Orders were placed 4 days appart.
Had Dollskill shipped on time I would have been charged around 20 GBP customs ups charge on delivery.
Instead Dolls Kill shipped orders together in a huge box, despite the orders being placed 4 days appart... Baring in mind it's 3/5 days shipping? So why wasn't my first order allready dispatched?
Anyways ups turned up today with both orders in a huge box demanding 120 GBP customs charges to deliver to me!
I can't afford this and have been unable to except package.
All I can do is hope Dollskill received their package back and refund.
When you check out it says free shipping and handling outside USA on orders over 150 USD? Allthough I was expecting a small charge as I'm aware they lie!
THIS CHARGE IS NOT STATED ON THE SITE WHICH ACCORDING TO CONSUMER REGULATIONS UK IS FALSE ADVERTISING.
EFFECTIVELY A CRIMINAL OFFENCE!
Had they shipped my first package in a timely manner? Both orders would not have been packed and shipped together in a huge box this avoiding a 120 GBP charge.
I've had to refuse delivery as I don't have 120 GBP to pay for the customs charge ups want to deliver...
REALLY BAD SHOW!
Will no longer be shopping with Dollskill.
It seems not only are they a racist byast company which has recently been brought to my attention btw... They are also deceitful.
DISGUSTING IN MY OPINION.
Why does this company get away with this?
AVOID... brands sold on dollskill can be sourced and purchased elsewhere avoiding this connandrum!
Just a heads up guys xx
Hey! Thank you for your order but we need a little bit more information to process it. It seems the information you provided does not match with the information your bank has on file. In order to send this out to you we need to see a photo copy of an ID (preferably government issued) and a photo copy of the card you used. (front and back) If you are not comfortable showing all the numbers on the front of the card you can cover up all the digits except for the last four. Please e-mail that information over to us asap so we can get this out to you, thanks!
Asking for a copy of the reverse side of my credit card, which contains the confidential information was weird. How was the payment processed if the information I provided did not match with the information the bank had on file? I told them to cancel the order, which Dolls Kill did and the amount was refunded. I lost 10$ for nothing on bank exchange rates.
Accepting payment without confirming shipping was unprofessional. So far I have never had an online seller asking for more information after receiving payment."
I digress though. The reason I'm going down like this is just the bull sh*t (don't wanna get flagged angel ( ;) when it comes to the website. Their promo codes for discounts never worked any of the times I purchased non sale or sale items. Only once did Dolls Kill attempt to replace a broken code I received for subscribing another time to leave a good review.
Most recently, they sent a promo text about hidden gift cards Hidden on the site. I immediately found one and applied it to my cart and continued to look for more codes and shop for a few hours until 8,4 hours before sale closed. Coupon and sale brought my price way down and was about to get 3 shoes unitard and other stuff for only 56.95. I did one stupid click to re add a tanning lotion and came back sale was gone, coupon was gone, items disappeared off card and total more then doubled. I screen shotted the time cuz it was only 8 and the sale ended at 12. I gave her detailed descriptions and send the photo and even reminded them this is the 3rd time I shopped initially because of a promo code only to say its invalid every time. They admitted they had a glitch on the site but they have a finders keepers motto so whoever got to use it after me got the code, even though it was applied to my account already. And I'm fault because I didn't predict a $#*! up on their part and they wouldn't even offer to throw a bone even though this happens and codes sent personally to you never work. I was planning on getting all the gear and outfits for myself and girls that work for me but this is straight crap and I need to stop falling for the cute goth boots. Really sucks and wasted my time. :(
This is not the first technical issue I've experienced with this company, but as long as you are timely, detailed, and provide pictures/documentation then Customer Service will take AMAZING care of you <3 It makes sense - if you help them do their job better by providing all necessary info upfront, the entire process is expedited.
I've never been disappointed by Dolls Kill, except for when the extra cute stuff goes out of stock before I can grab it! AND even then, restocking of the crowd favorites is reasonably timed. I'm so happy I found a merchant carrying clothes with all sorts of fun styles, fits, brands, etc that you can't really find anywhere else. I always feel so empowered when my outfits can be as loud and adventurous as my personality.
Thank you, Dolls Kill! Looking forward to supporting this company as you continue to growwwwwwwww <3:)

The branded item was pictured differently in regards to colour.
The 2nd item, Dolls Kill sent me the wrong thing and after emailing them, they said they will give me store credit. I replied saying I wasn't happy with this as they sent me the wrong item and now I'll have to pay for shipping again.
