Awful experience. Seller is slow and incompetent. I get the account (ps4 account), and while playing the game I get constantly thrown out of the game. Then the seller changes the password and ignores me for 5 days and im left sitting. Then he finnaly responds with the new password which he changes again shortly afterwards. He then gives me the new password but I have to get a verification code to get in the account but the seller says that no verification code has come when I have resent the code multiple times and then I suggest some other actions that he could do that would help me but he just rudely replies and basically says that I go f*** myself.

Purchased a game from a seller called GamesGuru. It took nearly 3 days to receive the game after no communication from the seller and then when I finally play the game its broken and won't let me play for more than 5 minutes and still no update or response from the seller after many messages to the seller and difmark response team. but happy to take people's money for broken games. Disgraceful

I purchased a game which said it was 'Instant' delivery, I waited a while and got impatient and just bought the game on Nintendo and asked for a refund. The guy then responds 7 hours later and somehow forces it to show that I 'confirmed' delivery when I never did? Wouldn't trust this website at all seems very phishy you don't seem to get any support from the actual website you have to deal with some random seller.

Poor customer support and the people selling stuff on the site are not exactly quick to respond. Took me over 6 hours to get what I thought was a code for a game but instead he wanted me to have whole new steam account to play on.

After trying to get my code through this poorly designed site. I attempted to contact customer service. Tyler,He was incredibly rude and would not provide what I paid for. He then closed the chat without answering my questions. HE STOLE MY MONEY.

Never buy in this store!!Everything is described beautifully in the description before purchase!and as a result, you will receive only the data to log in to steam.There's nothing else you can do.You will not be able to change the data.You won't be able to play online.You will only get a steam account that can only work offline!!

This company is a joke! On the website they say you’ll get a instant delivery and when you order the Poorly and sending chat templates with “working on it”, “I will message once it’s ready” and many more. The sellers name is GameGiver but he does not give anything. I added them on telegram and sended them a few emails and they give you poor support.
They say you will get lifetime warranty on you purchase on the website and when you ask if they can help all they say is that they will put high priority on your order and that they will notify the seller. And when you Want more info about your order they will ignore you.
So watch out! And DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DIFMARK. They ignore and scam you. Never reply and there not cooperating with there customers.

These are Russian scammers who will steal your money, they are also selling stolen accounts. RUN!!!!
For a start, all of these "CD Keys" are just stolen accounts that they have phished from people you do not receive any keys only account credentials. Just so you know, I have contacted them and they were disgustingly rude. I've never in my life experienced "Support" like that. In fact, because I had previously asked them for the support they knew my name and did not accept my live chat request. Instead, I had to create a fake name and email and act as if I wanted to purchase something and of course, they answered my live chat request instantly at that point. (I will attach the chat transcripts as it was honestly like nothing I've ever experienced.. I'm serious... Don't think that this is some review written out of anger and haste... it's not.. they are legitimate scammers who collude with the sellers on the site, all accounts on the website are stolen and they then attempt to recover them after selling them) All the positive reviews you see were paid for. If you don't believe me just read them and you'll see the trend and how they are written.
They say ohhh contact support and we will be happy to help. This is a complete lie to make you believe they are professional. If you open a case or a request for a refund they will not reply to you, one said and I quote "fu*k off you stupid c*nt you lost your money, get over it" and closed my chat, I was forced to act under a different alias in order to gain any response.
As I said they state contact us and we'll be happy to help. It's a complete lie, the only time I got them to reply to me via live chat or email was when I faked my identity and pretended to be a new customer and these dumb pieces of **** scammers believed it. Btw they denied me a refund until I said ok we'll I will write a bad review and when I said that he proceeded to abuse me and returned the money.
I could write you a 10-page document as to why but I don't have time XD. If you don't believe me look at their reviews, they clearly pay for good reviews. it's no coincidence that 50% say RUN THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! and the other 50% say omg this was the greatest service I've ever experienced and hmmm how od that 50% in favour are in broken English. They stole my money and they will steal yours too.
UPDATE: They have since attempted to use my saved debit card information to purchase over $5000.000 worth of cd keys from their own website. Thankfully my bank stopped it, but it could have been a lot worse!

I bought an steam account with F1 22, I've got the username and the password and once the Guard code.
After when I logged in I saw someone playing on this account. I asked the seller how can this be so? He didn't answer. I asked if you could send me the email address and the related things so that the account is 100% mine? He said I can't... I asked the live support, who said that they would notify and ask the seller, but the result was that the delivery time was extended, and then I demanded a full refund, which resulted in the case being closed in favor of the seller... After I created a ticket and they said the same thing, they would notify the seller and the result was that they accepted the delivery without my will...
So my money was gone and I still dont have an account that is 100% mine...

Ordered Binding of Isaac: Repentance and received BOI:Rebirth. Flagged this up with the seller who told me to wait. 4 days later they say they don't have the game. Raised a dispute but I doubt anything will come of it. Actual trash of a store. I've now reported this with my bank. AVOID!

The seller started to ghost me as soon as I complained after 24h of not receiving my account. rude and fragmentary responses were all I got. I've let 10 days pass before realizing the seller is not going to deliver what it was promised. Alright, I thought, I bought from this site because a warranty on the product was advertised, I'm just going to ask for a refund directly from the support of the site and they are going to give me back my money.

I consider myself a fair and just person. If my order isn't with me within 24 hours from the point of purchase (more than enough time) then I'll ensure hell will be bought down upon the person I purchased from.

He comprado hace 1 semana un juego y he estado a la espera de un codigo para la descarga. Esta web fomenta la estafa porque te dan un usuario que no es propio y "supuestamente " te dan un codigo que solo dura 1 hora para poder descargar el juego, el cual nunca pude descargar ademas de poner un usuario de vete a saber quien, cuando deberian dar el codigo de descarga y listo. Contestan cuando les da la gana 5 o 6 horas después y aún dando instrucciones para que me lo facilitarán de manera fácil nunca lo hicieron. SOIS unos LADRONES y fomentais la ESTAFA así de simple pq 1 codigo que es instantáneo y después de 1 semana no me lo deis habiéndolo pagado y siendo un regalo para 1 niño, que robais la ilusión de mi hijo con un servicio horrible y a momento actual me habéis robado así de simple y encima tenéis la poca vergüenza de darle el status máximo de usuario a una persona que estafa a los otros. You want to get a key for a game ? just don't use this site. if the seller give you a not working key, they just close your ticket when you claim and give the money to the seller without your agreement... in fact you pay and you get nothing... just go elsewhere to spend you money...

I tried to buy a key for forza horizon 5 here, at the time of purchase it was not clear to me that this is not a key but a "borrowed" (and probably shared) steam account over which you have no control.

I advise everyone to watch out for these scammers. You have no guarantee whatsoever that this steam account will not be shared with others or will suddenly stop working. And it's only suitable for offline - something that wasn't even mentioned when I bought it.
In addition, the big problem is that difmark chooses the side of the scammer/seller (maybe they are the same person?) and they therefore do not want to give you a refund if you indicate that you want to buy a legal key elsewhere. I've been emailing them back and forth for weeks now and they still refuse to refund. So avoid this site, and especially avoid this scammer (playking), who may also be active on other sites!

You do not receive anything, they write you you will get your order in the near future, then i told them i want my money back because that already seemed super sus, they just didn‘t give it back to me and also didn‘t send me the order. Don‘t order here, it‘s just a scam!! Even the sellers with good reviews, which are probably fake.

Good site, good prices. People say its a scam you dont get nothing bla bla bla.. you but an account that can download the game en switch users and play the game on your OWN account. And there are different methods to archieve that.
