Since my original post was deleted from 7/11, I'll repost...
(I posted this on 7/11. Cupshe responded on 7/14. I responded back on 7/14)

I'm thankful my bank kindly refunded my entire purchase, including the expedited shipping fee I tagged on to my purchase. I advise everyone going through a return battle with this company to reach out to your bank, or Paypal, and give them the details as I have. Explain this company's "return policy" discrepancies so CupShe can retrieve your money internally. Save yourself the hassle of sending emails back and forth to an automatically generated and generic email response system from their "customer service" team.

I bought a bathing suit and ordered the size I needed via my personal measurements. First purchase with this company. Like most victims of this site, upon receiving the suit, it didn't fit and was made of very cheap material. I emailed their customer service, per instruction, on their website. Take a look at their Return Policy page:

1. Where is the mythical fine print' in reference to these asterisks? Why the need for asterisks if the fine print' is not publicly seen on the page?
2. "If customer service offers a coupon to compensate your first order...". Where are the specifications as to what will be awarded a coupon vs. a full refund? Again, this was my first order with this company, not a second or third order or some dumb coupon they granted me due to prior dissatisfaction so I might buy more of their product which doesn't fit me.
3. Although I didn't highlight it, there is NO customer service # to discuss orders. Just an email address where you get an automatically generated generic response to your request for a refund. (See below)

Hi Erin,

Sincerely sorry to hear that. We're here to help.

And before we process a return, we'd love to let you know of our two available return options with no need to return the products:
- Cupshe Coupon: we can provide a 100% valued coupon which you can apply it to repurchase a new item. (note: the amount shall be calculated basing on the price of unsatisfactory items).
- If you are not satisfied with coupon options, we could offer 50% partial refund to make a compensation. You don't need to ship back the item. The partial refund amount will be credited back to your original payment account. If you would like to choose this option, please confirm your payment account is still active.

Let us know which option is best for you. We recommend using coupon to get more beautiful bikinis to enjoy your beach life!

Friendly reminder:
Items purchased with coupon are not allowed to exchange or return.

In addition, if there is a label with PO number on the suit, could you please help to take a picture of it and send to us? The example is attached as a reference. Thank you!

Any further questions, please let us know.

Best Regards,

Hebe

In Response:
1. This company's sizes are off and are not designed for women who have average sized bodies so no, someone who desires a refund certainly is not, instead, desiring "credit" to a vast array of even more cheap ill-fitting products.
2. A friendly reminder? YOU HAVE TO LET SOMEONE KNOW INITIALLY ABOUT A FACT BEFORE YOU OFFER HIM/HER A FRIENDLY REMINDER ABOUT SAID FACT.

I'm spreading the word because I told this company I would do so; I keep my promises. Also, if anyone from CupShe' would like to comment here as a rebuttal, I think it in your best interests; I'm sure people will be thankful to your company if they could get an explanation of the reasons for your past mistakes and how you will make necessary changes requested, from many fellow reviewers, in the very near future.

Avoid at all cost
I purchased an off the shoulder bathing suit from them for 26.99 at full price. After withdrawing the money from my account CupShe sent me an email stating the shipping would be delayed due to bad weather and gave me "three dollars off my next purchase". I didn't receive the bathing suit til almost a month later. Once receiving it I realized that the straps weren't sewn into place so there was a "wardrobe malfunction" every time you lifted your arms. I sent them an email that day to request a return. Their customer service rep stated they had to "review the claim" and waited another two weeks to get back to me at which point they told me to keep the bathing suit and offered only a "partial refund" which is supposed to be offered only after you've had the item for more than 30 days or if it was a clearance item (per their return policy). This was not the case as I had only had the item for less than 24 hours and it was a full priced item. After going back and forth with the customer representative telling them a bathing suit that doesn't fit properly is of no use and I would like to return it for a full refund they reluctantly gave me the shipping address. I shipped the item 17 days ago. They have had it in their possession for the last two weeks and still no refund. The bathing suit was ordered in the beginning of march... It is now May and I'm still hunting down my money... plus the money I paid to ship the item back (which I took as a loss) because they don't cover the return shipping for any reason. Terrible customer service. There are no phone numbers on their site to address customer concerns nor is there contact/shipping info outside of an email address. Avoid this merchant at all cost. You will be sorry you ever gave them your business!

