My experience working with Diamondere was a pleasure from start to finish. Cherie was the artisan who replied to my initial inquiry and was there along the way with any questions I had. I was also able to customize my order. After my order was placed, I received prompt notifications about the fabrication process and when to expect my order. My ring was packaged very securely and arrived right on time! And yes, it is as beautiful as I expected it would be. Diamondere's website is very clear and easy to navigate, and I was also reassured by reviews I read about the company. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I will be spreading the word among my friends and work colleagues about Diamondere!

Earlier this week, my Evita ring arrived and it is GORGEOUS! My husband ordered the ring for our 20th wedding anniversary. He selected the ring be made with emerald stones set in a platinum band. I rarely write any reviews for products I receive but, I felt compelled to write of our experience with Diamondere for several reasons of which I will cite below.
#1 WORKMANSHIP: The ring's workmanship is exceptional. This is a very high quality and beautiful ring. The stones are a beautiful color and engraving (free) offers even more of a personal touch if you are looking to purchase a ring for someone dear.
#2 COMMUNICATION: It is bar none! Cheri is amazing and really cares and wants to get the customer's piece right. When my husband ordered the ring, for some reason the inscription part did not come through on the online order. Cheri reached out to him to verify that the ring was to be without an inscription as she noted it was free. It was only then my husband was alerted to the fact that perhaps he neglected to save the inscription or something just happened. The fact that Cheri took the time to follow up speaks volumes about the personal attention and customer service Diamondere provides. She was in constant communication with my husband when needed; for example, the ring delivery was going to be delayed and she sent an email apologizing and let him know of the delay.
#3 PEACE OF MIND: A major purchase like my ring or anything of significant value can be stressful when you're ordering online. You never know "who" is on the other end or if the reviews are even real. My husband has some health challenges and I mention this as I am very protective; I do not want him to experience any undue stress. My husband is also a very cautious person and so making this type of transaction online has the potential to be a bit unsettling for him. That first contact from Cheri put his mind at complete ease. This transaction was completely transparent, very pleasant and not stressful at all he told me.
In summary, Cheri and Diamondere offer top-notch customer service and QUALITY jewelry at more than a fair price. There are many unique pieces to choose from on their site and you can customize to your liking. Their artisans really do a fabulous job. I have gotten so many compliments on my new ring. The website is easy to navigate and Diamondere are very responsive to concerns and inquiries. I am recommending them to all my friends and family as well as to whoever is reading this review. I just have to say I would recommended this company to anyone. Their customer service was spot on. Diamondere sent me a confirmation email every time that I had a problem. Even a warning email about black gold and how it fades quickly asking if I still wanted to proceed with that style. There was a lot of hiccups in my order a lot lol. At first I put in the wrong shipping address which they immediately fixed. I dealt with the same customer service agent each time named Cherie who was absolutely amazing. We had to put a rush on my order due to the wedding being so last minute and it still got sent on time. Now where I am really ranting and raving about this company is this. The day before the ring arrived I had to kick my fiance out of the house and the whole wedding was called off. I emailed Cherie once again and she walked me through step by step how to return and receive a full refund. If I ever plan on getting married again this will be the company I order from. Good customer service is so hard to find now a days. The ring by the way was absolutely stunning. Glad my fiance didn't see it before we broke up!

Your designs are absolutely stunning and it took me ages to choose what I wanted (months in fact). There are no other designs like this in the world and the range of emeralds and other gems and diamonds that I could choose were so incredibly user friendly --and gold as well. The photos were so user friendly--and sizing was super easy. I ordered the ring from Austrlaia and it arrived exactly on time and it was exactly as it was in the photos --EXACTLY. And it is so very beautiful. The price was FANTASTIC. I have been wanting to buy myself an emerald ring for years but I could never find a special design like this in any shop--and your designs are so amazingly beautiful. Online experience: From choosing the setting to deciding the gem/stone, the process has never been easy and smooth.

Customer service: Cherie was helpful in answering my questions and responding quickly to provide update and assistance.

Probably the only disappointed thing I can think of was I was hoping I would get the emerald quality rating certificate from the gemologist with my purchase but the only thing included was the basic ring info and the carat weight of the emerald vs rating (AAAA, color, etc)…. Diamondere only did that for the diamond that came with the setting.

