I know there was a death there in 2015 however "nothing found". I did ask before ordering if the records were current.

I got suckered into buying a report for my house. Don't do it! I know that a 24-year-old woman died in the house in the 1890s. She wasn't in the report. NONE of the people who we know lived in this house since 1885, besides my family, were listed as associated with this address. Instead, quite a few Hispanic and Hmong surnames were listed. Since we know every resident family since the house was built, we can be sure that none of the people allegedly associated with the house actually were. Scam! If you really want to know about your house, hire a researcher. It will cost more, but will give you accurate information.

I used this website last night, and by 9am the next morning I had 5 calls from various spam numbers from different states, and 2 spam text messages. Do NOT use this website!

I love the site, DiedInHouse do say that they do not have all the info, and they do say no refunds, which is just like carfax, but for only $12 I can see all the people who lived at the house not just the owners, you don't get that when you buy the house, if you do a full property search it can take hours to get all the people who lived in a house, and the sites can cost way more than $12. And I got a follow up report where they found some more info for me that I didn't get on the instant report. I recommend the site to anyone who is buying or renting, know who lived in your house before you did. If you know you can be better prepared if something goes wrong or someone comes looking for someone, you know why.

Not worth the $12. You get a list of anyone who died in the house (in my case, no one) and then a list of people who have lived in the house, which is basically a long list of the same names over and over with varying degrees of misspellings. I was merely curious to see about my house, but I basically just wasted $12.