UPDATED 3/7/18 Customer service is incredibly unresponsive.
[UPDATE: After I posted my original review on ReviewFeeder I was contacted by customer service from CupShe and was offered return options. Over the course of a week I was able to correspond with them about which option I wanted, and my return refund was issued today. CupShe repeatedly asked me to then remove my review, but I feel like it's still important for potential buyers to understand that their customer service is extremely slow to respond and somewhat confusing. I appreciate them eventually resolving my issue, but do not plan to order from them again.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered a suit from CupShe and realized after ordering that it likely wasn't the right size (the size I should've ordered was sold out). I attempted to cancel my order before it shipped, but customer service did not respond to my message until after it shipped. So the swimsuit arrived and is, in fact, not the right size. I have emailed customer service several times over the past week requesting a return authorization number (per their return instructions), but have yet to receive a response. This whole experience has really soured me on ever ordering from CupShe again, despite the fact that they have cute swimsuits. Customer service goes a long way, and these folks have missed the mark.

ZERO stars. Worst company I've ever dealt with.
I never leave reviews unless good ones. I feel it's better to keep negative thoughts to yourself but If I could I would give ZERO stars. Initially I was very excited to buy from them. I placed my order and upon receiving my shipment notification email I saw that the order was wrong. CupShe were sending me a size I did not select on the opposite end of the spectrum from what I wear. I immediately contacted them for help fixing. It was very clear in the responses that not only did they not care to help but they weren't even reading the message. The responses made no sense. Then a man named Jason started replying telling me I should just try these sizes on and maybe I would be happy... An XXL vs a SMALL. After that insult he proceeded to lie about my shipment already being on a plane to me and imply how ridiculous I was being for asking them to fix the issue. Mind you this is almost a week later and the tracking still showing the package had not even left their possession to be shipped. His use in language and punctuation alone was unprofessional.
This continued until I gave up and decided to just return whatever merchandise showed up and shop elsewhere. This company clearly does not care for its customers or value them what so ever.

Don't try and return- it takes weeks and costs $$$
I have been trying to return three swimsuits that I bought for two weeks now. I emailed them shortly after receiving the package and said the swimsuits did not fit and that I would like to return them. No response. I waited six days as the auto-email response said that it could take several days for my request to reach a representative. Finally, I emailed again asking for a refund. CupShe offered me store credit and said I did not need to return the suits. I told them that I didn't want anything in-store and that I knew the "new" suits would not fit anyways. I asked for a shipping address so I could send them back for a refund. They then replied again saying they would give me 120% in store credit for my purchase "no need to return!". At this point, there were several emails exchanged for no reason, other than me wanting to return three dumb swimsuits! They have refused to send me an address for the return (Which they told me I would have to pay for myself!). Why not save some money on your customer service staff that are just giving the people the runaround and offer hassle free returns instead?!
Needless to say, I have been very disappointed in the customer service and quality of the suits.