Although I did not get the exact gem I chose on the website the jeweler was able to choose a unique and similarly beautiful emerald for the ring.

My partner and I decided to get matching rings for our upcoming wedding. After a lot of research at local stores and online, we decided to go with Diamondere. Cherie contacted us within a couple of days of placing our order. She wanted to make sure it was not a mistake (we ordered two of the exact same rings since we're both women). She stayed in contact with us throughout the process, and when we received our rings, we were thrilled with the results. The rings were everything we hoped Diamondere would be and more! Beautiful craftsmanship and quality stones. We couldn't be happier with our choice and will definitely talk with Cherie next time we want to order an custom piece of jewelry!

Diamondere is one of the few places that you can really customize high quality jewelry pieces with a plethora of options of colored gemstones. Their website gives you a lot of options/inspiration, but you can get just about anything you like if you e-mail jeweler.

The customer service is also high quality. I purchased the Ayama style engagement ring and customized it with a central diamond and swapped out the marquis cut side stones for amethysts. We were able to easily send the ring back to get it resized at no extra cost and later decided to order a matching wedding band.

When the wedding band came, we were not satisfied because it did not exactly match the shape of the previously purchased engagement band. We were a little concerned, but as soon as we let Diamondere know about our concerns, Diamondere asked us to send both rings back to them (paying the shipping costs themselves) and actually rebuilt BOTH rings to make sure that they were a perfect match. They even managed to get the rings back to us in time for our Wedding!. (only three weeks away).

After having a terrible experience walking into several physical jewelry stores, I would highly recommend Diamondere for high quality custom jewelry for a special occasion. Although I will note that their gemstones tend to cost a little more than comparable stones at other jewelers. But they won't try to pressure and upsell you like a car dealership.

Looking for a engagement ring that will fit my girlfriend unique taste, I was lucky to find Diamondere that had the will and ability to offer custom design that was just perfect!

I was in contact with Cherie and Anish, who were both very professional and friendly. There were 2-3 design cycles, Diamondere quickly made changes in the model fast according to my requests, I sensed that making the design "work" and to satisfy the customer was top priority.

I got all the necessary laboratory documentation and assurances I requested and a high quality stone.

Shipping the ring from the USA to Germany also went smooth.

Searched all online online Diamond stores for my new men's wedding ring. I am so happy I found Diamondere. There rings are more unique, beautiful and custom made for you. I bought the Cindy Princess cut VS Diamond ring for men in platinum. The diamonds sparkle with such nice colors when the light hits it. The quality is so good. Web site is easy to look through nd the descriptions of the rings and diamonds are right on the page you look at. After I placed my order I was able to send emails asking about ring sizes and I did receive responses back right away. Diamondere gave me a 4 day window of delivery and it came on time. My finace wanted an engagement ring with our birth stone in it because diamonds, although nice, are far too common. I don't doub that this ring would be amazing with a diamond in the center, but we went with citrine and VS diamonds. It arrived in good time, fit perfectly, and she gets so many compliments on it wherever she goes. Shortly after my purchase, Diamondere emailed me with an offer for matching bands, which give this ring a triple band and double halo when put together. Those came out gorgeous too. Again... VS diamonds all around. We're getting married on June 15th, and we cannot wait to put it all together for the ultimate, unique ring. Thanks Diamondere!

I love my ring, the blue topaz looks so much nicer than the picture on the website, it sparkles and it's bright (totally eye catching). I didn't rate it a 5 because the actual ring versus the online picture/video look a little different. Perhaps the picture and video are maginfied to show the details of the ring, but in reality the side stones & details on the side of the ring are a lot more subtle/small. All in all, I love my ring, it looks beautiful and I will definitely be purchasing from diamondere again. I wish there was a way so that I can upload a picture of the ring on my finger.

How can I thank Diamondere for such an exquisite Claddagh emerald ring for my beautiful granddaughter. In too many cases, the image used as a selling tool is more attractive than the actual item, but this is definitely NOT the case here. This ring is far more beautiful than the picture which had convinced me to choose Diamondere among all the other websites I visited. I cannot wait to present it to our beloved granddaughter. Her First Communion date has not yet been set, so I will be sneaking a peek at this thing of beauty whenever I need an extra shot of joy. The bright green and heart shaped emerald clearly makes this a unique, simple, and elegant piece of jewelry, one that will add to her memories of us long after we have gone Home. The ring is amazing and my fianc loves it! The customer service was nice and helpful from Cherie. I received the ring very quickly after ordering it and it looks identical to the ring on the selling page. Overall happy! Only thing i did not like is that the engraving on black gold does not show. Luckily I didnt pay for it. Also, the ring was smaller than I had expected, so be prepared that it may not be the exact size your are envisioning from the web page. Not real complaints, just warnings. Wish it would have been bigger or at the very least the engraving was visible. But she loves it and I love her.

