My experience with custom made was phenomenal. I was a little unsure about doing something online but after a bit of research and reading reviews both good and bad, I decided to pull the trigger. I am so happy that I did because the piece We made together was not only stunning but looked exactly as it was proposed to me by the designers. The rings were amazing and beyond what I had expected but it wasn’t just the product that I was impressed with. The customer service was outstanding. I was picky and made changes throughout the process but no matter what the custom made personal involved where professional and personable. They seemed like they where just as excited as I was which made the process seem like a team effort. They always got back to me with haste and if there was some Miscommunication they ensured they understood what I was asking and rectified any issues. They also sent my ring to me as soon as I approved the final product. I literally received it within the next few days! You can’t pay for that type of genuine customer service. I could not have made a better decision with both the quality of my rings and the people behind this amazing company. I’ve also shared my ring with about 10 family members and every single one of them said the same thing wow! She’s going to love it, where did you get that? Well done and thank you from a man who is about to propose with a show stopper.

I spent six months searching for the perfect trilliant / triangle-shaped diamond that fit my criteria. After months of searching, I became discouraged as many companies do not offer trilliant cut diamonds. I found one company online that did offer them, however, they were extremely difficult to deal with and admitted they were discontinuing to offer those styles of diamonds. I purchased a diamond from them and after a week, they told me they wouldn't sell me the diamond anymore unless I bought a second diamond that matched it! I continued my search for another Jeweler.
Luckily I was able to secure a refund, and found the website Custom Made! I told Gerard the jewelry consultant and DJ the gemologist with Custom Made my dilemma with the other company and finding a diamond. Not only did they discover other options for the exact type of diamond I wanted, but they were able to secure the same diamond I wanted from the other jeweler for a couple of hundred dollars less!
After securing the exact GIA-certified diamond I was after, Joana the design lead took very careful attention to my specific requests to custom design the perfect engagement ring and wedding band! I used several examples of photos and even drew some sketches for them to help them grasp the idea. They drew several concept designs with very high-quality sketches and 3D renderings to ensure they were creating the exact piece of jewelry I wanted!
The design team was very patient and understanding with all of my requests. For example, I liked the idea of one of the first sketches the design team presented, but admittedly after they created the design into a 3D rendering, I disliked the design altogether. I felt bad making them start all over, however, Joana and the team started all over from scratch and nailed the second attempt! This set us back about a week on the schedule, but it was worth getting things exactly right!
Lulu and the production team created the set of rings in just a few weeks! The wedding band was very unique and complex, in fact so much complexity that they had to remake a second ring because the first mold did not come out perfect.
As a tradesman, something I appreciate about Custom Made is they take extreme pride in their work. Obviously, if I was unhappy about something, they wanted to change it, but they also took the initiative to change things on their own if they didn't like it. They take pride in their work, and that is hard to find these days! The other big thing that I love about Custom Made is their communication. From day one, they listened to every single thing I requested, they asked important questions, and they kept me in the loop! Not once was I ever babysitting them, checking in on things, or repeating details I had already explained-because I didn't need to with them!
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my choice in Custom Made, and my now Fiance loves her ring! If you are on the fence about choosing someone to make your special someone a ring, give yourself peace of mind and chose Custom Made!

Hello my name is James A. I wanted to let everyone know the Custom Made is the absolute best company for anything custom jewelry made. I had a gorgeous large multi gold and diamond/ gemstone pendant made and the communication was on point. The longest time I waited for a response was less than 12 hours at any given point. Holiday or weekend. They are amazing. The piece came out more beautiful than I even imagined and that is even more impressive. I am no doubt using them for all my future projects of jewelry and my family’s as well. I recommend them to everyone. I will actually be creating a ring that I want them to make in the very near future. Can’t wait to write another amazing review about them. They are the best in the business by a long shot. I used another company before I found them and I will never go back to them. There would be 3-4 days where I wouldn’t even get a message back during the week. I had a custom signet made for a member who was retiring after 35 years in the Canadian Armed Forces. Working with CustomMade was easy and seamless. The staff took me through each step of the process and we’re extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any of my inquiries. The site made it easy to upload photos and the threaded chat feature throughout the entire process made it quick and easy to go back and review progress. Through the 3D design process I was able to make tweaks to how the ring was customized before it was fully produced. Shipping was quick however being in canada there was an import fee which the company did let me know could be a possibility. The ring arrived with a certificate of authenticity and lifetime warranty. The member who this ring was given to as a gift was elated with how it turned out. He will forever have this keepsake to recognize a dedicated career.

