Fast Friendly Professional Service
I'm old and cranky. I needed to order a new cpap today (12/31). I had only 35 minutes to get it done before departing for travel (covid compliant). I googled the product i wanted and found cpap.com. Never heard of them. I called. I had the good fortune of speaking with Brandy. I quickly explained my needs and expected to hear "well," or "but". I was pleased to hear a friendly knowledgeable efficient employee. In under 20 minutes this is what got done... I was walked through their web site, identified the pieces i wanted, learned that the mask i wanted was no longer available, had a similar product recommended and chose it, had my prescription emailed to them where it was reviewed (it's long and detailed) and approved, had shipping options explained, paid, gave my necessary personal info, received an email documenting the order, reviewed the order, learned the return policies, said thanks and bye. Oh... excellent pricing too. I kept expecting a catch. There wasn't one.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a mask and chin strap on 06/11/16 was told CPAP.com would get the prescription on Monday, 06/13/16. They received the prescription but they said a stamp was used by the doctor's office and they won't accept it because a word is covered by the stamp. I had to send them a letter authorizing them to contact my doctor's office again. They said they called and no answer so they left a message on Tuesday, 06/14/16. I just called today, 06/16/16 and they are waiting for the doctor to call them back. I asked if they called the doctor back and I was told "no, but I guess I could"

UPDATE - The customer service rep called me back after 15 mins and told me they spoke to my doctor's office and that the doctor is reviewing the request and that is the hold up. It's nice to someone take their job seriously. Thanks CPAP.com. Now I will get on my doctor's back about this.
Nice work.

Trust worthy online seller
I went to CPAP.com to order my travel CPAP machine, because I believed CPAP.com were a trusted online website. I am leery of many of the other sites. I am not that savvy when it comes to CPAP equipment but did my research and settled on the DreamStation Go. When I saw CPAP.com had them in stock, I jumped at it. Unfortunately, I ordered only the humidifier segment of the DreamStation Go. A more knowledgeable person would not have made my error. I called and Carol, listened, helped sort out my error and set up the return. She also advised me on an alternative travel CPAP. She was kind, knowledgeable and courteous. She confirmed my belief that CPAP.com is a trusted site for ordering CPAP equipment.

One Problem After Another but a learning Experience
The Doctor wrote an RX for my husband after his sleep apnea test. I had to wait for the money and found a false site CPAP.com said was Cpap.com and it was not. When I called I was told the RX had not been signed by his Doctor and that is was not a real RX. I called the hospital to speak to the Doctor who wrote the Rx on a Friday and the nurse never called me back. The Chat person with Cpap.com closed the chat on me. I had used a few choice words because I was so frustrated. Then this company cancelled my order without my permission even though I had paid for it. They told me I would have to wait until the money was back in my bank because of their human error. I spoke with a manager who would not let me speak to the owner and I finally did. But I had to hang up on people who were trying to stop me from calling the owner. One week has passed and still no machine because the Fed-Ex man delivered it to the wrong address I suppose. I forgive them but my husband has suffered and I have too over this mess. Shame on Cpap.com and not placing the customer first. The Fed -Ex people had to be called for a tracking number and then the neighbor brought it to us in the package. Instructions for set up are very small. Read the entire manual and use distilled water and safety with water and electricity. You can call Cpap and they will help you with the set up if you do not have a professional or cannot take it to a respiratory therapist. We ordered two masks so we could get the right fit. My first review has been edited. If things had worked out as planned, all would have been better so read the reviews and I give this Company a 3 or 4. This is a medically necessary machine and many people who do not have a medical background may not understand the importance of the process. Do not hesitate to get help on the phone or take it in and do not have anyone work on it that would void the warranty. If one does not complain then no one learns from our mistakes. I will use them in the future Good L-rd wiling.

Stellar customer service and superb care
I called cpap.com on my short morning break at work thinking I would grab a few prices and gather some information. Heath is the representative that took my call. He was super patient with me! He answered every question, spoke clearly in layman's terms do I not only got answers but understood the information he shared with me. He located my prescription promptly in less than two minutes. I have been waiting since 12/13/2019 for communication with a competitor of your business to communicate just the next step in their process, not a resolution. I am overwhelmed with this personal attention. He gave me amazing emotional support since just his tenderness and patience me feel cared for. When I asked him for a price on a Bipap machine, he stated that he could see that the prescription requested a Cpap machine and he submitted a request for the physician to reevaluate the request and advice me to do the same. I found that the nasal pillows keep my airway open compared to the full face mask chasing my airway through apneas during my sleep duration. He said that I can choose that for my comfort. I have used facilities that I could go inside and greet people but NEVER have I received this thorough personal care that Heath gave me. I know that being acknowledged for a job well done helps motivate people to do well for the service CPAP.com provide. This guys is beyond that, it's who he is. Sure you can set up screens for callers to read back to your customers but the heart Heath put into this time helping was beyond your training to give consistency on every call. He cared about me and my plight! Perhaps you give a shout out to each employee when they do have great feedback, this care showed loyalty to what you represent but beyond great pricing since I have bought a few supplies over the years, beyond the money you spent/ earned with the design of the easy to navigate website. Heath made CPAP.COM 4D(dimensional) for me. Why would I want to shop anywhere else? I don't! So I hope that you will reward him in a monetary way because he secured you a customer for life with his own loyalty to his character to give the best everytime. I left his care feeling that he will always treat everyone with "his" best customer service! I can't thank you enough for having someone on your team so professional and caring!

