Very pleased with the under-counter fridge freezer, Cookology UCFF87BK. An emergency purchase after my old fridge stopped working so pleased with the quick delivery. Extremely well packaged. Easy to unpack and set up. Useful adjustable fridge door shelving. Obviously it is a small unit but the freezer section is a good size. Ideal for a single person and a very good price.
I am very happy with the BBQ that I have just brought and also very happy with all the other appliances that I have purchased, I'm also very happy with how quick the delivery time was from the time I placed my order to the time it was delivered, I would defiantly recommend Cookology and will also be using Cookology more often. I love my new double oven, it's modern, stylish and just what I wanted. I needed help registering my warranty because even though it was bought a few months ago it was not fitted in my new kitchen until very recently but after speaking with customer service I was able to register for the extended warranty which was a relief. I would definitely buy again. Thank you.
Awful experience. Was looking forwards to this purchase for months but the Unit came with manufacturing damage all over the unit (see picture, these random markings were ALL over the unit and embedded into the finish)
Absolutely no urgency from the customer service team to get it resolved, customer service team supervisor was incredibly rude and patronising who told us all units leave the factory perfect, inferring that we caused the damage. Couldn't even tell us if a replacement unit was going have similar defects, simply not good enough, I'm not paying b grade prices.
Sent it back for a refund (which was difficult since the boxes are clearly not designed to be reused). Still no update from cookology of if it has been received and my refund process, mega unprofessional
I purchased a replacement from competitor candee that was perfect out of the box.
Will never buy from "cookology" or "therightbuy" again.
Competitively priced worktop dishwasher imported directly from China by Cookology, whose owner visited the factory to specify its capabilities and finishes.
Identical in specification to more expensive models from other UK retailers, which are probably the same but differently badged. Very hard water has eventually defeated all our dishwashers over the years, so we like to keep the price of replacements as low as possible.
Fridge freezer just what I needed, especially the small freezer compartment. Ordering and delivery very prompt.
I had some questions because the instructions booklet gave the impression it may not be 4 stars or be suitable for a built in location. Very prompt e mail reply, sorting everything out including registering for 1 year guarantee.
Very happy so far, but time will tell - my last fridge freezer from a quality brand only lasted 5 years!
Extremely disappointed to receive a pre-owned scuffed and scratched freezer when I assumed it would be factory new. If this was the decision of a rogue employee or company policy to offload used returned goods is unclear?
The customer service team promptly removed the freezer and made a refund but not before asking if I would be interested in keeping it and having a partial refund.
It’s frustrating and causes anxiety and loss of confidence to be treated this way.
I would rate zero stars for my Cookology purchasing experience if it were possible.

I ordered this hob and it was delivered the next day, excellent service.
Unfortunately, it was not suitable for use in our kitchen because of a
minor difference in height so I had to ask to return it. I received a full
refund, again within a day. I will be buying from Cookology in the future
as their service is second to none. You can buy with confidence from them.
I ordered a drip pan tray from cookology. I don't have their oven, I have a Hotpoint oven but a universal drip pan tray is around £20, whereas an official Hotpoint tray is around £35. The tray from cookology was less than £10 including delivery. It's lighter but doesn't affect it's use. In fact I'm so impressed with the quality and price, I might order another.
Haven’t opened the appliances yet as the kitchen isn’t going to be fitted for a couple of weeks -so far our experience with Cookology has been 5* the appliances were delivered on time with a date that suited us the delivery men were polite and efficient and put the order exactly where we wanted them to be stored they rang to tell us when they were 15 minutes away for delivery . I’ll pop back and review the appliances when they are opened and installed !
Made my first online purchase from Cookology for a new wine cooler. Cookology made everything easy from start to finish. My goods arrived on time. were well packaged and when I had a small query Cookology's customer service was first class. The only feedback for improvement that I would like to offer is if the delivery service operator could have indicated that they were making a delivery on behalf of Cookology then I would not have had to contact Cookology's customer service to ask about when my delivery would be made.
I love my mini dishwasher in Blue, I feel very lucky to have found the jubilee deal, £202 I had thought about buying one of these dishwashers for a while, and I’m certainly not disappointed from delivery to setting up it was very easy, it washes brilliantly in 29 minutes uses little water, and as I live alone takes all my washing up for the day plus I don’t have a sink with dishes waiting for me. What’s not to like I would happily give it more than 5 stars .
Pleased we bought the larger 130l, size fridge. However, somewhat aggrieved to have made our purchase only to be sent an email a few days later saying we could have purchased it for 25% less in a jubilee promotion. Customer services totally dismissive of our suggestion that we could have been advised of the saving we could have made if we had delayed purchasing by 72 hours.
The fridge itself is a decent unit. However, the wire shelves are already showing signs of bowing and would ideally be sturdier. Also, the light and temperature control are positioned on the inside top of the fridge, taking up space that could be used for drink cans etc.
Overall a good unit, but probably on the expensive side.
Purchased a small fridge freezer and so far so good. The reason for my 5 stars is the customer service. The company in charge of delivering my item messed up the labels and the item delivered was completely wrong. I did email cooklogy directly and they dealt directly with the delivery company without too much hassle. I had my item right the next day and it's been all good :)
Item arrived damaged. Packaging was intact so clearly damaged at the factory. Bad dent to rear right hand corner, scratches everywhere. Item is NOT going under a counter so damage is visible for all to see! Tried to contact - no response. Reverted to Paypal complaint procedure and awaiting an outcome. Not at all happy and won't be buying from you again.
Cookology seem to be a reputable company offering excellent customer service which indeed they are. The freezer we ordered arrived damaged, I think that was possibly down to the couriers. Cookology offered a replacement or refund straight away, I accepted the refund. I would have given them five stars but for the faulty goods.
easy to order and was delivered two days earlier than expected. Which was handy as it was a replacement which meant the new one was working two days early.
The installation was as simple as it could be and the microwave looked great when installed.
The stainless steel matched our oven and it looks like it was made to measure.
Regarding the performance, we have had it about a week so far so good.
Good delivery time. Although I feel the Fridge unit is not adequately packaged on the sides, front & back. any small bump would cause damage. We ordered another unit which again arrived very quickly, although it has minor scratches on the left side. Again, no bag-wrap on the unit so it was not adequately packaged in my opinion. Waiting for refund & collection of the first unit purchased.

I was up at 6.30am just incase I was first drop , not impressed , there delivery company should have the decency to text what time they are coming , they know what the runs are for the day !!!! And especially if you are first drop they should tell you
I wanted to purchase a mini-freezer as an in-home backup to my main freezer. I ordered initially from Amazon but, a month and two failed deliveries later, I cancelled and ordered instead from Cookology. Same price, same quality but delivered free within 24 hours and now working perfectly for me. I am delighted with the product and the service by Cookology.