CustomMade was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my engagement ring buying process. First, I'd like to say that the ability to design the engagement ring I wanted, to the level of detail and specificity I wanted, could not be found anywhere else. CM's team was patient, available, and never pushed back on any of my requests or comments. They really were there to create my vision. They were also incredibly understanding in the early stages when I was unsure of what to do, or what to create, and they were equally understanding when my timetable changed abruptly and I needed a ring almost 10 months earlier than I thought I would. Hopefully, I'll never have to do this process again, but for anyone else who's thinking of using CM's service: I highly recommend it.
For the new generation, I'd also like to say that they were never judgemental and never pushed their own agenda, and I was able to find the most incredible (and perfect) lab-grown diamond through CM.

I discovered CustomMade after browsing many other jewelry websites looking for specific themes and designs for my marriage set. After reading the reviews and seeing the amazing finished pieces CustomMade has created. I realized they could produce anything I wanted. I could have a very unique set that Amanda would cherish because it came purely from my heart instead of pre-made by a local jeweler.
It began with my choice of metals, gems, ideas, some photo inspirations of designs I found elsewhere, and some sketches I created. Having a career background in production projects--the process was very fun to experience my vision grow, and evolve to completion! The team was very accommodating to my details and the changes I wanted as the design phase moved along. When the 3D CAD phase began I was ecstatic to see what it would look like before physical production.

I started off just looking, but upon realizing how affordable it’d be to do a custom piece with everything I wanted to include, not to mention seeing how prompt and responsive the team was to my messages, I decided to go all the way through with it.
The whole process was smooth all the way through, and the concept art and renderings made it so easy to see what everything would look like. Even communicating tweaks for the design after seeing the initial renderings was such a quick and easy thing!
I started off with a longer timeline in mind, and the project was put on hold with no problems. When I decided to move up the date sooner, everything was ready for me to continue, and all that was left was to pick a stone from the options I was given, pay a half deposit, and wait for production to finish! Last deposit to pay for the rest, and it was delivered in only a few days, like literally over the weekend!
Fantastic experience, 10/10 would recommend!

The people at custom made are patient, creative, responsible, and very talented at what they do! I had, honestly, no idea how to start. I knew I wanted something unique and special for my fiancé, but I really honestly hated all of the designs I had pretty much seen online for masculine rings. (Think the ones with like, the middle band, or the wood ones, camo ones- it’s totally not our style).
I basically just info dumped to the design team about really vague ideas I had and general things he likes and we like as a couple.
We ended up with a very beautiful and sophisticated ring that I think is very becoming of my fiancé. He loves it, he feels so confident with it. He was told that “That’s such a main character ring.” Haha! What a compliment. We’re so thrilled that he’s going to be coming back to get a ring designed for me.
In the future I’m hoping to be able to come back to custom made for a variety of custom jewelry I’ve always dreamed of having. These guys are great and I’m confident I’ll have just as great of an experience next time around.

I really want to say how incredible of an experience this was for me. In today's day and age, it is hard to tell what is real and what is a scam online. I was very nervous to begin this process in this manner, as opposed to buying a ring in person. I was scared because if it was a scam, I don't have any backup money to get "another" ring, and it was really important for me to design this. The constant communication through every step was amazing and very reassuring. They sent drawings and renderings as I explained what I wanted. I thought I wanted something specific at one part, and when they showed my how it would look, I didn't like it so I changed my mind. They gave me different examples of my idea so I always had options as my idea came to life. I NEVER felt rushed by the team. No matter how many times I wanted to change the design, they happily obliged. I also loved that in all the messaging, they kept it personal by saying "Tracy's" ring is in production, or your design is looking awesome "Steve". When it came time to chose the main diamond, they gave me 3 options all at different price points, that were all in my budget and they all had different ratings based on what I preferred. I then took the GIA numbers of the diamonds and did some outside research and they all were priced equally to those sources, so I know I wasn't getting played. It was also VERY helpful to me to be able to pay in two separate payments. That made it a lot easier for me. I am absolutely 100% impressed with the service, communication, craftsmanship and the one of a kind ring they made for me. CustomMade is an exceptional company if you are looking to create something that speaks to your significant other's Love Language. THANK YOU!!