I have no idea how anyone could rate this company more than one star...
I ordered 6 bathing suits from this website. As soon as I placed the order, without even receiving a confirmation e-mail the company charged my credit card. Okay, fine. A day later I received a confirmation e-mail claiming in incomplete sentences and broken English that it would take longer than usual to process and ship my items due to high volume. I immediately e-mailed the company customer service asking to cancel my order, as I was leaving for a trip in a couple of weeks and really needed the suits before that time and if that wasn't feasible I would like to just be refunded and not shipped the items. I waited a couple of days, still no response from customer service. I followed up yet again asking to cancel, still nothing. Finally, after about a week of "processing" and me trying to get in touch with the company over Facebook Messenger and e-mail (if you try calling the phone number it just keeps ringing and then eventually cuts off the line), someone responded back to me saying that unfortunately my order has been shipped and CupShe were unable to initiate the refund. So I say, okay fine I will just return the items whenever it is I finally receive them. To make a very long, frustrating story short, they ended up only shipping 2 of the 6 items I ordered and gave me a fraudulent tracking number for the remaining 4. Told me that they would not allow a refund for the 2 that I actually did receive, I was only allowed store credit even though their website claims all unopened unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund. I ended up having to go back and forth with my credit card company to get the charges reversed. When my credit company called Cupshe to dispute the claim, Cupshe kept providing the tracking number for the 2 items that I did receive claiming that they had sent all 6 in that order. I was finally able to provide my credit card company with a copy of the electronic invoice that showed only 2 of the actual bathing suits of the 6 had I had purchased were actually shipped and delivered and they were able to refund me for the 4 that I never received. As for the 2 that arrived I ended up stuck with them. They are of extremely poor quality and material and the sizing is far from what you would consider normal. Please do not waste your time or money here, I wish I would have read reviews on a third party site prior to purchasing. I only read reviews on their Facebook page, which news flash, is run by them, and they only allow 5 star and raving reviews on their page. I myself attempted to post a bad review of their services and it was promptly deleted. This company is a complete scam and should be sued and shut down.

Nice suits but hardly worth the hassle
Ordered two suits in September, using the size chart on the site. Suits arrived very quickly, but neither fit. One too small, the other too large. Emailed customer service, but after three days I still hadnt received a reply.

Thats when I went online and read all the poor reviews (my bad for not checking them first) about the hassle returning/exchanging items and not receiving full refunds. I was ready for a fight.

I then contacted them via Facebook messenger. The next day I received a reply, offering me a $38 credit to buy new sizes and I could keep the suits. My order cost $47, so I was not happy. Replied that I was happy to return the wrong sized items in exchange for correct sizes. After another 24 hours CupShe came back, offered me a credit for the full amount and I could keep the unneeded suits. I took it, and immediately ordered the correct sizes.

I would have been satisfied, but my new order took far longer than the 10-13 days I was quoted. It took nearly 3 weeks for the order to arrive, and I had to hassle them for a tracking number when one wasnt provided initially. Now I have to try to sell the suits purchased in the wrong sizes.

Honestly, you can probably find suits just as good or better from more reputable sellers.

SCAM plain and simple!
Just go to their BBB page and you'll see all you need! CupShe are repeatedly scamming customers! For me, I ordered a package, they marked that it shipped, but never dropped it off with the carrier. They simply printed the label. When I tried to reach out to them, I only received generic form-type replies that were irrelevant to my issue. I then attempted to contact them on their website, Facebook messenger and then commented on their page trying to get a response. They marked each of my comments as spam shortly after posting them, and then blocked me from the page -- all I was asking is that they tell me when they planned on actually shipping my package as it has been more than a week since this label has been printed!

I have had to file formal complaints with BBB and PayPal, as have many who have had to deal with this organization.

It appears those who actually receive the items they pay for are the minority, and those who do receive items often find they are wrong or damaged!

Please take every positive review with a grain of salt as a great deal of these "positive" reviews appear to be sponsored. I didn't, and now I'm in the same boat as literally hundreds of others who have been taken advantage of by this horrendously unethical company!

Save your money and avoid CupShe.com at all costs!

Returns: Time Consuming, but Possible
These are the steps I had to take to (successfully) return my Cupshe bathing suits. Each step beyond the first was provided to me an email at a time:

1) Email Cupshe customer service requesting a refund.
2) Specify how and why each suit doesn't fit.
3) Verify that I would like my money back in full rather than 80% of my purchase price in store credit or a 36% refund with no need to return the suits. (FYI, further purchases made with store credit aren't eligible for returns.)
4) Verify that I would like my money back in full rather than 120% store credit with no need to return or keeping all the bathing suits for $5 off each one.
5) Ship the bathing suits to New Jersey within 3-5 days from receiving the instructions to do so. Send the tracking number to Cupshe via email when I mail the package. Also, include a piece of paper in the box that notes my name, my order number, and my email address.
6) Track my own package and notify Cupshe when it arrives so that CupShe can process the refund.
7) Verify that the card ending in XXXX "still works."

