I have been doing business with dearlover for many years and Dear-Lover have never let me down. Their products are top notch and they have always delivered on time. I cannot say for sure as to why everyone is complaining, but I do know from my own personal experiences that this company provides the best products and the greatest prices. Stop your complaining and be grateful that there is a company like DL that can get you these products WAY cheaper than what you would be paying in a retail store. Thank you DL for your business and I look forward to doing more business with you.

I got a variety of super cute lingerie and swimwear pieces, Dear-Lover are all so cute and fit me so amazing! I absolutely love the quality in the lingerie one pieces i got as they are very comfy to wear. I highly recommend this shop and the products they carry! My cheetah lingerie piece is one of my favorite outfits now! I love to pair this with def shorts and bottoms for a day out and about.

I did a huge try-on unboxing haul on YouTube comparing the items/prices of the Dear-Lover products to Amazon & Wish and it was crazy how much cheaper the EXACT SAME item is on Dear-Lover. I'll link the video below. (SPOILER!) Only one item didn't look like the picture but it was still a super cute coat! Also, my package got here in 3 DAYS! I couldn't believe it!

Extra thoughts: Came within 1-2 weeks which really surprised me and all of the items were packaged really well!

Had been using the website for dropship services for a a while with ok results - slow to ship and some dodgy items sent out. Made a large payment for 200 + customer orders (over $4000 worth) which Dear-Lover never sent! They only marked about half of the orders paid once we transferred the money then left them sitting marked as paid for weeks and weeks promising to send them each time i enquired! We are currently working with our bank to retrieve the money we paid. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

Purchased from this company since 2008. Quality and workmanship is good for most items. Long time buying experience has taught me to differentiate between the high quality and low quality products. If unsure, I buy 1pc to check out. Their response in regards to defect complaints (beads falling off, material tear) is simply to keep silent. So if you have problems, don't expect much from them. I certainly don't. Experience has taught me that. I simply sell the defect products at cost on my website.

If an item is out of stock, Dear-Lover will email you and say they will "keep your money for your next order." I insist for a refund right away and even had to resort to opening a complaint via Paypal, as dear-lover team don't respond to email.

So guys, you may buy from Dear-lover but don't expect much from them in terms of customer service (keep your expectations low!). Their products are good, but you need to know which items to select.

My package arrived (and I had spent a lot of money) and some pieces were missing. Dear lover refused to refund me or send the missing items out. I would never use this site again, as I expect that this is something that happens quite a lot (judging by their reaction.) Dear-Lover have now cut all communication with me, so I have no option but to let it go. I personally would use DHgate instead as I've never had any trouble on there, but if you do the DHgate team will try to help you resolve the issue with your seller. Also I got charged a massive customs fee as Dearlover put the package value at such a high price. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This is my first time ordering from dear lover. I received an email to say that my order was successful, however the information on the page stated that it was unpaid. I told Tony about my dilemma, he told me to send payment via another method and if Dear-Lover have the funds they would return it to me. After going back and forth with him and he told me they would cancel it however my bank has given them approval to run the funds. I would like to have my products but I believe my rep was very impatient. There should be an accounts department that handles issues like this.

After the funds were reversed I have ordered since using paypal. I must say the quality of the clothing is excellent. Customer service needs a whole lot of work however. So I had to give them two additional stars based on value for money and quality of goods.

I've been a customer for around 2-3 years just buying some items now and than.
+cutomer service is good, but note if you have an problem just keep pushing them.
+the pay is pretty safe to use, various paying methods are acceptable
-shipping time is not always good when you select the cheapest china post air.
-tracking numbers are most of the time not working, unless dhl/fedex/ups whitch will work most of the time.
-paying is fast! But getting your money back for a refund can take some time please note that!

The items description is very limited and all you have to go by is the pictures of the items, which is what I did on the item I purchased. I wanted to love this item and use them to embroider on for resale! I can't sell these to nobody! The material is very itchy, the cheapest type of material possible. The picture looked like a nice cotton pullover, and loose fitting. I tried on the extra large to get the fit I was looking for, and it was probably the true medium size. There is no size label or care instructions on any of the items! Very disappointed hoping to get a full refund!

I keep having problems upon problems with this company, i found out Dear-Lover send their information to my customers.The lady Linda in charge of dropshipping has very terrible customer service skills. I shipped to a friend there in china and was charged a 5 dollar fee for inner shipping which is alot. However i get an email from her saying that my package has been sent, since then i have been asking for my tracking number but no reply.
I believe she kept the 5 dollars to herself and just asked someone to send my package. This is very unacceptable and i ll be filling a claim on this company if i dont hear from her in 24hrs with proof of shipping.

Dear-Lover sent me bad clothes the seams are horrible! Im a fashion student attending AI and my teacher agree that the quality is bad! They told me that I couldn't return the items because they feel the the seams aren't a qyluality problem! Worst company ever! Please be alert I believe some of these reviews are from the company. It's best to do business in your own country!