If you are like me, this was the first time that I bought any real jewelry. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my experience with Custom Made. They helped educate me on the process, about the materials and numerous times throughout the process, they explained multiple points of view re: different diamond characteristics with drastically different price implications. They came up with a stone that really matched what I was looking for and were very insightful about the areas where I could save and that are not detectable by the human eye. This meant a lot to me as I spoke to many other diamond dealers that seemed to be pushing the more expensive option, every time. Oh, and last but not least. I was sort of dreading the process, thinking it was materialistic and something I had to do because of society. Anyways, I love looking at the ring on my fiancé's finger every day. It is the first thing I do when she gets home from work. It came out perfectly.

Where to start, I've had three different pieces made by Custom Made over a few years. Every time that I started a project with them they treated it with careful precision to get the vision that I was looking for in each piece. For the first project, I had a design drawn by an artist I knew and it was an atypical shape from what Custom Made was used to, but the team that worked with me back then came up with a solution so that the piece would look as I envisioned it. When it arrived I was elated and happy with it because down the stone chosen, it was everything that I had wanted.
After this project, I fell out with the artist that helped me design it and it may be silly but I became unable to wear the piece anymore. I decided at the moment to make another piece, one that was entirely designed by me with references from other sources. I started the new project and the team was happy to start anew with me. I gave the pieces for the vision that I wanted and the team set to work with the shape and they adjusted the design to any of the specifications that I saw, no matter how many there were. For example, the spacing on the piece between the stone and the lines on it. The design team worked with me until the spacing between the center stone and the design was exactly the distance I was looking for. From here, they also helped me with picking out a stone color. I wanted a slightly lighter stone than what was provided and they went out of their way to ensure they got the correct color. When this piece was done and it arrived I was even happier than the first one because it was everything that I imagined and more.
Then I wanted a variation of this piece because I had a new vision for it, that it would be one of three and the size of the second piece did not work with all outfits as shallow as that sounds...So I approached the old project and spoke with Eloisa who answered me. She was more than happy to begin my revamped version of my original piece. The process went the same as before and surprising even me, she and the team still focused on every detail of the piece even though it was the same piece all in order to make sure that it was exactly as I wanted. When the piece was done I had a last-moment thought process about putting an inscription on the back. I didn't want to inconvenience the team after they worked so hard but I just wanted to see if it was possible to put the inscription on. Eloisa was kind and understanding and was able to stop the piece from being shipped and added the inscription. When it arrived, as I now wear it, I finally feel like the piece is where I wanted it to be.
At the same time as this project, I opened another one with Oshin, who got to be the person that got yet another entirely new piece that I had envisioned for my cousin. My cousin helped design it to their specifics and Oshin was patient with each detail that formed and shaped the piece differently. There were some adjustments to the design that I added by doodling on it and sending it back to Oshin and when I was given an image back, my cousin and I were thrown by how gorgeous it looked and how meticulous the design team was to get each detail even with such a horrible drawing! The unique thing that happened with this piece was I ended up working with Eloisa again after the piece went into production. Something happened to the piece the first time so Eloisa told me the piece would need to be redone because the design team would not tolerate imperfection in the metal. Talk about service! So while that was happening, I told her about an inscription to go on the back of this piece as well and she was not sure if it would work because of the design, but instead of telling me 'No' she went out of her way with the design team to once again, rework the design to include the inscription. From here on out, it was a surprise for my cousin so I saw the final result and the inscription of the piece and everything is gorgeous. I shipped it to her and I cannot wait for her birthday this July when she will finally see it.
Custom Made is a company that is dedicated not just to the job, but to the happiness and accuracy of the customer's requests. They were my first stop thanks to my cousin (Whom I had the last piece made) in getting that first piece made and I cannot fathom going anywhere else. Whenever someone asks me where I got my piece I always tell them, Custom Made. There are a few more projects I will have with them and though I don't know when that will be for all of them- I won't be going anywhere else.
I attached some photos, but I did not want to share what the pieces look like as I have an agreement with Custom Made that it would not be replicated or shared, but you can see the love and care they put into putting those inscriptions!

