Cover & All UK is not registered on BBB. Therefore, this business has no BBB rating and accreditation.
Although their customer service is not based in the UK , the customer service team were friendly enough, took a little time to find my order on screen to determine when my 2nd blind will arrive, unfortunately could not give me an exact date it will be shipped. So I suggested I will call back in 1 week if I have not received a shipment notification.
Again informing customers and keeping them updated would be beneficial to both parties I feel.
The advisor seemed pleasant enough but couldn’t really give me any information.
I emailed due to delays in delivery. (That weren’t really delays) The communication was almost too good - as Cover & All UK had sent a number of emails with delivery dates, including updates when it was delayed. However my covers then did not arrive on the last date I had been given. I emailed, received a reply and then received my order a few days later.
The design team had alerted me to the discrepancy in my measurements and my dealings with any customer facing personnel was excellent.
Cover and All gave me great value, an excellent product and the design team made the whole process very easy. I highly recommend them.
Only contacted via online chat. At the time appeared really professional but after three days I have not had any reply from them or been copied into emails as they said they would do. I’m sure when the covers arrive I will be pleased but not impressed so far.
When I needed some help, I was able to connect via chat and also via phone. The team were very helpful and meet my needs.
Cover has arrived and it's brilliant! It fits perfectly & does exactly what I wanted of it. My only little grumble is that it arrived about 10 days after the date Cover & All UK had given for delivery. When I enquired I discovered was being made in India. Delay was very understandable as they were experiencing awful problem with Covid.
I was able to live chat to them when the delivery didn't arrive on the day they had said. They also helped with the tracking and gave me a definite date & rough time for the delivery.
Those ordering should not be put off by the company doing the design and getting it made in India and thus shipped from India. It does take a little longer but the wait is worth it.
The customer service representative was efficient and honest. There was a slight delay with the order but they were on their way. The reason for the delay was because the first batch hadn't passed the QC checks and I don't think you can fault that – clearly they have good standards.

The website is easy to navigate.
Once your request is sent with measurements, material choice, colour choice and photo of item to be covered, the company will add 1 to 2 cm to the dimensions so the cover will fit properly.
A few days later you will be sent an image of your request, with measurements, to ensure your order has been received correctly.
A date will be notified to you when your item will be delivered. Ours arrived earlier than expected.
We agreed that the material is of excellent quality, well made and fits perfectly.
I had called for further advice but resolved my problem on the website. The day day I received a call to check if I needed further assistance, pro active customer service is very much appreciated.
Cover & All, emailed drawings for the measurements etc. to be confirmed.
Overall I was very satisfied with the whole process especially as I am a complete novice with even a tape measure.
When I called customer service, someone called back to enquire if I needed further assistance.

It seems rather strange to me that knowing that such a product needs the hooks, to hang the curtains that you would not at least have some form of facility available or information where they could be purchased.
This has been mentioned before any relates to the hooks for hanging the curtains themselves which you should supply you could have found where they can be supplied and directed me to that supplier. Alternatively you could of course have had your own supply in from that supplier and sold them to me including your markup.
Had a delay in receiving goods which was totally understandable, but don't think the chat agent handled my questions particularly well.
However, when product arrived it fitted perfectly. The material is good quality and the workmanship is of a high standard.
Would definite recommend.
The chat agent seemed evasive and uninterested. I had to push them with the same question over and over. I felt this was a shame and spoiled my otherwise good experience with the company. I totally understood the delay but agent seemed to give a very open ended solution.
The estimated delivery was way off. They arrived about 16 days late and I had no communication from the manufacturer so I had to chase the order myself. Be useful if their system told them that a delivery date had been missed so that they could follow up with an email or telephone call.
Even though the company states UK I'm not convinced the covers are made here in the uk. I got an email from a US company about my order and the packaging also has import labels on it.
Took quite a while to reply to my email and when they did they just said the order is in production with no explanation as to what was taking so long.
Good points:
-> Material is heavy duty which am hoping will give long term protection.
-> variety of materials (Light, medium and heavy weight) with corresponding cost tiers.
-> Speed of delivery - You can pay for speedier delivery but I opted for standard delivery and was quoted 14 days but it arrived much earlier and I was kept informed of the shipment throughout.
-> Price was not much more than equivalent covers that I searched for.
Points to improve on:
-> Most of the world has gone metric since a long time yet the website makes you enter measurements in inches. Nowadays a website should be able to convert from metric to imperial.
-> Leaving a review from the website should be a really easy process, yet the chat bot on the website is unhelpful. If you want to verify that this is a genuine review then by all means let me leave a review after logging into the website like Amazon do.
They are made to measure so allow longer for delivery. This came about a week after the date given in my despatch email.
The web site provides 3 qualities of material and various option to tie down/secure.
Happy and would use again
