing prescription as a reply to the email. It was frustrating but ultimately worked out. The website should allow for easily having more than one prescription on record.

Contact Lens King told me how to resolve a problem with having to add a second prescription for my order.