They then replied with the same first email about store credit and to confirm. I then replied back again saying this is wrong of them to only offer me this when THEY had sent me the wrong thing.
They replied back saying "your store credit has been applied". I gave up and waited a few months to check my account. My store credit wasn't there. So I emailed them again saying I'd like a refund seeing as they didn't process my credit and they sent me the wrong thing so they are at fault. I finally received a notification for store credit.
Dollskill replied back saying that their website states they only issue store credits.
But is it right for them to send the wrong product and refuse a refund?
Absolutely ridiculous.
Not sure what type of laws there are in America, but in Australia by Fair Trading, the customer is right to a refund if the product is faulty or not as described.
I'll now have to accept that I won't get my money back. Disgusting ecommerce business.
I wait 8 days for my item to be delivered and I then get an email from customs stating I have to pay £18.76 to release my boots from them. The website didnt make clear I had to pay for any custom fees when items are being delivered outside the US. So I was annoyed with this.
I then get the boots and Dolls Kill are a US 5 so a UK 3. I emailed them with my frustration on saying how unclear the size is when selecting sizes since I shoudlve selected a US 7 to make it a UK 5. However I chose the British Flag and selected a 5 as this is my size not a 3. If the website prompted me more on stating all sizes are in US then I wouldve worked out my correct size in US.
I emailed them saying I want my correct size and also told I had to cover the cost of refunding the boots which would cost a lot again since I am from the UK. They held no responsibility of making there website clearer nor offering to cover the refund costs.
The customer service is a complete waste of time and I advise to just purchase from a UK site. They are not a good worldwide site like other shops such as Zara who convert everything to UK including there sizes and currency.
If you want the story read:
Spent $66 on a halloween outfit for my party in 2017. It never turned up and had to buy a last minute costume on the day. I was told that when it did turn up I would have to pay the post service an added £11. It never did turn up anyway, apparently it got 'lost in customs'. I continuied emailing dollskill for the next year but nothing was done to help me and none of my complaints were answered. About sixth months later I tried once more to ask for a refund and was told the store credit would be added to my store account. Another few months later following a series of emails from me asking where the store credit was (which was only replied with answers saying the store credit was there when it just wasn't) I was told that the store credit had been moved into the a different account. I then said to the support team that the store credit was in an account that I had never even heard of, let alone owned. A lovely lady replied saying that she could move the money into my account so I agreed and said that would be great. Then, however, a few of days after that (over New Year's Day) email, no store credit had entered my account so I emailed customer support once more and was told that because my issue was over a year old Dolls Kill couldn't do anything about it and they couldn't find my order (which was somehow not their problem?!) and that I had apparently 'never been promised' store credit which is a JOKE. This shop is unbelievably unprofessional, messing me about for over a year as well as simply taking $66 off me and not bothering to do anything about it, even after an endless amount of my emailing. I have quite a big social media standing and I will be sure to let everyone know how appalling this 'business ' is. I have been patient and understanding so far, but I am absolutely done with the fact that I have emailed time and time again and nothing has been done to refund me or make amends.
Honestly just avoid this shop if you live in the UK, and probably anywhere else, too.
The next day i get an email saying my package will be delayed, i think okay ill give it another day i have until Saturday. The next day nothing- no i look up customer service info- Dolls Kill provide an email and a text number. I email the address and get a reply they will respond within 24-48 hours. Again, super unhelpful. When you need help you need it now- not in 2 days? They need to provide a phone number?
So the next day at 10:30pm a get a reply saying they have delays and i've been refunded for the shipping on my package. Okay great, but still no update on when i will get my package. At this point it's Wednesday night.
Next day i email again- nothing. So i try the text number-- they ask for the order # and my email, i provide that. Nothing. USELESS!
At 12:30pm Thursday 10/15 i get an email saying my package is FINALLY shipped and will be here on WEDNESDAY 10/21?!?! Excuse me? Not only is that a week from now, it's also not even within the 2-3 days!
I just emailed customer service again saying i wanted a full refund. I'm so frustrated. This company is not accessible to communicate with and solve issues, also they let you pay for faster shipping they don't even provide.
Listen- i understand things happen and the world is crazy- but then put an alert on your website that pops up when people go to check out letting them know there may be delays or don't offer faster shipping if you can't provide.
SOOO ANGRY!