I wanted something different for my brother's 50th birthday in November so I thought a signet ring would fit the bill, something not too flash and not too garish. I looked on the internet and found a few. Custom-made offered the process from design to manufacture at a reasonable price. They made the whole process one that was friendly and very helpful all through the steps from the photos I sent them to how they Interpreted them and put them on to a 3d drawing that was remarkable. They help me through all the steps and informed me every step of the way. Very professional and I will be getting one for my farter as it was he who told me of our family crest.
I would recommend Custommade for all your bespoke ideas for a ring you wish to make come to life as it is truly a feeling to behold. When you have designed it and then see it in your hand and know they have pulled it out of the bag and made what you had in your mind as an idea and it's really in your hand fantastic thank you CUSTOM-MADE I will post a video when my brother gets his ring. I used custommade for to make her engagement ring and her wedding band. She loves them. I really liked the idea of doing something unique and I was surprised to learn it wasn't much more expensive than getting something off the shelf. What surprised me the most about working with them is the patience the team has and their skills. I took about 11 months working with their team and that was not an issue for them. Coming up with new revisions almost weekly until it was perfect.
What I would suggest to improve is the Chat-only communication. I feel that these pieces are so important to the buyers that it helps to have the opportunity to talk on the phone or video at least one with the person you're working with.
Lastly, if you do like me and get the engagement ring through them, getting the wedding band is really simple because they keep the computer models so you can see what it'll look like together before buying.

I had the pleasure of working with Mika, Kevine and Nix (respectively) from start to finish of my piece. I will try to discuss every aspect of my experience. Mika first contacted me after showing interest in getting a “CustomMade” ring. She was very responsive and worked with me through getting my idea on paper. Kevine, who I spent the most time corresponding with, was there to fine out the details for my piece. Of note, Kevine rendered maybe five or more digital designs for my piece and he was extremely patient. Every design, up to the last, was off the mark to the point I wasn’t sure if I was receiving the artwork for my ring. However, after what I thought was a solid description and some shoddy Microsoft paint on my part, Kevine worked with me through everything and got my design to exactly what I envisioned. Big thanks to Kevine for being patient as we went on for weeks with his team changing digital designs and me denying them. Lastly, Nix was the final production man for my ring, he kept me appraised and educated me on the process up until the ring was complete. If you notice in my “Quality and Design,” I put a four star review. The only issue, though small, I have with my ring is the epoxy coating and/or the raised lion. Either the epoxy was too high, or the raised gold lion too low, as the jaw of the lion is cut off by epoxy making it appear to me more as an Arabic horse rearing than a lion. Even with that small imperfection I am still in awe of CustomMade’s process and work on my ring.

CustomMade certainly is an experience. For someone like myself where the topic of proposing is not necessarily something that comes naturally to me, this can be a daunting experience (and of course expensive investment!).
For those who are just entering the market and getting their bearings, it is hard to ask for something truly custom, it is not easy to gauge how good of a job the team will do, nor whether you will like it at the end, and of course whether your partner will like it as well! Especially when your partner barely wears any jewelry to begin with.
What CustomMade did was to offer exactly what I needed: calm professionalism and reassurance in the steps taken towards this project. They were detailed, methodical and gave expert opinion when I would not know how to proceed.
They have an incredible team which continuously supports you by asking questions, providing suggestions, alterations, you name it. And if you midway decide to "scratch all that, lets start anew" they do exactly that.
Every little issue, every little nuance and detail, they tend to, and any small piece of doubt you might have, they will address, until the final result is perfect.
When I embarked on with them, I thought I was asking for the impossible, but that was clearly not the case. Not a week later from when I gave the last green light, I had in my hands exactly what I had described and asked for.
When you know that you have a competent team on your side, there is little you are afraid of! I am wishing the team all the best as they clearly deserve it!

