Unacceptable Service
I returned a product due to size issues, Dr. Leonard's will not refund shipping and I have waited over three weeks for my refund, I had to call twice, bad service, I will never buy from them again.

Sizing of shoes change with every order
I have ordered 4 different sizes of the same stock number of shoe trying to find the right fit. Finally after getting a pair that fit, I ordered 2 more pair of that very same stock number. Nope, now Dr. Leonard's are different again. I have on the pair that fit, I ordered that same stock number and size. Now, the new ones are much too small. They change the sizing every time. You cannot order to fit you the same way twice. Their "Customer Service" can barely speak English let alone understand the words you are saying to them. When I told the guy I wasn't happy they were charging me $7.99 to ship 3 pairs of shoes back, he told me not to worry they would charge me $9.99 to return them. Is that supposed to make me feel better about making a return? $2.00 more because I mentioned the return shipping? Waste of time, of money, and a terrible company to try to work with. I like the shoes I bought, and I wish i could find them someplace other than here. By the way, Carol Wright is a sister company and equally as awful to try to do business with. They both use foreign people to answer their phones, and they don't speak well or understand at all.

Refunds
Have ordered for years with this company with no problems until now. I had ordered 2 exact pairs of house slippers back in March 2020. Once the package arrived saw that 1 pair was somewhat defective in size. Before the 30 days were up I tried contacting customer service with no avail due to being closed for the Covid virus. I did not want to wait past that time frame so I used the "Smart Label" with a note stating what the problem was and not being able to contact anyone. I figured with the slippers being defective and asking for a refund would be no problem. Approximately 1 month later sent an email about refund. Finally got a email stating Dr. Leonard's received the slippers and would refund me $. 82 since I used their "smart label". This is outrageous. I sent back another email explaining again why they were sent back, it has been another month & no response. Not a good way to treat their customers.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS OR YOUR ELDERLY PARENT OR GRANDPARENTS BANK STATEMENTS IF Dr. Leonard's PURCHASED ANYTHING FROM HERE... THE HIDDEN CHARGES STATED BY EVERYONE HERE IS TRUE! THEY CHARGE YOU $15 A MONTH WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY... PLEASE CHECK THEIR BANK STATEMENTS IF THEY PURCHASED FROM THEM!

Never purchasing anything from this company again!
~Purchased wide width shoes on 10/31/20 & when received~Dr. Leonard's were NOT wide width. I returned them paying for return postage myself because no return label was provided. I paid $25 for them PLUS postage and tax. My refunded amount? SEVEN DOLLARS! Called the company & dealt with a snarky cs person~while I remained calm and polite. Was told that my $25+ was to be refunded back to my card in standard business time (7 to 10 days) and NEVER saw a penny of it. Just got off the phone again and they are refusing to refund the amount I paid! I told them the $7 refunded just covered the postage. CS responded with the same "song and dance". I will probably have to call back a third time and end up eating the cost. Never doing business with them again.

Customer Service is Horrible
I have ordered from Dr. Leonards catalog for many years but now they've moved customer service overseas and you cannot get anyone who can speak enough English to resolve issues. Sad to see them go.

Threatening letters for payments that I've already made
I made a purchase and received the products. I've made payments. I began receiving letters of collection threatening to report me to credit bureaus to destroy my credit for an auto, home, etc. I made the payments, Dr. Leonard's cleared my bank and there is no place to see the payment history, late fees (for what?) that's been made. I've called customer service three times. I was told one payment showed on the computer, the other had not. This is a month after the first payment cleared and two days after the second payment cleared. I emailed customer service twice and have not heard anything. How do you expect me to even know what I do owe? The threatening letters show no payments I've made or any additional charges. So unprofessional. Never deal with the company again.

Charges Return Shipping
Ordered two items. One was wireless headphones. Didn't work. Ordered boots. Their wide was narrow. Fit too tightly. Went up a size. The cost of each return was ridiculously high. If their descriptions were accurate I would never had to return either item. Never again.

Scammers!
I ordered for my elderly Mom. The person on the phone was very hard to understand but assured me the shipping was free. When the total was higher than expected I asked him to break it down. He again told me the shipping was free but there was a charge for postage. I told him it is the same thing and he kept saying shipping is free. I believe that most customers are elderly and Dr. Leonard's are being taken advantage of. We used this service for convenience but found that because of their "hidden" charges, we can find the same products for much cheaper... almost half at Walmart!

Charged incorrectly now fighting for refund
Ordered merchandise from Dr Leonard's and I am happy with the items BUT, I noticed Dr. Leonard's kept charging me AFTER I paid it in full. Come to find out. Its for some stupid perks plus membership crap i never signed up for. I am told hey cancelled it and I have a refund coming. It comes but is not the correct amount. NOW, I keep getting the run around on which dept I'm suppose to talk to with both depts telling me I need to speak to the other. This is BS. I will never ever ever order from this company again. And gonna put them on blast as much as I can. AND THIS STUPID REVIEW WANTS ME TO RATE THEM? Ok I choose nothing, no stars. But, if course it won't let me
