Dao Drops

Two weeks into using these drops, I have seen some great changes in my eating habits. I only eat in moderation now and I don't get hungry so easily. In fact, I haven't had any midnight snacks for two weeks already, I just stick to my usual 3 meals a day with lesser portions.

Skinny drops has some amazing effects in my body and over-all well-being. With it, I only consume small portions of my meal daily and I have cut on my snacking as well. It made a huge difference with my weight and I am loving the results.

1-you can make an account for your order, but you can't cancel your order by clicking a 'cancel' button once its made. Instead, you have no other choice but to contact customer service. Customer service gets back to you two days later, saying its already shipped and theres nothing Dao Drops can do. So you are stuck with your order, which any other site would have let you cancel easily if you had just hit the cancel button shortly after making the purchase.
2-then your order says it was delivered, but nothing is there. So you contact Customer service again, to let them know the package you never wanted in the first place didnt arrive. They get back to you three days later telling you once again, there's nothing they are going to do about it (when other places would offer to ship a new shipment out to you and offer their apologies.) and tell you to take it up with USPS instead. So you have to make an account with THEM and then submit a form for missing mail that will likely end you up nowhere.

Horrible customer service. Highly suggest this company reviews its practices. Waste of money and waste of time.

After finding out about the company "dao drops" I got super excited to go through their products and order from them. Dao Drops seemed to have good products with all of the natural essentials inside these droppers. So I ordered 3 bottles from them and also paid extra for EXPRESS SHIPPING. Long behold I never receive my package. So I'm not a person that makes a big deal about things or easily catches an attitude over small things. So I went to my local post office to check the status of my shipment being that it said it arrived on my city but that's as far as the tracking shows. After days of going back and forth the post office shows me the shipping label that was PRINTED on dao drops end and they never even put an actual address on the label- instead they addressed it to my EMAIL ADDRESS and put the wrong zip code! So my package got sent to another city. (Again not making a big deal about it as I assume it's a small issue and it will get handled) after several attempts of reaching out to this company via Instagram comments, Instagram messages and EMAILING, they have left my messages on read never responded to emails and never resolved this matter. It's so unfortunate I was excited to order from them and was even referring other people to their products. This was the first time and the LAST time I will order from them. I understand people make mistakes- but to have terrible customer service and lack of communication when people spend their money with this company and refuse to solve an issue that was a mistake on their end is beyond me.

Beware of this company* seriously.

Customer service won't respond to any emails about where my order is. A tracking label was created 6 days ago with no movement when I paid for rush processing… I would imagine my package either hasn't been shipped or it's been lost. But no response is irritating me. I was so excited to try this but at this point I'm beyond disappointed.

I have been using the hair drops for about 4 months and I noticed my hair growing in after the first month. I also noticed after my shower and combing through my hair that not as much hair at all is falling out. I will keep using Dao drops. If I could afford everything I would be using everything Dao Drops offer.

I didn't believe the talks at first, but when I started using it myself, I was surprised at how effective it is. My cravings were lessened and I have cut the frequency of my meals. I mean, I eat 5 times a day before, 3 proper meals and 2 snacks. But right now, I'm cutting those 2 snack times altogether and I'm not getting hungry at all!

I was expecting nausea or stomachache weeks into using these drops but I'm feeling none. It's amazing! I am loving what it does to my appetite and my weight in general. Truly effective for me that's why I bought another bottle for the weeks to come. Thanks dao drops.

I placed an order for skinny drops. I input my correct address and all and i revieved an email that my order was delivered in San Antonio Texas. U guys took my money, scammed me and I can't even contact customer service it's ridiculous. U are not answering my emails or nothing. At this point, I was my money back or I'm going to make a report of this to my Bank &, the police

It has been almost ten days since my order#938489 has been shipped. The postal carrier still has yet to receive my order. I believe my order must have gotten lost. Maybe it needs to be reshipped! This doesnt make sense. I should have already received my order a couple of days ago! The shipping is absolutly terrible! Thomas E. Havlicek - I may have to stop recommending dao drops.

Motherhood has changed my body in a loft of ways and I'm still getting used to it. My weight gain has been profound even after 2 years of having birth, that's why I tried these drops. I have no expectations at first, really, but the effect it had on me was great! I lost 5 kilos in just a month and I am loving how light I feel. I'm looking forward to losing more of my love handles.

Do not, I repeat, do not order from this company. I made the mistake of signing up for a recurring order since it stated you could cancel any time and/or pause a shipment. There is no place on their website when you log in to adjust your order in any manner. I have sent repeated emails to cancel and have received no response at all. When you call their phone number it states to email them and then hangs up. Do not give these people your credit card information for any reason! I have still not been able to stop them and have still not received any form of response at all yet another shipment just went out.

Quick and easy to navigate. Shipping was on point and fast. A+ on the tracking and following up on products. Wish I could choose the stars correctly ( shows 5 stars this is Not true) real rating I gave 3.5 stars to all products because I haven't even gotten through a week so it's too early to give a proper rating. Over all I think I'll definitely be back to order. L

Let me just say this, the customer care service here is so stellar! I get replies in just few seconds everytime I ask about my orders or have special favors for deliveries. I've never experienced anything like this. It's a good thing!

I completed my transaction for my order on February 28th, and the shipping label was created the very next day. But i still to this day have not received my order. I had even paid an extra seven dollars for expedited shipping. In regards to this mishap i have attempted to contact their customer support 3 times and have gotten the same "we are trying our best. We will ensure it will be delivered within the next 24-72 hour" response EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I honestly don't even want the damn drops anymore. I just want my $37 back.

These bottles are so great and for an affordable price too. Skinny drops has helped me lose weight in just a week. The changes in my weight is evident and I like the changes I see in the mirror. I got myself a new batch coming this weekend. Can't wait!

Wao this is ridiculous, I went to vacation expecting the package it would be here when I came back but it's not here. What's going on here, who's the supervisor? I need an answer ASAP. This is not the way to handle a costumer. This is my first time purchasing in this website and it's the worst experience in my life. You sent me a 25% off for my next purchase but I didn't receive my first order, already a month has passed.

I've been using the skinny and metabolism drops for a few months now and while I don't think Dao Drops helped me lose weight I think they've helped keep it stable. I feel healthier using them and they're not irritating with side effects like oral some supplements.
