Got scammed and laughed at by this company. Booked to travel to japan march 2022. Borders remained closed past travel I was told there would be no excess fees should I need to refund or reschedule.
When contacting them about this they refused to refund without charging me and were trying to charge me 1500 per person extra to re adjust the booking. I recieved no tickets from this company. Their Atol protection is fake and they aren't even verified with them anymore.
I'm one of many victims of this company. I put 2182 into my tickets paid upfront and its been 7 months since I requested a refund.
DONT BOPK WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
I tried to contact many different way, email, whatsapp and phone. No reply no answer. Sometime phone line just cut off, sometimes I was on the que no.31. Ridiculous! Finally got someone but phone signal wasn't clear I didn't understand so I asked to him send email to me but nothing yet. I booked my flight ticket more than month ago, my flight early September. My payment done but I don't have flight ticket and I couldn't check my booking status on airline website. Never never go with this company.
Do not use!! It's a scam!! I booked my flights in Feb 2022, I email them as not had any correspondence apart from a receipt. I email them over 5 time about my booking and they all said different things and I email them again on my 6 time and I get an email back saying my flight has been cancelled!! I don't believe they even booked me my flights, I have asked for a refund and they haven't replied!
I have contacted my credit card hoping to get my money back 😩 so angry. Do not use !!!!

Avoid at all costs. Flights cancelled due to Covid back in June 2020 and Refund requested. I received an email to say that they had been in touch with the airline regarding the cancellation request but after contacting the airline they confirmed that DWT had not contacted them and that my ticket was still Open. They continue to blame their supplier and then leave their customers in the dark.
Take note of the 1 star reviews on Google and other review sites.
I could have given 10 stars after meeting Sumera in the Ealing office .
Quite understandable that phone lines are very very busy as this busy situation we are facing while calling the airline also and we have the understanding that airlines cancel flights and Dteam world travel is busy fixing the problems customers are facing after the flight cancellations by the airlines but I will ask customers to have patience as well and I would also suggest team wining for Dteam world travel to try to explain people with all the situation as we just need communication and we do not want to be ignored Repky to our email could be quite helpful otherwise we have no other option than to take time off and visit your office which is thankfully open and Sumera representing Dteam world is amazingly smart and energetic to speak to . I can say it’s like as everything fixed and our problems are resolved there and then on the spot
We can sleep in peace now as we trust our money is in safe hands with authentic company as there is lot of scam online but visiting their office proves that they are the best in business .
Shocking company. DO MOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Like many others I am still waiting for my refund from a cancellation due to Covid in early November 2021, 33 weeks waiting. I've emailed consistently, you cannot get through by phone. How they get away with this is unbelievable. Customer service is none existent, just scripted emails thanking you for your patience and cooperation! Its an absolute joke.
Please please please do NOT USE this site to book flight tickets! They promise an eTicket within 24 hours. They do not reply to email queries. When phoning you will be in a queue at a cost to you. Thankfully I paid by Credit Card so therefore I shall be invoking a Claim 75 against this company in order to get my money back. This company should be taken to court and banned by Trading Standards.
Its been almost 7 MONTHS and they still have not paid my refund. Maryam, Austin, Uzair, Lubna were all the contacts I've been in contact with "via email" as their phone numbers are all scam and don't answer calls after waiting for hours!. After 7 whole months, they come back with a "Voucher Offer" to fly with them again (far from my intention) instead of my cash refund. The amount they offered was only 50% of the amount I paid for. The Financial Regualtors such as the FCA/Financial Ombudsmen or Action Fraud should really investigate such companies who manipulatively appear genuine but are scams! Their names are probably fake too...

Booked our flights to Turkey back in February, paid in full. With just 5 days to fly on 15th May I hadn’t received any paper work from them. Tried calling them couldn’t get through. So thought I’d ring Turkish airlines to see if they could help. Hit through to them only to be told that DWT has cancelled our booking. So I had to
Pay out £900 for more flights and DWT still have my money. I am pestering them regarding my refund but just getting excuses back!!! Avoid these scammers
The worst agents out there please don't use them wish I read the views before booking. Booked flight me and daughter on pia flight. Didn't receive e-ticket emailed them they said going send but didn't and now this morning saying the airline has cancelled the flight. But checked with them still going ahead and they still selling same flight they are crocks and don't know why are the airlines deal with them
Please deal with this awful evil fraudulent bastards Dreamworld Travel Agency in London they are taking peoples hard earned monies and not issuing their Tickets etc etc !!
Some of them have paid in full months in advance like my Dear friends booked and paid for their Tickets in February 2022 !!
Now it’s June and still no E Tickets issued at all whole family travelling to Pakistan end of July 2022 after good long 8 years too to see their families as well !!
What kind of evilness bastards liars and crooks plus scammers they are should be handed over to the Police plus All Arrested and out in jail to rot forever in my opinion honest to God Almighty Jesus Christ Name !