I did get my full refund.

The bathing suits were good quality... it's just bathing suit shopping online. Not all of them are going to fit.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I have ordered twice from this site, the first time items arrived not together and the timing was weeks apart. My daughter wanted a few more suits for Spring Break, she talked me into ordering from them again! Disaster. We received an email two weeks after we ordered saying that due to the storm in the northeast things are delayed. All with terrible grammar (major indication that the Customer Services Sucks) I have inquired on an ETA for the items which total close to $100 and nothing. I have contacted them 3 times, through chat, through email, and forget the phone number since it's disconnected. Total scam. I even reached out and told them if I don't hear from them, I am turning it over to my attorney, which I have. Still nothing. So good luck to anyone who orders from here, it's pure luck on what you receive! The first order my daughter really liked the suits, CupShe were good quality and fit her perfectly. Well, sadly, Customer Service isn't worth the money. You get what you pay for, cheap service and no product! I now believe this is a complete SCAM!

Never again
First off, a fellow mom friend of mine posted a picture of herself in the cutest swimsuit and I asked where she got it and she couldn't stop raving about Cupshe. The prices were fairly cheap so I browsed through a few suits and finally found the one I wanted to get. I paid 7$ to have it in 3 days and was glad to see it arrive on time.

Here goes the hell path that followed the moment I opened the damn bathing suit.
It REEKED of cigarettes, or something close to cigarettes. I'm not sure if it was the fabric or the damn bag but holy $#*!. It's like I was hit in the face with a pack of cigarettes. I tried the swimsuit on to see it lokked NOTHING like the picture. I looked at the size and realized it wasn't even the size I ordered. I ordered a large to play it safe and I got a medium.

I emailed customer service to inquire about making an exchange for a larger size because on my cupshe account (which I screenshot) SHOWS I paid for a large and it was their mistake. I never heard anything back for a week and I wrote them again. After almost another week, I got an email back saying I could not ex hange for a larger size because it was 2 whole dollars off the original price. 2! I began to explain CupShe sent me the wrong size and in their policies, it states if it was something on their end, they would exchange it. I go back to look at my cupshe account to double check the size again, and it was literally changed to look like I ordered a medium! I sent both screenshots via email to cupshe and 3 weeks now and no response other than noticing they blacklisted me from their site and I no longer can access my account with them

STAY FAR AWAY FROM CUPSHE

Cupshe is a Scam!
DO NOT ORDER FROM CUPSHE! First, CupShe have an 'F' rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) They are flagged on the BBB for taking money and not delivering merchandise then providing invalid shipping numbers. It is a total scam and you cannot return anything for the full refund and their sizes are not consistent. To make a return you, the customer, will pay the shipping and send the item to an unknown address. They do not even provide the shipping label. Then if you question the address they will send you a picture of a past customer's shipping label without hiding the customers personal information, therefore, you cannot trust your personal information will be kept private. They do not even have a phone line to talk to someone on. You are stuck in an online chat with customer service reps that are condescending and not helpful. Spend the extra few bucks and order from another, more reputable, company like Lulus that actually sends return labels to their customers and offers a full refund. Worst online shopping experience of my life!

Also- they edit and remove reviews on their website!

Nothing fits well and they arnt returning it for a full refund!
I bought 4 suits in the proper size according to what CupShe had posted. None fit well enough to actually wear in water and seem to be made of cheply. I reached out the same day i recieved them saying i would like to return them and i met there return guidline policy. They then replied with a 50% refund without sending them back or an 80% credit (none of which i will except being that none of the suit are wearable to me). This is complete crap that the product can not be returned and you recieve your money back, had they been truthfull on the website about the return policy i would never have purchased from them. STAY AWAY

This is what the website states... yet not what they will send once you need to return something

