I used Devidebuy to purchase my new mattress from Otty.
The process was easy and approval instant
No issues at all. They let me know in advance that my payment is coming twice before they take the payment. I can see my remaining installments easily from their portal

Up to now I have had a good experience with DivideBy, but I was recently declined for credit by you. I have never, in 40+ years of being financially independent, defaulted on credit and I have not defaulted on any arrangement thus far with DivideBy so I am not happy that my credit score may be affected by this refusal. VERY unhappy and unlikely to use you again.

An excellent and transparent way of getting credit to buy larger purchases. Simple to set up and regular updates on whats been paid and whats outstanding.

When choosing this method of finance, I was not sure if any additional paperwork would be required from me. To my surprise, they only needed a debit card details and that was it.
They send you a reminder every month before the payment due date both by mail and phone.
It's super easy and hassle free.

Customer service was terrible although i had paid of my balance i wanted to be reassured so i contacted CS team, absolutely terrible service, didnt want to acknowledge my query and then was told i've failed security so i will not be using divide again.

The website is not good. I updated my credit card but I kept getting messages to say I hadn’t paid, and had to do it manually. It’s not an intuitive website.

I am very happy with this loan company.
An immediate decision was made when I applied for the loan and reminders of the next payment due are sent in good time.

Terrible customer service, I have been trying to change my payment to a different debit card, can't do it over the phone so went online but it's still charging payments to my original card. Tried calling by phone but staff are very unhelpful, will never use them once paid off or recommend them to anyone

A quick easy process providing the criteria is met, your kept informed all the way, notification is given before each payment is taken. All in all first class repayment system.

Very pleased with the way DivideBuy works, but most of all the communication each month showing the installments paid and those scheduled, so you always know where you are with the payments.

It’s the second time I’m using this company, so far so good. The first one’s payments were deducted as per agreement and stopped when completed. So far it’s the Same on second one, i will review when completed.

I've been very impressed with DivideBuy. I get a monthly reminder of the forthcoming payment being taken, plus I like the clear installment guide showing each payment date and how many installments are still left to pay. I wish everyone did this.

Got charged £56 for ending an agreement early because goods were returned for being unsatisfactory. Unscrupulous con in my opinion. I paid £280 and got £224 back. Would never recommend based on that rate of interest charged on aim interest free agreement.

Recent payment due to the original 12 monthly arrangement being set up as "bank card payment".
As I had received a new bank card this caused the monthly payment to stop and me receive email advising payment "unable to be collected".
I received a new bank card to comply with the new security measures being set up to prevent fraudulent activities.
I was of the understanding the 12 monthly agreement was a direct debit.
Maybe these agreements should be set up as a direct debit.
