CSL Plasma is GRRRREEDY!
I honestly started enjoying my time there especially since I started learning everyone's names and the rules. I do not know why but, I also feel safe there. But, bump all that now since I have discovered from 5 employees who also donates that CSL Plasma get $100 each time they donate.
They want you to remain underpaid so that you will need them every week.
At the most they will pay a donor $60 but, THEY WILL PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES $100 EACH DONATION.
Not only are they NOT FAIR, NOT ETHICAL, THEY ARE CARELESS AND DO NOT VALUE THE DONORS!
WEEEEE do not have to donate AT ALL!
We deserve to be treated fairly and compensated PROPERLY!

WE ARE NOT VALUED AND WE ALSO DO NOT GET TO USE SANITIZED EQUIPMENT!
I have complained at four different CSL PLAMAS about CSL NOT cleaning after every donor. And for me ONLY, as far as I know, they will clean ONLY when I ask, SINCE I HAVE AND WILL COMPLAIN ABOUT WHAT'S RIGHT! They claim to follow the OSHA Guidelines but my file says they are not.
IF YOU DON'T ASK, YOU ARE LITERALLY GETTING DIRTY/CONTAMINATED ITEMS USED ON YOU.
Blood Pressure Cuffs, Finger Print, Pins, Thermometer, the Tables and Chairs in each booth you are called too. As well as the donor room.

And that's the truth, no sugar coating!

We can leave when we want and return later.
SO I HAVE CONSIDERED OTHER DONATION COMPANIES just to get their promotion rate. CSL doesn't care about us anyway.
And I will gladly not donate for a set amount of time and MAYBE I will donate with CSL again one day but right now they are foul...

Right now, WE ALL ARE BEING CHEATED! WE ARE BEING CHEATED! WE ARE BEING CHEATED! And just because we may not have money doesn't mean make matters worse by under paying us as we help save lives. FOUL!
Anything Under $100 is FOUL!

At this time, we are standing in long lines lasting 4-5 hours at some locations just to get our donation in.
We will not leave if we are paid more. We will be able to donate sooner since this will be considered a second job for some. And the only source of income for MOST of us.
Due to covid -19 and all of the jobs lost, CSL Plasma still prefers to pay us $60 and the employees who donates less $100.

Times Up! I am tired!
We all are!
Passing out water and crackers will no longer work for me and lots of people have left including some employees since even $100 is an insult!

There's BIO Life and many more places that may value us more.
Temporary promotions for only new donors will not cut it ANYWHERE!

Temporary promos equals Temporary donors NEW/OLD.

Our Plasma SAVES LIVES!
That alone should be not only recognized BUT VALUED AND COMPENSATED PROPERLY AT LEAST.
AT THE VERY LEAST, PAY US WHAT THE EMPLOYEES ARE BEING PAID,
OR AT LEAST BE CLOSE TO FAIR PAYING US $175-$200 PER DONATION SINCE OUR PLASMA REALLY PAYS 2.7 BILLION every year to companies like CSL Plasma.

LOOK AT WHAT (WE)THE DONORS ARE BRINGING TO YOUR COMPANY.

If we decided to stop now, There will be limited working hours for the employees to donate. You're pretty much out of business!

The rules set right now is out of greed and carelessness.
So just like companies grow & some fail.
Most people are serious about their money and being treated equally and fairly. So the stunts CSL is playing right now has an expiration date.

We will all leave at different times but we are leaving for sure, until the pay equals or exceeds what the employees are getting to donate.

I have been giving plasma for about three months now, at another facility twice a week. The place I go to is usually booked and I couldn't get in any sooner so I found CSLR 1960. Are used to live around that area and believe me it's gotten so ghetto. I went in and CSL Plasma first refuse me because I had a bruise on my arm I waited till the breeze cleared and went back the lady just hit my arm and said no you can't give plasma you don't have good veins, I thought I give plasma to the other places all the time and now your saying I can't. I think they discriminate you one I was the only white person that came in there and two she didn't know what she was talking about. It's really disorganized Overthere as well. That's fine I will keep going to my other place and they will take my plasma to help people

Stop in and donate! Not only am I a donor who helps to make important medicines for immune deficiencies to help save lives. I'm also an employee who loves doing what I do best and that's in serving the beautiful donors that come through our front door. Why don't you come and donate? When you have to wait 1 to 2 hours before you even get to the donation bed, it is unacceptable. This has been my experience the last 4 times. You should NEVER have to wait more then 15 minutes. I will be going to Biolife to see how CSL Plasma care about their donors.
Edit: has improved a tad bit the last couple times. Just a tad.

I had a very positive experience at CSL Plasma in Wilkins Township PA. Everyone was detailed and informative thru the process. The actual giving of plasma went quickly 47min. But beforehand there a thorough screening. Be sure to eat before you go and drink water. I will be going again soon. And plan to continue.

Let me start by saying what little staff on the donor floor and front desk staff are amazing! My complaint is against management... lately there has been a great increase of donors (may have something to do with doubling the new donor payout) but CSL Plasma DO NOT have the staff to handle the mass of donors... I am now reduced to staying in lines from 30 to 45 minutes. Which is RIDICULOUS. Management (excl Teddy) will not/have not came out to help!. I'm a regular donor and I usually arrive to the facility around 2pm or shortly after. And to stand in the first line for 20 to 30 minutes and have a new donor (because of policy) get in front of me is onething but to have to wait another 10-15 minutes after that?!. RIDICULOUS!. A suggestion to management.
Maybe you shld think about only accepting new donors from 6am to 1pm... BECAUSE YOY DONT HAVE TBE STAFF TO SUPPORT both new and regular donors. At least until you hire MORE than enough workers... or at least be willing to work the floor YOURSELF... I would take a pic to prove my point but I do recognize the right for privacy and HIPPA... MY next step will be to contact the corporate office... Poor staff. OVERWORKED and UNDERPAID!