While I have only been a customer for about nine months,...
While I have only been a customer for about nine months, I find cpap.com to be a good seller of CPAP supplies. Their prices are decent, including much cheaper prices than my local Durable Medical Equipment supplier charges for masks and accessories (albeit through insurance). CPAP machine prices are more or less fixed by the manufacturer, so there is little in the way of discounting allowed. My orders of one mask and multiple supplies have always been promptly delivered by their regular delivery method, usually arriving within a few days. I have not had to return any items, so I cannot comment about that, but my interactions with their customer service via chat and email have been outstanding. My physician's office was slow to send my prescription to cpap.com, but cpap.com was quick to ask my permission to request it when no response was made to the first request. CPAP.com regularly offer specials and free shipping offers if you sign up for their e-mailings, plus standing free shipping on minimum orders. They also maintain an active forum for CPAP users that I find very informative. Recommended.

Professional, Knowledgeable, and Reasonably Priced
I've been buying here since January 2006. Their prices are significantly lower than those available through normal doctor and medical insurance channels because CPAP.com don't take insurance, just give you what you need to file your own claim, out of network but still a savings. They have always taken good care of me. For my last order, a new CPAP machine on 12/08/2021, they helped me find the best deal on a suitable machine. I highly recommend this company. I regularly receive a lot of online advertising for other CPAP companies every time I use "CPAP" online. Once in a while I click on a link to see what they can do for me (as a retired purchasing and contracts manager I believe in comparison shopping). None of them has come close to matching CPAP.com's prices. Today I got more great help from Daryl via online chat. I only wish they would open the door a tiny crack to allow contactless curbside pickup and drop-off since I now live in Houston and could drive there easily as I did before covid. This would seem no more risky than UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

They could care less
Bad customer service and don't give important information that you need, Could care less if you have to return the product. CPAP.com sent me a product that did not have an adjustable frame and the frame was too big, yet when I purchased it, they said nothing about frame size. They didn't mention there were three different frame sizes. They sent the medium frame without asking. I spent a few nights trying to make ti work, while my health was being compromised then finally realized the frame would not fit. They never gave me an option or told me that the frame size they sent, medium, may not be the right size and that I may need a different size. They sent it without a word. When I called about it, they said that the manufacturer doesn't provide instructions for sizing the frame, however, it would be easy to measure the head to figure it out, but they are too lazy to do it. Just send something that is a shot in the dark for the customer with no explanation? Wrong. They don't care what trouble you have to go through. And don't provide a credit or make it right in some way.

They have wonderful service
I have bought all of my resupply CPAP products and a CPAP from this website and I have to say CPAP.com don't always get everything perfect, but they make up for it with their amazing costumer support!

Support service is quick, accurate, and understanding and I have never had a problem that they could not fix within a week.

Not only that but their products are better value than what insurance will ever quite you, unless you are in a premium insurance plan, but honestly I just find their business to be straight forward and a lot more freeing to people that simply cannot afford premium prices.

Also they have quarterly deals that can be up to 20% off which is not hard to find at all and it applies to the total of the cart. Where most other sites just apply the discount to one item. (Which is much less of a deal)

The best Online Conversation for Positive Airway Pressure Business's sake I ever had!
Dear Reader,

I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist licensed in the State of Ohio, and have experience working in Home Care for Perinatal, Pediatric and Adult Patients. From fixed CPAP all the way to continuous mechanical ventilation.

I reached out to CPAP.com after a few disappointing experiences with local providers. I probably scrutinize things more because I have actually been a Clinical provider of Masks, CPAP/BI-PAP machines, disposable Supplies and so on. I know what it takes to maintain a Customer and keep them happy, but in this case, I was the Customer.

