If I could give a 0 stars, I would! Ordered a very expensive monitor from Dell in February 2022. Delivery date changed twice to June 2022. Cancelled order in April 2022 - Still no refund 30 days later. I cannot reach anyone at Dell UK via phone or email. Dreadful service.
Not able to leave zero stars but I would. Worst experience ever. Purchased brand new XPS 9520 with extended service plan and tech support. Have had computer two weeks-discovered it didn’t have the sound drivers installed. After two days on the phone with tech support-they lost all of my files and and failed to install the drivers. Now o have nothing. Now waiting on a usb with the new operating system that they say will fix everything. I have serious doubt. These people are polite and try hard but in the end are ineffective and worse-they leave you with less then you started. It remains to be seen if I return the laptop for a replacement: I will not be reimbursed for lost job time of mine or the expense of data migration and other apps. Would not recommend.
I bought a card that Dell support told me was compatible and of course it was not and delivered months late./ Now t hey will not refund my purchase.

Bought a Dell inspiron touch screen laptop just 4 months ago,,now screen display is not working,,customer care service is just polite and good for nothing,,they just keep transferring your calls,there are other good laptops at this range,,please think twice before purchasing this.
It is just not worth. the Laptop came with an LCD issue and now they're asking 369£ to fix it, which is just ridiculous on an 1399£ laptop. This should be a good laptop? The biggest mistake ever. First and last time buying a Dell product.
I bought an Alienware, which doesn’t work. They replaced the original motherboard with a refurbished one. According to their technician the original motherboard was working fine, problem was something else. Still it was replaced. The computer refuses to boot randomly. For its quality, i now feel i paid so much for absolutely nothing. The customer service makes sure to wear you out by making you tell your problem to layers of technicians who try to empathize but do nothing to solve the problem. I would warn to not buy this pricey and over promised product.
I purchased a Dell Inspiron 3880 in November 2021. It has not worked properly from date of purchase. It has been returned to Dell where they replaced the hard drive, reinstalled the operating system and replaced the main logic board. The machine does not work properly still. I have been on the phone 4 times with support and the problem still exists. I do not recommend this machine.
A sneaky and snakey company IMO. Current issue of frustration is that I ordered a mouse and laptop sleeve exactly two months ago today. I've been charged for the items, but still haven't received them.
I bought a £580 Dell Lap Top what a mistake. It is supposed to be a lap top but isnt, the controls are far too near to the edge and the slightest brush with clothing when you are writing and it starts up the page inserting what you are writing on the end of other words, which is immensely annoying . Dont know if it is the computer or the crap windows 10, not a patch on Windows 7 XP. Today I got yellow lines suddenly appearing on the document I was writing. It often goes berserk running the page up and down.When on some sited I am looking at something and press a button for more info and it comes on but does not hold and disappears up the top.. Things change by them selves, total rubbish but them what do you expect made in China
They sell downloadable software such as Office365, but you don't have access until a few days... You get an order detail that's confusing mentioning a shipment date and ETA... I then requested my order to be cancelled. A few days later (?!?) I received a link to download the software, and the support request mentionned I now have access to the link. As I already purchased O365 directly from Microsoft, I never clicked on the received link to download and requested my order by cancelled. They replied software are not refundable... I also bought a Desktop (2600$) but from my overall experience I'll simply never buy again from them.