When I started looking for an engagement ring, I had it in my mind that I wanted to design it myself. I wasn't sure if that was possible or not but I quickly found this website and started looking around. At first, honestly, I was very skeptical. My thoughts were like, "How could someone catch my vision through messages?" or "Can I trust this? Is this legit? How detailed can I get?" There's just a lot of things that you have to watch out for these days on the internet, as most people are aware.
After thinking more about it, I decided hey, what could a quick message hurt. I quickly learned even on the first message that this was exactly the site I wanted to use. The staff is genuinely willing and ready to help you. You are able to tell they care about what you want, and will do whatever they can to make sure you get what you want. I was kind of picky with what I wanted, and I never felt like anybody was mad or annoyed that I was like "mmm, no I'd like this and this changed." I changed designs and ideas a lot, having said that, I found the time response on messages and designs/new designs was always very quick. I don't think I waited more than 8 hours without getting a message back or some sort of update on when I should hear back. This is exactly the service and quality I was looking for when I started looking for places that do this. I could go on and on about how pleased I am with this company.
Amanda's ring turned out perfect, and she said "YES" on April 28th, 2022! She LOVES the fact that it was all hand picked from the beginning to the end! I gave her the password to my account, so she even went in after the proposal and read all the messages sent back and forth to come up with this perfect design!
If anyone out there wants to design their own "CustomMade" engagement ring for their life partner, I suggest you use this company! They treat you very well during the process, and for the life of the product after the fact. If you're reading this, then create a profile and get to work! The people are great :)

Everyone that I worked with at CustomMade was outstanding. Very patient and professional. They were not happy until I was happy.
I certainly felt like there were several times that I was being too "picky" but I was never made to feel like I was a burden. Everyone made me feel comfortable and valued.
The ring turned out better than I could have ever imagined. My Fiancé (that's still a weird thing to say) absolutely loves that her ring is a direct reflection of me. She feels it's more meaningful coming from my mind and my heart, than one chosen from a selection at the store.
I was able to choose sketches, individual stones, tweak designs, and even ask for input and advice from CustomMade's professionals. Words cannot fully express how great this entire process was, start to finish. Replies were prompt, usually daily. I got into the habit of checking the website first thing when I wake up, because there was always a new message to look forward to.

I can't speak enough about how amazing the entire experience was from start to finish. Being able to take an idea from images and words to a full finished ring that ultimately would end up on my now fiance is surreal. They make the entire process unique to your ring and take into account any ideas, questions, or concerns. Being able to have sketches and having that early design work made the entire process and ring even more special to both of us. The little details like including the New Orleans fleur-de-lis and engraving her name within the band are the things that garnered the most compliments and surprise from my fiance, friends, and family. My plan from the start for picking a wedding ring was that I wanted something unique and something truly special that none of her friends or relatives would have and CustomMade made that plan a reality. If you want a unique, beautiful ring with the freedom to design or try new things out, this is 110% the place for you.

I bought an engagement ring and wedding band from CustomMade. The folks at CustomMade took every single question I had and answered it, as well as made every change I wanted to see in a 3D model. The engagement ring was a really in depth process for me and they were very helpful and willing to make any and every change I wanted or even just wanted to see.
For the wedding band, they were able to source Montana specific gems that I really wanted to use. Because they had all the models for the engagement ring they were able to to tightly fit the band to the engagement ring without having to send in the engagement ring. The overall helpfulness and willingness to make changes really sold me on using them. Also as a guy who works a lot and doesn't have time to go into a jewelry store again and again to make changes in design CustomMade was a great way for me to design everything and have all the input I wanted right from my phone.

After almost 5 years of dating my future fiance/wife, I knew I had to start looking for the engagement ring that would be perfect for her.