First Time Ordering from CupShe
I was nervous about ordering from CupShe at first. I had seen a lot of Instagram advertisements from the company and was very drawn to their swimsuits. I was skeptical about CupShe because the prices are relatively inexpensive and I did not know how the shipping or potential returns process would go. Although I usually prefer shopping for clothing in-person, I ultimately ended up ordering from CupShe because I really liked the patterns available, and many retail stores do not allow for try-on in-store due to COVID. I ordered 3 swimsuits and 1 cover-up and was told my order would arrive in 5-7 business days. My order came on the 6th business day in very cute packaging, which I had seen photos of online prior to ordering. All my orders fit me very well (I am on the border between M and L in terms of size, and I bought all swimsuits in size L), so I did not go through any return process. Overall, I learned that CupShe is NOT a scam. The company is actually very valid, has a good reputation among customers, and has high-quality swimwear with colors matching those posted in the photos online. I am very satisfied with my experience using CupShe and would order from this company again!

Not Happy
I agree with the customer who says Cupshe is a scam. Pictures on their adds are so very cute and enticing, and I did receive my suit within an adequate amount of time. That is all the good I can say. The style of the suit was crazy... the band that goes around the back fit over my boobs, leaving the cups empty. I need two additional boobs to fit in this suit, and I am a C cup, about average build. But the worst part is the returns. I still haven't received an address where I can return my purchase. This is after two weeks and 12 emails back and forth, and me contacting the company on Facebook. CupShe appear nice, but then ask for information that I can't provide them. Their questions are repetitive. Evidently, they want you to get so frustrated that you give up on the return process. I sent photos of the QR codes, the tags, the suit, the shipping labels... everything I could possibly send. They told me to check my Amazon account. I didn't order through Amazon! Soooooo very frustrated at this point. Don't let the cute suit entice you too!

Customer Service is horrible at responding
Don't shop from them! BUYERS BEWARE!

CupShe respond slowly to emails, but respond quickly at their reviews... On February 7,2018, I placed an order for a SMALL sized Cupshe Paint My Dream Halter One-Piece Swimsuit in grey and February 21,2018, I received the package but the size is a MEDIUM.
I really need the small ASAP for an upcoming trip, so it's really disappointing that I waited the 2 weeks to receive the wrong size.
Order #1846010

Fix it, or PayPal and the BBB will fix it for you; I don't care. I will not sit and be ignored when this was your mess up. I clearly ordered a SMALL and you sent a MEDIUM, it's an easy exchange and I shouldn't have to wait another 2 weeks to receive a replacement or to get a response. I have screenshots of everything.

HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED!

They finally responded and they wanted me to keep the swimsuit and give me $11 back OR give me a $24 store credit.
Turned them down, said I want my actual money and I no longer want to shop with them seeing how they do business. (If they mess up my order I use the credit for, there's no refund)

Then they said they can either give me a $30 store credit or I keep the swimsuit and they refund $18 or I can return it and pay for shipping.
I told them I'm not paying for something that I didn't mess up. And I don't want to shop with them. And I workout 5 days a week so I'm not going to fit into a medium.

Then they asked me to "repeal" my reviews on FB and ReviewFeeder and I can get a full refund!
I told him I won't delete my reviews, but I'll update to say they solved my issue.
This wasn't enough, I had to go through PP to get my money back and because of their lies, they wanted me to pay shipping back to CHINA, luckily, PP helped me out because they saw the extremities I went through with these people and how long I've been with PP and NEVER had issues.

Please stay away from CupShe! It isn't worth the stress!

Oh and even though I sent them a picture of the actual swimsuit having an M for Medium, they still said it was a Small because the packing had an S on it. Yeah, they will do anything to keep the money.

They can't admit when they are wrong and will try to bribe you to give you a full refund because they rather give partial refunds or store credits! And if you shop with their store credits and they mess up again? You can NOT get a refund or exchange or even complain about the item. I have emails of PROOF!

BUYERS BEWARE!

