I'm thankful my bank kindly refunded my entire purchase, including the expedited shipping fee I tagged on to my purchase. I advise everyone going through a return battle with this company to reach out to your bank, or Paypal, and give them the details as I have. Explain this company's "return policy" discrepancies so CupShe can retrieve your money internally. Save yourself the hassle of sending emails back and forth to an automatically generated and generic email response system from their "customer service" team.
I bought a bathing suit and ordered the size I needed via my personal measurements. First purchase with this company. Like most victims of this site, upon receiving the suit, it didn't fit and was made of very cheap material. I emailed their customer service, per instruction, on their website. Take a look at their Return Policy page:
1. Where is the mythical fine print' in reference to these asterisks? Why the need for asterisks if the fine print' is not publicly seen on the page?
2. "If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order...". Where are the specifications as to what will be awarded a coupon vs. a full refund? Again, this was my first order with this company, not a second or third order or some dumb coupon they granted me due to prior dissatisfaction so I might buy more of their product which doesn't fit me.
3. Although I didn't highlight it, there is NO customer service # to discuss orders. Just an email address where you get an automatically generated generic response to your request for a refund. (See below)
Hi Erin,
Sincerely sorry to hear that. We're here to help.
And before we process a return, we'd love to let you know of our two available return options with no need to return the products:
- Cupshe Coupon: we can provide a 100% valued coupon which you can apply it to repurchase a new item. (note: the amount shall be calculated basing on the price of unsatisfactory items).
- If you are not satisfied with coupon options, we could offer 50% partial refund to make a compensation. You don't need to ship back the item. The partial refund amount will be credited back to your original payment account. If you would like to choose this option, please confirm your payment account is still active.
Let us know which option is best for you. We recommend using coupon to get more beautiful bikinis to enjoy your beach life!
Friendly reminder:
Items purchased with coupon are not allowed to exchange or return.
In addition, if there is a label with PO number on the suit, could you please help to take a picture of it and send to us? The example is attached as a reference. Thank you!
Any further questions, please let us know.
Best Regards,
Hebe

(... Hebe? I thought I ordered from Cupshe...)
In Response:
1. This company's sizes are off and are not designed for women who have average sized bodies so no, someone who desires a refund certainly is not, instead, desiring "credit" to a vast array of even more cheap ill-fitting products.
2. A friendly reminder? YOU HAVE TO LET SOMEONE KNOW INITIALLY ABOUT A FACT BEFORE YOU OFFER HIM/HER A FRIENDLY REMINDER ABOUT SAID FACT.
I'm spreading the word because I told this company I would do so; I keep my promises. Also, if anyone from CupShe' would like to comment here as a rebuttal, I think it in your best interests; I'm sure people will be thankful to your company if they could get an explanation of the reasons for your past mistakes and how you will make necessary changes requested, from many fellow reviewers, in the very near future.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered a suit from CupShe and realized after ordering that it likely wasn't the right size (the size I should've ordered was sold out). I attempted to cancel my order before it shipped, but customer service did not respond to my message until after it shipped. So the swimsuit arrived and is, in fact, not the right size. I have emailed customer service several times over the past week requesting a return authorization number (per their return instructions), but have yet to receive a response. This whole experience has really soured me on ever ordering from CupShe again, despite the fact that they have cute swimsuits. Customer service goes a long way, and these folks have missed the mark.
This continued until I gave up and decided to just return whatever merchandise showed up and shop elsewhere. This company clearly does not care for its customers or value them what so ever.
Needless to say, I have been very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the suits.
Thats when I went online and read all the poor reviews (my bad for not checking them first) about the hassle returning/exchanging items and not receiving full refunds. I was ready for a fight.
I then contacted them via Facebook messenger. The next day I received a reply, offering me a $38 credit to buy new sizes and I could keep the suits. My order cost $47, so I was not happy. Replied that I was happy to return the wrong sized items in exchange for correct sizes. After another 24 hours CupShe came back, offered me a credit for the full amount and I could keep the unneeded suits. I took it, and immediately ordered the correct sizes.
I would have been satisfied, but my new order took far longer than the 10-13 days I was quoted. It took nearly 3 weeks for the order to arrive, and I had to hassle them for a tracking number when one wasnt provided initially. Now I have to try to sell the suits purchased in the wrong sizes.
Honestly, you can probably find suits just as good or better from more reputable sellers.
I have had to file formal complaints with BBB and PayPal, as have many who have had to deal with this organization.
It appears those who actually receive the items they pay for are the minority, and those who do receive items often find they are wrong or damaged!
Please take every positive review with a grain of salt as a great deal of these "positive" reviews appear to be sponsored. I didn't, and now I'm in the same boat as literally hundreds of others who have been taken advantage of by this horrendously unethical company!
Save your money and avoid CupShe.com at all costs!
1) Email Cupshe customer service requesting a refund.
2) Specify how and why each suit doesn't fit.
3) Verify that I would like my money back in full rather than 80% of my purchase price in store credit or a 36% refund with no need to return the suits. (FYI, further purchases made with store credit aren't eligible for returns.)
4) Verify that I would like my money back in full rather than 120% store credit with no need to return or keeping all the bathing suits for $5 off each one.
5) Ship the bathing suits to New Jersey within 3-5 days from receiving the instructions to do so. Send the tracking number to Cupshe via email when I mail the package. Also, include a piece of paper in the box that notes my name, my order number, and my email address.
6) Track my own package and notify Cupshe when it arrives so that CupShe can process the refund.
7) Verify that the card ending in XXXX "still works."
I did get my full refund.