I reached out to CPAP.com to inquire about a Headgear replacement and reached a lady named Shannon. She was not friendly, but also very knowledgeable. It was absolutely incredible talking to her because she really took her time despite the fact I have an extensive background in Respiratory Care. Clinical people need help sometimes too, and I'm not afraid to admit it.

If it were in my power I would nominate Shannon to a Managerial Position in her Company and allow her to be a Trainer, and/or Re trainer of Employees there at CPAP.com. God Bless her and her Company as well.

Vendor Finally Posted My Negative Review on its Site, But Only After Reading my Review on Sitejabber
This is a follow-up to my original one-star review. After I posted that review on ReviewFeeder.com, I received a call from someone with cpap.com. She claimed that the reason my one-star review was not posted is because it contained my name (which is did not and does not). So, I submitted the review again, and the second time it was accepted by the website. But, I received an automated email message from cpp.com inviting me to withdraw my review (presumably because it is a one-star review)! I found this offensive, as I have never received such a message when posting either positive or negative reviews from any other vendor. But, a couple of days later, my one-star review was finally posted on cpap.com. So, other potential purchasers are finally on notice of the burnt plastic smell emitted by the machine. I have upgraded my rating of cpap.com from one to two stars because CPAP.com finally did post my review, but only after I have had to devote hours of time to addressing the issue on this very useful site, and on the phone with cpap.com representatives, and only after choosing not to withdraw my negative review in response to their unwelcome invitation to do so.

Excellent service and range of products, even for international customers
I'm a long term customer of cpap.com (in Texas) who lives in Canada. I've found over the years, that CPAP.com have the best selection of items, very good prices (despite the dollar difference) and excellent service. (They cannot sell products of one of their suppliers due to the supplier restricting international sales.) They have an extensive list of reviews on their site which is very helpful for customers.

Recently, I bought an item & the shipping appeared to be stuck and the contracted shipping company had not given me any notification (it had left their company and was with the shipping company). The staff of cpap.com's customer service spent some time looking into this situation, gave me information and updated me on this process. They were professional and patient trying to resolve this issue. A shout out goes to Camyatta who was the primary staff person who assisted me.

Many American companies don't give the same level of service to international customers, this is not the case for cpap.com. I highly recommend them.

The Best Service I have received!
My experience with CPAP.COM has been nothing less than excellent. A month ago I knew nothing about CPAP machines but with the help of the website and knowledgeable customer service representatives, I have learned so much. I've spoken to 3 representatives in these past few weeks and my experience has been great every single time! The first representative, unfortunately I don't recall his name, was amazing he was able to walk me through the website over the phone and guide me on how to complete my orders. The second representative spend a great deal of time with me over the phone showing me how to identify the correct cpap supplies. She was also a great help! She was so kind and had an amazing sense of humour. The representative I spoke to today, Samantha, is also amazing! There was an issue with an order I made (not the companies fault), and Samantha was able to help me fix it and re-order CPAP supplies for my grandfather. On top of that, I was so excited to be able to get the supplies at a lower price with the Memorial Day sale.

Every time I have called CPAP.COM my experience has been amazing! I look forward to ordering from them in the future! Thank you!

To sleep per chance to dream
When you find out you have sleep apnea your world changes it both becomes clearer and also a bit scarier because you never knew that when you slept you were in danger of never waking up.
So you seek solutions and thinking that you need to be attached to this machine to live while you sleep is as intrusive as well having to wear a mask wherever you are going to keep others safe.
You feel betrayed by your body because it is playing this cruel game with you when you are vulnerable and unable to much about it.
Navigating how to get help and what to buy is daunting and often it is much easier to walk away from it and play sleeping Russian roulette than it is to face your fears and get treatment.
Today I was a very fortunate human being as I sought to replace the now-defunct CPAP machine I landed in the capable hands of Layne at cpap.com
She is a knowledgable professional as well as a CPAP user. She listened to all of my concerns from use to price and gave me solid recommendations all the while I rambled on mostly out of fear.
No surprise, I'm a big guy. I should not be afraid but I am. Not afraid of the machine but the fact that I need one. How to get the best one for my money and the supplies needed to not go without it any longer than I have to.
I'm a father of two. 49 years old and I want to be around for my family and thanks to Laine's help I feel confident that I took a step in the right direction today. There is enough craziness going on in our world presently it is great to know that there are humans like Layne out there willing to help.
Thank you cpap.com for having her be a part of your staff.
Sincerely,
J. A. E.

These customer service representatives know their stuff!
I was on the phone with Zachary H. To get help for ordering a new mask. I was unhappy with the choices through my home health service and CPAP.com did not offer refunds. Zachary was so knowledgeable and patient. He listened to all my issues with previous masks and helped me make a better choice. He suggested a few accessories that I could benefit from. I felt like he was there to truly help and make the process so easy. The next day, I wanted to make a slight change to my order and LaToya P. Had a great solution to my sizing issue and resolved my question in a professional and friendly manner.