NOT AS BAD AS EVERYONE IS STATING
I was turned onto cupshe last year, and was very hesitant to order from them due to all the bad ratings on several websites. My friend had ordered several bathing suits online from this website and was never disappointed, but everyone has a different experience right? I just decided to take a shot and buy a bathing suit. I was instantly emailed my confirmation number, tracking code etc. Yes, the shipping does take awhile; however, the bathing suit was exactly how I ordered it. One thing I don't like about this website is how you can only choose one size for the top AND bottom. A couple months later I ordered a romper from them, and it came in time, although the sizing was off from the chart that CupShe provided. It was definitely made for someone shorter than me (5'9"), but was adorable. Not the best fabric, but was as cute if not cuter than the model pic. A couple days ago I ordered another romper to try again. It just came in and is adorable! The material is not so nice though, it is very see through and very cheaply made. You definitely get what you pay for on cupshe. Ive never had any issues with shipping. I live in northern California and the shipping is usually 11-13 business days. Wold definitely recommend if you are looking for something affordable and not as expensive!

Missing product/Customer service does not reply back
BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Ordered a large order from them. Received package with suit missing. None of the suits fit. Emailed customer service to return and get refund for missing suit. CupShe said they can refund me or I can select one of the two options:

Btw, before we process a return, we'd love to let you know of our two available return options:

"With no need to return the items back

- Cupshe Coupon: Your coupon will be full amount of the returned items.

- Hassle-Free Return: Don't worry about going to the post office and returning it to us. You can keep the items - we'll simply deduct $5 for each item you would like to return to cover our first processing fee. And the remianing amount will be credited back to your original payment account within 24 hours. If you would like to choose this option, please confirm your payment account is still active.

Let us know which option is best for you and we'll take care of the rest."

I proceeded to tell them I just want a full refund and then they have not replied back to me since. I started investigating and found many people had the same issue and even never received a package in the first place.

REFUSE TO REFUND!
I ordered for the 1st time last week (and paid extra shipping to get it to me in 6 days). I got the beautiful swimsuit yesterday. The quality is awesome, I will give them that. As soon as I tried it on, I knew the size was way off. The Cups in the swimsuit were HUGE. I thought no problem, I will just contact them and either have them send me a return shipping label, or give me in-store credit for me to buy another swim suit that fits. I was already on their website shopping for a new one, while I was waiting for the shipping label response. I finally got JOKE response of them telling me CupShe would not let me return it, or refund me for the swim suit because the swim suit was on sale and it was against their "policy" to refund sale or clearance items from their company. ARE YOU F-ING KIDDING ME? Horrible way to run a business, and you just lost my business along with any of my friends' business as well. Now I am stuck with a swimsuit I will never wear, out $30, and pretty upset about it. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. IF YOU DON'T GET YOUR SPOT-ON SIZE THE 1ST TIME, YOU WILL HAVE TO KEEP YOUR SUIT ANYWAY, THEY WON'T REFUND OR TAKE IT BACK. --AP

Here was their response on how to "Resolve" this issue! Wow.

Hi Ashley Parks,
Thanks for making purchase at Cupshe, we are so sorry that the product failed to satisfy you.
Sorry for the late response and hope for yr understanding.
Kindly note: The clearance items or items that on sale are not on approval for exchange or return.
We regret that the products did not meet your satisfaction.
Hope for yr understanding.
Have a nice day!

Won't let me exchange even though suit is WAY too small
So I ordered one of their bathing suits and picked my size based on THEIR sizing charts, which was way WAY off. I reached out to their "customer service" and was told I could not exchange because the item was on sale. Even though the item is still in stock as a large.

I am a 32DD - 34D and their line about 'try the model in for size' was a 36C which is total bs because there is no way she's a 36C. I considered ordering a large, but only changed my mind because THEIR sizing chart said that a 34D should be a small and a 36D a medium and 3 8D be a large. Well I'm not a 38 or a size 10-12 for their large recommendations. I'm a size 6-8. So I didn't want the bottoms to be way too big and unfortunelty trusted their sizing chart.

I wouldn't even be upset if CupShe would just let me exchange for a large or get a different suit. I totally understand not all suits fit all body types and I would be happy to apply my store credit to a suit that could actually fit me. But now I'm stuck with this tiny bathing suit that barely covers my nipples. I'm serious guys I would NEVER wear this outside of my house bc it's barley covers anything. I would hate to see what the small looks like.