The bathing suits were good quality... it's just bathing suit shopping online. Not all of them are going to fit.
Here goes the hell path that followed the moment I opened the damn bathing suit.
It REEKED of cigarettes, or something close to cigarettes. I'm not sure if it was the fabric or the damn bag but holy $#*!. It's like I was hit in the face with a pack of cigarettes. I tried the swimsuit on to see it lokked NOTHING like the picture. I looked at the size and realized it wasn't even the size I ordered. I ordered a large to play it safe and I got a medium.
I emailed customer service to inquire about making an exchange for a larger size because on my cupshe account (which I screenshot) SHOWS I paid for a large and it was their mistake. I never heard anything back for a week and I wrote them again. After almost another week, I got an email back saying I could not ex hange for a larger size because it was 2 whole dollars off the original price. 2! I began to explain CupShe sent me the wrong size and in their policies, it states if it was something on their end, they would exchange it. I go back to look at my cupshe account to double check the size again, and it was literally changed to look like I ordered a medium! I sent both screenshots via email to cupshe and 3 weeks now and no response other than noticing they blacklisted me from their site and I no longer can access my account with them
STAY FAR AWAY FROM CUPSHE
Also- they edit and remove reviews on their website!
This is what the website states... yet not what they will send once you need to return something
Return & Exchange conditions
Orders are able to be canceled and refunded before shipping.
Easy to initiate a refund or exchange in 30 days after delivery.
Items can be returned or exchanged generally for any reason, quality or size problems or other reasons accepted by our customer service.
Items must be returned unwashed and undamaged.
As to bikinis, we only accept returning whole set of bikinis, both top and bottom, not one part.
Sales and clearance items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order, the next order with this coupon applied on will not be returnable or exchangeable, only the part of the payment that's exceeding the coupon value can be refundable.
As usual, refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take longer time to arrive.
CupShe respond slowly to emails, but respond quickly at their reviews... On February 7,2018, I placed an order for a SMALL sized Cupshe Paint My Dream Halter One-Piece Swimsuit in grey and February 21,2018, I received the package but the size is a MEDIUM.
I really need the small ASAP for an upcoming trip, so it's really disappointing that I waited the 2 weeks to receive the wrong size.
Order #1846010
Fix it, or PayPal and the BBB will fix it for you; I don't care. I will not sit and be ignored when this was your mess up. I clearly ordered a SMALL and you sent a MEDIUM, it's an easy exchange and I shouldn't have to wait another 2 weeks to receive a replacement or to get a response. I have screenshots of everything.
HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED!
They finally responded and they wanted me to keep the swimsuit and give me $11 back OR give me a $24 store credit.
Turned them down, said I want my actual money and I no longer want to shop with them seeing how they do business. (If they mess up my order I use the credit for, there's no refund)
Then they said they can either give me a $30 store credit or I keep the swimsuit and they refund $18 or I can return it and pay for shipping.
I told them I'm not paying for something that I didn't mess up. And I don't want to shop with them. And I workout 5 days a week so I'm not going to fit into a medium.
Then they asked me to "repeal" my reviews on FB and ReviewFeeder and I can get a full refund!
I told him I won't delete my reviews, but I'll update to say they solved my issue.
This wasn't enough, I had to go through PP to get my money back and because of their lies, they wanted me to pay shipping back to CHINA, luckily, PP helped me out because they saw the extremities I went through with these people and how long I've been with PP and NEVER had issues.
Please stay away from CupShe! It isn't worth the stress!
Oh and even though I sent them a picture of the actual swimsuit having an M for Medium, they still said it was a Small because the packing had an S on it. Yeah, they will do anything to keep the money.
They can't admit when they are wrong and will try to bribe you to give you a full refund because they rather give partial refunds or store credits! And if you shop with their store credits and they mess up again? You can NOT get a refund or exchange or even complain about the item. I have emails of PROOF!
BUYERS BEWARE!
Ordered a large order from them. Received package with suit missing. None of the suits fit. Emailed customer service to return and get refund for missing suit. CupShe said they can refund me or I can select one of the two options:
Btw, before we process a return, we'd love to let you know of our two available return options:
"With no need to return the items back
- Cupshe Coupon: Your coupon will be full amount of the returned items.
- Hassle-Free Return: Don't worry about going to the post office and returning it to us. You can keep the items - we'll simply deduct $5 for each item you would like to return to cover our first processing fee. And the remianing amount will be credited back to your original payment account within 24 hours. If you would like to choose this option, please confirm your payment account is still active.
Let us know which option is best for you and we'll take care of the rest."
I proceeded to tell them I just want a full refund and then they have not replied back to me since. I started investigating and found many people had the same issue and even never received a package in the first place.
Here was their response on how to "Resolve" this issue! Wow.

Hope for yr understanding.
Have a nice day!
I am a 32DD - 34D and their line about 'try the model in for size' was a 36C which is total bs because there is no way she's a 36C. I considered ordering a large, but only changed my mind because THEIR sizing chart said that a 34D should be a small and a 36D a medium and 3 8D be a large. Well I'm not a 38 or a size 10-12 for their large recommendations. I'm a size 6-8. So I didn't want the bottoms to be way too big and unfortunelty trusted their sizing chart.
I wouldn't even be upset if CupShe would just let me exchange for a large or get a different suit. I totally understand not all suits fit all body types and I would be happy to apply my store credit to a suit that could actually fit me. But now I'm stuck with this tiny bathing suit that barely covers my nipples. I'm serious guys I would NEVER wear this outside of my house bc it's barley covers anything. I would hate to see what the small looks like.