Over the last 2 weeks i have tried to order several items for a trade show. My order has been cancelled twice and no response. My CC is charged each time then the money is returned.
What is going on... what need to be verified.
Just totally frustrated with this company... such a waste of time.
Does anyone know other wholesalers who have similar items? Hopefully Dear-Lover would rather my money.

We have used Dear Lover and the service is not as you would hope. As a retailer we were attracted by the cheap prices. This reflects the service. Goods missing or not as described. Problems with returns and quality of some of the goods.

You can make an order on line as if the goods are in stock. Once you pay Dear-Lover will come back and tell you it's not in stock and only supply a partial delivery. Be careful- Not a very trustworthy way of conducting business.

Don't bother complaining- Most of their English is not very good and always "very sorry". Away and look elsewhere.

I WAS opening an ecommerce store but I made a huge mistake and spent almost $2,000 on samples from china wholesale company, "Dear Lover". What crooks!

1ST RED FLAG - Paid $285 for expedited 3-5 day shipping and my order was still in "processing" 3 days later, I emailed and the response "Sophia" informed me that about 30 items I had ordered IN STOCK were unavailable and instead of refunding the $220.00 she wrote that credit is on my account for next order.

2ND RED FLAG - Order shipped 4 days late.

3RD RED FLAG - Oh my god. When I received the shipment and opened it there wasn't even an invoice or Packing List! I requested one from vendor and was ignored.
4TH RED FLAG - I went online to print order with the images so I could inventory the shipment, only to find that the item numbers aren't visible on the order just the images. Which does ZERO good when the packages have the item number only. (It took 10 hours of my time to click on each image on the 25 page order and write down corresponding item number.
5TH AND FINAL RED FLAG STRAIGHT TO PAYPAL - The first item I ordered was a bikini that had no lining, the straps had the metal hardware that many bras have, ALL the seams were unfinished raw edges. It literally looked like a four year old had sewn it, a first day on the job four year old. And 95% of the items after that I opened to inspect were far far worse.

It's been over 30 days and I am still waiting for Paypal to refund my money from those fraudulent crooks!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Dear-Lover also have some retail websites that are disguised as if they were a US company.
Lesson: DO YOUR BACKGROUND HOMEWORK ON FOREIGN COMPANIES, ESPECIALLY IN CHINA. (It's our governments fault for selling out and putting our economy in the toilet for another buck in their scandalous pockets!).

My daughter started an online Boutique and placed a prepaid order for $1400 in Jan. 2021, as if today March 13,2021, we are STILL WAITING ON ITEMS! My daughter has contacted there customer service many times and it takes almost a week fr a reply! Now her customers want a refund and she used their money to place the order!
We have had to contacted Dear Lover, 2 shipping companies, PayPal, Credit Union and many, many unhappy customers. Still no solution!

I fell in love with their clothing I chose a beautiful black velvet skirt, of high quality, which fits me perfectly, combined with a pink cardigan with particular buttons made of beads, the cardigan is ribbed, very soft and warm. The sizes conform to those you kindly wear. I chose an M for the cardigan is an L for the skirt. I recommend seeing their site because there are so many things you would like to buy from clothes to accessories. Really a wonderful experience having been able to touch the quality of their garments

So far I have been using Dearlover for the last year. The quality of their clothes are way better than the quality of other Chinese sites like Moonosa for example, which will send terrible quality clothes. So I really like the quality.The payments on Dearlover are confirmed fast and the packages are shipped out fast. So that's another thing that I truly like. The only thing I don't like are the expensive shipping costs, which are way too high. I think Dear-Lover add on to the shipping to gain more money, which is not fair

I liked them until last week. I ordered 14 Led Zeppelin tie dye tees. Dear-Lover all arrived with gibberish, illegible graphics. ( not like their photo on the web site) I was offered 50% refund & suggested I try to sell these idiotic tees at a discount. I'd be ashamed to ask for money for them. I expect them to take 100% responsibility NOT 50%. I am open to replacement, credit or full refund. They expect me to eat the cost for their production error. I no longer feel I can trust them to stand behind their product. They simply won't.

I don't usually write reviews but I could not go without reviewing Dear-Lover. Dear-Lover are by far my favorite line of lingerie. Very nice quality and the cost is at its lowest. I was very surprised by the quality of the materials and the quality of sewing.
Customer service was extremely friendly and helpful, knowledgeable of their products and willing to help by answering all of my questions. Another thing I like about Dear Lover is the fast processing and shipping time.

Products of this website is OK and the price is amazing affordable. I search the amazon clothing supplier and google told me dear-lover.com is a good choice. I bought 30 pieces for $139 and another $84 for shipping fee. If I bought them on alibaba, it will more than $300. This website is perfect for online boutique.
