Such a wonderful experience with Daily Blooms! My daughter and her husband have just had their first baby and we wanted a beautiful bouquet to celebrate their happiness. Ordering is a breeze, fabulous same-day delivery and the most gorgeous flowers ever! Thank you so I hope 😀
You guys were amazing. Great selection to get my girlfriend a birthday bundle with some flowers when I wasn't there to spend it with her. The tracking of the delivery was awesome so I knew when it was going to be delivered. Can't compliment you enough. Only issue was that the infuser in the tea bundle was damaged. However, I don't think that was your fault.
There was a mix up with my order & the speedy efficient way in which Taylor & Kirstie dealt with it was amazing. I have made a number of orders with daily blooms as I am in the UK & my mum in Melbourne. Daily blooms bouquets are always of a high standard & beautifully arranged.
Ordering okay. Your predicted delivery had a strange quirk. You lost your driver's location for quite a while and thaen anticipated time of delivery changed.
Disappointing when I couldn't find a way to review my message and show it to my wife. Most services make that easy. Have used you twice. No more!
Impressed with the delivery confirmations - Instead of a photo of the flower bunch that could have been taken anywhere, there were 3 photos to prove the house left at was the correct one and also where it was left - exemplary service particularly as we are in another State.
The receiver was also impressed with the bunch of flowers.
Sent two bouquets to two different people in the one transaction. Was a seamless process. And the flowers arrived only an hour or so after ordering. Amazing. And the recipients were so grateful. You guys literally made two people's days!

The process of ordering was nice and easy, and the flowers bought for my friend were beautiful! However, the only negative was that the flowers were meant to be delivered by 6pm and my friend only received the flowers by 9pm at night, which is far too late for a flower delivery. The tracking info was therefore inaccurate and I had to apologise for the late delivery. The courier service used is not the best. Other than that, the flowers were fantastic.
Outstanding customer service! Could not be happier with service I received after a very minor issue with my delivery. Issue was rectified beyond my expectations. Would order again without hesitation and would highly recommend to friends and Family! Thankyou.
I have used various Online florists and always had great feedback about the flowers delivered to family and friends. Unfortunately this is not the case with what was delivered to my mum for her birthday. I would describe the the pictures she sent me as embarrassing, the height of a mobile phone. I would never have chosen the arrangement if I had of known that the arrangement was so small. I will not ever use Daily Blooms again nor recommend the company.
Our friend was having a really really hard time and we ordered Daily Blooms at 12pm and by 2.30pm her day had been instantly turned around because of the incredibly beautiful flowers, choc and tea delivered so quickly by daily blooms. Such good value for the price, incredibly quick service & the flowers have lasted so long and stood as a daily reminder of how loved our friend is. Will use this service again and again for gifts!!
Ordered flowers online for my mother’s (Diana) birthday was easy and the flower arrangement was beautiful. But what let your business down was the courier who just plonked the $90 bouquet on the ground, pressed the door bell and proceeded to walk off. This was meant to be a surprise delivery, he could’ve waited for her to answer the door and handed them over kindly rather then what he did. Also there was no message attached to the bouquet which I requested for, she had no idea who they were from! -Anita
so the flowers were beautiful mum was so happy but as I asked the delivery driver to knock on the door before leaving them at my mum's front door which he did leave them at door he put on his tracking message that flowers were signed by my mother which was not true...I find delivery drivers do get to do and say whatever suits them these days which is very unsettling

Daily Blooms answered my online query very quickly, & without question, adjusted the colour of the flowers used in the bouquet to suit the occasion. Their communication was clear, the delivery prompt and the flowers beautiful.

Highly recommended by many. I thought the flowers were beautiful, love the way they are wrapped. Though we had a couple of hiccups with delivery and an item missing, it was communicated to me and sorted immediately. Because of how responsive they were and as we all know some days don't go how you planned, I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!!
I ordered online from NZ for a delivery and all went perfectly, beautiful product and amazing delivery tracker! I wanted to change the message shortly after making the order so emailed them and heard back super quick reassuring me that wouldn’t be a problem. Top notch across the board, thanks team!
I have wanted to purchase from Daily Blooms for a while. I love the brand. And finally made my first order yesterday. The shopping experience was seamless. And the communication and tracking they offer about the progress of the order is incredibly good. Not to mention the flowers are beautiful. I couldn't believe how much like the photo they were! I assumed they might be a bit different due to seasonality. Thanks Daily Blooms!
Really lovely experience. Picked up a bunch of tulips ordered before 11.30 and they arrived that afternoon to a very happy recipient. Also, no issues with communications like there can be with some courier services. 5 out of 5 tulips 🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷
I ordered sympathy flowers in a vase for a special friend. The internet process of ordering was very easy. I was kept informed of the delivery time. The flowers arrived beautifully presented and fresh (my friend sent me this message and a photo). The flowers ordered were what was received which is great to know and actually see

Your courier on the other hand was lazy & just dumped them at the door and left.
I left a review for him & promptly received a call back from him saying “ this is my job job. I do this everyday. I knocked on the door & rang the door bell, then I waited in my van. She ( my mum) came outside, waved to me & collected her flowers”. Then he just hung up on me…so bloody rude.
My mum was home the entire day. He didn’t try to make contact with her. Clearly he was just too keen on getting his deliveries for the day finished. No customer service skills.