I have had HORRIBLE, expensive experiences with home health care accessory places recommended by my doctors. They do not explain things well and did not inform me of what I was being charged for. When I tried to cancel, it was impossible to reach them. I once had a question about cleaning my machine and the home health care rep suggested that I "Google it"!

CPAP.com offers great pricing, selection, and you can return the products if you are unhappy with them. They keep your doctor's info on file so you don't have to do all the legwork yourself.

This company has been my go to CPAP supply store for over ten years
If you have grown tired of middle men providers that charge you co-pays that are higher than stuff you can buy from this company, you won't be disappointed in the prices CPAP.com. I quit the middlemen years ago when CPAP.com wanted me to pay $1200 for a machine that I found at CPAP for $300. I bought 4 of them, and for different locations. Their customer service is great, and responsive. I missed out on two discounts recently by several hours and twenty five cents. I called and talked to Tylisa C because I was a bit bummed, having spent $270 and missed each discount. She made the extra effort for me and I got a little discount. That made me happy. No I don't get insurance reimbursement - I tried, and it was a circus. But my expenses for parts through CPAP are very affordable and they carry all sorts of older parts. I create my own mask out of a Swift FX, and use Breeze individual soft nasal pillows - cutting off the ones swift makes and inserting the Breeze-better fitting ones-into the Swift mask. I haven't used their cool try out a mask to see if you like it yet, because I like my own set up, but it seems like a good way to try new stuff. I still have left over hoses and parts from the services that used to send me stuff every month. Gradually I am using these old things up. Then I buy only what I need from CPAP.com. It really is cheaper in the end, and you're not supporting the 'steal from the government middlemen.'

So far so good
I just ordered my travel sized CPAP machine from this company as CPAP.com had the best price around. The order process was easy. After I submitted it, I received an email that my prescription was needed. I had uploaded it during the order process, so I thought I'd call their service hotline to double-check that the document was received. The phone was answered immediately by Agnes. She was very friendly and competent, found my prescription right away and validated it for me. She was also able to confirm some product information that I wanted to double-check. I left the call feeling confident that I made the right choice with this company. An email confirmed the validated prescription as soon as I got off the phone.

Great experience (above and beyond) setting up my account and placing my first order
I called the 800 number because I was having an issue setting up a new account online. Just as Brandy answered, I swallowed something the wrong way and could not talk, so I hung up. A minute later, my phone rang, and it was Brandy, saying that a call had come in from my number but had been disconnected. How many times does that happen, that a business follows up like that, not making you call again and wait? Brandy walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and gave me the kind of service one rarely gets anymore. I am so pleased that I decided to try cpap.com and grateful to Brandy for all her assistance. I expect to be a customer for life.

Wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful CPAP support!
I have been on CPAP therapy now for 25 years and must say that I am SO GLAD I found this wonderful company probably 17 years ago now! I have continued to go to them for several reasons that I was reminded of just now when I called into their support line and talked to Jennifer J. I've been having issues with dry mouth and my sinuses with the colder weather and seasonal allergies and have not been sleeping well at all despite having a top of the line RedMed Airsense 10 auto-set cpap machine that I bought a few years ago from CPAP.com. Jennifer, just like everyone else I've talked to over the years at this company, knows her stuff! She was so patient with me and walked me through all my settings to make sure I could make some changes that could help me have a better night's sleep. We also discussed a good recommendation for a full face mask to try out when my allergies are bothering me and placed an order for me that will arrive overnight! Jennifer really made me feel like there is hope for a better night's sleep now and I am grateful for her help!

So if you need to order cpap equipment or accessories, don't look anywhere else. This company rocks! And when something goes wrong in the future, CPAP.com will be there to help you find a solution.

Thanks Jennifer J!

My husband and I both use CPAP machines
My husband and I both use CPAP machines. We both love the cpap.com website for a number of reasons. First of all, the cpap supplies are much cheaper there than CPAP.com are through our insurance's vendor. It's very easy to submit your prescription and get a new mask and hose, etc.

Secondly, their forum (message board) is terrific. The members are really helpful and give great advice, which is essential for a person who is new to the whole cpap thing.

Thirdly, when you order from them, you can get a canister of cpap wipes for one penny. The wipes are really good and do not have any funny odors. They leave your mask smelling really fresh.

I'm grateful that cpap.com exists and I do not hesitate to recommend it to anyone I know who is on cpap therapy.
