This is what really working very very very professional, I’m like how they always so fast making support in any questions. Service nice. I like it!
My daughter keep having good missing and they will not give her refund they are ripping people off if I keeps happening I will seek legal advice

I received the below response after requesting a refund of £28.1 on missing items. Needless to say I did not request refund repeatedly and of course they haven't deactivated my account. Not only did I lose money - I am the recipient of automated threatening email.

Ordered a pizza from Herbies In Maidenhead. The order was 30+ minutes late. Plus… the WRONG order! I waited that long for the wrong pizza! Meh 😑
It was only Tuesday after work, we’re not talking a really busy weekend or anything!
Don’t think I’ll be using this app again until Deliveroo can work out a way of updating actual real delivery times.
It’s not just quality.. delivery time also plays a big part of when & where you order.
I ordered because they said my order would be about half an hour, then it changed and then it changed again and I ended up eating late. They used to give your refunds and the person I spoke with said I would get a full refund but this is a lie. Also the service fee is a rip off.
Horribly dreadful services! Cyclist was waiting some feet away from my flat, as I could track his route while waiting, whilst it was said on my online tracking "Alex will be there in 1 minute ". Finally this cheesy Alex just decided to leave (maybe having eaten my food,paid by me) and it appeared on the phone that "the order has been delivered ". His name was there as a contact but there was no contact number accessible. Deliveroo and their people are pure thieves. Just stay away from them.
Part of my order was missing so I contacted deliveroo who emailed me back to say that they will not refund me for the missing items. What kind of customer service is that?! Paid for items that I never even received and all I received was an automated email telling me that I will not be refunded. Beyond a joke, that is how you treat your customers, shame on you deliveroo! Never again will I order from a company that steals my money! I'm sure that I'm not the first and will not be the last! From a company that clearly makes a ridiculous amount of money, and do not need to steal from their loyal customers!
Absolutely disgusting the way I’ve been treated ordered from cottage log in Middleton Manchester didn’t receive order got abuse of Deliveroo aswel as the food place deleted my account and app and will NOT be using again and I didn’t receive a refund!!
I will never use deliveroo anymore. My order never arrived. When l track my order said it has been delivered. 👎
This was my third purchase from Lee Garden Chinese N19 and as the first two meals were very very good in my opinion, I felt that it was reasonable to expect the same on my third visit.
I was very surprised in the contrast to the previous meals, Sweet & Sour chicken balls were heavy, dark balls of bad tasting chicken, both Chow Mein dishes were stale and tired looking, rice was cold and gloopy. The chicken curry bore no resemblance to the previous experience being almost inedible, lacking flavour. The Sesame prawns on toast were spoiled with S&S sauce. The only element that met the previous standard were the Spare ribs which I enjoyed. All in all this was a most disappointing meal and I won't be revisiting Lee Garden takeaway again.
I complained immediately and was offered the choice of a voucher or a refund and I chose the refund and was informed that I would be gotten back to but this never happened, forcing me to contact Deliveroo again. Following some toing and froing the upshot of all my complaints was a paltry £14 partial refund (of a £60+order)
I have signed up to an offer of free delivery for a year which I have now cancelled as I won't be using Deliveroo ever again. Steer clear.

Paid for an order with a voucher. Order cancelled and they wont refund it.
Said I'd get free delivery and then a deliery charge showed up on the final ordering screen. What is even going on with it. I declined to make the order on that basis. Complete waste of time.
I would give 0 stars if I could because this has been the worst customer service ever. I'm deleting this app and never using it again.

Never use this shambles app you will be disappointed!! Order a Chinese which said will be delivered in 20 mins I live less than a mile away from takeaway. Received my out for delivery notification and watched my Chinese be taken the opposite way in another direction and was stationary for 20 minutes!! When it finally arrived I asked why was you in a total wrong area to be told I had another delivery- no apology nothing! Low and behold it arrived cold but being hungry I reheated and used online chat to at least receive an apology but nothing! I was told I will be refunded 1.99!! I said no way and emailed head office as this wasn't about the money more the principle it was out of order and they couldn't see that! After over a week of chasing I received an email stating no further action will be taken... listen to these honest reviews and order takeaway through the shop NEVER use this joke of an app
This company is disgusting, they started collecting a delivery fee subscription without my consent. It came on my credit card, I complained and tried to get my money back, I requested my card provided refrain to paying any further request for payment, filled in the forms, payment number 2 was stolen by Deliveroo, now they will not respond to me, so closed my Deliveroo account, again they stole payment number 3, complained and again nothing. The only way I can stop this payment will be to close the credit card, as they refuse to stop issuing the payments on Deliveroo's request.
So in my experience the service is no existent whilst they continue to try and steal money from me.
