Great company - ordered from them having been let down by another supplier. Good communication and information about delivery. Product fairly priced.

I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered 5 doors weeks ago and was informed that 3 doors would not be available until the end of March. This was inconvenient but I was prepared to wait. However, i had to chase up the delivery as I still had no notification whatsoever, only to be informed that 3 doors were damaged and delivery could now be mid May, i decided to choose alternative doors which were in stock. 2 of the 5 doors originally ordered were stock items yet theae were not sent out. I was advised i would receive the doors shortly as they were all in stock. Again I chased up this order, onky to be told that the 2 doors from the original were damaged!! I was then advised they would split the order and get the other 3 doors sent out. These have still not been received. This is shocking! As they should have processed the order immediately especially having caused so much inconvenience.
I wont be ordering from this company again.
I would like to add the company have very polite staff but unfortunately that hasnt helped with my order.

You have asked me to review the glazed doors that have not yet been delivered as they are still out of stock

Very happy. Have previously bought both pre finished and unfinished items and suggest its worth paying extra for the pre finish.

Great service, really helpful. Unfortunately DPD lost the hinges but they were quick to get a replacement set sent out

Took months to arrive but it was good door when it arrived, one glazing bar was warped but one out of thirty six ain’t bad

Had a little issue at the start of my order but resolved within 24 hours amazing quick delivery and delivery drivers were absolutely fabulous

A good experience. Good communication, doors arrived at time given and were well packaged with no damage.

The doors were as described. I was, disappointed in the delivery charge A bit of creative salesmanship was at play. I was, however, offered free delivery on a previous order which turned out to come direct from the supplier! On this latest order, it came from the depot in Norwich with a hefty delivery charge for a 20 mile journey.

Great in every respect. Website, order process, speed of delivery, packaging and protection of doors, quality of product and value for money....all exceeded my expectations

Only issue we had is on the delivery of the door they didn't ring an hour before delivery, they rang up when arrived and said we leave it outside your front door, but they left it right outside the front door on the door which when my wife came home from work she couldn't get to the front door are get in,,,

Ordered some doors and handles etc from door supplies online based on their website promise of fast delivery and their extortionate delivery costs.
You’d assume it would be very quick wouldn’t you?
Wrong!
It takes them a day or 2 to get in touch to arrange the delivery and then tells me it’s going to be over a week nearly 10 days.
I managed to source my doors etc elsewhere and within an hour of arranging the door delivery I requested they cancel the order completely.
This took nearly 2 days to receive a response by which point the handles etc had been despatched. This is interesting because I had received no confirmation that the handles had been sent nor did I realise the handles would not come with the delivery of the doors.
I’ve now been charged 30% restocking fee after having to send the handles back at my cost because they’re too slow to respond to a refund request.
They should have told me when they responded to the refund request that I would have been charged 30% restocking fee for something that I didn’t want and asked not to be sent…which I still find ludicrous.
My request for the email to be escalated to a manager was also ignored.
However they are quick enough to respond to be rude to me and have a poor attitude when it comes to telling me how much I’m being ripped off!
Oh and they apparently charge £60 for handles to be delivered which I’ve also lost!
A company should not advertise fast delivery and charge a fortune if they cannot provide you tracking for all of your shipments.
Not if they can’t actually provide fast delivery in a world of next day delivery!
I actually ordered and received what I needed from another supplier in the time it took them to respond to my refund request!
Rude staff, poor service!

Have placed two orders with Door Supplies Online and both arrived in excellent condition, the doors were well packed and I was able to select a convenient delivery day. I needed to add an extra door to my order so needed to speak to a customer advisor and found them very helpful and they even processed my order over the phone. Would definitely recommend and I’m looking at buying Wood flooring so will be checking them out for that too.

Very good service. I made a mistake on my order and I was called straight away and it was rectified. Doors are great quality and we’re delivered on time.

door easy to source, very good and full description. arrived exactly as stated. Good quality product. very well packed. delivery driver excellent, called in advance and delivered early. Nice guy and very helpful. spot on, would use them again.

I bought two downham oak doors , although Door supply’s delivery was excellent the web site is I feel miss leading, and the doors have been awful , it’s virtually impossible to remove the glass beading without damaging the door , and the quality of the door although it looks nice , it’s easily marked , I wished I’d never bought them

The service was excellent we were kept up-to-date on the progress of our order from the moment it was placed until it was delivered.
The doors were delivered in the advised time slot in pristine condition as they should be, and as a consequence we had no need to contact their customer service team.
The price we paid for them was the most competitive we found.