Great way to make $ around ur schedule. The staff is courteous & knowledgeable. W hours from 7-6 m-f as well as open weekends & holidays u can definitely sell plasma around any sched u have. Right now I'm up to $51/donation 2 times a week! Some serious gas &/or grocery $! Do the math! Could u use an extra $400 a month(tax free!)?

CSL is a horrible place of employment. My boyfriend works there and his hours of work are meant to torture their employees. Three days 1pm to 9pm, 4th day 6am to 2pm, 5th day 6am to 5pm. Two days off then work at 6am. How does anyone work a schedule like this and not lose their sanity. The pay is lousy for the work and responsibility load. Working here will ruin your life and relationships. There is no quality of life working for this company.

I went in parma csl today at 422 pm CSL Plasma only had one vitals checker and I waited a hour in line to get checked I left at 540 and still wasn't in the chair to donate they only had two people on the floor no reception it was awful I cancelled my visit and walked out not to ment the line was too the door

CSL Northland Plaza... I was treated very rudely by on-duty manager Allison & several other workers there. For a new donor this was a terrible experience. CSL Plasma treated me like a number instead of a valued donor

Donated here for years, did everything I was supposed to, tolerated peoeple who did not know how to do their job codbt do sticks, getting side comments about friend ships with other donors, left totally. Bruised up one time, then recently got tricked into if I had covid I can donated for antibodies. Once I told them, I felt like a criminal was told I exposed everyone,, which I didn't then I was told I was donating while sick, which I wasn't, then I was told I don't answer the questions honestly so CSL Plasma have permently deferred me. After all MY dedication to them! Not worth it there and has gotten worse thru the years... so thanks but no thanks call!

I went to this plasma center i was waiting for 25 mins just to be seen then i waited for another hour going through questionnaires and tests just for them to tell me that i can't donate and i was not compensated for my time

NEVER DONATE BLOOD - these various plasma centers are whining about how much CSL Plasma need your donation but they are more desperate for your figure print: they even conduct the process to collect your print deceitfully... they will instruct you to put your figure on a figure size glass platform - they are not telling you that they are collecting your finger print and putting it in a database until after they get your print. IF YOU REALIZE THEY ARE DOING THIS AND YOU REFUSE TO CONSENT - these plasma centers will not accept your donation! It is in my strong opinion they are even blackballing donors for refusing to consent to figure printing!

Johnson is a good staff member. Tabby's a good stock remember too. And they're very good at what CSL Plasma do. Eddie's a good staff member as well. When they do this taking it's real precise and right on. All the people that work at CSL Plasma on Admiral is really good sad they're all nice and are all sweet.

It's HORRIBLE! Under staffed and sooo very crowded! The line moves like snails. I've walked out twice due to how slow this place is. Don't waste your time. My review is for CSL in Burlington. Horrible!

Always a problem at CSL Trenton NJ. The head nurse is very rude and acts like she's doing me a favor. CSL Plasma never calibrate the machines especially the scale. One day I went I weighed 230 pounds, 2 days later I'm 204. So your saying I lost 26 pounds in 2 days? Last year the same nurse asked me what I eat because I lost weight. 20 pounds over a 6 month period. First off I gain weight over the winter months then I lose weight over the summer... I install flooring for a living and in NJ we have high humidity. You sweat like a dog in Chinese restaurant. The crazy thing is every time I get Sent home it's by the same nurse. A few weeks ago some guy freaked on her. He told her to go F herself because it's always her that turns him down, hes not the only one because she does the same to me. After I write my review I'm calling CSL headquartersThis person. SHOULD NOT be working there. Maybe after she grows up and learns how to talk to people. I'm also calling the Department of weights and measures because these scales are not accurate.

If there staff would of looked at my veins right the first time, I would of never had an issue! CSL Plasma didn't do there job and I'll never be able to donate with this company. All because they have lazy people working who don't pay attention to what's what! When I was able to donate at another company with no problem. CSL in canton Ohio has absolutely poor management and lack of skills! Believe me I will get the word out on this location!

CSL Plasma just waste your time lie to you about everything won't let anybody donate if you prick your finger six years ago they're gonna tell you can't donate if your little toe is discolored they won't take blood out of your arm this place is a joke anybody who goes here waste their time

CSL Lincoln Park Michigan Donation Center 101 where do I start short staffed for many years now CSL Plasma shorten their hours making it much tougher to donate they do not hesitate to lock the doors early and open later when they have no help. When going in to get screened employees always talking with each other laughing and acting like they haven't seen each other in years instead of concentrating on work. If you want to speak to a manager there it is the person who has been there the longest and showed up that day for work! They say come donate save lives well let me tell you the center needs to actually be open and staffed to do that!

Been denied 3 times now
I have to drive 50 minutes to this location and every time it's been for the stupidest of reasons. I'm a college student in need of some extra cash and for some reason CSL Plasma turn me down Everytime. They make it so easy to go and donate but it's the biggest lie in the universe.
