Poor customer service / poor item quality / hard to return damaged items
I ordered a laptop by mid December that was damaged when it arrived. It took 2 weeks for the RMA to provided via email (no phone support). After returning the laptop immediately and getting certified mail and confirmation (which I paid since Dailysale.com don't cover shipping even on damaged stuff), it took 1 month to get them to reimburse me. I chatted with customer service via their website and all they do is apologize and "I assure you someone will be contacting you soon". They don't contact the Returns group directly; they just send an email which is ridiculous! I will never buy from the scam of company in my life. Stick with Amazon, Target or other well known stores.

Tried to check out with Amazon Pay
Tried to check out with Amazon Pay. Your site reported back no first or last name or email address although you had accessed Amazon because it had all of my other info. I then tried PayPal Credit which went to regular PayPal. Then I tried credit card. Your system wouldn't accept the autofill because the company name was on the first line and the address was on the second line. Your e-commerce IT is poor at best. Bra had no sizing guide, only s-XXXL. Hard to sell clothing without size references. Paucity of information on other products as well (MP3 player - battery life, size limit on SD card, etc.)

What Customer Service? They do not acknowledge your issue!
Their customer service is total joke. I have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks now and their "customer service" is a robot with a pre-typed generic reply based on keywords from your email. Dailysale.com have YET to address my actual issue that I have been asking the same question for 3 weeks and they don't even acknowledge the question or the screenshot I send showing the error I have. Every reply is 3-4 days after your email and does not address anything. Its a generic reply to use the return portal after more than 10 emails saying the same thing that I cannot and I've tried!. Worst company I've dealt with, ever. Scam of a company.

Customer service and delivery worthless
I placed an order and after Dailysale.com received my payment information and purchase posted, I was notified that it may take up to 3 weeks to receive, Well 4-5 days went by and I got no notice of shipping, So I called them numerous times and only getting a recording that they were not open. The calls were all made during their business hours an on weekdays So after I don't know how many times I emailed them, Still nothing back except thank you for some BS about Norton having been provided for security, I emailed them again, telling them to cancel. Today I see that they charged my account I called my bank to dispute the charge, but said it was only pending, But it is still tying up my funds. The stress of dealing no service is appalling, The second the charge officially posts against my account, I'm disputing it with the bank, The rest of you reading this save you money and you headaches. GO ELSEWARE

im not good at this, but trying to follow orders, first I was with pay pal, then it asked me for a card #, which I submitted, but could not get the form to let me PLACE ORDER! finally!! done but not sure if it will be paypall or my credit card or if both will be charged for these items. got 2 more than i wanted because I could not edit the order. perhaps I expected faster computer compliance, but iot was very frustrating! What do I do IF both paypall and my credit card are charged? $72 is too much for me to have to worry about. & who would i contact? I thought I ordered these products 3 weeks ago, but never received them, then ended up paying $1 EACH more when Dailysale.com came up today. tried to email contact ' Daily Sale' but e mail was returned. unable to contact you

Dailysale poor customer service
We received a new Big Boss Oil-less Fryer from them. It was defective out of the box. DailySale said to return it for a replacement but per their policy we had to pay the shipping. The cost for us to ship back was half the cost of the item purchased. Now if the 2nd one is defective we will have the total purchase price invested in returns which would be twice the original cost. I had contact with DailySale and Dailysale.com said they would issue us a $10.00 credit for future purchases for inconvenience. There will be no second purchase. The item could have been purchased from Walmart and several other local stores and the would have accepted the defective item back and just replaced it with no additional cost. I would recommend not purchasing from this company.

It took me two hours and it wouldn't process. I HAD TO START OVER FOUR TIMES. It wasn't easy finding my items because Dailysale.com didn't seem like they were in the same places and each time I put something into my cart it took me back to the beginning. I wanted to go back where I left off and continue shopping. I was worried I might have placed my order several times until I got the thank you for my order as I only got one of those. So I guess I only ordered it once. This is my first experience with DailySales and I look forward to receiving my order and checking out the quality of your products. Hopefully next time I won't have so many problems.

Like your company but have an issue.
I have received several products from your company except I have submitted an order twice using the same shipping address I use for all my orders & that order always seems to be canceled because of the shipping address. It's for compression socks & a Bluetooth speaker. I have talked to someone in customer service. Dailysale.com can't figure it out either. They tell me that my money has been refunded but no explanation why I can't receive those products. The second time I ordered the 2 items, I ordered the wireless earbuds along with it. Got the earbuds but the other 2 items were canceled for shipping address. Please, let me know what can be done. Thank you for your time & have a great day!

User friendly
User friendly. Overall 1 of the best in shopping apps. Can't complain. Only issue is that it comes up in messenger, I get order in etc., go to PayPal but when I get ph code, it kicks me out odd messenger so i open shopping app in chrome but when get ready to place order, cart is empty. Lose everything moving from messenger to chrome... is not the end of the world...I really like this app.
Let's just hope this watch is better quality than that "gold" chain that turned out to be tin spray painted a gold color. That would be my only other concern... using vendors who lie to the customers.
Perhaps contact and work with sites like Amazon's.. Dailysale.com can help sort out the crooks so u don't lose customers like me who are loyal...

