I loved this display. Made it so easy to transport & show off my product. My customers loved it, too.

Incorrect item was ordered and I called to cancel the order, which was confirmed by a customer service rep. The order was sent anyway and when I sent it back and was told that I would get a full refund, they deducted for shipping (both ways).

An extremely smooth process from end-to-end. Found exactly what I was looking for, read through the reviews of the specific product, and then added it to the cart for purchase.
The product shipped out expeditiously and arrived without an issue, and the product was great quality.

Shipping was fast, build was easy and the product itself seems solid, but the front piece came with some knicks in it. Not ideal, but didn't want to have to deal with disassembling, packing, and shipping back. A little black nail polish or sharpie should do the trick.

The frames came, we returned because there was an error on our end.

ordered (62) Poster frames. shipped and received them quickly. (4) frames arrived without poster trim and were unable to use. Displays2go is reimbursing us for the (4) oddball frames.

Julia was AMAZING!! We were missing a weight to one of our poster stands and she was very easy to work with and communicated so well. She was able to get our weight shipped immediately in time for our event. Thanks Julia!

I ordered 10 signs and 8 out of 10 were scratched. Displays2Go was responsive and gave me a partial refund but I would have rather had better product than the refund.

I only needed a replacement piece for my brochure stand and although I couldn't buy the exact one for my stand, the rep helped me find a different one that would work and it fit great!

Excellent verticle banner holder. Fit separate banner tautly and steadily. I like the carrying case and the lightweight of the holder. The price was excellent. I liked it so much I shared the product on private Facebook page.

This was a terrible make, put a few things on the shelf and it Tipped over like the leaning Tower!!

Policies to replace damaged items & accept returns & issue credits is just as advertised. Wonderful customer service & the best source of slatwall fixtures I have found.

I ordered for the first time and when asked how my experience was I requested a call and received one much to my surprise! They went above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction & for this reason I highly recommend!

The products are good but something but there always seems to be issues when we order from them. Orders aren't complete, different prices are given, and we were charged tax on the shipping fee recently. It does not appear that staff are properly trained for the issues i've dealt with; It is aggravating and time consuming. I hope to find another company that sells these specialty products.

The display set arrived broken. Completely smashed at the hinge. After multiple attempts to contact your company, we still have no response.

The magazine racks that we ordered for our conference were very easy to assemble and looked great. The only issue we had was shipping them back to the home office. They did not fit in the crate we had so we put them in the bags that came with them and shrink-wrapped them. Unfortunately, since the bags were very thin, the racks punctured through and became bent in shipping so we will not be able to use them again for our next conference.

The horizontal and vertical slatwalls are very useful for our board and its easy to use and put up as well. Quality is good as well!

I was glad to hopefully have found a solution to my problem, but then I had to order a minimum of 5. I did, but they did not fit so they had to be returned. I spent almost $55.00 and after I returned all 5, my credit was only $26.00. I was going to purchase the larger size nameplate holders, but it's a costly expense if I do not like them or they do not work.

First-time customer. Very satisfied overall. Product was as expected. Delivery was great! Much faster than expected.
Just one, relatively minor issue. While the display was not difficult to assemble, the assembly instructions were not completely clear.
