I have contacted this establishment more than once in regards to my three items. The fact a receipt never arrived AFTER making the purchase was a red flag BUT i gave it the benefit of the doubt. Its been days since inquiring on my three safety belts. I will also be filing two more complaints in regards to this companies conduct.

Dog Pawty took my money and I never received item. I ordered it close to a year ago. I have yet to hear anything from them... I will never deal with Dog Pawry again.

Total scam can't believe I let myself get roped in but REALLY BAD that offers come through the App Store adverts. Don't believe the reviews with 4 stars Dog Pawty have written them themselves I am sure. BUYERS BEWARE DONT DO IT

I ordered a pair of paw earrings and a bracelet paid over $27. What I got was plastic and cheap metal. I also ordered 2 t-shirts one was iron on not screened the was a full size smaller than marked. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Dog Pawty also tricked one my orders to add an item I did not want. First they said they'd refund the amount but didn't. I am still waiting over 2 weeks. I complained so they gave me an additional refund. I will probably never see them. They never answer their phone or return calls. This place is a scam!

Ordered a dog collar on 1st June when Dog Pawty promote a free collar, end up paying around $8. Today is 13th August and I still have not received the product. Have complained 3 times, after the 2nd time you guys admitted a problem that caused the product not been sent. You didn't offer any worthy compensation. Just a voucher towards purchase to replace the unsent product, I asked to just resend the product now. 3 weeks has passed since then, I sent another email and no response.

I had ordered my dog a leash but he passed away unexpectedly a few hours later and so I emailed them to cancel the order. Despite describing the situation to them Dog Pawty said that they couldn't do the refund because they don't give refunds. If a company doesn't give refunds don't trust them.

12 weeks after I had placed my order I contacted for a ship date. Turns out the order was "stuck" in China but Dog Pawty could send me a discount coupon for something else I would most likely never receive. They make their money sucking up freight charges and not sending the order. Stay away from this place.

I never ever ever received what I ordered from them and am convinced Dog Pawty just stole my credit card information. If it seems to good to be true it is. I tried contacting customer service and they just kept promising my order would come... I waited months. Now I'm reporting this awful company to the BBB. Protect yourself and NEVER ORDER FROM DOG PAWTY!

I ordered an XL harness for my Labrador. Waited about 5 weeks for delivery - no problem. However, when I received the package, the harness was made for an animal MAYBE the size of a medium cat - not an XL 80 lb. dog. When I tried to return and get a refund, I was denied - stating Dog Pawty were not responsible for my ordering the incorrect size so would not refund my money. NOT MY FAULT THAT THEIR SIZES ARE RIDICULOUS. Wouldn't order from this company again even if they agreed to PAY ME to take the product.