Never Again! Ordered Brand Name, Got Generic Knockoff
Several weeks ago I ordered a Hurricane Scrub Spinner, to replace the one I currently own as it is loosing its battery. The website showed a photo of the Hurricane Scrub Spinner box, and described the item as a Hurricane Scrub Spinner. However, I received a cheap generic brand which did not even have a logo on it, unlike original Hurricane brands. Last I looked, this untrustworthy site was still advertising it as if buyers were getting an original Hurricane. I will never order from them again, and for those thinking you may be getting a brand name item, I suggest researching other places to shop at to ensure you will get what you purchased. After several communication attempts, it took me nearly three weeks to hear back from them; only after officially filing a complaint to Paypal did anyone from this company respond. Dailysale refused to send me a RMA, and in the end, it was not worth me returning the generic spinner considering the cost to ship it back. I uploaded a photo of the logo from my Hurricane spinner next to the one I received. I also did a print screen of the item the day I purchased it because I had never heard of Dailysale before: I should had went with my gut feeling and steered clear. I have been scammed!

Different between Amazon and any Crappy company like Dailysale
As per Return Policy on their website: "Depending on the circumstance, we might deduct $5.00from your refund for the return shipping label. We cannot provide return labels for some larger items or international orders."
I received a poor quality product. Dailysale.com were supposed to be Snow Proof Boots and they not even Water Resistance... I complain and ask for a full refund. They are trying to refund me $20.68 out of $28.87. So whatever you order, regardless if it is your fault for example Ordering the wrong size of a shoe and it was your own fault, or on the other hand like me... that received a bad quality product that Does not match the product description. Violating Consumers Rights... if you try and return it this is what happens.

Have filed complaints with BBB
As of today I still have not received an email the item that I purchased which was an iPhone 8 or a refund. Still cannot get in touch with customer service so I have filed a complaint with the Better Bureau Business in Florida Dailysale.com have seven days to respond and if I don't have success with bb&b I will be filing litigations in the Rhode Island courts it has been almost a month since I purchased this iPhone I have not received the replacement after the company sent me not only the wrong product and iPhone x but a stolen one at that matter do not do business with this company they have millions of complaints against them customer service that is non if you have a problem like I did you will not be able to address your issue cuz they do not respond back to the emails and there was no customer service number to call. I didn't even want to hit one star cuz the company doesn't deserve that

Order "automatically canceled" but was not told until I contacted them :(
After 2 weeks Dailysale.com gave me answer back saying the order was automatically canceled and with 4 POSSIBLE reasons... What a waste of time. Being 62 and having ordered thousands of items from other vendors... This is a first with no concrete answer. Reasonable is contacting me if there was a problem. My email address was right on the order and they sent me a, please leave proper feedback email right after the purchase. So for there lack of customer care with no communication or follow up when They automatically cancelled my order they get a 1 star but my experience with them has been a 0- star experience! Treating people right equals positive feedback and sales.

First time making a purchase and once you get all my personal information including telephone number, you end up saying Free Shipping if you sign up for text messaging? Really? You did this after my PayPal confirmation so that was a trick. Either you signed up for text or you ended up paying more for shipping because let's face it, the Paypal transaction was confirmed. As a business owner myself, it's much better to just give the option of Free shipping with no strings attached if you want people to trust your business. The deal was great but I may think twice about clicking on an affiliate link from the person who provided it now. I have a trust issue all around because of this. Looking forward to seeing the quality of this product and hoping it meets my expectations. Thanks!

Don't Expect a Hassle-Free Return
It's too late for me but if you are playing a buy something from dailysale thinking that Dailysale.com will honor their policy of half hassle free returns or your money back. Forget it. It took me 5 emails and 2 claims on pay pal to get a response to return a faulty miss represented face mask. I was offered instead of sending the product pothouse a 50% refund on a gift card. I will never never ever buy from this place again. How they got good reviews is a mystery to me. It took a really long time to get the product and the face mask has no place for my ears. The photograph shows somebody with really long hair which covers up the sides of the face mask. I'm returning it and it has taken me over 3 hours to return a poor product which really shouldn't be worth my time. I wrote a bad review of the product and they never posted which is very deceptive.

They are terrible!
I ordered a couple of times with no problem, but if you ever try to return anything, Dailysale.com scam you by making you get a "ticket," and then don't respond for days, and when you try to respond to the ticket, they give you another one, and on and on that goes, until it is too late to return the merchandise. I even tried to call, and all that did was get me a recording to return via the website. I ended up stuck with $56.00 worth of merchandise I couldn't use. I had to give it to Goodwill. Had I read reviews for them before I ordered something I wasn't sure would fit, I sure as ----- wouldn't have! I can't say publicly what I really think!

Zero stars
If it appears to good to be true... yeah, it is! I ordered a set of beats headphones for Christmas and I was one of the "lucky" ones who actually got the product after an email wondering where are they. UNFORTUNATELY: Dailysale.com did not work and when I requested an rma within the 30 days of placing my order I got nothing! According to their return policy I need an rma to return these items, at my expense. On the 30th day (after not getting an rma) I contacted apple for support. Among other questions they asked for a serial number. Needless to say, there wasn't one on the headphones.
Buyer beware

14kt gold necklace
I bought 2 necklaces same to add some bling. I can't even feel they're on and Dailysale.com are super thin, one snag will surely break them. My order came fast. I don't think I will shop for my gold here while the necklaces are very pretty I wanted something bigger. Don't go by the pictures they are super maxed out. Happy with my purchase but disappointed at the same time. It is real gold. I was shocked it came in a envelope inside were 2 baggies and at the bottom were 2 tiny jewelry bags thinking they were just thrown in there? Best pic I can get sitting here in the dark with lighting from computer screen

Another thing that would be helpful is a phone number where you could talk to someone which is Senior Citizens, especially is older almost 80 yr, old Citizens need.
Another help to people purchasing items is to show information on items,especially toys for children showing that it has lead.
I Sam surprised you even sell these items. It is not right to purchase such an item and find
Out after receipt.