I was so excited to receive my ring and when I opened it I was not disappointed at all. My husband purchased this for me for our 20th wedding anniversary. My original engagement ring was a diamond in yellow gold which I never wear anymore. Being an April child I have diamond jewelry but I never really liked it as an engagment ring I always wanted something different and then as I got older I tend to wear more silver than yellow gold. The picture of this ring makes the ring setting and band look chunkier than it is. It is well built and a thicker setting which I love since I am hard on my jewelry but it also has a very delicate look to it. And the topaz color is amazing. My husband said he went back and forth with the idea of getting a London topaz instead of the Swiss and I am so glad he went with the Swiss one. The London is lovely but a darker blue the medium blue hue of the Swiss topaz is amazing. Thank you diamondere. You can bet I will order more jewelery through you and recommend you to family and friends.

My fiancé searched for a sapphire engagement ring (as we're both September babies & blue sapphire is our birthstone). He found Diamondere & it is UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! He also asked for engraving on the inside of the ring, which was beautifully written (and centered!). He told me of the great customer service as Diamondere corresponded frequently. When I came around to choosing my wedding band I searched online & finally thought of going to the place where my engagement ring came from. Their selection of sapphire wedding bands is vast & when I chose the one I loved, Cherie immediately messaged me & asked about the backstory to the band I chose so they could appreciate their craft even more! How awesome is that?! I sent her a picture of my engagement ring along with the band I chose & they got to work.

I was hestitant about using an online jewelry company but after reading reviews and doing my research on the diamondere I decided to use them. I couldn't have made a better decision as the ring Cyrene was just as I thought it would be and would look on my now fianc finger. It's a beautiful ring and very simple but with the 18k the ruby really pops. My fianc and people who have seen it love it as its very unique compared the typical diamond ring. The price was great and obvs the quality beats anything you will find in your high street jeweler. Lastly, Diana was fantastic with communication and delivering the ring for when I needed it. Thank you again Diamondere for a great experience and I would highly recommend you to my friends, family and general public.

I have used Diamondere for a couple of years now and, I cant express enough how incredible the stones are in addition to the craftsmanship, which is exquisite. I have been beyond pleased with each and every purchase. I have even had a ring customized to accent my engagement ring and Diamondere got it perfectly right even with the distance of their jeweler. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality jewelry. I am not one to buy jewelry online but I will tell you, Diamondere does it right and with exceptional service. I have been using Diana as my personal representative and she never ceases to amaze me with her selection of stones and her people skills.

I have been excited about this ring for a long time. I've looked at it online. Saved a picture on my phone.
We saved up and my husband purchased it for me for Christmas and our anniversary.
I received it a couple days before Christmas, and I was so disappointed. There is a middle band with this ring and it came loose- so I'm going to have to pay a jeweler to bond it together. The middle band has sapphires and a multiple raised "small accent round gold" pieces which rub the side of my finger- especially since it moves constantly.

The band is so wide it looks like a mans ring- it does not taper when going towards the back of the ring/

The diamonds appear to be much larger on the computer screen than what is actually on the ring.

Moral of the story- go to a jewelry store so you can actually see and try on what you are purchasing.

Also we paid to have it expedited- but Diamondere emailed right before it was scheduled to be delivered and said it would not be coming because it was not finished.

I ordered 3 rings. Cher was awesome to work with and kept me informed along the way. I am only keeping one of the rings, however, a beautiful garnet and diamond ring. The other two rings were about $1200 or so each plus the protection plan I purchased for each of them and unfortunately, the other 2 rings look like cheap rings you'd get at Walmart, even with upgrading all of the rings to the best quality stones Diamondere offered on their site. I'll be returning those 2 rings but proudly wear the garnet and ruby!

While the service was great and they arrived within the time frame I hoped, I will stick to going to a jeweler so I can see what the jewelry looks like.
