50 euro is Way Too Expensive for no apparent reason to post the dog on sale, when DoneDeal or Adverts were allowed to advertise dogs it would cost 3.99 and dogs also had microchips. I only had 2 lovely pups and wanted to sell them cheap. Not every one is a puppy farmer you know. Disgraceful, you must think people sleep on money when you cash 50 euro per ad. You should be ashamed of yourself. 9.99 even would be too little to fill your pockets?

Very safe way of advertising
As a registered breeder I do find it expensive if I’m advertising two separate litters it cost 100 uro for the two ads

5 star service. Any issues I had setting up advert were handled diligently and efficiently by Paul and the team. Good follow through also in insisting on seeing my documentation before ad placed. This gives better protection to potential buyers and credibility to the dogs being advertised.

I had to rehome my puppy due to severe dog allergies. Even though ive owned a dogs for 40 years. Some people just ring or text 1 line and offer a small amount of money. Some don't even question the price. A couple sent messages explaining why they were interested and what kind of home they could offer the pup. I wanted a loving home and spent 3 hours talking to the new owners to make sure she was going to be happy with them. I would like to see some kind of questionnaire that needs to be filled out to avoid these puppy farms. I will be in contact with new owner constantly to make sure puppy is happy. I understand to some it's a business but regardless I think some information should be attached to inquiry for all dogs.

Sharon was very helpful in getting the ad and pictures sorted out. The website attracts people genuinely interested in getting a pet so I was reassured selling my pups that they are going to good homes.

Posted ad last Thursday. Have had a few texts enquiring but nothing came of them, all time wasters. Haven't heard anything more. Text messages is a bad option would prefer if people made a phone call

From start to finish Paul and Sharon were amazingly helpful . If I could give them 10 stars I would . Highly recommend this site .

I haven’t had one enquiry or message and for the cost of advertising I really thought that this would be a perfect place to advertise

Hi all in dogs.ie you are a big part of my business and really appreciate all that you do extremely professional and never have a problem with a customer signing a puppy thanks again…

I don't believe my ad to be recieving views as it is so far back and so many ads go up. I am being requested to pay to "bump" my ad after I accidentally used i think free bumps on the first hour of posting yet I paid for the ad and was not aware there would be more charges afterwards. I incorrectly put in the wrong date of birth and the post does not let me update this either so the ads not even correct.

as long as you know all of the information the site requires your ok but when your description of your dogs are locked in and cannot be changed it is difficult for any buyers to know which puppy has been sold and what puppies are left, expecially when you want to give anymore information regarding the dogs that are left and that their may be a reduction on price, like nearest offers, or looking for a wonderful loving first home for them.

Overall an excellent facility. We sold a pup last week. The website and application process took a while to navigate but I understand why it needs to be the way it is. It our first experience of selling a puppy. I definitely feel safer using the site.

While uploading data is simple. The constant addition of new dogs pushes you further down the page,( I has on page 12 in 2 days), this forces to pay more in order to bump up the page but yet again it doesn’t take long to move several pages back. It is even scarier when you look at the ads that are added and find that 3 to 4 come from the same place, but they just keep getting pushed to the top. This is extremely frustrating especially only time wasters asking to come play with you dog message you. I have yet to get a serious offer for the dog on dogs.ie and am extremely doubtful I will, this experience is a waste of time and money

Very poor as I could only edit limited info to boost my advert and not sold anything or had any enquires and paid €12 to boost

Hi I found to have a lot of people looking for a lot lower price and with price of advertising and all the experience involved from 65 euro a bag nuts vacc.chip etc. I can't do it so therefore puppy is not sold. So if you want to help please reduce the price per advert. The reason I wouldn't recommend is it to experience

Hi Paul,
I’d like to ad a suggestion to enhance your page. I breed Rhodesian Ridgebacks & I have noticed that when I place an ad or bump it up it’s way down the list within a few hours. Would you consider running a spotlight / featured ad option? I’m a licensed breeder & I’d rather pay for a featured ad that the bump up option. The bump up option in my opinion doesn’t represent good value for money.
I’m am willing to discuss this with you on 086 3855309 & if you want to run a trial with my ad Id gladly cooperate & provide feed back.

Expensive. You would need to bump up the add every day to get it viewed, and reach people, also using the web sight is awkward.

Good place to advertise the different breeds but it seemed to be more viewed previously and with the amount of adverts in there now it is quite easy and quickly for your advert to be placed further down the viewing listings. And then to boost it you need to pay extra funds ?

I haven't much enquiries from it yet donedeal was away better you didn't have to have dogs microchip and it only cost 3 euro to advertise
So I not two impressed yet

I liked the way that I was asked a lot of questions about what I was selling and I needed to prove that I had the correct documentation supporting what I was selling. This process helps to combat the selling of pups from puppy farms. I also liked that it was easy to communicate and received quick responses .