There are my points:
1. Doll Kill has a very strict return policy. They accept UNUSED/UNOPENED items only. Many of the items aren't even returnable. Why some of the items I received were used and broken? I am OK if they accept used item, and I ended up receiving an used or broken item. Lets be fair OK? Their return policy protects them, not the customers. This is why I don't buy any cosmetic products from them.
2. Store credit only! Are you serious? I want to get my refund because I have received a defective item, and Doll Kill could not give me my money back. I need to pay my the return shipping too. I don't want your stupid store credit because I won't shop at Doll Kill any more.
I shipped my package two weeks ago, still have not receive any news nor store credit. I will keep my fingers crossed. They have many cool items, but please beware of their return policy and buy at your own risks.
The person actually texted back "we will refund you the store credit "! I would've laughed if I wasn't so mad. I'm usually a forgiving, easygoing person, but they are full of crap. This is a tiny company that can bend its own rules, not some gigantic corporation where they'll get in trouble for not sticking to a bad policy. They'd rather screw a customer out of $70 than practice good business.
Wake up, you Dolls Kill beatches, calling customers "BB" and "Doll" and using heart emojis is not good customer service. It's passive-aggressive BS.
I take comfort in knowing your business will fail, probably very soon.
One of the items is incredibly small, while the others are huge. The quality is actually pretty low too.
The pack arrived damaged, probably due to the shipping. Even if it wasn't me who spoiled it, the return policy states that Dolls Kill doesn't accept damaged boxes. And it is even specified that the eventual refund to your order can only be spent on their site, and that means -to a person outside USA- other additional customs fees.
Despite all this I still tried to return the items, just to find out that the expedition is totally my charge and in my case it costs 102£. My whole order's value is actually 107£ so sending the goods back would be ridiculous.
If you live outside USA it's actually impossible to return your items without spending nearly as much as you paid -or even more if you consider customs fees.
To all fellow non American people I recommend not to waste your money on this website unless you are absolutely sure that everything you'll order will fit you. And beware of the size charts;)
I'm sorry for the eventual grammar mistakes and hope this review can be helpful.
I even emailed the maker of the shoes and they were more concern ( and polite) advising me solution to fix it and even offering a better store credit on they site although I didn't buy it from them.
And 2 weeks after I've got to pay 30 euros of feeds ( I command it from france).
So I pay 130 euros for broken shoes ( and 30 more for fixing it them, my shoemaker say it will last 2 weeks or less before fail off again), seeing doc martens for the same price on their site I was thinking it was high quality stuff but I was wrong.
My advice is to check their product on their site but command it from the source, they have not a lot of exclusives and the reductions are not that good to excuse their horrible customer service.
PS: sorry for my english and to dollskill respond, yes it take me 1 year to finaly put this review but what happen was last year, they did broke 10 minutes after wearing them, not a year. And please dont try to descredit my review in public and be different in private message ( strangely you didn't respond to me after I give you all my email exchange with your customer service of last year)
Furthermore, they show items to be in stock on their website which are not in fact in stock. This happened with two items that I purchased and in one case they didn't inform me that the item wasn't available, so I only discovered that the item had sold out when I received my package with the other item I had ordered. When I contacted them about it, they told me that they had sent me a message about the item that was no longer available. So, I searched my inbox and found no such message.
Finally, the processing time for items is very slow compared to a lot of other websites.
In sum: You can find most of the same products on other websites with better customer service and lower prices.
Buyer beware!
In AUGUST I bought 112$ of stuff 4 items all on sale that were regularly priced much higher then 112$ so the value of everything I bought was higher then the price obviously.
They sent it out couldn't find the address so it was returned to sender. This happened a second time even tho. I had double checked and verified it was the correct address...
So I still haven't received it and at this point it's already been weeks not to mention I had payed extra for fast shipping... so emailing and calling their company to try to resolve this they tried telling me they couldn't send the items because they didn't have them in stock. THATS $#*!ING BS you sold it to me you must have it especially since ya know you've sent it out twice to the wrong address.
So then they try to give me store credit... 17$ anyways?!?!? Not only did the value of what I bought come out to way more then the 112$ I paid for so their store credit won't be nearly worth what I had bought... But they didn't even give the full $#*!ing amount that I paid?!?
Then trying to fix that I've been calling and emailing them multiple times only to be ignored on all calls and all emails are auto responsive that goes in a circle of endless non useful bs.
So I call the bank.
They can't reverse the transaction because they can't find it in my transaction history?!?!? But wtf. Because I never got that money back and I didn't receive the store credit of 112$ either?!?!? So good job DOLLSKILL. You've skammed another one. Well done.