I paid for my flights to Indonesia two weeks ago and I'm yet to receive my eticket. I have been in touch with them and was sent a booking reference which expired two days later. Singapore Airlines advised me that the reference number expired because my flights had not been paid for by Dream World Travel. They also said that I should have received my ticket as soon as my money was taken. It seems that I was given the reference number by Dream World just to get me off the phone. I've been swindled by a dishonest travel agent.
Now, after a chain of emails from Dream World (and replies from a different agent each time), I'm still no closer to receiving my etickets, which has put booking all my remaining plans on hold while prices for everything are rising. It has been two weeks over 10 emails to and fro.
I've even received a message from their customer care Team Lead to tell me I can get a refund (in 8-12 weeks, minus 15% admin fee) or my etickets within 72 hours. This time has passed and I've heard nothing back.
Charging an admin fee for a refund when Dream World haven't even paid for my flights is a joke, and 8-12 weeks for a refund means that my holiday would be cancelled.
I wish I had checked reviews here before booking with them.
I don't know how this company is still operating with all the bad reviews. I have had the worst experience with this company . I bought a ticket worth 600 pounds but had to cancel 3 weeks prior to flight. After lot of emails they said they have to charge me 400 pounds and i will only get 200 pound in return. They asked me my bank account details and after that they haven’t paid me my money and they are not giving any replies to my countless mails. If you are a truly a service based company then please return my money.
One of my flights have been cancelled. Asking for a refund based on that. Spoke to DreamWorldTravel and Qatar Airways. The flights have not been booked just reserved and not paid for by DWT or one of their other agencies. This is what Qatar is saying. DWT are saying flight booked and there is no cancellation. My friend booked direct with QA and has been informed the flight is cancelled and has also been issued refund. I had emailed DWT without success. The only option is to take it further. Trading standards will also be informed as well as all other relevant agencies. Another thing to note is they do not appear to have ATOL cover, at least the trading name is not listed on the website. False representation is illegal.
I bought a flight ticket through this agency in 2020. Flight canceled due to covid. Until today, despite many e-mails of assurances, I have not received a refund. In April this year, I bought a plane ticket again. I did not receive any confirmation by e-mail. To my inquiry on this matter, I received a laconic reply that my money would be returned quickly. To this day, I have not received my money back. I have reported financial fraud to the above agencies
I booked a flight end of March 2020, from Venice to Cayman costing 760.00€.
The flight has been cancelled for COVID. Invoice TMS 84166 ref 2BHWN. I am still waiting for the refund which has been accepted in June 2020. In March this year, they sent me an email saying they giving me a voucher instead,I sent them the itinerary and dates , no reply. Sent a letter directly to the director, asking for the refund, no reply. I had to book the flight with another company because it is impossible to get in touch with them.very bad experience, but I will not stop here.

Most rubbish company ever I have gone through. Their customer service is extremely frustrating. They can't understand what we are saying and they are not able to explain any reason. Companies charge a lot for any changes, after paying large money they don't ever do the changes that you want. Please don't go for this company. It's a total waste of TIME and MONEY wasted. they changed my flight time without my consent.
If there was a 0 it would that. I was due to travel in 8th April 22. Unfortunately, I tested covid positive on my Pre travel PCR test since then I have been trying to get a letter from them for my insurance company stating that I have been unable to get a refund. No one ever answers your emails, you wait for hours in a queue to speak to someone for them to do absolutely nothing to help, just pass the buck stating that someone who isn’t in the office needs to deal with it. Whilst writing this review I have been waiting in the queue for 1 hr and moved 6 places. Shocking! This company give appalling customer service and I would stay well clear. I wouldn’t mind I don’t even want a refund; all I need is a blooming letter! Words cannot express how I feel about their complete lack of customer support.

10 days before we are due to fly, they emailed us to say we didn’t have a seat on our return flight, the one we booked with them and paid for MONTHS before. We tried calling and sitting on hold for hours. When we finally spoke to someone they hung up on us when we asked for a manager! We still have no idea why when we booked and paid for something they didn’t book and pay for our flights.
Awful company, it’s not worth the stress book direct with the airline, this company is a scam!
Firstly when I booked this I was sent to Dream World Travel by a search engine, the flight I saw was an amazing price paid the money then started to read reviews every one bad then I started to get anxious no answer to email ect, so I sent another so today I received my E-ticket thanks to Sumera working in travel can be very stressful I worked in the industry for 25 years so I do have empathy people screaming rude emails at the end of the day there just doing a job.
